Weeks passed and Alice was getting ready for graduation. The day was finally here and unlike other graduations this was different. This graduation was with her Bella and Alice was thrilled. She wore a lovely royal purple dress that went a bit past the knee and had puffy sleeves and she sported the choker Bella had got her around her dainty neck. She wore white flats to go with the dress before she put on her gold graduation robe
Cynthia knocked on Alice's door and cracked a light smile. This wasn't the first time Alice had graduated but this would be the first one Cynthia got to see for herself. They were over trying to say whose older and who younger and they were just sisters. Things were going to be interesting once this day came to pass and they had plans to leave for Montana. They would be a family with Julian and Bella which made Cynthia hopeful.
"You don't get tired of going through high school again and again. I get you can start out younger in a place if you do, but for the life we can have we don't need to repeat high school so soon. Cynthia spoke softly.
Alice thought for a moment and nodded.
" To be honest, it is kind of annoying going through high school again and again, but now after this graduation Bella and I can move on and go to college or travel or something. High school is getting stale and Edward ruined the experience for me to do it again so soon." Alice said.
Cynthia nodded. High school was needed since Alice met her mate, but now this can be a chapter they don't have to touch for a while.
"Bella will need at least a year off before going to college since she needs to adjust to our vampiric lifestyle. But yes, it can be awhile before you two need to do the whole high school routine again. Maybe just getting some degrees and maybe enjoying some traveling and cozy living with Julian and myself." Alice smiled and nodded.
" I know I am really happy that Bella will be a vampire, I want her to enjoy life to the fullest and as much as some humans fascinate me, they do not have a long life and Bella deserves to have one." Alice noted.
Julian came to retrieve Cyn and Alice and cracked a light smile when he saw Alice's dress.
"You look very stylish; are you going to wear that for your tender release tonight?" Julian asked with a grin.
Alice beamed and nodded.
" I will, Bella will love this." Alice said.
"She's just going to love that she's with you. You will need to be careful since she is human sis. Love can be sweet, but it can also be raw and wild, especially if she is a virgin." Cynthia expressed.
Cynthia has heard too many stories from her patients about first times that she's somewhat an expert on the act itself. She knew Alice would be careful, but there was a risk Alice might be overwhelmed with the emotions and feelings, especially Bella's blood. Alice understood what Cynthia was concerned about and smiled softly.
" It will be great, Cyn. I love Bella and I will never want to hurt her. Her blood does call to me but I know how to control myself. I won't turn her until it's time." Alice reassured.
Cynthia cracked a light smile as most of how hers and Bella's night could go were mostly good. Only severe one of her many visions that Bella dying and one of her being turned too soon. Mostly she didn't linger on her visions since she didn't want to invade or look into a private moment between the couple.
"Should we take my 'new' blue Porsche or your new canary yellow Porsche Turbo that Julian spoiled you with." Cynthia asked.
Julian had gotten Alice a new car for her new life since he wanted Alice to have a car that matched her spirit more. It would be good for Alice to have this car for her and Bella to drive while Cyn got her old car.
" I would like to go with my new car, it's super amazing and fast, just what I love." Alice smiled.
Cynthia nodded and let her sister go on ahead of them. They would be picking up Bella since her truck didn't seem to be the best thing to drive to graduation with. Julian and her will be getting Bella a new car or perhaps Alice will, but they knew Bella would be bringing her motorcycle with her. Julian chuckled softly as he snaked his arms around Cynthia's waist.
"To think, in like a week or two so, the four of us are going to settle down in Montana and be a family for a good decade there. It's going to feel a bit different than my bachelor and chasing you days but I'm ready for the change." Julian mused softly in Cynthia's ear.
Cynthia smiled softly and kissed his cheek tenderly.
" Yes, I look forward to it too. It will be good to settle down and put some temporary roots again. Plus I am tired of the chase myself and it can just be us four now."
Alice drove them to Bella's house to pick her up for graduation. Cynthia and Julian sat in the back and waited while Alice went in to pick up Bella. Charlie let her in and she quietly went up to knock on Bella's door.
"Oh Bella...guess who's here?" she spoke sweetly.
Bella opened the door and hugged Alice with a warm and tender smile.
" You look beautiful Alice.. I cannot believe it's finally here… it feels surreal, but in the best way." Bella assured.
Alice kissed Bella's cheek and carefully looked over Bella's dress with loving eyes. It was a pretty stunning emerald green dress with a slight slit on its side, a light silver floral applique on the skirt, and modest sleeves. The dress made Bella look elegant yet sweet. Alice trailed her hand playfully up Bella's leg through the slit and smiled lightly.
"You're cleaning up nicely Bella, you're truly stunning and I am clearly rubbing off on you." Bella blushed a bit.
" Well that's a great thing since I feel good when I wear what I want and feel good doing it. " Bella said.
Alice giggled sweetly and saw Bella had done her hair, which truly amazed her. It was curled in a wavy type way and Alice didn't expect that from her, but it looked wonderful.
"What's on your mind?"
" I guess everything. I am thrilled we will have a life together and I cannot wait to start it with you and our new coven, I guess I am also nervous since it is a big change after all" Bella. expressed.
Alice sighed and stroked Bella's cheek.
"I wish I can offer you some insight, but I don't recall anything about my transformation. It will hurt when I turn you, but know I won't abandon you when I bite you. But it's not going to be tonight Bella so we will ease you into it on your terms." Bella smiled and kissed Alice.
" I am not worried about it, I know since it is you it will be wonderful. I am thrilled that you are part of my life." Bella said softly.
Both women went downstairs so that Charlie and Renee could take pictures of the couple. They made some sweet and tender poses to capture this moment in their lives. Renee went up to Bella and hugged her tightly.
"You did it baby girl, you're graduating today. I bet you're looking forward to what will happen next, right?" she asked, glancing a bit at Alice.
Bella smiled and nodded.
" I am mom and I'm excited and nervous, mostly excited. Alice and I will have a great life." Bella said with a warm smile.
"I hear you're taking the next year off for travel and self-discovery. Charlie worries about you doing that but I took a year off after high school to paint and travel the world and I think it helped me quite a bit. It's going to do wonders for you Bella so you can develop as a person."
" I know that. I am happy but I do need some time to think some things through and take care of things I won't be able to do if I go straight to college. Besides I am not sure what I want to study so I don't want to waste money on school until I am sure of my goals." Bella confirmed.
Renee chuckled softly and kissed her daughter's cheek.
"Whatever you decide Bella, I will support you and always know that."
Bella got a bit choked up since she knew this would be the start of major changes which will end up with Bella being out of hers and Charlie's lives.
Charlie came up to Bella and cracked a light smile. He cleared his throat and couldn't help but see how much of a woman Bella had become. Charlie was happy his daughter was strong and that she had confidence in herself to tackle the world.
"So...I know I've said how I am worried about you deciding to take the year off to travel with Alice, her sister and her boyfriend...you sure this is what you want to do, Bells?" Bella nodded
" I am sure dad, don't worry it will be great for me to explore the world, meet people and just learn new things. I promised I will call you and mom as often as possible." Bella assured and hugged her dad.
Charlie hugged her and managed to chuckle lightly.
"At least I don't have to worry about sudden grandchildren or marriages so soon."
Bella smiled but kept quiet on that front. She knew Alice and her would never really have children since both would be unable to. Marriage was something she truly wanted, but at the current moment it was impossible due to legal reasons in most states.
"When we decide on marriage it will have to be when it's legal, sadly now it's not allowed." Bella said with a sigh.
Charlie just hugged his daughter tightly.
"The word is and will be changing Bella. I am confident in your lifetime, you will be able to marry Alice. I rather you marry her than that no good ex of yours. You love each other and hopefully that will be enough for you both forever." Bella looked at Alice and took her hand. For once Bella was confident in her future and was happy with who will be by her side.
" Believe me I am glad for that too." she simply confirmed
The ceremony itself was both a blur yet a drag to get through. Bella had to sit away from Alice because of the whole alphabetical order seating arrangements but it would be over soon. Ben was the valedictorian and he gave an impassioned speech about this day.
"We finally made it, we're graduating and changes will be coming for all of us. All of us will become different people or for some we might be already starting that change. It's something we shouldn't fear but welcome as change will happen all around us. It might take some of us out of this town and for bigger and better things. We might fall in love, make mistakes, or even sometimes be in over our heads. I thought about this speech for weeks and I can tell you it has gone through at least seven changes in the last two weeks at least; this shows how anything can change at a moment's notice. No matter how things seem to change; we will get through it. Whether it be our friends, family, or newfound family we will find along the way to our future lives...there is light and love on all of our roads no matter how scary and dark the changes might be. We can reminisce on the past, but we all have a mission and that is to move forward and go on living the life we want, the life best for us all. Congratulations everyone, we made it."
Bella lingered on Ben's words and cracked a smile since especially for her, she has gone through big changes already and would continue to change in the coming weeks or so. She didn't think she would be comfortable in her own skin but she truly has blossomed in the best way with the person she can say she loves. Alice truly was the best person in her life and being with her helped her to see the woman she could become. Edward was still out there but he will have his day after Bella has her day to become a vampire.
When the ceremony ended, Bella reunited with Alice and they shared a tender hug.
"First day of our forever starts now, Bella." Alice spoke softly in her ear.
Bella grinned and held her closer to her, feeling her heart race a bit.
"Forever with you will always be my greatest dream and I am so ready to have a life with you." Bella murmured softly.
Their romance was a fast one and Bella was making the ultimate commitment and sacrifice for Alice, but Bella was sure of her decisions. She truly wasn't living her life ever since she became a teenager and that was more so when Edward came into her life. Now she didn't want any regrets or miss out on anything in her life, even if it meant she needed to die in order to truly live. Alice smiled tenderly and kissed Bella's cheek.
"I have something romantic planned for us tonight...we aren't going to any parties are we?" Alice asked.
Bella shook her head. If there were any parties she was invited to, she rather just wanted to spend her time with Alice. Angela and her had discussed plans and she would be having a special dinner with her parents along with Ben. Eric was having a party but she knew Jessica and Mike would be there and she rather avoid that hostility that came with it.
"Nah...I just want to spend time with you tonight...It will be special for us won't it?"
Alice saw the smirk on Bella's face and playfully giggled.
"Someone's acting a bit like a horny teenage boy aren't we Bella? Getting some ideas about tonight are we?" Alice asked as she teased Bella by stroking her hips.
Bella chuckled as she and Alice shared a kiss, their passions making the kiss deeper.
"Hey you'll have a room later to do that Bella!" she heard someone joke.
The women looked to see it was Emmett. Alice smiled and ran to hug her brother of sorts. He was soon joined by the rest of the Cullens as well as Julian and Cynthia. Bella could feel Rosalie's sharp gaze but otherwise everyone looked to be in good spirits. Esme gave Bella a hug to congratulate her while Jasper joined in to hug Alice. Carlisle looked to Bella with a slight smile but concern and judgement still lingered on his face.
"Congrats Bella, it's not everyday you get to celebrate high school." Carlisle spoke softly.
"Yet it seems some of you do that more than others." Julian joked slightly.
That made Emmett chuckle as he let go of Alice and embraced Bella once Esme let go of her. Carlisle was concerned and asked,
"When will you four be leaving?"
Cynthia felt something was off about Carlisle and she replied,
"Maybe two weeks, maybe three. Why?"
Carlisle chuckled lightly and simply said,
"Just want to know is all. Where is it that you'll be settling? Perhaps we can come visit once Bella is...acclimated a bit to living with the three of you."
Cynthia shook her head and crossed her arms. She could sense his loyalties to Edward were strong and if they gave a location, Edward might be after them. The last thing she wanted was her family on Edward's radar while Bella was still human.
"With all due respect Carlisle, with Edward still on the loose it's not wise to tell you where we will be. We have to have time for our coven and Bella." Cynthia expressed calmly.
Carlisle smiled but this one seemed rather forced.
"You don't think it's a bit reckless to not tell anyone where you're taking Bella? Charlie might worry about her." Carlisle expressed calmly but coldly.
Julian sighed.
"Again with his mind reading, it's not safe. We will be getting Jasper though once Bella is a vampire. She needs to protect herself and there's only so much I can teach her." Julian told him with a bit of firmness to his voice.
Esme tenderly wrapped her arms around Carlisle to calm him and expressed,
"We can all get together in the future darling. Let them have time for them to establish themselves as a family. We do need to think about Edward and follow up with him. It is because of him we need to be apart from the four of them now."
Alice nodded and it was smart of Cynthia and Julian to be adamant about not giving away their location to the Cullens. It will take just Edward asking the right question and one of Cullens thinking about them for him to find where they will be. It is sad that not even Jasper could know where they would be going but it was for the best.
Cynthia looked at Bella and Alice and gave them a warm smile.
"You have somewhere to be and you should get going. Tonight's a special night." Cynthia expressed warmly.
Alice nodded and got out a blindfold from her purse. Emmett saw this and chuckled.
"What kinky stuff have you both gotten into?" Emmett joked.
Rose rolled her eyes while Bella just smiled, glancing softly at Alice.
"What are we getting into Alice?"
Alice smirked softly as she put on the blindfold.
"You will see soon enough."
"We're almost there Bella, keep the blindfold on." Alice mused lightly as she continued to drive them at quick speeds.
Despite Alice's quick driving, it seemed like it has been hours since graduation. Perhaps that was just because Bella couldn't see anything due to the blindfold but she had a warm feeling coursing in her. Alice was a romantic like she was and whatever Alice planned, it had to be special.
"Alice, where are you taking me exactly?" Bella asked. She kept the blindfold on but she was curious about what Alice was up to
Alice smirked lightly but giggled softly.
"Someplace we can enjoy each other tenderly, Bella."
" I'm excited about what you have planned for us, but why the blindfold?"
"So you won't see what I've done before you can fully appreciate it. I want to treat you...plus I want to get you in a bit of a mood Bella." she grinned lightly.
Bella smirked since Alice was mischievous and also loving. She still recalled what Alice did for her birthday last year and that truly touched her. It was at that moment Bella knew Edward was a mistake and that it was Alice she truly loved.
"Well I definitely appreciate the effort you're making for me."
It was a lot of effort but it would be worth it for Bella. This might have taken days to set up, but Bella's happiness mattered and she wanted to love her fully. Alice sped them off to a location Bella would love. She got Bella out of the car and held on to her waist.
"Okay Bella, you can take off the blindfold now."
Bella removed the blindfold and was greeted by a lovely sight. It was a small yet lovely cabin that was remote and far from Forks. It looked serene and beautiful. Bella hugged Alice.
" Alice, it's amazing here, did you get this for us?" Bella asked
"Well I rented it for a few days since I know how much you love camping, nature, and just the whole woodsy aesthetic. I really wanted to do this in order to complete your fantasies...and maybe awaken one of mine in the process."
Bella kissed Alice, wrapping her hands around Alice's waist
" You are so sweet"
Alice kissed back and smiled lightly.
"Come on, let's get inside and check it out. I made sure to have some food in the fridge and clothes for us both for our time here. I even had Julian get some camping equipment for you in case you want to be my woodswoman for the days we're here."
Bella chuckled and looked around. A smile brightened her face as she looked everywhere as if she were a child who just found a new place. The cabin was furnished really cozily with blankets, a fireplace, a complete kitchen set, and lovely paintings of nature on the walls. Alice was lighting up some candles she had set up to make the mood that much romantic.
"This place is amazing Alice, is it really just two of us here for a few days?" Bella asked, approaching Alice and taking her hands softly.
"Consider this like our honeymoon period of sorts before we settle into family life. There are going to be a lot of these moments since even as two pairs, we're going to want some time to ourselves wouldn't we?"
Bella nodded and was glad that they were together alone rather than some party they didn't really want to be at. Alice got Bella in more of a mood by cooking a meal for her in the kitchen. Bella observed Alice with soft eyes as Alice was cooking some pasta and meatballs for her. It touched Bella for Alice to cook for her since vampires didn't have to eat the way humans do. It would be a moment they would think back on fondly. Alice made Bella's plate up and Bella quickly ate the food because she was starving. Alice smiled lightly as Bella had some tomato sauce on her face. Her thoughts shifted to how Bella would look like with blood dripping on her face and how she would love to clean Bella off with her tongue and lead into a kiss. Bella noticed Alice was in thought and she asked,
"Thinking about me being a vampire already?"
Alice snapped out of her thoughts and nodded as she wiped the sauce of Bella's lips with a napkin.
"Always Bella and how your meals will be different once you're a vampire. It would be wonderful to properly share a meal with you."
Bella held Alice close and kissed her lips tenderly.
"I'm guessing it will be one of the many intimate things we can do as vampires. I feel we're nearly as one already but I know you took us here for a reason." Bella murmured, running her fingers in Alice's hair.
Alice trailed her fingers on Bella's body and smiled tenderly when she saw Bella was wearing the butterfly necklace from her birthday. How things have changed between them indeed. Alice thought Bella would be her best friend, but now they were lovers and truly couldn't be without each other. Bella shuddered as Alice's fingers ran across her body and pulled Alice close. Bella's hands caressed her back teasingly lowering until they rested on Alice's ass. Bella squeezed it pulling Alice close and kissed her again, deepening the kiss.

Bella held Alice close, gently stroking her hair. She couldn't imagine how her life would have been different if not for Alice. Who knows if she would have had such a miserable life, continuing to lie to herself and settling for Edward out of fear. She felt amazing, cuddling with Alice after their love making and her body melding so perfectly together with hers.
" This is amazing, I love how you make me feel, and I don't mean just seconds ago" Bella mused with a smile.
Alice knew how important they were to each other and stroked Bella's cheek. What she thought was friendship she saw with Bella actually was a pure and passionate romance. Alice looked over Bella's body as she slept. Thankfully there wasn't any real severe bruising or injuries as Alice thought might happen. It took all of her control not to bite Bella but she felt her thirst building. She would need to take a hunt soon and would make the arrangements so she can. Bella held on to Alice as she slept and Alice was looking through the future to see what Edward was up to. Carlisle seemed off and Alice looked in her visions to see him on the phone with Edward. Alice gritted her teeth slightly since Carlisle still wasn't fully okay with them. Thank god they didn't tell him where they were going since it would ruin their plans if Edward learned where they were. She could see him leaving Alaska or at least see Edward was planning to leave so she knew they had to leave Forks soon. The three of them needed to protect Bella until she could protect herself. Their love will prevail over all obstacles that will come their way.
