[Friday: Grand Ole Opry]

Bella sat in her dressing room, smiling. She was excited for the night. There was a knock at her door. "Come in." She called, she turned and saw Miley Cyrus standing before her. She was stunned into silence.

Miley laughed. "I wanted to drop in and tell you good luck, and you're amazing. I've been following your music since I heard you on the radio. I'm a fan."

Bella finally found her voice. "Miley, I have been your fan for a long time. It means a lot to hear you say that."

Miley smiled and then moved to hug Bella, and that just made Bella's day. "Congrats on your wedding, and congrats on your tour. I look forward to hopefully touring with you one day." She said. "I'll be front row, watching." She said with a wink and left Bella to herself.

Bella couldn't believe that just happened. She blew out a breath and looked at herself in the mirror. She couldn't believe that she was at this point in her life. She never imagined her life like this, and she was so happy, and had come a long way.

She felt the nausea roll over her again, and she groaned, wanting the nausea to just stop for once. She took some anti-nausea medicine, and took a deep breath, closing her eyes, and waiting for it pass over.

She managed to fight off actually throwing up, so that was an accomplishment.

The stage was large, and Bella moved around it freely, singing and dancing with Simon and the other dancers, like they had at every other performance. She was more comfortable each time they went out on stage, and she worked the stage like she had been doing this for a long time. She exuberated confidence, and it was inspiring to other women and girls that struggled with that tepid nature and wanted to be confident. The magazines that wrote articles about her, commended her for her strength, bravery, and her dedication. She loved performing with Simon, and the crowd loved her songs, and their performance.

After the show finished, Bella went back to her dressing room to change. She felt the nausea again, and she rushed to the toilet and emptied her stomach again. "Dear god, why is this happening." She muttered. She sat back, thinking about how long she had been throwing up. She frowned and started thinking about her period. It was later than normal, she realized when she took out her phone and looked at her app. She swallowed and then sent Clary a text.

[Bella:] Can you do me a favor?

[Clary:] Sure thing, what's up?

[Bella:] Can you go to the cornerstore and get a pregnancy test

[Clary:] OMG, are you pregnant?

[Bella:] That's what the test is for.

[Clary:] Right. I'll be back.

Fifteen minutes later, Clary came in with a bag with the test in it. She handed it to Bella.

"I so hope you are." Clary said with excitement.

Bella smiled. "I'm not sure Simon will be as thrilled. We have a lot planned, and it's really soon. I've been on birth control. So, I'm sure it's just a fluke." She said and then went back into the bathroom and took the test.

Three minutes later, the test showed up with two pink lines. She stared at it, and Clary came to look at it.

"You are!" Clary exclaimed excitedly.

"That explains so much." Bella blew out a breath and ran a hand through her hair. "I'm scared."

Clary hugged her friend. "It's scary, yes, but Simon loves you, and he would love to be a father. Trust me."

Bella smiled and nodded, and then she tucked the test in her purse. She would tell Simon later, when they got back to the hotel. She went to find Simon, and they got in the rental car. They were catching a late dinner out together in Nashville. They also wanted to celebrate their accomplishment this week, and just spend time together in a beautiful city. She was thinking of all the ways to tell Simon about the pregnancy test, scared at what he was going to say, or think.

Simon looked over at Bella as they stopped at the red light on Broadway. "You are insanely amazing, and talented. You blow me away with your performance every single time. I'm so lucky I have you as my wife."

Bella smiled. "I think I'm the lucky one to have found you." She leaned over and kissed him, and then laced her fingers with his. She was nervous about telling him about the pregnancy test.

Simon smiled and the light turned green. He drove forward and then the impact happened, another car ramming into Bella's side, flipping the car upside down. Blackness took over.

Simon groaned, shifting after a few long moments. His ear was ringing, and he turned his head, feeling slight tension, but he looked over at Bella, and they were hanging upside down. She was unconscious, and blood was running down her face. "Bella." He groaned, coughing.

He put his hands on the roof of the car, testing his strength in his arms, and then kept one hand there and reached with his other hand and unbuckled his seat belt. He collapsed to the car ceiling and twisted, groaning with pain. He reached for Bella. "Bella." He called louder.

He heard rushed footsteps, and voices.

"Are you okay!" Someone called. It sounded like a man's voice, familiar man's voice.

"Jace?" Simon called back.

Jace and Clary were there, and Jace was laying on his stomach, looking into the car. "Simon! Bella!"

"Bella is unconscious." Simon said, groaning. I need to get her out."

Jace nodded, moving and going to the other side of the car. Other cars were stopping now, and people were rushing to try and help. "Bella," Jace called to her, and she didn't respond.

Simon pulled himself closer, his hand grabbing hers and he squeezed. It. "Bella, baby, please wake up."

Bella heard the muffled voices, and she groaned, her head exploding with pain. She was confused, dazed a little. "Baby…" she murmured.

"I'm right here." Simon said, his voice showing relief that she was awake.

"Alright, Simon can you hold her while I unstrap her?" Jace asked.

Simon nodded, shifting, and holding Bella carefully, while Jace unbuckled her and they eased her down. Jace then helped pull her from the car.

Simon crawled out his side and limped around to Bella.

Clary was crying, as she sat on the ground next to Bella.

Bella was wavering in and out of consciousness. "Baby…"

"Oh god!" Clary gasped, and when Bella passed back out, Simon went to her side immediately.

"Bella, baby, wake up." Simon said, rubbing her cheek with his hand.

Jace was standing flagging down the cops that arrived on the scene, along with an ambulance.

Bella felt foggy and she opened her eyes again, looking up at Simon. "Simon…" She murmured.

"That's it, baby, stay awake. The EMTs are here now."

"Simon…. baby."

"Yes?"

Bella swallowed. "I'm pregnant." She murmured, and then she felt the blackness wash over her again, feeling weak.

Simon looked at Clary. "Did she just say she's pregnant?"

"She is, she took the test in the dressing room." Clary was wiping tears from her face. "Simon, she's already scared."

The EMTs rushed over and started loading her up carefully.

Simon ran his hands through his hair. "Please, my wife." He shuttered a little, tears coming to him now. "She's pregnant, please."

Jace stood there stunned a little, but he managed to gather himself. "Go ride with her. I'll talk to the cops; we were right behind you when it happened. The fucker who did this, drove away."

Simon only nodded and followed the EMTs up into the ambulance with Bella, and they rushed to the hospital.

[Several hours later]

Simon had some stitches, and other than being concussed, and sore, he was okay. Bella didn't have any major trauma, just the head injury, and so far, the baby was fine. Simon held the sonogram picture of the small, tiny life that Bella was carrying. He couldn't stop crying since they got there. He wanted nothing more than to Bella to wake up. He wanted her to wake up so he could tell her how much he loved her, and tell her not to be scared, that he was scared too, and they would do this together. The TV in the room was on and the news was on, and he looked up at the TV.

"Late last night, a major accident happened on Broadway. Popstars Simon Lewis and his wife Bella Lewis were struck from the side while proceeding on green. The driver of the other vehicle left the scene of the accident. We're asking anyone with information about a dark pickup truck, with damage to the front end, to contact Metro Police about this matter. As of right now, Simon is reportedly stable with minor injuries, and Bella has yet to wake up. There are large groups coming together and sending prayers to the Lewis family. We hope to hear updates soon on Bella's condition, and our prayers are with her."

Simon closed his eyes, tears still stinging. He reached up and grabbed Bella's hand and squeezed it lightly in his.

Clary knocked on the door and walked in. "Hey. I brought you food and a change of clothes." She murmured.

"I'm not hungry." He murmured; his voice tight.

"You need to eat." Clary said gently.

Simon shook his head. "I can't. I just want her to wake up Clare. I need her to wake up."

Clary went to him and hugged her arms around him. "I know." She looked over at Bella, who was sleeping. At least she was breathing fine. The doctor said with head injuries that sometimes it could take a while. There was no swelling or hemorrhaging so that was good news. She was nine weeks pregnant, and the baby was perfectly healthy, and as long as Bella was in this same condition, the baby would be okay too.
