A/N I know I said that I will finish this story as soon as possible but I think a little break won't hurt. I'll be working on the other story for a while, to write the bonus chapter, because I feel the need to complete that story, like completely complete the story. And I will continue this right away after that. Thank you for the reviews I really appreciate it, and enjoy this one. :)

Why does this man look so much like Mr. Summers? The young version of Mr. Summers.

"Elsa?" Iduna's voice distracted Elsa from her thoughts. And when Elsa looked up, she was already standing not far from Elsa. She looked nervous because Elsa was still holding her photo and paper.

When Elsa found the photo and the paper a moment ago, various possibilities of how her mother could have them crossed her mind. And she was very curious who the man in the photo was and how her mother got her father's address.

There was a little feeling of disappointment because she thought that maybe her mother was hiding something from her, maybe her mother didn't tell her everything about her past.

"I found this on the table." Elsa slightly held out the photo and the paper to show it to her mother, who nervously grabbed them and quickly put them back in her wallet.

"You should be more careful with your personal belongings, Mom." Elsa said that in as a normal tone as possible. She wanted to see whether her mother would say anything about the photo and the paper willingly without her asking, or not.

"I'm sorry." And that was all that came out of Iduna's mouth. After she put the photos and the paper back in her wallet, she gripped her wallet tightly and tried to muster up the courage to look up at her daughter.

"Have you had dinner? The pie will be ready in a few minutes so, I'll be going back to the kitchen to help Olina." Iduna said. She immediately turned around to avoid the possibility of Elsa asking her something about the photo or the paper.

She's not going to say anything, Elsa thought. Her disappointment grew because she hoped that her mother would say something about what she had just discovered but apparently, that wasn't the case.

"Mom?" Elsa couldn't contain her curiosity. She saw how her mother froze in her steps and she had to wait a few seconds for her mother to finally turn around again to look at her.

"Yes?" Iduna tried really hard not to look nervous. But people said that the eyes were the windows to the heart, and Elsa could see the nervousness through her wide open window.

"How do you have father's address in Clover Hill? I don't think I've ever told you." Said Elsa, rising to her feet.

Iduna swallowed hard, now that Elsa asked her, she had to answer her daughter's question.

"Kai. I asked Kai about the address." Iduna didn't lie. When Agnarr asked her to meet her in person, unbeknownst to Elsa, she had asked Kai to make sure the address was correct.

Elsa nodded slowly, thinking that it would make sense for her mother to ask Kai about the address. But why didn't she ask her?

Elsa took a few steps forward. Seeing how her mother behaved now, she felt that there was something her mother was hiding. Something that made her mother look as restless as ever. She actually started to realize this since a few days ago when her mother became easily startled.

"Are you hiding something from me, Mom?" Elsa asked. Her tone didn't sound demanding, she understood that everyone had the right to have secrets, and that, included her mother.

"Could it be something about your past? Or maybe it's about father?" Elsa prompted when her mother didn't answer her question right away.

Elsa noticed how the look on her mother's face changed. Her eyes slightly widened and her grip on her wallet tightened. And she could guess that the answer should be 'Yes'.

"No." Iduna shook her head nervously. "I'm not hiding anything from you, Elsa." She had promised Agnarr that she wouldn't say anything to Elsa even if it was very hard for her. She hated lying to her daughter. But she had no other choice.

Her tiredness and her unfulfilled hope that her mother would say something about the contents of her wallet overwhelmed her. Elsa felt a lump begin to form in her throat and she knew that her mother was starting to hold back tears.

"Then who is the man in the photo that you keep in your wallet?" Elsa asked. She really hoped that her mother would answer her question this time.

"No one." Iduna answered too quickly, she realized that and her heart sank to see the look of disappointment on her daughter's face.

But Elsa was trying hard to shake off the disappointment, she knew her limits and maybe there was something her mother didn't want, or couldn't tell her. It made her think that it was unfair of her to ask her mother not to hide anything while she also had something about her discovery that she hadn't told her mother, yet.

"I have something to tell you." Elsa said finally, turning around and sitting back down on the couch. She sat there and waited until finally her mother sat beside her with her wallet still clutched in her hand.

"I have a sister." Said Elsa, causing her mother to look up at her in surprise. And for a second the two of them stared at each other.

Iduna turned her head away and avoided her daughter's sharp eyes. She had indeed met Agnarr. But in that meeting Agnarr never once said that he also had a daughter, and maybe a family. And she was also surprised that the search for her father had gone so far that Elsa found out she had a sister.

"A sister?" Iduna asked quietly, so quietly that it was like a whisper.

"Yes, Mom. At this point I firmly believe that Agnarr Arendelle the florist is my father. And he already has a family, his wife is dead and he has a daughter. Anna Arendelle. A surgical resident who has donated her blood to me. I met her yesterday." Elsa explained, her eyes softened and a faint smile appeared on her face.

Iduna was too shocked and confused to react straight away. She digested what Elsa had just said and finally got up the courage to look up at her.

Seeing the confusion on her mother's face, Elsa finally explained everything she knew about her father and sister, down to her attempt to return to Clover Hill this afternoon with Jack.

"Did you meet your father?" Iduna asked in a slightly trembling voice. She was scared that Elsa had already met him, because it wasn't what Agnarr wanted at the moment.

Elsa turned sad and then looked down, looking at her hands on her lap. "No. I didn't. For some reason, I was nervous about meeting him. I could have met him. But I couldn't bring my self to do that."

There were a lot of things going on in Iduna's head right now. But she couldn't help but think how Agnarr would be able to hurt his daughter when he had a daughter himself. She didn't think much about Agnarr being married, it was a matter to be discussed later. What was important now was how Agnarr broke his promise to Manny and not to hurt them both.

"But that's okay. At least I feel relieved now. Because I have nothing to hide from you." Elsa said, looking up at her mother.

"Now, will you be honest with me? What are you hiding from me, Mom? Who is the man in the photo that you keep in your wallet?" Elsa asked again, this time not really expecting that her mother would answer. It was just that she felt it was worth a try.

Iduna couldn't answer. Too much for her to chew right now. She just held back the sobs that forced its way out and looked anywhere but Elsa.

Elsa understood and tried to accept the fact that her mother was still not ready to tell her what she was hiding. But still, she felt disappointed because she hoped that between the two of them there were no secrets. And eventually, it brought her to tears.

"You still don't want to tell me." Elsa said, holding back tears. She smiled sadly and then nodded. "It's alright that you still don't want to tell me. But I really hope," She stopped to take a deep, shaky breath. "I really hope that one day, you will tell me everything."

Iduna couldn't stand seeing her daughter begging like that, but she couldn't tell the truth either. So she just took her daughter in her arms and hugged her tightly without saying anything.

"I'm so tired, Mom. I'm so tired of all this and I don't like being lied to." Elsa said again, hugging her mother back. She was convinced that her mother was hiding something from her and the man's photo was the proof. By saying that he was a no one, Elsa assumed that her mother was willing to lie to cover something up. She was disappointed, but also couldn't force her mother to tell her everything.

Elsa pulled away from the hug and wiped her face from the tears. She took the time to look at her mother with a look that Iduna didn't quite understand.

"I'm so tired." Elsa said one last time before finally getting up and walking away from her mother who was now crying harder and harder.

"I'm so sorry, Elsa." Iduna could only whisper between sobs. She was in the wrong position. She didn't know what to do. She hated seeing her daughter disappointed and sad like that, but also she couldn't imagine if her daughter knew that her father came looking for her just to hurt her because of his stupid promise to Manny.

And in the end the pie turned cold and no one ate it.

"Your real name is Summers, right?" Elsa finally ventured herself to ask a question she'd been wanting to ask ever since she first set foot on a cow farm owned by her new client Richard Summers.

Ever since she'd seen the photo from her mother's wallet, she'd been thinking all night how could he look so much like her new client. She had a hunch that the man in the photo might have been her father when he was young.

She had calmed her mind down by thinking that maybe it was just a coincidence that the two of them looked alike, but when she came face to face with Mr. Summers for the second time, she couldn't stop thinking that they were the same person. This man, could be her father.

"Yes. My name is Summers. Richard Summers." Said Agnarr, with both hands in his trouser pockets. He slowed his pace down and watched Elsa who was walking in front of him.

Agnarr realized that ever since Elsa came to the farm, she seemed to see him in a different way, like trying to identify. But he just acted as usual and took Elsa on a tour of his brother-in-law's cow farm, the real Richard Summers. And also, he'd made sure that there weren't any flowers on the farm. So it was safe for Elsa.

Hearing that answer, Elsa glanced back and also slowed her pace down, making them both walk side by side.

"Oh Okay." Elsa smiled and nodded. But she still seemed to be deep in thought. "Do you have any other business besides this farm, Mr.Summers? Like a flower garden maybe?"

Agnarr snapped his head at Elsa unknowingly. How could such a thing cross her mind? He looked at Elsa beside him in surprise.

"Flower garden?" Agnarr looked away and then stared at the row of cows around him because Elsa was now looking at him waiting for an answer.

Agnarr laughed dryly and brought his hand to scratch his nose. "My job every day is dealing with cows, Miss Winters. Their food, their feces. So someone who always works with dirty things like me can't possibly like flowers."

That answer made sense to Elsa and for some reason, she felt a little disappointed. She stopped in her tracks and now understood that expecting too much would make her disappointed, if in the end what she hoped for did not match reality.

She had hoped that the photo she saw last night was the key to her recognizing her father's face but seeing the reality now, maybe the two of them were just two people who looked alike.

Agnarr noticed how his daughter looked lost in thought. He put his hands back into his trouser pockets and tilted his head slightly so that he could see Elsa's face clearly.

"Miss Winters? Is everything alright?" Agnarr asked. His fatherly instincts began to awaken to see his daughter seemed to be bothered by something.

"Oh, I'm sorry." Elsa snapped out of her thought only to find her client's face in front of her, looking concerned.

"Is there something bothering you, Miss Winters? Looks like you're having a problem."

"No." Elsa answered straight away, but she didn't like lying. So she gave her client another quick glance and then finally nodded. "Yes, actually."

Agnarr sighed softly and although he knew some of the problems plaguing his daughter might involved him, he couldn't help but want to ask. "May I know what is the problem? Is it about boyfriend? Or work?" He asked finally.

Agnarr knew he might have gone too far by asking such questions, but he remembered the time when he saw Elsa arguing with a man who came to his house yesterday. And he thought it was a reasonable question.

Elsa seemed unsure of what to answer. She wasn't used to discussing her personal problems with other people. But on the other hand, she felt something different with her client this time. When the two of them first met, this man was able to make her smile after she had an argument with Jack. There was a fatherly impression that made her comfortable and safe to be around him.

"My problem." Elsa took a deep breath and thought that having a little private talk with him wouldn't hurt. "I can handle all office and work problems but," She stopped, thinking where to start.

"But what, Miss Winters?" Agnarr didn't want to push or anything, he just wanted to ease the burden on his daughter's mind, even if only a little.

Elsa studied the man in front of her. This man couldn't be under forty. She guessed that he might be the same age as her father.

"Don't call me Miss Winters, Mr. Summers. Just Elsa." She said without thinking further, because she actually didn't mind him calling her by her first name.

Agnarr was a little taken aback but he tried to cover it up. Deep down, he felt quite happy that Elsa asked him to call her by her first name. He smiled and nodded his head.

"Alright. I can do that." Said Agnarr. He began to enjoy the little time he shared with his daughter.

"When I was a baby, I was separated from my parents. And then recently, finally I was able to meet my mother and live together with her." Elsa started, she smiled reminiscing about the times when she finally met and reunited with her mother, so she didn't notice the change in Agnarr's face because he knew what she was going to say next.

"I know my father is still alive. I know where he lives. It's just that I've never met him. I haven't been able to meet him." Elsa took a seat on a bench near her. Her gaze was still so dreamy that she didn't realize how restless Agnarr was. She didn't even know that Agnarr was already sitting next to her, thinking about how to protect his family from Manny's plans.

"But I never stopped hoping to meet my father. I never stopped hoping that one day, we would come together as one whole family." Elsa said again. But when she got no response from Agnarr, she turned her head to look at Agnarr and found him staring blankly at something in front of him.

"Mr. Summers? Are you alright? You seem lost in thought." Elsa asked, leaning slightly forward.

Being asked by Elsa, Agnarr felt bad about the situation between him and his daughter, between him and Iduna, between him and Manny. For him, nothing was more important than his family. Not his friendship with Manny, not his promise to Manny, if that required him to hurt innocent people and moreover, those who he cared about. He had to make a decision.

Agnarr cleared his throat and gave a faint smile. "I'm alright. It's just that," he looked away and he felt that he needed some time. "Uh, I have to go inside for a moment. I'll be right back."

Although surprised by her client's behaviour, Elsa couldn't stop him or ask him more. So she could only let him go and wonder what had happened to him.

Once Agnarr reached the back porch of the house, he could still see Elsa from there. He took his cell phone from his pocket and tried to dial the number combination he had memorized by heart. And hearing a familiar voice on the other end of the line, he became even more certain of his decision.

"Hello."

"Idun, it's me. Agnarr." Agnarr said, starting the conversation. It was a while before he finally heard a reply.

"What is it?"

Agnarr did not expect to hear such a tone. But he could understand Iduna's current position, seeing how hard Elsa was trying to find him, but instead he asked her not to say anything.

"I'm with Elsa now."

It was a few moments until finally Iduna's voice was heard again.

"What? What do you mean you're with Elsa now? Agnarr, you don't hurt her. Elsa is your daughter too."

Agnarr could hear the panic from Iduna's words. Iduna must have thought that he would do something bad to Elsa.

"Idun, please hear me out first-"

"You hear me out, Agnarr! Please don't hurt her. Don't hurt Elsa. I could have done something stupid to keep her safe. Do you hear me?"

And the phone was disconnected. He didn't understand why Iduna wasn't patient enough to be able to listen to his explanation. He put his phone back in his pocket and let out a long sigh.

Just a second later, he saw how Elsa received a call from someone, who he was sure was from Iduna, looking confused that made her get on her feet, rubbing her face slowly and holding her forehead with her hand. And after being sure that Elsa was done with her phone, he walked over to Elsa who now looked in a hurry.

"I'm so sorry, Mr. Summers. I think I have to go now." Said Elsa with an apologetic look, putting her phone back in her bag.

"Is everything alright?" Agnarr asked with concern. He knew for sure what had happened, but still, he was worried.

"My mom just called and she asked me to come home right now. She thought that I'm in a danger." Elsa said, looking confused herself. She didn't understand what her mother meant by she was in a danger.

"Danger?" You should have listened to me first, Idun. It is impossible for me to hurt my own daughter.

"Yeah. And I my self don't quite understand what kind of danger she was talking about. She was just crying frantically so, I guess I have to go now, Mr. Summers. I'm sorry." Said Elsa again. She felt really sorry that she had to go all of a sudden.

"It's alright. I'll call you in two or three days, Miss- I mean, Elsa?"

"That will do, Mr. Summers." Elsa prepared with her bag and gave her last smile before finally saying goodbye. "Thank you for your time."

Agnarr saw his daughter walking away and felt sad that all this had to happen. Getting to know his daughter made him feel confident in what he was going to do. Even though it was against his principles, he still had to do it for his family. He would break his promise to Manny and choose to protect his family at any cost.

"Not serious?" Bernard asked Manny when he visited him in the prison. Manny had just expressed his thoughts that Agnarr might not be serious about what he wanted him to do.

Manny puffed out the smoke slowly and nodded his head. "Yeah. He waited too long. I don't know what he's waiting for. He still hasn't done my request. That's why I thought that he wasn't serious about taking my revenge."

Bernard listened intently. He held out another cigarette because the one in Manny's hand was almost gone. Without thinking, Manny took it and Bernard lit the cigarette for him.

"He's no longer the man I knew, Bernard. He has changed." Manny took a deep sip of the cigarette and then he leaned back against the back of the chair, staring intently at Bernard.

"Get your man ready. We can no longer rely on Agnarr."

"Alright, Sir. I'll get my man ready."

"So now your curfew is getting tighter?" Asked Jack, his hand never stopped stroking Elsa's head who was now comfortable sitting against him. The two of them were sitting on the couch in Elsa's study that evening because Elsa asked him to bring her some paperwork from the office.

After visiting her client, Elsa called and told Jack that she couldn't go back to the office. Her mother forbade her to do that, she said. At least only for today, when her mother still couldn't let her out of the house.

"Yes. I should be home before nine o'clock. And it was all because she had a bad dream about me being in a danger." Elsa said quietly, fiddling with the end of Jack's tie.

"She called while I was with my client. She sounded so panicked and asked me to go home right then and there. And as soon as I got home, she hugged me like there was no tomorrow, Jack. So tight and she just kept crying. And then she said that she had a bad dream about me being in a danger." Elsa continued, she was so comfortable that she started to feel drowsy.

"Maybe your mother has a bad feeling about you, Elsa. And you can't take your mother's feelings for granted." Jack said, wrapping his arms around Elsa and gently hugging her, making her sigh in contentment.

"I know that, Jack. That's why I didn't say anything when she told me to stay at home today." And even though Elsa was in a comfortable and soothing state, she couldn't help but think about her mother's strange behaviour lately. "I think my mother is hiding something from me. I can feel it." She added.

Jack's brow furrowed slightly at Elsa's words. "Hiding something? What is she hiding from you?"

"I don't know what exactly, but I think it's about father. She's been restless ever since I started looking for him."

"For me, your mother worrying about you is something natural. She is your mother after all. And I can't help but agree that you should be more careful when you go out there because I still think that Manny's threat of revenge is a real thing, although there hasn't been any movement from him so far." Jack tried to reason with Elsa, because he felt that Elsa underestimated the threat that directed at her too much.

"And regarding your mother hiding something from you, I'm sure there's a reason behind it. I'm sure she'll tell you when the time is right. Your mother loves you, Elsa. She will do anything to keep you safe. And so do I." Said Jack, ending his words with a soft kiss on Elsa's forehead.

It made Elsa look up and stare at Jack for a few moment. For a few moments that was enough to make Jack confused why Elsa was looking at him like that.

"What? Why are you looking at me like that? Is there something wrong with my face?" Jack asked nervously, feeling his face blindly with his hand, thinking something was wrong there.

If there was one of many things that Elsa adored about Jack, it was that he could be very patient when she needed it. He could make herself feel at ease because sometimes she got too carried away. He was her rocker.

"Did I forget that I haven't kissed you since you came here?" Elsa asked innocently.

His hand which was still trying to find the oddity that he thought were on his face, froze when he heard Elsa's question. And then he smirked because he could see the faint playful smile on her lips.

"You could just say that you want to kiss me again instead of pretending to forget that you haven't kissed me, babe." Jack chuckled and pinched Elsa's nose, which made her giggle and rub her now reddish nose.

Elsa then grabbed Jack's cheek and pulled his face down slightly. "Come here. I want to kiss you again."

Jack couldn't resist Elsa's request and kissed back the most beautiful woman in the whole world in front of him until they both ran out of breath. For a moment, they both felt that this world belonged only to the two of them, and the other only to rent.
