Well, long story short, I started a new job and have been too busy for the last few months, but now I am able to get back into the swing of things and try to keep this going. Sorry for the wait, and thanks for sticking around. Also I own nothing.

The shadows moved unnaturally around the cave, the ancient stone walls slanting upwards at unnatural angles. Angles that hurt to look at, and seemed almost to morph and twist when not directly in one's sight.

"Open your heart to me child, and I will grant you unknowable pleasure. The voice that echoed around the eye-bleeding geometry of the cave. Was sultry and sweet oozing with seductive tones. A lone hooded figure sat at the center of the cave eyes closed and a slight smile playing across his face. As he ignored the voice, the being from which it came, becoming furious at her rejection.

"You were born a warrior, why not bow to a god of strength?" The second voice was deep and growling. Speaking with tones of barely contained rage. Still, the hooded figure ignored the whispered shouts of the ancient entities that spoke to him, disturbing his meditation.

"You cannot betray us, it is fated that you listen to our words!" The third voice was both high and deep, masculine, and feminine, human, and utterly inhuman. Still, the figure to which it spoke sat in quiet meditation a peaceful smile on their face.

"Would you reject our offer of life?" The voice of the final entity was wet, and sloppy speaking as if through an ocean of phlegm. And finally, the hooded figure spoke its voice calm, but thick with corruption.

"Yes." And with the sound of that single word of defiance the figure felt the incorporeal forms of the ancient entities that tried to speak stagger back from him as if burned by a bright flash of heat that emanated from the meditating from. Suddenly there was another presence one younger than the others, but oozing with a bright glow of impressive power.

"What has caused you to bring me here?" The fifth figure a being of pure light spoke with a voice of unimaginable power.

"The same thing that led me to my betrayal, father." As the hooded figure spoke he pulled back his hood to reveal a smooth shaved scalp, tanned bronze and covered in tattooed script.

"And that is?" Asked the light being.

"To prove that I was right about you all along." And as Lorgar Aurelian turned to look into the face of the form born of ten thousand years of meditating in the warp to coalesce his father's lost shards into one, he saw that for the first time since he had been born his father was smiling at him.
