24. UPDATE

Hello!

I know it has been a very long time! I feel so grateful for the continuted interest in the way of PMs, favorites and follows that I am getting regularly.

I am almost ready to update again! But I feel as though I owe you an explanation as to why there has been a lack of updates over the last 2 years. First, I sufferd a painful neck and back injury that made it very difficult for me to sit and write..well, actually it was painful just to try to do anything. Then when I returned to work I was in too much pain to do more than write out a rough draft. Then the pandemic happened and my 40 hour a week teaching job suddenly turned into 60+ hours a week in front of a computer with very little time to edit and write. Then even worse, I contracted COVID from which I am suffering long term side effects. So it has been a long, painful recovery the past couple of years and I appreciiate your patience. I never meant for it to take me this long to get the next chapter ready to post.

HOWEVER

I am nearly finsihed with Chapter 24! Most of it has been written for over a year! I only have another scene or two to write and then it will be ready to post! I want to give you all an extra long update!

I hope you are all still with me and still are fond of these characters! I am not ready to give them up yet!
