The dragon nicknamed "Cloverfield" by the human hunter Robert Singer was waiting by the doors, baring anyone from disturbing the Mother.
Eve sat in the pew praying. The other church goers were asleep, Eve transformed them into the new monsters she created. She was praying to God. Not the God the angels and humans worshiped, but the One that created her before Its banishment.
'My Lord, watch over me and my children. Amen.' She gets up.
"The Queen will be waking soon. We must go." Eve, she was afraid. Not of her Master, but the Queen of Hell. She knew once she woke up, Eve was first on her hit list. She was once again going into hiding. No way was she getting sent back to Purgatory, if she goes there she is nothing but a sitting duck. No way was she missing Its return.
"Yes ma'am." Cloverfield bowed. He heard the stories, the Queen of Hell is more powerful than Eve herself. Eve wasn't afraid of her, (he was sure of that) even though the Queen herself was rumored to be strong as God.
"Escort me out of here. I know, take me There."
"Mother, I don't know if we can enter." That Place, it was sacred. Evil was never allowed to enter Its Doors.
"Unlike Heaven, Purgatory and Hell, It is neutral. It will allow me to take refuge." The New Tribunal, it allowed both good and evil to sit.
"Very well." He turns into his true form and flies Eve away.
Paige was writing on her computer when her cell rang.
"Scared Meadows, this is Paige Matthews speaking." She said in a crisp voice. Whoops, she accidentally typed that in her report. She quickly deletes it.
"Paige? Did you get that message I sent you?" Piper's impatience voice says over the phone.
"Uh, I kinda forgot." Paige, she braced herself to Piper's yelling.
"SAM IS MISSING! DID YOU FORGET!" Paige held the phone away from her ear. Even doing that, Piper's voice echoed throughout her office. Thankfully her door was closed.
"Sorry! I just been buried in paperwork." Scotland, they faxed their reports over. They discovered something.
"What! What is more important than my husband! Your brother in law!"
''Sorry Piper, but what can I do?" Sam he was trapped in the past. They knew time travel, but it was very risky to use. One mistake can alter history, no matter how small.
"I don't know. Sorry for yelling." Piper sighed. "I'm just worried." Dean he called and told Piper he was calling the one person that can save Sam. Piper wished him luck. That was one guy she wasn't looking forward to meeting.
Paige immediately sits up. When Piper gave a defeated tone like that, it meant Piper had no hope. It was Leo all over again.
"Listen. Sam is coming home. Dean, he never gives up on his brother. Family sticks together. Especially to the father of my future niece or nephew." Paige was looking forward to that. It was still early, both said they weren't ready yet. They wanted to get out of debt first, plus take care of that Academy. She could almost hear Piper's smile.
"You're right as usual."
"Of course I am."
"Thanks Paige. When Sam comes home, let's have a party. I want to know about those videos you and Phoebe promised to show."
"Trust me, you and everyone else will be cringing. However, it will be a hoot." Paige couldn't wait. Everyone they knew needed to see them, it was too funny not to show. Especially that con from Italy. No matter how many times they seen it, Paige and Phoebe never stopped laughing. "Do me a favor and step away from the Book. You know if we try going back in time, we aren't sure where or when you'll end up." Time Travel was no joke, it was too dangerous to use.
"Then what can I do?"
"You can work here for a day. Or you can visit Jenna. If Dean is on a hunt, she may be lonely."
"Ooo. Right." Piper forgot about her. Poor girl was worried about Dean. She called and said Dean never called or texted. She was understandably annoyed and worried. "Okay. You hear anything call. ASAP."
"Promise. Look I have to go. K. Love you too. Bye."
"Phoebe! Just the witch I want to see. Where's Prue?" Both sisters were there for a day. Prue was checked in as a patient, she was overwhelmed by everything she ever went through the last few days. Good thing the gym she was working at allowed her to work from home. Phoebe was traveling back and forth, she was worried about both her sisters. Plus working here for extra cash, September was coming closer and closer.
"Prue is in her room resting. She's been up all night. I don't really want to disturb her."
"After what she's been through, I don't blame her. Anyways, I already finished the patients room, did inventory, and threw out the garbage and sorted the recyclables."
"Wow. I'm impressed." Paige smiles. Good work was so hard to find. "We're gonna miss you when September comes. Expect a small bonus on your paycheck."
"Thanks. Let's see. Hmm. Dex and Jo's going away party?"
"On it. They will be staying here for a few extra days. They'll be paying rent for their apartment for now till their house is ready out in the boonies."
"It's a farm. Not the boonies." Phoebe corrected.
"True. So when is this party?"
"As soon as Sam and Dean get back. I already made the menu, put together the guest list, pre-ordered the cake, and hired the DJ."
"Drinks?"
"Already budgeted for it." Paige didn't tell her, it was also her surprise party for her admission to Stanford. "I also have the projector ready for the party."
"Awesome. Wow Paige, you sure changed since, well when you first came to live with us." Paige was always a little flaky, even while working as a social worker. As a former whitelighter, she had trouble taking her role seriously, she kept losing her charges, thankfully not fatally.
"After what we went through that other universe, this is nothing." Both sisters sobered their banter. That was probably the hardest mission they had. Both were nearly permanently killed in that world.
"Yeah, but we passed. Anyways, we went through hell, and now look at us."
"Yeah. Anyways, did you find any new tenants?" Both were moving away, Phoebe was moving away next month, and Paige was living here for a extended period of time. Prue and Piper were only staying in the manor whenever they visited.
"I been screening, there are a few, but none that I trust." Both sisters were very picky about the kind of tenants they wanted, plus all four were putting up anti demon sigils everywhere. They weren't chancing exposure.
"What about that Billie girl?"
"Billie? Hmm. She works here part time, but is quitting to return to school." She worked as Paige's assistant on weekends.
"Wasn't she your charge?"
"When I was a whitelighter. Now that I'm not, she is just my employee." Paige felt empty without her whitelighter powers. She was thinking of what her active witchy powers were. "Since she changed her mind about Knox, she is staying here. Apparently, she cannot afford tuition."
"Magic school is way cheaper. They don't just accept kids. Maybe she can go there." Phoebe suggested.
"Maybe. She is my charge, she just got in her powers and needs guidance. Plus there may be others out there that need us."
Neither said much after that. They knew that things were going to get much harder. Phoebe had another nightmare. She actually called Paige in the middle of the night to talk.
"It's after three. Go home Phoebe." Paige ordered.
"What about you?" Paige looked tired.
"Just a little more. Go. If I need help, I can always call Castiel." Paige wanted to promote him to be her new assistant. She wanted him to know the ends and outs of her job. She loved her work, but she may be away doing her new duties. She got a email. Magic School asked if Paige can substitute for a few days. New students were coming in for the fall semester and needed Paige to go work at the library for a few days till they found a permanent employee. "If only Leo was here." He was perfect for that job. She answered the phone. Until then, she was needed here.
A young blonde witch was carrying potions. She was following the demon known as Dogon, who was responsible for kidnapping her older sister when they were kids. Ever since she got into her powers, her mission in life was to find her sister. Unfortunately she was dead, her skeletal remains discovered by a group of young kids. According to the autopsy, she was beaten to death. Her death remained a cold case. Billie was determined to find her murderer.
She managed to follow a group of demons to a abandoned hospital. She had to be careful, if any of them knew who she was, she would be immediately killed. Thank goodness she overheard two hunters talking about them. She had three potions, hopefully it was enough juice to kill the demons inside their vessels. She stayed behind a shelf, she wasn't foolish, she also was carrying a demon killing athame. The Winchesters and angels weren't the only ones who had a special knife. She silently thanked the angel for winning this for her at the Auction.
"So why do all this? Stealing other demon's powers?" A demon asked Dogon.
"A War is coming. Everyone else is getting ready. I'm doing my part." Dogon tells him. "The Four Princes, they are getting ready with their armies. One is opening his Academy, Zankou will be Headmaster for it. I need to be strong as well. Rather than a school, I will lead an army, something Azazel failed to do." It was a dangerous plan, he knew if the higher tiered demons found out, he'll be destroyed. Unlike angels and humans, all demons hated sharing. "I need as much power as I can to get a army together." Luckily he knew how to siphon magic, he was a warlock in his former life.
Billie jumps when she got tapped on the shoulder. Luckily her humanity was disguised by the dark potion she drank. No one will believe she was human.
"Who are you." The demon demanded.
"Shh. I don't anyone to hear." She whispered with her finger over her lip.
"Hear what?" The demon demanded.
"This." She covers his mouth as he was stabbed. As bad as she felt for the person inside, there was a bigger fish. She stared blankly as the demon flashed in death. She had to get closer. She had to know who kidnapped and killed Christy.
"How about a shapeshifter? They can fool anyone. I know one called Abet. It is rumored he was the first child of the Alpha. Imagine the knowledge he carries!" The demon known as Tomar tells Dogan.
Dogan nods. The Alphas were all missing. They all believed Crowley took them, but that wasn't the case. They were in the hands of the American Government. Whomever was in charge, they clearly knew exactly what to do with them. They question was why.
"He likes to hang out in alleys. Especially near fish markets."
"A shapeshifter huh?" He recently found out monsters had souls. Unlike humans, they go directly to Purgatory after they die. He heard that still living people had their souls taken and transformed. A monster soul that can be transformed for his evil army, he can be even stronger than his rivals. He nodded. "Don't stop there, get me others! Werewolves, vampires, skinwalkers! Find me the Alphas direct children!" He ordered.
Billie peaked out from behind the boxes. A monster demonic army? She had to warn Paige. Before she can do anything, the demon opened his cape. Immediately Billie's mind went to the past.
She was just a child. She saw flashes of thunder and her and Christy's balcony doors opening. A lit Jack O Lantern was illuminated by the lightning. A dark figure opens his cape, then her sister's screaming.
Billie gasps at the image. She hadn't thought about that night in years. In her repressed trauma, she accidentally drops the bottles. The noise makes everyone look up.
"What was that?"
Billie quickly runs away, luckily no one was in the hallway when she came in.
Dogon sees the bottles and picks them up. Looks like he had to add another task to his list.
Paige and Phoebe were in the kitchen making some potions. Since all the sisters were going to be apart, both sisters were trying to squeeze in last minute training. Like this potion. It was guaranteed to bring out their younger side just in case they lose their powers.
"Wonder why Grams didn't teach us this." They read the Book, but only used the knowledge in it as needed.
"You know her better than me. You tell me." Paige tells her. "Hand me that bottle." She uses a turkey baster to squeeze the potion inside. "Okay. How many is that?"
"Eight." Phoebe carefully labels them. "If I had known about this spell, I could have avoided that whole Virgil thing."
"Then the world finds out about witches. We would be dissected in some top secret lab facility somewhere." Paige was so glad she didn't live there anymore. "Our counterparts, they would be jailed. Same with Shannen and Holly."
"True. So Paige, how's things?"
"You're asking me that? Man you must be bored." She saw Phoebe's face. "You're not thinking about him again are you?" Phoebe told her sisters about him when they went out for drinks. Prue sympathized with Phoebe the most, her ex fiance cheated on her with his secretary. They all agreed he was a world class pig.
Phoebe looked insulted.
"Trust me. I am completely, and utterly over him. I swear." Seeing Paige's face. "Charmed honor." She held up her hand. "It is just so scary. We are all moving on. Piper and Sam may be starting a family, Prue is trying to figure things out, you have a cushy job that pays well, and I'm going to med school. What happens to us?" That worried Phoebe the most. She read countless stories of people drifting apart. Especially families.
"We have Armageddon coming. Believe me, that will keep us together."
"Thanks for the reminder." That was something everyone feared. Phoebe didn't tell anyone about Pearl's vision. What she saw. Phoebe forced the thought out of her mind. She still had nightmares about It.
They were interrupted by a knock.
"I'll get that!" Anything for a distraction. Phoebe wakes to the front door and sees a blonde colleged aged woman standing there. "Hello. May I help you?"
"Hi. Does Paige live here?"
Paige walks out of the kitchen when she hears her name. Seeing Billie she smiles.
"Billie! Just the person I am looking for. Come in!"
"Hey." What did Paige want? Was this her sister? Oh she knew who this was, this was Phoebe. She was just a kid, but remembered them as angelic agents. The sisters quickly left town to the endless press and sensationalism. Their cousins, the Bennetts quickly moved in. It's a shame that Manny died along with his friend in that car crash. "Paige, can I talk to you?"
"Me first. Ahem. Billie, what year are you at your college."
"Sophomore. I was supposed to be a junior, but I took a semester off. Plus, I needed to save money for Knox." Knox University was really expensive. Even with a scholarship, and her inheritance from her grandma, she couldn't afford tuition. Never mind moving to Scotland. "I was working at a science lab cleaning animal cages."
"I thought you were a freshman." Paige asks.
"I took extra credits, plus spring and summer classes. I didn't go in September for fall, instead I went for the winter semester. I'm trying to get my bachelors so I can take my Masters in Southern California in a few years." Pharmacy school was expensive, but was easier to get in with government scholarships and loans. "I decided to stick close to home, so I can finish my remaining school years before I apply down south in a few years."
"Sounds like you have your future figured out." Phoebe was impressed by her drive. "Maybe in couple of years, I'll see you in the med circuit." When Phoebe was her age, she did nothing but party, not counting misusing her witchcraft powers when she first got them.
"Anyways. That is what I want to talk to you about." Paige was still screening applicants. "How do you like to live here." Phoebe and Paige talked about it, Billie was a witch that needed guidance. She was a casual at Paige's job, but was also Paige's charge when she was a whitelighter.
"Here? At the Manor?" She looked around. It was nicely decorated. She never been inside, she expected old school furniture. But the place was decorated with a modern look and had a large television in the living room. "How much is rent?"
Once Billie left, she went home to make more potions. Good thing she found that room at Sacred Meadows. Hopefully she doesn't choke like before.
"You think she's ready?" Phoebe was holding the rental application. Billie filled it out, she was moving in August. She promised to bring a check for rent and her security deposit for her first month.
"She's gotta be. She needs training as a witch. The Book is upstairs, she needs to study her magic." Paige figured to let her use the Book. It was meant for good witches.
"Well, we have one. How many more do we need? Wait a minute. The Book? Why do we have to leave it here?" Penny made it clear it was just for the Sisters to use and guard.
"Just for a few months. Once we leave we'll find a room for the Book at work. It was created by witches and angels after all."
Billie finished the potions. She didn't need the Book for the ingredients, she manged managed to find the recipe in the box she found. She looked around. This room was covered in spiderwebs, and almost everything was covered in dust.
Billie discovered this place by accident. She didn't mean to go inside, she got lost when Paige sent her to retrieve some old files from former patients. Since this building was the furthest away from the main building, she figured to start here.
Billie coughed as she walked in. Ew. This place was nasty. Good thing she had keys.
'How long ago did anyone check in here?' She thought. She was amazed on how much dust was inside. Whoever the old Director was, she never bothered cleaning this place, the furniture inside never changed since the forties, maybe. 'Gotta find those folders.' Paige made it clear, she was planning on destroying the old files, she wasn't sure if medical privacy laws existed here, but didn't want the government finding out what this place was. Most of the patients and former employees were long gone, Paige said their files weren't needed anymore.
"Ugh. Can't wait to get out of here." This place scared Billie. Even with light, this place was spooky. She was determined to find that box. "Where the heck are you?" She tripped over a old coffee table. "Ow! Stupid table!" She fell pretty hard, she needed a minute to compose herself. She was breathing hard, the fall hurt more than she thought. As she about to get up she saw a mirror. "Huh?" The mirror itself didn't stick out, it was what it reflected. And and wasn't the room she was in.
"Wow." That's all Billie can say. There was a secret room. It wasn't behind the mirror, it was inside the mirror. She had no idea why this mirror was here, but she wasn't complaining.
Billie heard stories from her parents, that her grandma was a professor. Wilma Niven died before Billie was born, her mom always said her death was a accident. It wasn't until last year she figured out how she died.
Wilma was killed by demons. She and some witches were being targeted for their magic. Not from the witches themselves, but their families. Wilma knew her two granddaughters were wanted by the Triad, Christy was sought for her powers, one of them being a firestarter. Her true powers were unknown, she was kidnapped before anyone could find out. As for Billie, she was still learning. Her grandmother died trying to bond the sisters powers, even while Billie was still in the womb, the demon who did it, his identity was never found out.
Billie was always wondering what happened to her sister. Her parents refused to talk about it, they shut down Billie's questions. Always telling her that there was professionals out there. Then when they found out Christy was dead, they finally told Billie the truth.
Billie was understandably angry and refused to listen to her parents. Both Carl and Helen just said they wanted to protect Billie. When Billie screamed she had the right to know, Helen tearfully admitted she was right. Billie refused to live with her parents and instead moved away with one of her grandmother's acquaintances. It was there that Clea told Billie everything about being a witch.
The four hundred year old witch taught Billie everything she knew, and was the one that recommended she attend Knox when she turned eighteen. Once Billie reached the age of eighteen she moved back to San Francisco from Louisiana and reunited with her parents. She attended college and there she met Paige Matthews, her whitelighter, while fighting demons.
As much as she appreciated everything, she was obsessed with finding her sister's kidnapper as well as her killer. She was getting close, she wanted to attend Knox to find out how to avenge her sister's death. She was good, but she needed to be the best. Unfortunately Knox was out of her reach, she only had enough to attend for one semester.
Now looking around the room, she may be able to go to Knox after all. Not as a student, but a visitor. She was a witch, the security there will allow her to walk in no questions asked. Hopefully there was the one thing she needed to find her answer. Luckily there was endless knowledge in here. She looked at her watch. Oh shit! She needed to get back, Paige was probably wondering where she was. Her pager was going off. Grabbing a random box with papers, she hurriedly leaves the room.
Good thing Billie was a employee here. She kept the keys to this place, she needed the treasures inside to do her mission.
"Where is that spell?" She mumbled in frustration. "Let's see, teleportation, summoning a cupid? Okay. Hmm. Ah! There we go!" She put the yellowed index card on the box.
To Erase Painful Memories
''After This Cruel Memory Is Seen and Said
Erase Those Cruel Thoughts From My Heart and Head."
Immediately she was surrounded by gold mist. Her traumatic memories came back to her.
Once Billie finished reliving the memories, she carefully puts the index card back.
"Time to kick some demon ass." She smiled and walked out.
Phoebe was looking over the applications. There were a few candidates, no one that stuck out, they were very careful who to screen. They knew they needed someone trustworthy. Preferably a witch or a hunter.
Then Phoebe had a thought. Why move? It was way cheaper to live at home. She can save money to live here. Besides, any new witches would need guidance. She looked around. Then again, moving away for college, what if she meets her future husband? Future kids. Phoebe sighed. When her phone rang, Phoebe answered it.
"Hello?"
"Hey Pheebes, how's things?" Piper's voice says over the phone. Phoebe smiled at her sister's voice.
"Fine. We just got our first tenant. Her name's Billie, she's a witch." Billie was young, but Phoebe was confident she will be happy here.
"Good for you. I'm calling to let you know I may have a lead on Sam."
"Really! That's great! Where or when is he?" This whole time travel thing gave them all a headache.
"I'm in contact with many seers, oracles and a few psychics. Just trying to narrow down where Sam is."
Even over the phone, Phoebe could hear Piper's frustration.
"Don't give up hope. Sam is a Winchester. He been in more scrapes then anyone I know. Well, except us. Soon as he gets back, you and him can start enjoying your dinner parties with your neighbours before your babies are born." Phoebe was pleasant when she said that, but was secretly jealous. She dreamt about that little girl again. She knew about 'Charmed,' but she didn't trust it. Those red herrings were everywhere. Besides, she didn't want to know her future. She heard season ten was a mess.
"I know." Piper sighed. "It's just not fair."
"Awww. My poor sis." Phoebe felt really bad for her, but things were getting crazy. September was coming closer and closer. Phoebe didn't even find a apartment yet. She and Paige were so busy. As for Prue, neither wanted to stress her out at the moment. She was getting a well deserved rest. "Look, you do what you have to do, and be careful!" Piper was working as a hunter at the moment, chasing leads about Sam. "If I hear anything about Sam, you'll be the first to know. Promise."
"Alright. Just be selective on the tenants." Piper no longer lived there, but was very overprotective of the manor. "I have to go, Dean says he has a lead. Take care, and tell Prue and Paige I said hi. Bye!"
Piper hung up before Phoebe could say a word. Phoebe knew hunters were always busy, plus Piper was looking inside of any lore for leads. She put down her phone. As she picked up a magazine, an ad caught her eye.
The heart of California for new citizens as well as native ones. Golden Park Condos
"Golden Park Condos?" As Phoebe read the ad, she was intrigued by what the building was offering her. A gym, a spacious courtyard for the tenants, as well as walking distance to any shops, restaurants and parks. Plus it had routes leading directly to any major roads and highways. Stanford wasn't that far with a car. Plus the condo was perfect for a young hip crowd. Phoebe knew it was expensive, but she called the realtor. Hopefully the apartments were still available.
A young blonde woman was whimpering as she was getting lifted in the air.
"Please, take everything I have! Just don't hurt me!" As she struggles in fear.
"Nice try, Abet." Dogon taunts as he lifts her higher.
The blonde morphs into a middle aged black man. He glares at the demon.
"Tell Crowley, I'll see you both in the Wasteland." Naming a place where most demons and monsters go before their final trip to their destinations.
"The Wasteland is a myth. There is only one place for me, and one place for you." He uses his powers to take his soul. The dead shifter falls to the ground.
He looks over at Tomar.
"What do we do with him?" Tomar asks. "Isn't he what we came here for?" Looking at his body.
"Don't know. Don't care. Who's next?" Both demons turn around hearing a woman's voice.
"How about me?" Billie had no fear, she was carrying a few potions.
Dogon just gave her a annoyed look.
"A witch? Kinda young aren't you? Go home. This is grown up business."
Billie smirked. Usually remarks like that will piss her off, but she wasn bothered by it. She threw her potion at Dogon who immediately deflects it towards Tomar. Tomar flashes with a gold light before he dies.
Dogon immediately throws a fireball at Billie, narrowly missing her.
"I wasn't about to take you, but a soldier is a soldier." Before Billie can run, he shimmers in front of her and grabs her head. "Hmm. Interesting." What she was truly afraid of, Dogon was smiling. "Don't worry, once I take your soul, you won't even afraid of anything."
Billie gasps when he read her mind. Luckily she still had her potions. She threw them at Dogon making him scream in pain. She then runs out as fast as she could.
"A witch huh?" Why didn't Crowley or even Zankou didn't bother wanting one, witches can be turned. Wouldn't be the first time.
Paige was watching TV when she got a text message.
'Ms Matthews, open your attachment.' It was sent from the director from Scotland.
"Oh my god." Paige immediately calls Piper.
Billie was gasping in fear as soon as she got back. She choked again.
'A claw ripping a mattress, a child's scream, a dark shadow with wings.'
"Christy."
Billie was watching TV when she heard her mom's screams.
"Mom?" Her mom's face. She was looking at Billie with tears streaming down her face.
The funeral was sober. It was raining, it matched everyone's mood. It was beautiful, many mourners showed up giving their condolences. Billie was numb, she no longer had any tears left. Her parents were holding hands with Billie, neither wanted to let Billie go.
Christy's remains were found in Northern California. The coroner said even with a broken skeleton, there was signs she was tortured before she died, and had multiple skull injuries that most likely killed her. So far, there was no leads. Once the funeral ended, Billie and her parents went home for the wake.
Ever since that day, Billie was determined to find Christy's killer. She was sure Dogon was the killer. He matched the description she was looking for. She went to her secret room. This time, she wasn't going to fail.
Paige goes to the boarded up building. Why she never been here, she had no idea.
"My goodness." It was a mess. "Natalie, Charlie, why did neither of you go in here?" Looks like she needed things to be cleaned before she decides what she can do with this place. Ugh. The furniture alone. Way too old fashioned for her. She was just blankly looking around when she saw a flash of light. She walks over to the mirror. "Mirror, mirror on the wall, who's the best witch of them all." She jokes. When she saw a reflection of a room, Paige reaches out to touch the image. When her hand went inside, she immediately pulls her hand out with disbelief. "What the?" She touches the mirror again. "Might as well get this over with."
This room. Is this was what connected all four places in 1930? Then why was this room sealed away? Paige was fascinated on what was inside. Rare artifacts, maps and spells wrapped in scrolls, mirrors showing different things and places, even a telescope. Looking around, she was curious on what to do with this place. Spying some old folders, she silently scolded Billie for not destroying them. As she went to pick up the box, a piece of paper caught her eye.
"Oh no." She instantly recognized that particular spell. She needed to find Billie. Plus get her sisters.
Billie groaned as she was laying beside her broken table. Good thing she was leaving. But her roommate won't be happy about her end table getting destroyed.
"You embarrassed me for the last time witch." He had enemies, he heard them laughing behind his back. "You'll make a fine soldier though." He had a spell to put her in a deep sleep. A few years in his hell dimension, she would be brainwashed to be obedient and willing to be anything he desired. He was about to take her when he was interrupted.
"Hey!" He turns around to see a witch, next thing he knew, she was in front of him.
"No!" The witch takes the young woman away. Fuck! He only had a short amount of time. Asmodeus and the Four Princes were on high alert. He knew he had to hurry.
"What were you thinking?" Paige was furious at Billie. "I trusted you." Why didn't Billie tell her about that room?
"Worry about that later." Phoebe was in the attic with Piper. Piper hearing about Sam came straight home. She didn't like using her magic for personal gain, but she needed to figure out what Paige just told her earlier.
"I thought I could handle it. Sorry." Billie knew she was in deep shit. "Do you still want me as a tenant?" She was sure she was getting canned.
"We'll talk later. Billie. Did you use mandrake root or mustard seed?" Paige was making a potion. She wasn't sure how they could kill that demon, he wasn't in the Book. Most lower level demons weren't.
"Mandrake root." Billie said absently. She just realized he wasn't the one that kidnapped Christy. Who murdered her, she had no clue. She was back in square one.
"Did anything about him stick out?" Piper wanted to find Sam, but she heard about those people that suddenly went violent for no reason in Illinois. Dean was going to check it out with his wife, while Bobby was heading east to check out the demon signs in Kansas. Piper came back, only because Paige said there was a lead on Sam.
"Just his cape and how he was killing demons."
"A demon killing other demons? Why stop him?" Phoebe said glibly.
"Who cares? We need to stop him." Piper was ready to kill. "How much time do we have?" She knew Billie was getting tracked down soon.
"Potion's done." Paige hands it over to Billie. She had a feeling Billie needed to do this alone. "Billie, mind telling us about your mission?"
"It's not something I like thinking about." Billie had nightmares for years.
"So you used a fear suppressing spell? Billie, you can't escape fear. Its all inside of us." All three sisters were not happy that their spells were in that dusty room. Why there was copies, none were able to figure it out.
"I know. All I know now, it didn't work." Billie wasn't happy.
"Magic can't erase your memories. We learned that lesson from the Big Guy Himself." None could remember what happened a few years ago. All they knew is their fates changed thanks to God. Phoebe wondered what it was. She dreamed that she was still married to Cole. "We can't grow without facing our fears."
"She never attended a class yet at Stanford, and already is giving advice." Piper tells the room.
"I need the practice. Can't be a good doctor without hard work."
Billie closed her eyes.
"I don't want to face this one." Billie dreaded to remember that night. "It was when my sister was taken."
"Boo!" Christy was laughing at Billie's scream.
"I'm telling mom!" A five year old Billie was holding her teddy bear.
"Don't be a scaredy cat!" A young Christy climbs to her top bunk. "Night!"
Once Billie settles in under her on the bottom bunk, she tries to fall asleep. Then their balcony doors open. She saw a tall figure in a black cape opening its arms. Scared, Billie cowers on her pillow. She saw a faceless man looking at her. When she heard her sister screaming, she looked up to see a long claw ripping up the mattress above her.
"No! Nooo!"
The last thing she saw was Christy being taken away out the balcony doors.
Once she was finished, she was crying.
"I'm sorry." Paige read the article online. No name was ever given about the person found. "Did the police ever find the killer or kidnapper?"
"No. My parents refused to talk about it. Then when Christy was found, I left."
"Your parents let a underage girl go?" Piper was horrified by Billie's story.
"I'm a witch. It is tradition that we leave home for training. My grandma's friend took me in. There she taught me everything she knew." Billie knew the basics, such as potion making and creating spells, Clea said Billie had to learn everything else herself. "I just want to get justice for Christy. My parents accepted her death, I didn't. I won't stop till I find out the truth." She gasps when Dogon shimmers in the room and grabs Billie.
"Move and she dies." He was grabbing her neck.
Billie mouths to Paige not to worry before they shimmer away.
"I trust Billie." Paige tells a bewildered Piper and Phoebe.
Billie ducks when a fireball narrowly hits her.
"You are proving to be a nuisance. Working with the Charmed Ones, I should have known better. There are other students, anyone will make a fine soldier. Say hi to your sister." As he prepares to kill her.
Billie knew what to do. Once she threw the potion, she grabs her athame and stabs Dogon. Her face was blank as he died, his mask falling on the floor.
Seeing his face, she knew why he wore that mask. It was exactly like Asmodeus' face. He must have pissed his master off. She quickly sneaks out, she didn't want to run into Crowley, this was his space.
Piper was looking through that telescope. She was watching Sam acting in a television show.
"Really?" She watched Jared and Genevieve laughing as they finished filming their scene. "Never thought of you as the cowboy type. Hope she makes you happy." She was always curious about that world her sisters went to was like. She watched it for a few more minutes. When they started kissing, she looked away from the telescope. She already saw Holly, her and her husband were having dinner with their children. Piper just waved at all four.
This room, Paige was telling her sisters what her plans were for it. Calling it the "Altar Room," she was planning on making this the central room for their missions. Since the manor was being rented out, they were planning on leaving the Book here. It was perfect for them. Plus figuring out how to open the doors again.
"What about the Nexus?"
"Magic School?"
"The Woogy Monster?"
"This room will tell us what to do." Paige remembered 'Supernatural.' She already told Castiel and Hannah, both told her what this room actually was. "This can be our bunker."
"Our what?" Prue asked. She was already checked out as a patient, she wasn't happy her sisters never bothered telling her about Billie and Dogon.
"We seen it on the show. Anyways, that is a good idea. We can save time traveling." Phoebe couldn't wait to decorate. She already looked inside the telescope, she was watching Jensen wearing that sexy costume form his new show. Jenna laughed when Phoebe sent her a photo.
"Might as well. No sense wasting it." Piper and Sam's basement was full. "I can start bringing in boxes. I have tons of lore." This room was huge. "Anyways, what did you say to Billie?"
"That she shouldn't keep things to herself. Plus not to be ashamed to ask for help. I sent her home for the day. She needs to get ready to fight." Every witch and hunter were preparing. "She can take the burden off us for awhile." Paige was confident that Billie was ready to fight demons.
"You think she can handle it?" Piper got up to look in the telescope again. She was curious if there was other worlds to explore.
"Her sister's death was very hard on Billie. I don't know if she can ever get over that." Paige knew if she as ever in her shoes, she would do the same thing. She was an only child growing up, and finding her sisters was one of Paige's happiest memories.
Billie was staring sadly at her sister's picture. A eight year old Christy had her arm slung around a young Billie. Billie looked away. She had to start packing to move. Getting up, she started cleaning.
Scotland 1930
The whitelighter known as Edward was staring coldly at the two runners.
"After all these years Samuel you finally come back?" Anna was staring back in forth at their clicking. It was a language all whitelighters shared, it was a offshoot of the Enochian language the angels spoke. "And you brought me this, traitor." He stares coldly at Anna. "Lets hope that Michael never finds out."
Anna looks away. She had to warn Michael, she just hoped he believed her. He was always enamored with his Father.
