Sam just watched as the man in the truck was being taken away. Heart attack. Luckily he got a ride.

"What where you doing on the road son?"

"Trying to get to California."

"That's a long way off. Where did you come from?"

"Kermit."

"Your sense of direction is way off. You went east instead of north."

Sam looked at the window. Highway 69? The hell was he was doing there?

"Anyways, glad you were there. You are a hero. Clyde, he owns the local feed store."

Sam tuned out the friendly sheriff. He was wondering why he was so far off his path. He felt so disoriented.

"Is there somewhere I can rest?" He has no money, but maybe he can sleep on a bench or something.

"There's the Restwood Motel. I know the owner, she owes me a favor. Have something to eat, it's on me."

"Thanks." Sam wasn't planning to stay long, he had to keep going. She needed him.

Krissy couldn't believe it.

"This was my dad's?" She teared up.

"It is. He almost died guarding It."

"The Holy Grail. It is real." Aiden, Krissy's boyfriend couldn't believe it.

Josephine couldn't help but cross her chest.

"Aren't you going to open it?"

Krissy shook her head.

"No. My dad, he came from another world to protect this Thing." Krissy couldn't believe it. He was a Knight Templar.

"You are the new Guardian. Krissy, never let It fall in the hands of evil."

"I won't." Krissy was honored. She looked up. "My dad? What did he say?" Krissy missed him everyday.

"That he will always be watching you."

Krissy looked up and smiled.

"He kept his promise." She dreamed he was sitting in her bed watching her sleep. He tucked her in. Krissy felt at peace when she woke up. She just hoped he didn't mind Aiden sleeping next to her. "Thank you."

"Not a problem." Jenna wondered why Piper asked her to deliver This. She knew Krissy and her two friends, but barely knew them. She was glad to see that all three were okay. Josephine quit hunting, choosing to go to college, Aiden was working, he needed to provide to the household, with Krissy helping thanks to her inheritance. A middle aged woman named Lily Sundar showed up with a lawyer, and had her sign some papers. Leon was smart, he had a sizable nest egg, Krissy was able to keep up with her hunter lifestyle, she was thinking of turning their home to a shelter for wayward teens like her.

"So how's Dean? You have kids yet?" She liked Jenna, she helped save their lives. Too bad Chris wasn't around, when she asked Jenna, she said he was in Scotland.

"Not yet. Someday."

"That's good. So what now?"

"Your car is awesome." Aiden was admiring it. "You thinking of selling?" He seen her husband's Impala, but this car, he seen it in Vegas when him and Krissy went on a hunt.

"You want to buy it?" Jenna was thinking of selling it. She loved it, but if she was going to have a baby, she and Dean needed to prepare. That car wasn't very practical.

"Thank you so much. I'll mail you the papers." Jenna looked at her watch. "I have to catch my flight home, but if you need help, don't hesitate to call."

"Thanks. Tell Dean I said hi." Krissy smiles at her friends sitting in Jenna's car admiring the inside. She paid Jenna a handsome amount, that car will be perfect for their hunts.

"Take care Krissy."

Once Jenna left in a cab, Krissy looked at the box. Jenna warned her not to open it, a unwanted visitor will show up. She gave Krissy some drawings, telling her it will keep their house invisible. Krissy walked outside and knocked on the Camaro.

"Guys, we have chores to do." Luckily they had tons of paint.

Paige was humming as she tried out her outfits. She had to look perfect, Charles was coming home today.

Makeup? Check? Outfit? Perfect. Shoes? Suitable for dancing. Knowing Charles, he was going to fly them to Hawaii for a romantic vacation. Paige already had her suitcase packed. She made sure to pack her skimpiest bikinis.

"Paige Roget. Mrs Roget. Or should I hyphen it."

"Who are you talking to?"

"Just wondering out loud. Phoebe, how do I look?" She stands up and models her outfit.

"I assume Charles is back."

"Yep."

"Good for you." She knew her and Charles broke things off, Paige didn't want to do long distance, plus her life was too hectic. Between her Charmed duties, and her professional job, Paige was stretched thin. "So, after all that time..."

"He promised to wait. I did." Paige didn't find anyone she cared about, she wasn't interested. "Besides Charles said he had news."

"News huh?" Phoebe wondered if it was in a box. "What about your job?" She knew Paige was training Castiel as her assistant.

"As much as I like working, I think it's time for a new chapter. Cas, he is picking up things pretty well. I may have to pack up my apartment." Paige was spending most of her time at Sacred Meadows. "Charles house has lots of space. Oh crap!" She looked at the time. "He's gonna meet me by our special place." It was after Charles was released from the hospital, he was cured after his 'Beast' curse. When Paige told him she loved him, is when the curse disappeared. His heart healed, and he and Paige declared their love for another. The waterside they walked to after Charles was released is when they made their promise to meet up if they were ever apart.

"Good luck with Charles." Phoebe was happy for her. "Perhaps your hand will be adorned with a huge rock."

"Maaayyybbbeee." Paige never thought about that. Piper was happily married, maybe it was her turn. "Gotta go."

"Bye! Say hi to Charles for me!" Phoebe was happy for Paige.

She was here to pick up the last of her things. Her condo was almost completely full, her and Paige spent a week painting and decorating it. Her classes were about to begin, Stanford was going to keep her busy. She was going to miss this place, but it wasn't her home anymore. Other than Billie, they still needed to fill in the extra rooms. Paige was the only one that was left behind, she agreed to be the live in landlord, at least till their new tenants move in.

Too bad there wasn't any suitable applicants. The closest they had was a wiccan named Merle, but she ended up canceling at the last moment due to family reasons. Many others they couldn't take the risk. Until then, all four sisters currently paid all the bills.

"Phoebe? Paige?"

"Up here!"

Piper walked in the bathroom a minute later.

"Where's Paige?"

"Meeting the love of her life."

"Ah, so he's back."

"Yep. Expect a happy Paige, she's been in a good mood all week." Phoebe was happy for her, she could feel her good mood.

"I'm happy for her. Truly I am." She was, but there was something else on her mind.

"Piper?"

"What?" She was lost in thought.

"You are distracted by something. What is it?"

Piper sighed. She hands Phoebe the envelope.

"Baker High High School Reunion? Oh no."

"Yep. Not just for me, but all three of us." Ugh. The memories of that hellhole. Paige was lucky, she went to another school. Prue was Queen Bee. Both Piper and Phoebe barely made it out alive.

"Oh. God." The echoes of her hated nickname, 'Freebee.'

Piper, the trauma of tenth grade class pictures, plus prom. She forced the memories away.

"Do we have too?"

"Sorry Sis."

"Argh." Seeing all those people again. Phoebe rather face that Thing than her old school. "Why did you RSVP?"

"I thought after all that time. We came a long way. You are heading to Stanford, I'm married to the man I love, and Prue. Smh. She's still Miss Popular."

"Lucky her, she gets to travel the circus."

"What a time for her to travel. Lucky Paige, at least she gets a happy ending."

Paige was nervous as heck. Charles, he was on his way. Paige already checked over herself. Great outfit, her hair was looking good, her makeup flawless, and she was wearing his favorite perfume, Seduction. Paige even had a manicure. Charles wouldn't know what hit him. Hearing his voice, she turned around.

"Paige?" Paige flushed hearing that voice.

"Charles? Hi!" She smiled as he hugged her. "Oh it's so good to see you." Oh wow. He was even more handsome than she remembered. "You look...so polished." He did. He was always gorgeous, but there was a glow about him. "How was your flight?"

"Great! The jet flew here with zero issues. Perfect weather, no turbulence, best flight I ever had." He was staring at Paige's head. "Your hair!"

Paige touches her hair subconsciously.

"I needed a change." She wasn't ready to tell him why. Other than her sisters and Sam and Dean, no one knew.

"Well, I love it. You can make anything look good."

"Why thank you. So how was Hong Kong? Switzerland? Or wherever." Charles traveled everywhere.

"No issues. It was work. Kinda boring. Even with a five star hotel, it's lonely being by yourself."

"Yes it is." Paige was trembling with nervousness. She didn't think he was going to propose, not till Phoebe mentioned he might. But she saw a bulge in his jacket pocket. She swallowed. It was a size of a box. She swallowed. She wished Piper was here, she could freeze time so Paige can slow down her heart. But she knew the answer. "So, how's things?"

"Great! But enough about me. How's work? Vanquish any demons or evil witches?" He still remembered his curse.

"Yeah, but ahem." She looked around to see if anyone was missing. Thankfully, no one wasn't.

"Oh right. Sorry." He remembered that night. Paige spilled all her secrets. Charles didn't care, He always wondered about the supernatural. Thankfully his feelings about Paige didn't change.

"So..."

"Yeah..."

They both laugh.

"You first. I insist." Paige was more scared now, her palms were sweating.

"Well, remember that good news?"

"Yeah?" Her heart was echoing in her ears.

"I'm getting married."

"Yes!" Excuse me what?! "Uh..." Thankfully Charles didn't notice.

"Yeah! Her name is Jessica. There she comes!" He dug into his pocket. "Paige, for you mind holding my phone, I want you to witness this." Paige was numb as he pulled out a box. Charles was oblivious to Paige's expression. "She doesn't know, but today is the day of our anniversary. Can you record this, thanks."

Paige felt hallow as Charles got down on his knee. When Jessica nodded with happy tears, Paige felt like she got punched. She watched as Charles slipped the giant rock on her hand. She didn't hear what they said, not with the blood roaring in her ears.

"I have to go. Here." She shoves the phone in Jessica's hands. "Nice meeting you." She rushes out of the park, ignoring Charles calls.

"You must be starving." The waitress watches as Sam demolished the pie. "Would you like another?" Sam managed to eat two plates of food. Embarrassed, he admitted he had no money, and even with the restaurant saying it was free, Sam asked her for her contact information so he could tip her. "If you insist." After Sam thanked her he picked up the newspaper on the counter.

'What's this?' Dead people returning to life? The more Sam read, he got intrigued. Looks like he had a case. He needed a ride. Thanking the waitress he heads outside.

The trucker yawned. He liked his job, but was ready to retire. Life on the road, it wasn't for him. He preferred his other job, the one were he healed and helped others. But that career was no longer viable, not with the sickness inside. He smiles at the young man walking towards him.

Sam was willing to steal a car, but didn't want to risk getting arrested. Everyone here knew his name. He knew he had to leave, he needed to get home as soon as he could. Spying a truck, he walked towards it. Maybe he can give him a ride.

'Golden State Produce?' That had to be a sign.

"May I help you?"

"You heading to California by any chance?" He saw San Francisco's Golden State Bridge on the truck. This company transported oranges.

"You need a ride?"

"That would be fantastic."

"Ohhh. That sucked." Only Joanne and Missy would post the worst pictures of a teenage Piper on the reunion page. Piper was wearing her thickest glasses and had her metal braces. It was during the science fair in ninth grade. Poor Piper was covered in 'volcano ash' that Franklin Dennis accidentally spilled on her. That picture made it into the yearbook.

"You think that's bad?" Phoebe's picture was just as bad. Her angst stage was written on the page with the words, 'Future FBI's Most Wanted.' Paula was ruthless.

"God. Why are we going to this thing? Why am I?"

"To prove we moved on. Fuck those bitches." Phoebe was still bitter about Mark. Oh well, he moved across country and him and Paula broke up. Unfortunately, she married another student, Phoebe's kinda on/off boyfriend, Owen Grant.

Both were interrupted by the door slamming.

"That dirty...Arrghhh!" Paige was furious.

"What's wrong?" Phoebe and Piper got up from the shared computer.

Paige was pacing angrily. She was so angry she couldn't speak.

"Charles! He's getting married! Argh!" She kicks off her shoes and throws them across the room. They were Manolos, a gift from Charles, but Paige couldn't care less.

"Hey! Pick those up!" Piper scolded. When Paige stomped over the couch and started crying, both Piper and Phoebe rush over to comfort her.

"Paige, I'm so sorry." Phoebe knew how she felt. The betrayal of her last relationship. She held her sister that was crying.

"You want me to turn him into a toad? I can do that." Piper joked. When Paige cried harder, she squeezes her hand. "I'll get the alcohol." She gets up. She was still looking for Sam, but had no luck. Jenna and Dean were tracking down leads. "I think we have Rocky Road and chips." Food always helped.

An hour later Paige filled them in.

"Paige, I'm sorry." All three were drinking hard liquor. Piper was serving another drink. "More whiskey?"

"Over here! Thanks." Phoebe quickly downs it. "Whatta you mean he proposed?"

Paige stopped crying, but she was deep in pain. Her eyes were bloodshot and puffy.

"He asked me to meet him. He said he had special news. I was there to record him proposing to another woman!" She slams down her drink. "Bastard met her in Switzerland! A blonde bimbo no less. Asshole." Now she knew how Phoebe felt. "After all we went through, and knowing how I felt, that bimbette takes all the glory!" Paige knew it was mean, Jessica was an innocent party, but Paige couldn't help how she felt.

"Men!"

"Yep. More chips?" Piper asked.

"How's Paige?" Paige was passed out from last night's somber party. She was clearly heartbroken, her sisters never seen her in such pain over a relationship. Both sisters felt bad for her.

"I keep checking in on her. I already called Castiel, he is currently in charge." Piper made the call first thing.

"Poor girl." Phoebe hid her phone. Charles called and texted several times. Paige was in too much of a fragile mood to talk.

"You still want to go to the reunion?" It was the anniversary of Baker High's anniversary. Both Phoebe and Piper's former senior classes was invited. Prue's was as well, but she was still working. He texts all said she was training hard.

"Maybe. It won't be for a few more days. Sam better get his ass home by then." Piper wanted to show Sam off. He was a hunk. She wanted to show her classmates, she managed to get the guy.

"He better." Phoebe had no date, she agreed to go with Piper and Sam, if he comes back on time. "Let's take Paige. Maybe seeing a bunch of strangers will make her forget about Charles."

The trucker stopped at the crossroads. One was leading west, the other north. He and Sam talked for two hours. They were still in Texas, but he said he was heading to Nebraska for work.

"This is it. Last stop. If you want to get off, any other truckers can take you west. This is a very busy highway. Looks empty, but give it a few minutes someone will always be along."

Sam didn't know what to do. He knew he had to head west, but there was a case. He wasn't sure Dean was on it, but he had to check things out.

"Can you give me a minute?"

"Sure son."

Sam closed his eyes. He couldn't see her face, but she was there, waiting for him. But those people up there. That wasn't normal. He made his decision.

"Let's head north."

"That's the spirit!" The trucker slaps his leg. "Next stop, Nebraska!"

Sam was running, he had to catch up to Dean who was chasing the boy.

"Dean! Dean! Stop!"

"If I lose him, then we lose!"

Sam swore when he saw the soldiers.

"If that is what you want, then lets go." He was no slouch, he may not have his magic anymore, but he kept himself in shape over the years.

He didn't bother to check over the bodies. If they come back, so be it.

He saw Dean holding a gun against the boy's head. Sam wanted to yell out, but he couldn't. This is what they were sent here to do.

'Don't miss Dean.' That boy, he had to die.

"Last stop! Wake up son! We're here!" Sam sleepily woke up.

"Where are we?" It was the middle of the night. They drove two days to get here.

"The sleepy town of McCook, Nebraska." The trucker yawned. "If you need place to sleep, I know a fellow. Just give him my name, and he'll help you. I have to drop off my load, but I can give you directions."

"No problem." Sam was tired, and needed a warm bed. Once he got off the truck, he waves goodbye. Luckily he knew the guy, it was one of John's contacts.

Paige didn't know why she was here. It was two days after witnessing her ex proposing to another woman. She finally texted Charles back, she made an excuse it was a family emergency. She had to know, why he moved on. She was carrying flowers, it was her way of apologizing for running away. Swallowing her fear, she knocks on the door.

"Paige!" Charles looked surprised, but happy to see her. "Come in!"

Paige looked around the familiar surroundings. She been in his home several times, but it felt weird. She saw who she had to assume was Jessica's things. Charles must have noticed her silence, he gestured for her to sit down.

"Would you like a drink?"

"No thank you." The former couple sat in awkwardness. They sat for a minute, not speaking. Neither knew what to say. Sick of the silence, Paige spoke first. "So you and Jessica."

"I wanted to call. I picked up the phone several times. But I couldn't. Paige, I do care about you."

"But." Paige wanted to run.

"You are probably the most important woman I ever met."

"It's because of who I am." Paige feared that.

"Yea." Charles was very uncomfortable. "Look, it doesn't bother me who you are, I always appreciated how honest you are. You opened up a side of you. Then you saved my life."

"I am the same person. Nothing about me changed, except my hair." Paige touches her scalp. Charles takes her hand away.

"But you have a task. I can give you everything, but the world needs you." Charles knew about Paige's background, and her upcoming destiny. Paige let him go, claiming they needed time apart.

"I know. But why? I have friends that accepted their partners. They adjusted, why couldn't you?" Paige was ashamed when she felt tears.

Charles sighed.

"I wanted to. Really I tried. But I knew I can't never be good enough. When I met Jessica, I was hesitant. But when she told me that she felt safe, I knew I could give her the protection I couldn't give you." He was teary himself. "I'm sorry."

Paige looked ahead. Jenna accepted Dean for who he is. And adjusted her life for him. Sam became a witch. Andy was a hunter, and Phoebe. Well, Paige had a feeling she'll find her love. She mentioned seeing a playground with a little girl. She had on a wedding ring. She understood what Charles was saying. But it still hurt. Hearing a door slam, both look up.

"What's she doing here?" Jessica was looking at both with suspicion.

"Like Big and Natasha." Paige mumbled. She picked up the bouquet of flowers and stands up. "Jessica? These are for you. Sorry about my rudeness. I don't expect you to forgive me. Here." These were expensive, but Paige needed to say goodbye. "I wish you both nothing but all the happiness." She walked out with all her dignity. She refused to cry, not until she was far from Charles' estate. Once she was far enough, she sobbed hard. All those emotions came pouring out. She knew Charles was lost to her. She cried for a very long time. After what seemed like forever, she wiped her eyes. "Goodbye Charles. Hope you and Jessica have a long and happy marriage." She turned on her car and drove home. Looks like she was staying in the manor. Billie will be thrilled, she wanted extra training.

Sam shot the necromancer dead. Sure enough, all those zombies dropped dead.

"Sure there are exceptions, but what stays dead, should stay dead." He climbed over Harper's body. She honestly didn't bother leaving town. Guess she missed her hometown. Sam knew he had a lot of burnings.

Sam was looking at her apartment. She had tons of lore, including dark magic. She was good, Sam had to give her credit. But looking around, she tried to live a normal life. Even with a dead body. Ugh. Dean was right, some women are born crazy.

The book and spells she used were great for raising the dead. But only if the body was fresh. But Sam wasn't interested in that. He wanted her master, the alchemist that trained her and all the other necromancers how to raise the dead. The fallen Avatar, Kierkan.

Piper sighed when she looked in the mirror. She looked like she was heading to a costume party. Her dress, fishnet stockings, her makeup. Ugh.

"Trying too hard Piper?" She could imagine Joanne's and Missy's smirks. She wiped off her lipstick.

"How about...What are you wearing?" Phoebe was trying not to laugh.

"I know. I'm changing." Fuck it. A basic black blazer with a simple skirt. It was designer and a classic. "Is that was you are wearing?" Phoebe was holding on to her favorite 'special dress,' a champagne coloured silk gown.

"I'll change." Phoebe was depressed. It was her last fancy gown.

"No! It's perfect. Really." Seeing Phoebe's expression. "You'll knock them dead at the reunion."

"I better." Phoebe was nervous as hell. The reunion was almost here. "I like that. That is perfect." Seeing Piper holding up her outfit. "Classic, bold, and stunning. Joanne and Missy will regret everything." She was in junior high, but remembered Piper's prom. The two skanks set her up with a catfish. Piper was so humiliated, she begged Grams for a school transfer. Grams refused, saying she needed to be strong. Piper kept to herself and stopped trying to make friends. She attended her high school graduation at least. "So hear anything about Sam?"

"No. But Jenna and Dean called back. Krissy has the Box." Piper and her sisters wanted to keep It, but It wasn't their responsibility. It was meant for the true guardian. "I never met Leon or Krissy, but I think she will do the right thing."

"Yes she would." Phoebe remembered meeting Violet in that universe. She was a direct descendant, her grandfather, he guarded that Treasure with his life. Those Templars, they knew exactly what they were doing. Even angels and Heaven had no right to It.

Both went downstairs hearing Paige coming home. They had to know what happened between her and Charles.

"Paige, I'm so sorry." All three were wearing their rattiest, most comfortable nightclothes. Paige needed some sisterly love, it was tradition. "More pie?"

"I'm stuffed. So what next?" It was Piper's idea. She said their mom was the one that started it. Girl's night, usually saved whenever something bad was stressing them out. Eat junk, get comfortable, and watch bad movies, usually horror.

"We seen Kill it Before it Dies, All Saint's Day 11, and Jersey Massacre." Phoebe loved horror to Prue's chagrin. She starts smiling. "Paige, Piper here never seen Scoobynatural."

"You have it?" Paige seen it once. She loved that episode.

"What's that?"

"A new side of Sam you never seen before. Just don't get jealous of Velma." Phoebe gets up and plugs in her hard drive.

Sam was looking around the apartment. The notes he found in Harper's apartment, they named a building in Wyoming. But until Sam finds what he is looking for, he was sticking to his plans to travel west.

'Sam.'

Sam pulls out his gun. He didn't recognize the voice, but whatever that was, he wasn't taking any chances.

'Find Me.'

"Hello?" That Voice. It sounded so familiar. "What do you want?"

'I can give you what you are looking for.'

That voice. Sam recognized it.

"How?" Sam closed his eyes.

'Communication.'

Communication? Sam opened his eyes. A phone? No. Computer? Nothing modern. When he sees a Ouija Board, he walks over to it.

"Here I go." Immediately the pointer starts moving.

Piper was wiping her eyes. She had never laughed so hard.

"I can't believe that episode. Sam and Velma? Dean and Daphne? Supernatural is so weird." All three were having fun. "Is that the only weird episode?"

"There are others, but nothing like that." Phoebe was giggling. "Just wait till you find out there is a animated series."

"Like Lucifer." Paige and Phoebe loved that show. Tom Ellis was a babe. "You ever wonder if we have a meta show?" Paige read the Charmed summary. The one with the movie demon was the closest one. Their own version was just as adventurous.

"I don't even want to know." Piper looked at Paige. "How are you feeling?" Paige was no longer crying, but she looked better.

"I don't feel like jumping off a bridge anymore." She gets up and yawns. "It is getting late. I'm going to bed. Night!"

"Good night!" Piper and Phoebe call. "So when is Phase 2?" They were copying 'Friends,' they had a 'system' which they follow after a breakup.

"We just finished Phase 2 and 3." Phoebe loved that system. "Just give her time." She yawns. "I gotta go home.'' She wasn't looking forward to driving.

"Our beds are still here. I don't think Billie will mind." Piper wasn't going anywhere without Sam. "I'm heading upstairs."

"Okay. Night!" Phoebe was tired, but she didn't want to go to bed next. She decided to turn on cable.

She was asleep a few minutes later.

E-M-P-T-Y

"Empty?" The heck was that? He lifted off his fingers. The pointer, it moved.

C-O-M-E

Immediately the room felt heavy, like he wasn't alone. He didn't see anything, but he felt a Presence.

The Shadow, it was calling Sam's name.

Sam, he followed the Voice.

A Few Days Later

Piper smirked as she modeled her outfit. A basic black look. Kinda boring, but it will do. She smiled at Phoebe and Paige when they walked in.

"Looking good sis!" Paige said with approval. She looked at Phoebe. "And you will knock them dead."

"I better." Phoebe couldn't wait. Skank Paula wrote on her wall. 'Freebee Phoebe, behind school bleachers.' Phoebe almost smashed the computer. When Paige looked over her shoulder at Phoebe's swears, she said Paula started a awful rumor about her. That she earned her nickname with every guy at school, which explained her holes in her knees. "Paula was the one that got caught, I just happened to share a joint with Rick and Owen down the end of the bleachers. Of course the two bastards never expelled the rumor." Phoebe was friends with both. She shuddered at the memories. She hated Paula ever since.

"I am so glad that that didn't happen to me." Piper was oblivious to Phoebe's glare. "At least you weren't blamed for plagiarism." Piper almost got kicked out of school. "Missy stole my paper for World History and switched it with a essay written in a published journal. Her fellow cohort, Joanne, she managed to copy my signature. Thank god Grams made that truth potion, otherwise I would have lost my scholarship for college." Piper always prided herself on her intelligence, that thing with the paper, almost ruined her life. What a time for Sam to still be missing.

"All in the past. Both of you moved on. Anyways, how do you like my outfit?" Paige coloured her hair a beautiful chocolate brown. It was still short, but Paige was trying to grow it out. She twirled her yellow dress, proving to Charles she was over him.

"Very nice." Piper liked it.

"You won't remember, what's his name." Phoebe smiled at Paige's expression. Poor girl still looked sad.

"Just which one are you going with?" Both reunions were both in opposite directions. Phoebe's reunion was at the Marriott in the downtown area, and Piper's was in a nightclub in the north end of town.

"I can be with Phoebe." She saw Piper's expression. "Sorry. But I had to flip a coin." All three had their powers, but didn't want to risk using them.

"Fine. I doubt any of them remember my name anyways."

"At least you didn't have a reputation." Freebee. Phoebe swore to get Paula back. "I rather be forgotten than getting those DMs." Yuck. Phoebe had to block many of those creeps online. "Seeing those people again. At least you didn't throw stink bombs during prep rallies and firecrackers during homecoming."

"Anyways, shall we go?" All three walk out.

Sam was running. The cops, they wanted Sam. Sam, he ran into an alley and scaled a fence. He couldn't get caught, not until he got why he came here. Once he heard the cop car coming back to his direction, he ran away. A door. All he needed was a door. Finding one with a loose doorknob, he breaks inside.

Robin was glad her shift was almost over. Some late night TV, some takeout and she was good for the night. Seeing a disheveled man walking in, she subconsciously picks up her bat and puts in underneath the bar.

'We're closed! Come back at noon!"

Sam shakes his head.

"Just a few minutes. Please." He had to stay hidden.

Robin nods. She had her orders.

Piper walks in the nightclub. The music was pulsing, people were dancing, it would be just another night at P3 if she still owned it. She smiled at a guy who waved at her and almost waved back, till she got bumped by a woman who walked in behind her. Her face burning, she pretends to look for someone.

"Piper? Piper..Halliwell?"

Piper turns around to the voice.

''Uh hi?" Who was this woman? The woman chuckled.

"You don't recognize me do you." She smiled a cocky smile." It's Joanne. Her smile faded at Piper's expression. "Joanne Hertz. I sat close to you in chemistry." She smiled big when Piper furrowed her brows.

"Oh Joanne! Sorry. Its been so long! How is things."

Piper smiled a polite smile as Joanne bragged about being married to some network executive. She wasn't as mean as her cohort, Missy, but she was still as stuck up. Piper noticed how she kept flashing her huge diamond ring and bragging how her show was number one on the Food Channel.

"Well enough about me. How are you? Still married to that guy?"

''Sam. My husband's name is Sam." She brushed back her hair with her left, proving she was married.

"Sam. Hmm. Well, where is he? I love to meet him."

Piper smiled tightly.

"He's away at work." True. Although she wished his hunting job wasn't a secret unlike his counterpart. HC Sam's job was highly respected and envied.

"That's too bad. My husband is exactly the same way." She sighed a fake sigh. "Anyways, I have to let you go, I have some networking to do." Before she left, she gave Piper a last dig. "I love your outfit. Don't recognize the designer, but I bet she, or he, is on their way to the top. See you around!" She flounced away.

Piper felt small. She felt confident and savvy when she left the manor, but now felt like she was sixteen again. Spying Joanne saying hello to her ex-best friend Missy and her husband, Piper went to say hello. She had to prove to herself she wasn't the mouse she used to be.

"You in med school? They let anyone in these days." Miss Hickock hands Phoebe and Paige their name tags. "Enjoy the reunion."

"Gym teacher?" Paige asked sympathetically. She saw Phoebe's hurt expression.

"How did you know?"

"I had my own version of her at my old high school." She crumbled up her name tag. "Let's go in."

Phoebe wished she stayed home. She didn't need to be a empath to feel the hate and disdain. She pretended not to see the glares and mean looks. She forgotten how she alienated everyone back at Baker. She felt Paige's hand.

"Don't worry about them. You are no longer the same person."

"If you felt like what I'm feeling, you would want to hide." She wanted to hide in a stall somewhere and smoke. She hated it, but only did it to please her friend, Rick.

"Phoebe! Hey Phoebe!" A redheaded woman in a red dress waves and runs across the room. "Oh my god! You look so good!" She grabs Phoebe in a tight hug.

"Hi. Uh..."

"Ramona. Ramona Shaw. We were best friends back at Baker with Mark, Owen and Rick. Phoebe here. She was a wild one, high school was so fun whenever she was around."

"Ramona. Forgive me. Wow. You look amazing." Ramona was always a fringe student, always trying to fit in a group. It was only after sitting next to Phoebe in detention in sophomore year, that they became best friends.

After introducing Paige, the two friends traded high school stories.

"Another sister? Wow. She is so lucky. Me, I'm an only child. Anyways. Phoebe here, when she turned sixteen, she got her license and her and Owen took me to the movies. To save money, she locked me in the trunk, but forgot about me while she and Owen made out."

"Ramona, I'm so sorry about that." At the time Phoebe wanted nothing but to make out with their friend, Owen, knowing fully well Ramona was deeply in love with him.

"Don't worry about it. I liked Mark better. Too bad he left halfway through freshman year. So how's things?"

"Well, I'm going to Stanford. Med school." She flinched when Ramona screamed.

"Really! Oh my god!" She flags down a waiter. "This calls for a celebration."

Phoebe was smiling. Ramona was so sweet. Phoebe, Owen, Rick. None deserved her. She wished she treated her better back then. They were drinking out of their glasses when they were interrupted.

"Phoebe Halliwell. Wow." Owen Grant was smiling at his old girlfriend. "You look amazing."

"Hello Owen." She held out her cheek as he kissed her in a friendly hello. "How's things."

"Can't complain. Hi Ramona. And you are..." Owen was smiling at all three, but his eyes never left Phoebe's.

"Paige Matthews. I'm her long lost sister."

Phoebe, Owen and Ramona were telling an amused Paige their shenanigans in high school.

"Hmm. I remember it was you that broke in the principal's office. We may have made out, but you made a copy and made it a point to bring in random cheerleaders from time to time."

Owen and Ramona laughed.

"And our ringleader Rick, he made it his life's mission to change his grades. Too bad he got greedy and made himself class valedictorian." Ramona remembered that fondly. "At least he destroyed our permanent records. Shame he was expelled."

"Rick." Phoebe was 'friends' with the former classmate, only because he was the only guy besides Owen that was never mean to her. Bossy, yes, but never malicious. "So how is Rick? Mark?"

"I know Mark is working as an attorney. As for Rick, he got picked up for a liquor store robbery."

"Mark as a lawyer...Wait. A robbery? Oh my god!" She knew Rick was wild, but a robbery? "Did he do it?"

"He was found with two other guys. They believe he was trying to pay off a major drug debt."

Desperate to change the subject, Paige asked about their old days.

"You guys sound so close. So your gang. Did you have a name?" Paige was fascinated hearing about this. Phoebe rarely talked about her high school years.

"We were too cool for names. Anyways, how are you two?" Owen asked his old friends.

"A former podcaster. Now I'm heading to med school. Psychology." Phoebe's former past. She didn't want to remember it.

"Really? Good for you. I always knew you were smart." He smiles flirtatiously at Phoebe.

"Well, I work with animals. I own my own kennel." Ramona pipes in. She saw Phoebe's old enemy, Paula walking in the room. "What about you?"

"I'm a podiatrist."

"Really? Sounds interesting." Phoebe didn't notice Paula walking towards them.

"Not really. Pays the bills." He said chuckling. He was interrupted by Paula who wrapped her arms around her husband.

"There you are!" She makes a point to kiss him on the lips. She turns around and gives Phoebe a withering look. "I never thought you had the nerve to show up."

"What do you mean?" Phoebe was giving Paula a suspicious look.

"We all know about you. You can fool him, but the rest of us could see right through you. A psychiatrist wannabe? Sure you are."

Phoebe wanted to say something, but she was frozen. She knew it was a mistake coming here.

"That's enough Paula." Owen scolded. All week he listened to Paula's complaints that Phoebe RSVP.

"This isn't high school anymore. Ease up." Ramona tells Paula. She felt so bad for Phoebe who looked like she wanted to sink through the floor.

Paula smirked. She walked right up to Phoebe. Noticing people watching, she was determined to destroy Phoebe once and for all.

"You may try to fool us with the fancy dress, the charming personality, but you can't fool me. All of us, we can see your fakeness. Freebee."

Phoebe wanted to cry. Paige, seeing Paula's smirk, wanted punch her.

"Are you going to let her talk to you like that?"

"C'mon Paula. Just because Phoebe and Owen dated. That was years ago." Ramona remembered their rivalry in junior and first half of senior year.

Phoebe walked away with as much dignity as she could. Paige glares at Paula. Once they left, Paula wraps her arms around her husband.

"The night's young. Let's dance." A popular song that she loved was playing.

Once they were away from the crowd, Paige demanded why Phoebe didn't stand up for herself.

"I don't know." Her vision was getting dark. "I need to leave. Now." Something was wrong.

"Was it Paula? Fuck her."

Phoebe shook her head.

"I don't care about Paula. We have to leave. NOW." She felt something. She drags Paige out of the hotel.

Back at the nightclub, Piper was kicking herself.

"Piper. Take out the garbage. Piper, serve the drinks. Piper, call the caterer. The hell am I doing?" Piper threw the garbage in the dumpster. This wasn't high school anymore. Why was she listening to Missy? She was a grown ass woman. Sam, he would be very disappointed in her. "Hell with this." She went back inside, and for a bit of petty revenge, she blew up a balloon in front of Missy's face making her scream. "Ha!" She felt so much better. Hmm. She didn't feel like going home to relax, but she didn't feel like going out either. A hunt. She could hunt. She went home to change.

Sam was driving in the Impala. He wasn't alone, that bartender insisted on coming.

"Why are you so interested on coming?" She was no hunter, Sam knew that. But something about her. Sam felt like she was hiding something.

"I can't let you go alone. Not with the psycho out there." When they went outside, a man holding a gun was shooting at them. Sam couldn't shoot back, an innocent was with him. He simply told her to get in. Robin, not wanting to be alone followed Sam. "I need to do something new. I always feel so safe. Hope you don't mind." This was her wake up call. All her life she played it safe. Maybe this Sam will change that. "Where are we going?"

"California. I need to go to California." That woman, she was in danger. Sam vowed to protect her.

Prue woke up from her deep sleep. She wasn't alone, a woman was with her.

"Who are you?" She didn't recognize her.

"Shh. If It hears us, It will put you back to sleep, and trap me forever. Follow me."

Prue seeing nothing, follows her out.

Phoebe, Paige, Piper. Their hearts went dark.

Phoebe remembering Paula's words, changed back to her old clothes.

"Freebee my ass. You want to bring back the past? Fine." Where was those boots? She glamoured herself to turn back the clock. She was seventeen again. But this time, with her active powers.

Piper was admiring herself in the mirror. She hoped that Billie girl didn't mind her borrowing her top. She was wearing Phoebe's old leather pants. After applying her makeup, and styling her hair, she decided to go back to the club. Night was still young.

Without the power of Heaven, and without her whitelighter powers, Paige was vulnerable to evil. She was determined to get Charles back. He was hers.

"Yes. He is with me. Don't worry, I know the plan." Robin quickly hangs up the phone. After cleaning her hands, she leaves the washroom. "Ready to hit the road?"

"Yeah." Sam, he was determined to drive. He had to hurry. She didn't have much time.

Cheers and whoops were heard as Piper was dancing on the bar. This was what she needed. A sexy makeover. She'll show everyone. That she wasn't the nerdy nobody in high school. She crawled seductively towards Dennis, Missy's husband.

"Wanna dance?" She smiled at Missy's glare.

"Sure!" Dennis always thought she was cute.

"Dennis!"

"Just one dance." He and Piper started dancing.

Phoebe laughed when Paula turned into a turkey. No one noticed, everyone was drunk, it was exactly like her grad. She grabbed Ramona and Owen.

"Let's get outta here!"

"Party's lame anyways." Owen was glad to see the old gang back together. "Where's Paula?"

"Knowing her, she is serving someone on the football team." Her spell, it was flawless. It was only a few minutes, but already Phoebe was in a good mood.

Ten minutes ago

Phoebe ignored the incredulous looks. She walked right up to Owen and gave him a bear hug.

"Whoa. Phoebe! Wow. Your look." Owen was surprised.

"How did your manage to look so young?" Phoebe was always beautiful, but her face looked like she was back in high school. "You have to give me your secret to eternal youth." Ramona couldn't believe it. "Money is no object."

"Owen!" She grabs Phoebe away. "Get your skanky hands off my husband!"

"Chill. It's just a hug." Owen knew how jealous his wife was, especially to Phoebe.

"Yeah, I was just greeting an old friend. Unlike you, I don't slut around." Phoebe will tell everyone the truth about Paula.

"Excuse me? What did you say? Freebee."

"Freebee. Right. Ahem. Everyone! Hey!" She gave a sharp whistle. "Listen up! It's time you heard the truth about your Homecoming Queen." Paula and Mark were just crowned for the reunion. "Paula here, you know why she hates me? Maybe because I know her dark secret." She saw Paula's face. "Yeah. Senior year, the night of the basketball championship. I saw it. I saw it all." Before she could spill Paula's secret, Owen pulled her away.

"Phoebe! What are you doing! This is wrong." He knew her secret. He took her there himself.

"Yeah Phoebe chill. Paula's a bitch, but high school was years ago. She and Owen are married now." Ramona was curious, but she saw Paula's face. She looked so worried.

She yanked her arm away.

"It's time you learned the truth. Ahem. Everyone! May I have your attention! Thank you." Emboldened by the rumoring audience, she gestured to the DJ who handed her a microphone. "Ms Paula here. She has a dark secret. She told the whole school I serviced some guys. Which was far from the truth. You see, Paula here. She was banging half the football team, lacrosse team, and was sleeping with the new assistant coach." She saw Paula's face, she was sobbing. "Oh no you don't." She pulls Paula back who was trying to run out. "Of course that's all bullshit. Even for her that was not true, although she did makeout with her best friend's boyfriend half the time. But she, I'm sorry Owen. She lied about being a virgin. She slept with Rick. That night she was away at the game, she was in labor. Sorry Owen. That wasn't your baby." She smiled at Owen's fury.

"You what! You said you had a miscarriage! I took you to the hospital! Is that why you sent me home? To give birth? You slut!" He threw his wedding band at her. Paula was sobbing on the floor.

"Oh my god." Ramona remembered that night. She knew Paula was pregnant, although she kept that to herself.

Phoebe saw everyone gossiping. Ruining Paula's life wasn't enough. She needed to have fun.

"The Past is the Future

The Future is the Past

Let's Bring Back the Senior Class!"

She smiled at everyone dancing and having a good time. Paula was gone, Phoebe turned her into a turkey. "Don't worry, your baby, he is better off." She runs out with her two friends. Hopefully Paula enjoyed being someone's dinner.

Paige was in the rehearsal hall watching Jessica and Charles having dinner for their upcoming wedding. The venue was beautiful. Charles spared no expense. Oh well, Blondie there to have to accept that this was just a practice. Her own wedding was gonna be real. She waves at Charles who looked confused. Excusing himself he walks up to Paige.

"The invitations hasn't been sent out yet. How did you know? Was it your sister?" He knew about Phoebe. "You're invited of course. But this is a private affair. Family only."

Normally Paige would be hurt, but didn't care. Spying a priest, her plan went in motion.

"Oh no. I just came to congratulate the bride. Is that her. Wow. She looks like an angel." Paige gave her a withering glance, but quickly smiles back at Charles. "Can you fetch her? I want to give my whitelighter blessing." There was no whitelighter blessing, but Charles didn't know that. She mastered her traveling spell, but found a back door. When Jessica came to view, she asked her to follow her.

"Paige, I heard how you saved Charles' life. He talks about that a lot." What did Paige want? She felt nervous seeing her expression.

"Blame the Wicked Witch. Wasn't my idea." She grabs Jessica.

"What are you doing? Let me go!" She didn't finish. Both vanish before Charles walked in.

"Jess? Paige?" That's weird, he swore he heard their voices.

"Where are we?" They were in a middle of a dense, cold forest.

''Purgatory. Lucky you, this place is mostly empty. Most of the monsters are gone. Anyways, since you are human, the left over citizens here are hungry. Many of them that hadn't eaten in centuries. Better pick up a weapon! Enjoy!" She had a wedding to plan.

Jessica screamed.

Sam managed to cross the Nevada border. California, he was finally here.

"Okay. We are here. Now what?"

"I'm heading to San Francisco. If you wanna get off somewhere, I'll drop you off."

"Sounds good to me!" She didn't care. Her job was over.

What a night. Shame she got into a bar fight. Oh well. Those bikers were only to happy to party. She was exhausted. Dennis was cute, but she was happily married. She went to sleep on the couch, unaware Prue was there.

"Prue! You scared me. When did you get back?"

"Awhile ago. Had the best sleep of my life."

"Good for you. Sorry. I love to talk, but I'm exhausted. Night!" She passes out on the couch.

"Are you sure this will work?"

"I know what he knows. You know what to do."

"Can it wait? I just came back." Prue, she was a warlock, but still cared about her sisters.

"Hurry. He'll be here by tomorrow." Sam, he was on his way back.

"That was so fun!" All three, they managed to steal that police car. Shame it was in the crusher, but those cars had trackers.

"So you're a witch? Why didn't you tell me? I'm your best friend." Ramona was hurt.

"Strict grandma. Anyways. What do you wanna do?" Phoebe was so free. Freebee was a freebird. It wasn't what Paula was.

"We can toilet paper Ms Hickock's house." Owen disliked her. She failed him in History, causing him to miss the big game.

"Ooo. Sounds fun!"

"Or we can get the old gang back together." Phoebe couldn't wait to see Rick again. She wasn't dumb, she needed him for a task.

"He's in jail."

"So? We have magic." She glamoured all three. "Meet his new attorneys."

"You sure about this?" Charles was surprised to see Jessica so adamant about getting married so soon.

"Of course. Not tonight, maybe in three days?" It was the long weekend. She knew Phoebe was heading back to school, and Paige was determined to quit. Charles could take care of her. "We'll get married, go on our secret honeymoon and have our fancy winter wedding as planned. I just want to be with you."

"Whatever you want Pumpkin."

Pumpkin? He called Bimbette Pumpkin? Her jealousy rising, she quickly pushed it down.

"I have a headache. Excuse me. Tell everyone I'm not feeling well." She needed to rest. Wedding dress shopping was a difficult task.

"Where am I? Why did we stop?" San Francisco was only a few miles away.

"Because it is time to wake up." Robin, aka Duma put her hand on his head.

Sam woke up in a dark room. Where was he?

"Welcome back."

"Bobby?" Sam looked around. "Are we in the safehouse?" Bobby made a secret basement.

"Where's Dean?" He had a headache. "How long was I asleep?"

"You were asleep for a long time. No one could send you home, so you were on a frozen stasis for many years. It was the only way you could stay safe." Bobby couldn't believe it. "It was an angel named Duma that brought you here. Dean, he is on his way here to see you."

As much as he missed his brother, he had a mission.

"Bobby?"

"Yeah."

"I need money. I have to go west."

"I understand." He knew Dean would be pissed, but Sam needed to see his wife. "There's a credit card on the table. Go."

Sam, once he called the airline, called a cab. She needed him.
