AAN: sorry for the long delay on this. Things have been very busy lately. I gave Holly's mother a name as her name is never said during the show. I picked something that would fit with what we know of her. I hope you enjoy the interaction between Holly and her father. Fleshing out how our main pairing feels and what they fear in this chapter.

When Genki arrived in the library he found the pixie breed in question reading something. Noticing the book she had in hand, he quirked an eyebrow, * What is she up to with that book? * "Doing some in depth research are we?" He commented as he walked to his wall of books.

"You could say that. I want to know how to do this properly if you want me to be dominant." She smirked at him,

"I wouldn't have started with that one then. That one is more of the underlying themes of BDSM and how the community self regulates." Genki walked to a different shelf and pulled a large black book out, he then handed it to her. "This one has more techniques in it." He returned her smirk with one of his own. Granity took the offered book and flipped it open, a blush soon formed on her cheeks as she read the contents. Genki chuckled at her reaction,

"Wow… this is…. explicit…" she was struggling to adequately describe it, obviously caught off guard by its contents.

"It is indeed, but helpful in how to execute various techniques."

"And I thought Suezo was perv…"

"There is nothing wrong with being perverted as long as the other party is consenting." He chuckled as he continued his search for the books he wanted. Granity shook her head and returned to reading. After making note of what he had, he then took his phone out to order a translated copy. * This will be a reoccurring issue until Holly can read my language. I'm just hoping she can learn it… it's required for immigration. * By the time he finished he noticed Granity looking very uncertain of what she was reading. * Perhaps she wasn't ready for the real thing yet… * He waited a moment longer before asking, "Granity, is that one too confusing?" she looked over at him, shaking her head she responded,

"No, it's not that bad I just…" She seemed to hesitate a moment. "I understand it fine and though I knew of some of these things even from our own world… I never imagined it was this... in depth. Some of the techniques in here seem… well extremely complicated." He chuckled,

"We don't need to do any of those. Just focus on the domination aspect." He walked to her side, gently he turned the book to the correct page. "This is all you need to know for that, but remember you are supposed to enjoy it too. We can use as much or as little of this as you feel comfortable with." He could see her embarrassment; this would be an adventure for her, something she had never done or even thought of doing before. He smiled, kissing her cheek he walked towards the door. "When you are done find me, I will clarify anything you are uncertain of. Keep in mind we do not have to do any of this our first time. It's completely up to you what we do." With that he took off towards his meditation room. He needed to work through some of his emotions right now, especially after all that had happened tonight. Granity watched him go, unsure if he was alright with everything that had happened.

* I can only hope he is able to confess tomorrow with out having an attack. Though that is all the more reason I need to help him relax. * She continued reading the section he directed her to, as she did, she realized that what he was seeking was a chance to relax. Though she had to say that some of the 'play' made her uncomfortable. * Well at least he is only asking me to do what I feel comfortable with. * As she continued to read, she realized that this was something that only a strongly bonded couple would consider doing. * He was right… this will require a lot of trust. * a new thought occurred to her. * Would Holly even consider trying this? I mean she has her fantasies but… she's so embarrassed by them; would she talk to him about them? * After she was certain she understood what she needed she walked upstairs to find him.

Meanwhile, Holly was getting ready for bed. Though she wasn't that tired she decided to try to rest anyway. She had stayed up to wash the dishes and clean up the mess the boys had made after asking them what exactly had happened. The entire kitchen looked like a tornado had hit it, perplexing her and her companions upon their return. She still didn't fully understand how the boys had managed such a mess, but she did scold them for it. She sighed heavily as she sat down on her bed, * Genki… I hope I can give him strength tomorrow… this won't be easy for him. I just hope the others are quick to support him and don't ask too many questions. * She heard a knock on her door interrupting her thoughts. Rising she went to answer it, she found her father waiting on the other side. He looked a bit uncertain,

"Holly can we talk for a moment?" She nodded and let him in,

"What's on your mind father?" He sighed,

"I wanted to apologize for the mess… I really should have made them clean up after that disaster. You never should have had to clean up after coming back home." Holly smiled softly,

"Father it's alright, I already spoke with them all. I don't think they will be creating anymore disasters."

"Still, you shouldn't have come home to that or had to clean it." His instance made her giggle slightly.

"It's alright really. I know you tried to get them under control. Golem told me they were not listening as usual. I can't blame you for that, it took me years to get them to behave." She saw him sigh and give her a gentle smile,

"If you are alright with it then I guess all is well." She nodded, returning his smile. "How's Genki's arm looking?" he asked, he seemed worried which intrigued her. She was never sure of what he thought about Genki.

"It's looking worse… He promised me he would see his doctor as soon as possible. Still… it looks infected…" Holly's eyes told him she was very concerned.

"I'm sure he will see his doctor." He spoke with certainty, "You know he doesn't break his promises Holly." Holly sighed and nodded,

"I know… I'm still worried though. He could lose his arm…"

"I doubt he will let it get that bad. Just trust in him to do what needs to be done." Holly nodded reluctantly he could see that she was still worried about it though, "If it would give you peace of mind, why don't you go stay with him for a while?" She looked up at him startled by his suggestion,

* He's never wanted me to spend time with any guy like that. * "Father, as much as I'd like to there are things I need to do around here. One week off is already going to be rough on everyone to cover my work."

"Holly, I can cover your chores. I'd rather you not stress yourself out over this." She still seemed unsure, though she was not usually combative she was curious as to why he was so insistent.

"Father… why are you ok with me spending time with Genki when you have always driven all my other suitors away?" Yosho was a little surprised by her directness,

"I have never tried to drive anyone away, Holly." He earnestly responded.

"Oh really?" She quirked a brow, slightly irritated with him for what she perceived to be a lie. "Then why was the farmers son suddenly wanting nothing to do with me after you spoke with him?" Yosho was taken aback by her challenge, he'd never seen her like this. He could see her frustration with him now.

"Holly, the only thing I have ever spoken to those men about was loyalty."

"Loyalty?" he nodded before clarifying,

"Yes, I merely told them that if they were only interested in you because of lust and were not planning to remain with you that I would take action if they hurt you." He could see his daughter wasn't sure what to make of his words. "I know you may not understand but I can tell when a man just wants to sleep with you Holly. Men understand that about each other, yes attraction is normal, but lust bears no fruit." Holly's expression changed showing how she felt,

"Do you not trust me to make that distinction myself?" Holly's words made his eyes widen.

"It's not that I don't trust you Holly." He shook his head,

"Then what is it?" Holly's insistence made him realize he had hurt her without realizing it.

"I was only trying to protect you…" Holly could see he was telling the truth; she saw him sigh and look away. "I have so much to make up for… I never should have left you years ago." A sad smile graced his face, "I should have realized you were just like your mother and would take offense to my interference… forgive me for not realizing it sooner." Holly was in a state of shock,

* He… never talks about mother… * as her shock wore off, she became more unsure of how to react to his statement. With a sad smile she spoke once more, "Father I have never held a grudge against you for leaving… I know you had your reasons even if I never understood them." She paused, "do you really believe I'm like mother?" His gaze met hers for a moment before he nodded.

"Yes, you are very much like your mother." He saw her smile, he sighed before he continued. "Whether or not you hold a grudge it doesn't change the fact that I hurt you. I never should have abandoned you over my pride." Holly's confused gaze remained on him,

* Why is he willing to speak about this now… He has always avoided it. * It was after a moment she suddenly realized something * Genki… he challenged him… he must have gotten through to my father after all. * "Your pride? What are you talking about? And why are you suddenly willing to talk about this. You have been avoiding it ever since I asked you over ten years ago." Yosho sighed heavily, he let his eyes meet hers again. She could feel a shift in his emotions revealing the sorrow within him as he answered,

"Holly I avoided it because it was too painful to talk about… but that was just selfish on my part. When Genki and I spoke, he drove that point home for me. He made it clear that I had hurt you and that if I wanted to rebuild the trust between us that I needed to stop being so judgmental. Challenging my beliefs at every turn he forced me to really think about the things that I had been avoiding. I have honestly never had anyone stand up to me like that, he truly knows how to reach someone's heart." He could see his daughter understood so he continued, "I left the village to prove a point, to prove I was right about the phoenix. I left you there to protect you, I didn't think it wise to have such a young child traveling like that. I hadn't intended to stay gone, if I hadn't found Mu's disk, I would have returned to you." He looked away once more, "But I realize now that leaving you did hurt you… perhaps more than having you travel with me would have. I should have swallowed my pride and let it go, stayed in the village but I was too foolish and selfish back then." His eyes connected it hers once more, he could see she was having trouble processing all this. "I'm sorry for hurting you… for being so blind and selfish. Can you ever forgive me Holly?" Holly wasn't sure how to respond at first, all of this was news to her. She had always been told he left because he lost the election. Learning that was a lie after all these years was upsetting to say the least. Sure, Mu had said this to her years ago, but she had never believed the evil monster's words. Holly's eyes changed from surprise to confusion, despite this she nodded to her father.

"I can yes… though I think we need to discuss things more in depth." She saw him smile softly in response. "If you left to find the phoenix then why did grandfather tell me you were expelled? He always said you were kicked out of the village after you lost the election." It was her father's turn to looked surprised, he sighed and shook his head.

"I don't know what he was thinking Holly. Yes, I did lose the election, partially because the village feared the control I had over the magic stone. But I was never kicked out of the village. In fact, several of the villagers tried to get me to stay. I don't know why he lied to you about that." Holly seemed uncertain of what to make of his words,

"They feared your control over the magic stone?"

"Holly much like you, my power with the stone is very strong. Most of our village could barely get it to tell them where disks were when they were about 500 feet away. You and I both have a much stronger ability with it. You mother also had a strong connection to the stone." Holly looked over at him,

"Mother could use it as well?"

"Yes, her power was stronger than my own. I believe yours is even stronger than hers, though you have less training with it." She seemed deep in thought now, she soon asked another question.

"Was mother also an empath?" Yosho looked at his daughter with uncertainty,

"Are you talking about your ability to tell what others are feeling?" She nodded, "Yes, she was." Holly seemed to be deep in thought now, "Holly… it's my understanding that those who are direct descendants of the Tochikans all have the ability to use not only the magic stone but have power over ancient technology. It is also rumored that they all posses a unique ability to become one with nature and those around them. I have never had this type of gift, but your mother did. My only ability is with the stones and technology." Holly was taken aback by this, after a few more minutes she looked over at him.

"You're saying that I am a direct descendant of the Tochikans? Of the group entrusted with the first monsters?" He smiled and nodded,

"Yes Holly, that is what I am saying." He could see his daughter was uncertain what to think of this discovery. "You definitely have more abilities than I do. You got that from your mother."

"Father…. Did mother tell you about her abilities?"

"She told me a bit about them. I never knew the full extent of her abilities though, assuming she even knew the full extent herself." Holly nodded her understanding then spoke a question that had been weighing heavily on her for a very long time.

"Do you… know what ailment took her from us?" Holly's voice was soft and gentle, she knew this was a sore subject with her father. Yosho sighed and closed his eyes, he pushed his own pain aside as he thought of how to answer her. * She deserves to know… she's old enough to understand now. * Holly could feel his pain even before he opened his eyes, she knew this was a lot of ask of him. She hated being selfish, but she needed closure on this topic. It had plagued her for so long.

"Holly… I don't believe it was one ailment. The doctor never narrowed it down to any one thing that took her. I did discuss it at length with him just before she… lost her battle. The only thing we could determine was that she was… exhausted. She had always had bouts of illness, but she had never remained fatigued long term. I thought she was just helping too may people but the final time… well even with rest it didn't seem to help. Without knowing what was causing the illness the doctor could do little to help her." Holly moved to him now, she placed her arms around him to bring him into an embrace. Yosho relented and let her comfort him as she thought over his words. She waited a little while before asking an unusual question.

"Then it wasn't my birth that caused her ailment?" He was caught off guard by that, soon surprise turned to concern.

"No, why would you think that?" Holly hesitated a moment before whispering,

"Laura told me that she became weak after I was born… that I was part of the reason she was ill." Yosho's eyes snapped open at those words, anger began to boil up within him. * How dare that wench say such a thing! * It took him a moment to control his emotions, Holly felt his sudden anger but remained quiet, afraid she had upset him.

"Laura has never been anything but trouble Holly. She was very jealous of your mother, who was well liked by the village. You were the light of your mother's life. You gave her strength; she would not have last nearly as long without you. You are not at fault for your mother's illness." He pulled back to look in his daughter's eyes, he could see a lot of pain hiding in them. "Do not let Laura's lies hurt you. Your mother loved you more than anything else in the world." A few tears fell from her eyes, he brought her into a tight embrace as she began to sob. As she released her pain, he tried to get his anger under control. * Damn that woman… always hurting others. * a realization dawned on him, * This is my fault… I should have spoken to her before about this… she's been carrying this pain… this blame for her mother's fate on her shoulders this whole time. I've been so selfish. I see now why Genki was so adamant that I reconcile with her. Did he know about this? * After a moment he remember something, the young man had told him, "A very painful thing happened to her". Those words made the pit of his stomach fill with dread. * Oh phoenix… please tell me Laura didn't hurt her too... What the hell was I thinking leaving her alone with that woman still around. After I promised Rose, I wouldn't let Laura touch her! I'm such a fool. * He held his daughter thinking about how to ask about this, he knew from his conversation with Genki that Holly feared his reaction to whatever had happened. The young man had been vague but had subtlety made him aware that he needed to speak to Holly sooner rather than later. He waited till her tears slowed before he pulled back to assess if she was alright, he didn't want to over stress her. He gently wiped her tears away and kissed her forehead. Holly could sense his apprehension; she knew he loved her and likely felt guilty for not talking to her about this sooner. "I'm sorry for being so selfish Holly, I should have realized I wasn't the only one hurting from the loss of your mother." Holly shook her head,

"I know it's painful for you, I understand that you couldn't talk about it." She gave him a weary smile. Yosho sighed,

"That doesn't excuse my behavior Holly. I should never have made you suffer just because it was hard for me to talk about. Especially knowing now that you were fed lies all this time. I should have known Laura would try something in my absence after all the trouble she caused your mother." Holly's eyes shown with confusion.

"What do you mean?"

He guided his daughter to sit down on the bed, he had seen her starting to shake. From his experience with Rose, he knew that her power was not only active but affecting her wellbeing. After placing an arm around her to give her his warmth he answered her question.

"What I mean is that Laura was causing direct problems for your mother. We never knew why Laura was so jealous. You mother only knew what emotions Laura was feeling but not the reason. All we could guess is that she felt… well overlooked due to your mothers' skills. I'm sure you only remember a little of what was going on at the time, but your mother enjoyed helping others. She was always assisting with projects, making meals or clothing for others to wear, assisting with births, and counseling the young ladies of the village." Holly was a little perplexed, she tried to remember back to when her mother was alive. Only a few things came to mind for her, the scent of lavender, her special stew, and the sound of her knitting needles.

"I only remember her cooking and knitting… a lot of the rest is a blur." He smiled gently to his daughter,

"It's not surprising. You were very young when most of this was going on."

"What did Laura do?"

"She tried to discredit your mother on many occasions. She also attempted to tarnish her reputation, calling her a whore and a counterfeit. We were never certain what drove her to do this, your mother just took her nonsense in stride and dealt with things as they came." Holly was appalled that Laura would call her mother such names.

"Did anyone even believe her?" He smiled and shook his head,

"No, they all knew your mother too well to think badly of her just because Laura was acting out. Plus, Laura was caught… well hurting other people's children. Your mother did her best to help those kids recover from what Laura did to them." Holly's expression became solemn,

"She was abusing them, right?" He nodded sadly,

"Yes… she was caught doing so to her own daughter as well."

"Her daughter ran away after you left." He was surprised at this news, "She took it out on several other kids. Able finally threw her out of the village for a while."

"I take it that it wasn't permanent?" She shook her head sadly,

"No… they allowed her back in after her husband pleaded her case." Her father sighed heavily,

"It figures that Dave had enough pull to get her back in." He refocused on her, "Did she at least behave after that?"

"For a while… but that didn't last. Eventually she and husband left to find their daughter, they returned shortly before Naga's attack. They didn't find her."

"If I know her daughter, she covered her trail very well. The girl was exceptionally smart, there is no doubt in my mind she would have prevented anyone from ever finding her after what she had gone through." He didn't say it, but he was relieved to know Laura had died in that attack. The woman never should have been spared before when they found out what she was doing. He could see by her posture that Holly was definitely not telling him everything. Gently he asked his next question,

"Holly did Laura cause you any more problems besides lying to you about your mother?" He saw her flinch slightly, this concerned him. Holly seemed uncertain of how to answer, afraid he would turn on her if he knew what had transpired. He felt her shaking slightly and frowned, he gently lifted her gaze to meet his own. Her eyes showed him that she was terrified, the dread from before came back full force. In his mind, only one thing could make her act this way. He let her look away as guilt overwhelmed him, Holly didn't notice his emotional shift right away it wasn't until he pulled her close that she felt his guilt and pain. His words caught her off guard, "I'm sorry I failed you Holly… I should have been there to protect you. I'm a horrible father…" her gasp told him she had heard him, "I never should have left you to face her alone." He held her close as he tried to deal with the pain of his failure. A few tears falling as he realized just how much he had messed up. Holly was frozen in the uncertainty how to respond; she wasn't even sure of everything she was feeling at this point. This whole conversation was becoming overwhelming. She could feel his pain, his grief, and yet was unsure what she was truly feeling in that moment. Holly brought a hand up and placed it over one of his as he cried, more tears falling from her eyes as she tried to cope with all of this. When they both had calmed some Holly finally broke the silence.

"You're not a horrible father. You made a mistake that all. I love you and I always will." Her voice was soft and filled with love. He closed his eyes again responding once he could find his voice.

"That wasn't just a mistake Holly. I don't know how you can forgive me for allowing that woman to hurt you. I promised your mother I wouldn't let Laura touch you. I fail both you and her the day I left." Holly was once again stunned to silence upon his confession.

* Mother made him promise? Did she know it might happen? * It took her a few minutes to ask him about it. "Did mother… have a premonition?" He sighed as he tried to explain things,

"I think it was more her intuition telling her it might happen. She never explained how she knew. I didn't argue, give in Laura's track record with kids and your mother, it was logical that you might become a target for her someday." He pulled back to look at her once more his eyes filled with sorrow and regret, "If I hadn't been a fool and thought things over carefully, I never would have left. After your mother passed I… I didn't handle things so well. Perhaps that's the other reason the villagers wouldn't let me be mayor. It's hard to say what their real reasoning was, I only know what I was told by the elder." Holly was still hesitant to tell him what happened, she closed her eyes as a few more tears escaped them. Her father just held her as she dealt with all of this new information.

* What should I do… it seems like he knows but if he finds out why Laura punished me… * As she felt her heart race at the idea of him getting angry with her, her breaths were shallow as she fought for control. This situation wasn't ideal for such a confession, she certainly didn't feel ready for this conversation. It took a couple of minutes for her to slow her breathing, she had begun to feel that dark force once more trying to influence her gritting her teeth she pushed it back. * No not again! * As she regained control an image of Genki entered her mind. She heard his voice say, 'Trust him Holly… let him help you through this pain. He is ready to listen, all you need to do is reach out.' Unsure if this was real, she responded back hoping for some guidance. * But… what if he leaves me? * 'He won't. Listen to your intuition, you know it's right. Don't ignore it.' After those words the image faded, Holly sat there just thinking over those words. Looking deep inside she found the answer she needed. After a moment she opened her eyes to look at her clearly worried father. "Father… it wasn't your fault that Laura hurt me. Even if you had been there, she would have done so anyway if she was truly targeting me. Please don't blame yourself for what happened." Yosho's expression showed his surprise at her words, in that moment he could fully see that Rose had passed all of her gifts on to their daughter.

* She truly has the gift of understanding. * His expression changed to a sad smile as he spoke. "Holly how can I not blame myself? I should have been there for you." Holly shook her head,

"There was no way you could know for certain what would happen. Sometimes things happen for a reason. Though you helped Mu reawaken you also lead to the Phoenix being found. If you had been there, it is possible neither of us would have survived an attack. If I had gone with you, Mu would have had control over me and the stone. As much as we would like to never feel pain or sorrow, sometimes we must in order to grow and eventually move forward. Though it often is a slow process it can lead to greater things than we realize." Yosho could hardly believe her words, she sounded a lot older than she was in that moment. It was almost like speaking to his dear Rose again. His eyes watered slightly as he processed what she was trying to tell him. Holly herself wasn't sure why she had spoken those words in the way she had but she had listened to her heart as she spoke. Lifting her gaze to meet her fathers she could see his confusion along with several other emotions in his watering eyes, "Father…" She stopped a moment before continuing, gathering her courage along the way. "As you suspected Laura did indeed hurt me, I hadn't been aware of her… notorious behavior until that day. I knew some of the villagers were weary of her and that she was never allowed to babysit. Unfortunately, I never learned the reason why until it was too late." She looked away after she was certain he understood, she sighed as she struggled to find her words, this was such a daunting thing to talk about at this juncture.

"Holly… did she abuse you like the other children?" Her father's became voice was very soft and gentle, he places a hand over hers hoping to bring some comfort to her. He felt her shaking slightly, with a frown he waited for her to answer. Finally, he saw her nod,

"Yes…" She took a deep breath, "She sexually abused me like the other girls. I only learned about what she was doing after she and her husband had left the village. I asked around a bit and finally received an answer from grandmother." Holly's voice broke while she spoke, revealing to her father how much pain she was feeling. Yosho closed his eyes trying to control his anger, it was hard for him to not lash out after hearing what happened to his girl. He wanted nothing more that to take his anger out on that woman, though that was impossible at this point in time. Instead, he pulled her close trying to help relieve her pain. After a few minutes he released her; asking ever so gently,

"When did this happen?" She looked over at him in confusion, she could see the pain and anger in his eyes. "How old were you?" he tried again.

"I was 12 years old." He closed his eyes again,

"Did you tell your grandmother or grandfather what she did?" Holly hesitated before quietly answering.

"No… I felt… too scared and ashamed to talk to them about it." She saw her father's jaw clench. Yosho waited a moment before asking his next question, he needed to calm himself. Holly watched as he attempted to get himself under control. She had to admit that he was definitely taking this better than she expected.

"She used the excuse that she was punishing you right?" Holly nodded,

"Yes… did she do that with the others?"

"Yeah, it was her excuse for whenever she went after children." He confirmed, after a moment he probed further, "What was she punishing you for?" He saw his daughter hesitate again; this time he could see she was afraid once more. Gently he guided her gaze to meet his, "Whatever it was I will not be upset with you Holly." She met his gaze for a moment more then swallowed her fear.

"She caught me masturbating." Holly could see the surprise in his eyes, apparently, he hadn't been expecting that answer. She shifted slightly feeling uncomfortable once more before continuing, "Laura told me that I was a whore and that if I told anyone about my punishment that she would make sure everyone in the village knew. I was so afraid back then that I stayed silent." She closed her eyes, "I realize now that was a mistake but back then…" He squeezed her hand gently,

"It's alright, I understand that she used her power against you. I hope you realize she was lying right?" She nodded,

"Yes… I do now." Yosho pulled her into an embrace once more, he felt her shaking again. With a frown he spoke softly,

"Just relax, everything is alright." As he held her, he thought over what had happened. * So, she was growing up, learning about herself and Laura used that against her. Used her naivety to harm her. Damn that elder for not warning her about this before she was harmed! Everyone knew Laura was a problem! All the children should have been warned! * Once she relaxed a bit he spoke to her once more. "Holly have you found someone to talk to about this?"

"Sort of…I started talking to Granity about it. It's not an easy thing for me discuss in depth." Yosho realized now that Holly was seeking alone time for a different reason than he originally thought. * So that's why she wants so much time alone with Granity. She's trying to trust another woman with this. Granity would probably be able to relate to this, so she is a good pick for discussing such subjects. Still even Granity can't seem to heal on her own… *

"Is Genki aware of this?"

"I have mentioned it to him in passing. He knows I'm not ready to discuss it with him yet." Yosho waited a moment before making a suggestion.

"When you are ready, you should discuss it with him. If anyone knows how to help you it would be him." She pulled back a bit to make sure he was serious. He raised a brow at her confused and shocked expression. "Did you think I wouldn't want him to be with you or something?" She shook her head,

"No, I… I just didn't expect you to want me to be intimate with him like that. I have never been sure what you actually think of him." Yosho smiled slightly,

"I rather like him actually. I know he's loyal, he would never knowingly hurt you. He will practically do anything for you from what I have seen." Holly still seemed skeptical.

"You don't have any issues with his past relationships?" Yosho quirked a brow at her inquiry.

"I assume he told you about them?" He saw her nod, "I can't say as I agree with how he handles his relationships. I do however understand that his world is different and that I can't hold him to my standards. He seems to be careful concerning his relationships and that is what counts. "Granity you should have had first say in how we approached our first time together. I need to stop being so… well perverted about things." His voice was soft, but she heard him clearly,

"I did choose this Genki, I was the one who went to read about domination. You guided me to understanding it, but I chose it. I want to do this with you, it turns me on that you are willing to be submissive to me. So don't think you forced this when you didn't." He was silent again unsure of how to respond; she took his silence as a way to talk him through his fear and stress. "Genki, I know you are close to your edge again, that your anxiety is acting up really bad right now. I had hoped between Holly and I we could reduce it, but I realize now that until you talk to the others about things, this stress will be here causing you problems. I'm sorry for not realizing that sooner." Genki looked over at her in confusion before shaking his head.

"It doesn't mean I wasn't being naive about how hard this truly is for you. I know you're afraid of talking to them, just know you are not alone. I will be there with you and so will Holly and Tiger. You have less people to tell now, only 5 since everyone else knows."

"3 actually, Suezo and Yosho already know. It's just Hare, Mocchi, and Golem left." Granity raised a brow at that, instead of asking she just went on with her encouragement.

"Then it should be easier for you. The others accepted you right? Then there shouldn't be an issue." It took him a moment before he responded again, she could tell he was trying to figure out how to explain things to her.

"In theory yes… it's just…." He sighed, "I feel like I failed Mocchi…"

"Failed him how?" She asked gently as she caressed his arm hoping to bring some comfort.

"I realize my bond with him isn't that strong, but I should have told him about this a long time ago… still I have my doubts that he can understand, that I can even explain it well enough. He looks up to me and yet… I can't be that person that was so positive and resilient anymore." He shook his head, "I'm just afraid that our bond will break due to my lack of trust." Granity understood what he was saying, she thought over how she would respond to his confession carefully.

* I understand their bond is weak at this point. Neither of them really knew how they made the bond or how to maintain it. Mocchi was too young and Genki uneducated on the matter. Still Mocchi is older now, he can learn how to deal with the bond issue. I doubt he would lose faith in Genki completely even if this will cause some issues for them. I think Mocchi needs some guidance though, perhaps Tiger and I can assist in this matter. * "Genki, I understand what you are saying, and I know that neither you nor Mocchi understood the bond you formed years ago." She could see he was listening even if his eyes remained downcast, "That being said, this will be a test for you both, Mocchi already understands that something is wrong. He felt it, he asked if you specifically had issues, he felt your sadness from the other day. I don't think he lacks faith in you, nor do I think he will after your confession. I believe he will want to help you, be there for you so that you can heal." Genki was thinking her words over as she continued, "Out of everyone here, he isn't the one putting you on a pedestal. He knows you have your weaknesses, that there are times that you don't feel good or happy. He has seen you fail before; we all have. I don't think you need to worry about him turning his back on you over this." Genki remained silent for a bit before asking,

"What about our bond?"

"I don't believe it will break if that's what you are asking. What you have can be repaired, perhaps with some guidance. He is still a little clueless about things despite his age." She chuckled; a smile peaked through on his features for a moment before he sighed.

"You're sure I'm not being overbearing Granity?"

"I'm sure you aren't. I know you feel insecure at the moment. It's alright, I'm not going anywhere. You won't scare me off with these… kinky sexual experiences." She smiled to him as his eyes connected with hers, after a moment she could see he felt a little better. "Do you feel shame for your fetishes?" he looked a little surprised be then shook his head.

"No, I don't feel shame for those. But I did feel it for acting so perverted about things. It's a bad habit of mine when I get excited about something we might do. I really need to get it under control before Holly and I move forward." He sighed as he tried to relax, he realized that he had spoiled their mood with his emotional problems.

"I don't think you need to worry so much. Holly is just as perverted as you are." He gave her a disbelieving look before shaking his head.

"Even if she has some desires, I doubt she will want to… entertain most of mine. She isn't the type to be dominant in bed." Granity smirked at him,

"And how would you know? It's not like you two have had sex before."

"I know because of her demeanor; she is the gentle loving type. She would enjoy gentle love making more then the vigorous romps you and I might enjoy." Granity chuckled at him,

"Oh, you have a lot to learn!" She grinned at him as he looked startled by her declaration. "Holly has a wild side; she just hides it because she feels embarrassed by her fantasies. I think she feels shame for thinking such perverted thoughts honestly. But I know for a fact that she can and would be willing to be dominant in bed if you asked her to be." He raised a brow at her, she could tell he was inquiring as to how she knew that. "When she and I make love there are times that she takes the lead. She could see his surprise he then seemed to go deep in thought for a bit. He closed his eyes to focus more on his thoughts, trying to make sense of what he had been told. * If Holly truly does have a wild side and feels shame from it then she believes it is something she isn't supposed to be doing. Hmm… maybe I need to ask him about that briefly. I may not be willing to ask Holly much about this until she is ready, but I can help Granity assist her. Still, I'm worried about her issues concerning her sexuality. Her uncontrollable arousal… the shame she feels… her need to hide her real feelings and desires. This isn't healthy… especially with her fear of lose. I can understand why she never settled for anyone else now, she felt too vulnerable to do so. * After a few minutes relaxing with Granity he had gotten his own feelings dealt with. He realized now that she had indeed chosen this path even if he had guided her a bit. He sighed as he leaned into her, Granity returned his affection. * I'm glad she understands me and that we have this bond. * A small smile graced his lips as he relaxed with her. Granity soon caught his attention, her hand gently guiding him into a kiss. He let himself go, just enjoying their intimacy.

When the pair parted Granity smiled to him, "Are you still up for doing something or would you rather hold off? I don't want to push you Genki." He returned her question with a smile,

"I'm still game if you are. I think I have my emotions under control now."

"I thought over your question, I think Client and Servant would work well for me." He nodded his approval of that set of roles then wen into though for a moment.

"Then I believe we can select a safe word that won't come up easily enough. How about druid then? That word won't come up during the play you chose." Granity thought that over and nodded,

"That works for me…. Genki… if I get too vindictive then refer to me as 'Master Pixie' it should snap me out of it." He looked a little surprised but nodded.

"I will if it's needed." He leaned in to gently kiss her, "Would you like to look through my collection and pick out what you want to use?" She chuckled,

"You mean your toy collection?" he nodded, "I'd love to. Though you may need to explain some of them to me."

"That's not a problem." He smiled, she stood with a smirk.

"I am so looking forward to this." He whispered hotly in her ear,

"Then I will make it the best you've ever had." He then walked out of the room leaving a blushing pixie in his wake. Her shock turned to a grin before she followed him to his room, * Oh I am so going to hold him to that. *

AAN: A little raunchier than intended by the end there but I wanted to get this story moving. I might do a supplemental of their experience together but for the moment I will be jumping to the next scene as it were. I hope you all enjoyed it.
