16. Chapter 16

Hi Everyone! Guess what! This story isn't dead. After getting numerous reviews I decided to take a look at this story again and see what I can do and I finally have that ending that I am happy with. I have the rest of the story planned out.

The way I see it, there are several plot points that need concluding.

Gibbs and Tony reuniting

Meeting Tony's father / A Showdown of sorts

The HEA, Happy Ever After

Only one on that list is finished. If there are others you as readers can think of, let me know and I will try and work that in.

So I've got chapters planned. About nine chapters left... I was hoping there would be less but to continue the whole Tony / Gibbs alternating POV that's what came out. I don't have a word count guesstimate.

I do have a promise for all of the readers out there though. If I don't finish this story or have at least five of the chapters done and posted by the end of the year 2021, I will post the outline and summary of the planned ending.

Thank you to everyone who has commented and reviewed this story over the years. It was because of you that I was inspired to finish this.

PS It is possible that some rewrites of the earlier chapters will be necessary and if so, I will let you know which chapters have been rewritten / edited.
