It's been a couple of days since the Cullen's planned their attack for Seattle. I was in the gym of the high school, my graduation was taking place. Jessica was valedictorian, standing on stage as she began her speech.

" When we were five, they asked us what we wanted to be when we grew up." Jessica says as I smiled.

" Our answers were things like astronaut, president. Or in my case, princess. When we were ten, they asked again and we answered – a rock star, cowboy, or in my case, gold medalist. But now that we've grown up, they want a serious answer. Well, how 'bout this: who the hell knows?!" She says with confidence and drive. I couldn't help but think about all the things I wanted to be when I was young.

" This isn't the time to make hard and fast decisions, it's the time to make mistakes. Take the wrong train, and get stuck somewhere chill. Fall in love – a lot. Major in philosophy because there's no way to make a career out of that. Change your mind. Then change it again, because nothing is permanent." Jessica says as I chuckled, permanent, really? If only you knew the truth.

" So make as many mistakes as you can. That way, someday, when they ask again what we want to be... we won't have to guess. We'll know." Jessica said before the entire crowd that lay here in the gym clapped. It wasn't long before I got my diploma. Parents congratulating their children as I found Dad with the biggest grin on his face.

" Congratulations hun." Dad said before he brought me into his arms. We parted as I was grinning.

" A milestone only to be completing more and more as I continue to live." I smiled with conviction.

" Your mother would be proud of you." Dad says as I see a lone tear leave his eye. I nodded and wiped it away.

" Thanks, Dad." I told him before the Cullen family came by, Jasper spinning me around.

" I'm glad that you are able to take care of my daughter there Jasper." Dad said after Jasper set me down.

" Course." He replied, Dad gave Jasper a nod and shook his hand.

" Time to party!" Emmett said as I chuckled. Later in the night, the Cullen house was full-on party mode. I was dressed in a short-sleeve white top and blue jeans

" Enjoying yourself?" Jasper asked as I nodded, my honey red hair had reached my lower back by now.

" But of course!" I said with a smirk.

" So the future?" I asked as I sat down.

" With you by my side as my equal." Jasper said as he sat by me, wrapping an arm around me. I opened my mind to the possibility, but it was taken as I saw Alice's eyes glaze over.

" Jaz!" I exclaimed as I got up, he and I got over to her. Bella got there quickly too.

" Alice, what did you see?" Bella asked as I saw Jacob show up with two of his pack mates.

" The decision's been made." Alice said as I felt my heart drop.

" You're not going to Seattle?" I asked as she shook her head.

" No... They're coming here." Alice said as I got into plan mode, I got all of the Cullen's I could pull away including Edward, Carlisle, and Jasper came in tow.

" How long?" Edward asked as the three werewolves entered the room. Jasper keeping me close.

" They'll be here in four days." Alice replied as I felt myself shaking a bit.

" This could turn into a blood bath." Carlisle said with a worried tone.

" Who's behind it?" Edward asked as Alice had a hand on her cheek.

" I didn't see anyone I recognize. Maybe one..." She replied as if plausible to think clearly.

" I know his face. He's local, Riley Biers." Edward announced, the wolves were confused. I felt my inner wolf growling as I stared at them.

" He didn't start this." Edward stated as I felt my hands shaking, but Jasper took my hands in his.

" Whoever did is staying out of the action." She replied as I felt my anger rising.

" That's shallow even for whoever it is!" I barked out as I was held against Jasper, who eased me and I practically melted in his arms, I heard growls from Jacob, I glared at him.

" They must be playing with the blind spots in your vision." Carlisle said to Alice.

" Either way, the army is coming... ... and there aren't enough of us to protect the town." Jasper says as I feel his worry.

" Hold up. What damn army?" Jacob demanded as I glared at his slight trembling.

" Newborns. Our kind." Carlisle said as I saw Embry come forth.

" What are they after?" Embry asked as I saw him hungry gazing.

" They were passing around Bella's scent. A red blouse. They were passing around a blue scarf, Jace's scent, before she turned into a werewolf." Alice says as I felt my heart drop, after me!

" They're after Bella! and Jace!" He asked as I felt myself shivering in anger. Jasper pressing a kiss upon my cheek.

" What the hell does this mean?" Jacob asked as I see something in his eyes.

" It means an ugly fight. With lives lost." Carlisle explained with care and fear.

" Alright... We're in." Jacob said as I see Bella's eyes widen.

" No. You'll get yourselves killed, no way." Bella said as I smirked.

" I wasn't asking for permission." Jacob backed himself up.

" Edward." Bella exclaimed as I saw a slightly defeated look in Edward's eyes.

" It means more protection for you." Edward said as I felt irritated, but more protection for Bella could be a good thing.

" Jacob." Bella exclaimed again, but as ignored.

" Do you believe Sam will agree to... an understanding?" Carlisle asked Jacob, who slightly glanced at me, then at Carlisle, what was he planning?

" As long as we get to kill some vampires. Enemies!" Jacob said as I huffed.

" Jasper?" Carlisle asked as I felt all their gazes on my imprint.

" They'll give us the numbers. And the newborns won't know they even exist. That'll give us an edge. I've trained Jace in human form and wolf form to be able to defend herself." Jasper said as I hummed and placed my head into the crook of his neck. I remember the rigorous training Jasper put me through.

" We'll need to coordinate." Carlisle said as the wolves nodded.

" Carlisle, they'll gonna get hurt." Bella says with fear in her tone.

" We'll all need some training. Fighting newborns requires knowledge that Jasper has. You're welcome to join us. Alright." Carlisle said as I felt Jasper holding me close.

" Name the time and place." Jacob said as I saw Bella slightly shaken.

" Jake... You don't know what you're getting yourself into." Bella said as I hear the slight fear in her voice.

" Bella... This is what we do. You should be happy. Look at us, working together. You're the one who wanted us to get along, remember?" Jacob said before everything settled. Soon Jasper took me home. Entering my room felt different.

" High School is over and done with." I said with Jasper sitting by me.

" All the time to ourselves and an army of vampires out to kill us." Jasper said as I got into his lap.

" It's our everyday." I said before Jasper kissed me, I practically melted into the kiss, his hands moving to my hips as I ground there. Jasper slightly grunted as I felt him sucking a small mark on my neck.

" God!" I cried out as I felt Jasper removing my top.

" Perfection is your body and being." Jasper whispered before I took his shirt off. His skin was something I craved and his flesh was perfection. I felt him remove me from his lap as he got on top of me. I felt Jasper kissing my stomach before removing my jeans. I got on top of Jasper and removed his pants, the situation, I was in only a bra and my panties, and Jasper was in a pair of boxers.

" God!" I growled before Jasper pulled me into his lap and wrapped his arms around me as I kept kissing him. I soon felt Jasper remove my bra. My chest falling free of their confines. 36D in the flesh exposed as I felt nervous. I wanted to go further with him but not all the way. Not just yet.

" Perfect." Jasper whispered as I felt him place a cold hand on my breast. I moan out as he carefully rolled the sensitive nubs in his fingers. It was like small electrical shocks pleasurably moving my body. Every cell in my body wanted him to take me, however.

" Are you ok? Your hearts racing." Jasper said as I nodded.

" Of course, I think it..." I stammered, but Jasper nodded.

" When you are ready." Jasper said as I nodded. He went to grab his clothes and mine, but I grabbed his wrist.

" I want to feel you next to me, please." I whispered to him. He smiled then placed a kiss on my forehead before pulling me next to him. A blanket around us as I felt my eyes drifting close. Jasper's cool body the final push to sleep to be able to consume my very being.
