Notes

Hey guys, this is a worseman and this is the prologue of the second arc in this crossover fanfiction.

If you spot any grammar errors or spelling in this story, I will try my best to improve my story.

The name title of this was originally to be the same as FGO singularity's name but the captivity words were limit so I had to come up with the possible short name of the arc for the singularity's name.

Disclaimer

I don't own any characters from both Kamen Rider and Fate Franchise as both belong to their respective owners except my OC.

Ritsuka stepped out of his room when his door opened. He was dressed neatly in his Chaldea's Uniform after being showered nicely. He covered his mouth with his left hand from yawning loudly and began to walk in the hallway to the cafeteria room but he heard Mashu's voice.

"Good morning, Senpai!"

Ritsuka turned his head to see Mashu walking towards him with Fou standing on her right shoulder. He smiled to greet her back, "Morning, Mashu, Fou."

"Fou!" Fou yelped happily.

Mashu giggled at Fou's enthusiasm, "It seems Fou felt refreshed after sleeping in my cozy blanket and he's now feeling too hungry."

"Fou!" Fou agreed confidently, making both Mashu and Ritsuka chuckled.

"Let's go to eat our breakfast, Mashu," Ristuka said to Mashu.

"Okay, senpai," Mashu replied as they began to walk to the cafeteria room.

It has been two days since Fuyuki Singularity where Chaldea was in both chaos and despair from being bombed, Lev's betrayal, and Olga presumably dead although her soul transferred to the eyecon which was given by Takeru. Fortunately, the singularity was resolved with the help of the arrival of Kamen Riders. Everything went back to usual. Ritsuka's first three servants were quite unusual since they knew each other because of either that timeline before singularity or the bending rule of time and space. At least, they never start the fight to kill each other, especially Archer and Cu.

As Ristuka and Mashu were walking with Fou on her shoulder, they heard Ryotaro's screaming voice getting louder and stopped at their track as Ryotaro skated fast past them with his head and foot in each bucket and crashed into a wall with a loud crash. They winced in pain for Ryotaro and turned their head to the path where he was skating and saw him laid on the ground in dazzle. They were confused at the scene and trying to digest their thoughts. Sougo jogged from the other side and stopped to see him on the ground. He asked loudly, "Are you alright? Ryotaro?!"

"I'm fine," Ryotaro moaned under the bucket while slowly lifting himself, but only hit in the head by a box. He fell back to the ground with his groan.

"I'm so sorry!" The female staff member rushed towards Ryotaro to see if he was fine.

The trio was utterly confused at Ryotaro's situation while Sougo was laughing uncomfortably. Sougo stopped and noticed Ristuka's group beside him and turned around to them with a greeting, "Morning."

The trio snapped out of their confusion and faced Sougo.

"Good morning, Sougo," Mashu greeted back.

"How are you doing, Sougo-San? Not getting used to it?" Ritsuka asked Sougo politely.

"Well, I'm trying to adapt to this new place and most of the staff members were pretty nice," Sougo replied honestly with a smile despite most of the staff members were in a little distress in his sight before encountering Ritsuka and his friends.

"I see. I hope there's nothing else to your dislike, Sougo-San," said Mashu. She turned around to see Ryotaro slowly standing up with the assistance of the female staff members. "We should help Mister Nogami back to his feet."

"Yeah, we should help him," Ritsuka agreed with Mashu. "I never saw Ryotaro in a weird situation before."

"That's because Ryotaro always has bad luck all the time ever since," explained Sougo.

"Eh?" Ritsuka and Mashu asked surprisingly in a union.

At the cafeteria, several of the Chaldea employees were at tables sitting and eating or walking in lines to receive meals by the plate on a long table served with food of different varieties. Kota sat down on the chair and placed his tray of breakfast dishes on the table. He was impressed at Archer displaying his cooking abilities and heard nearby people comment that Archer's food tasted delicious. He thought that Archer might be a chef before becoming a heroic servant. He saw Roman and Da Vinic taking their bites on the food and they were memorized by its taste.

"This is so good," Roman commented with food in his mouth.

"Tell me about it, Roman. I haven't had a gourmet taste for a while since last month." Da vinic replied with amazement as she bit another piece.

"I never thought I'd be sitting with a doctor and inventor," Kota mumbled as he began to eat his breakfast. Like the rest of them, he thinks honestly at Archer's food. "Delicious."

"I'm glad that you like Archer's food," Da Vinic smiled at Kota with Roman's nodding.

"Yo."

The trio turned around to see Cu, Saber, Geiz, Haruto, Takeru, and Sento walking towards their table to join but they were shocked to see Saber's food tray was twice as much as their trays. They never expected that Saber was the most gluttony servant that they ever met. Seeing their faces, Saber looked away in embarrassment with a little flush on her cheek, making Cu laugh heartily while the rest chuckled in amusement. They all joined and waited for the rest to arrive while Archer carried a tray of large amounts of food to their table.

"Saving the food for them?" asked Cu.

"If you're referring to master, then yes, I am," Archer replied firmly with narrow eyes. "I'm not in the mood to listen to your blabbing."

"Same to you, bastard," Cu spoke back with a little hint of irritation.

"Archer, Lancer. Please be civil right now or else," Saber ordered both Cu and Archer with her glaring eyes, sending a shiver down to their spine.

"Sorry," Cu and Archer acknowledged at the same time as they did not want to face Saber's wrath for disrupting her eating.

Saber shifted her eyes from Cu and Archer to her food and continued to eat. Ritsuka and his group were the last to arrive and felt relieved that Archer had saved their remaining breakfast from the hungry employee although they did not know why he did it. They joined the table to eat with Cu's smiley greeting which irritated Archer.

Saber turned to Ryotaro and began to apologize while bowing her head down out of a sudden, "Ryotaro, my apologies for accidentally hitting you and almost slashing Momotaros."

"It's alright, Saber. You didn't do anything wrong," Ryotaro dismissed, although he heard Monotaros's voice filled with a little furious and upset.

The group fully remembered the incident which was just yesterday as Monotaros appeared in his true form which was red oni form, making the chaldea and the servant off guard but Saber's reaction was different. She began to charge towards him for a kill in a split second, thinking that it may be hostile and trying to slash as Monotaros dodged every single of her attacks. Ryotaro, fortunately, diffused the situation but ended up hit by Saber's hilt of her invisible sword.

"Is it just me, or does Saber give off a charismatic aura?" wondered Haruto who felt the urge to reveal the hero of the past.

"Well, Saber here may be a knight who led order in the past. Charisma was a necessary trait for such leaders in Medieval Europe." Takeru reasoned.

"Indeed, it is natural for a Servant of her state to have such an aura," Roman stated.

"Doctor, do you know my identity?" asked Sabeer with a suspicious tone.

"Yes, Sougo told me every detail of that singularity, especially the corruption version," Roman stated.

"A corrupted version?" asked Archer who remembered that Ritsuka mentioned that the group also fought a version of him in that singularity.

"Yeah, she had your armored dress except it was black with weird, red vein-like markings on her body," Geiz described the enemy servant to Saber in question.

"And she kinda spilled the keyword that related to you during the battle, Miss Arthur," Sougo added.

Saber's eyebrow twitched upon hearing Sougo's nickname for her and she glared at him in disappointment. Sougo began to chuckle nervously while trying to eat his breakfast to avoid eye contact with her while Geiz sighed in annoyance and face-palmed himself while shaking his head. This caused the group to become a little uneasy due to him possibly angering her but she let her sigh out and looked at him. "I'm not angry at you, Sougo. It's just that I'm not still getting used to this era and I forgive you."

"Thanks," Sougo appreciated Saber with a smile when he turned his head back.

Saber began to look at the rest and said, "Since my identity is going to reveal one way or another, I will do it now; my true name is Artoria Pendragon, king of a knight of Camelot."

"Pleasure to meet you, Artoria. Call me Da Vinic-Chan like everyone else here." Da Vinic greeted her back with a polite tone of her own.

"Anway, Roman, how is Animusphere-San doing?" asked Kota.

"Still the same, I'm afraid," Roman replied sadly, "But she was doing alright especially when I requested Archer to give her food to her before our breakfast."

"I'm just doing my job, Doctor," Archer said, shrugging Roman's reply away.

"I hope she recovers fast and properly although you might get a mighty scream once she recovers," said Kota with a smirk, making Roman almost drop his fork.

"Oh please, I can handle her because I worked for her and her dad ever since she was a student," Roman assured to diffuse Kota's words.

"Even so, you might get your ear burst from a loud angry former director whom you stole her position from," Ritsuka said, unknowingly helping Kota.

Roman was shocked at Ritsuka's defiance for helping Kota, "Since when you can talk…. Oh yeah, you two are friends from high school."

"Anyway!" Da Vinic said loudly to catch the group's attention. "I have a question for the riders which I'm eager to know: why all of you here?"

Sento gulped the food down and looked at Sougo with a serious expression. Sougo nodded, signaling him to tell more about their Kamen riders' objective since they were going to work with the Chaldea to repair the timeline. "You all remember that our objective is the same as yours."

"Yes, Sougo did tell us that you're all here to investigate the singularity like us," Roman said, remembering the time that Ritsuka and the group met the Kamen Rider in Fuyuki Singularity.

"That's correct, but there's more than that; there's another party beside Lev and us," Sento stated the truth of their investigation.

"Another party?" Archer asked as he turned serious.

"We don't know who the group is, but I know that they are trying to temper with the singularity to increase more destructive than ever to not only this timeline but others as well," explained Sento with a serious tone.

"What! You mean someone beside Lev and his master trying to destroy every timeline?" Roman asked in shock.

Ritsuka and Mashu were speechless while Da-Vinic and the other three servants became serious upon hearing that the second party was trying to cause more trouble to every timeline by utilizing the singularity. The situation had become grim as it potentially might

"I'm afraid so, doctor. That's what we're here as Kamen Rider to prevent more devastation from this anomaly." Sento said, nodding solemnly. "However, Sougo, Geiz, and I know the possible identities of what they, he or she might be."

"It might be Time Jacker," Sougo added with the plausible identity.

"Time… Jacker?" Artoria asked confusedly.

"What kind of stupid name that they came up with? I'm pretty sure that they're weak" Cu complimented the Time Jacker.

"The name may be stupid to some of you, but you don't underestimate them because they have time manipulation abilities," Geiz told Cu with his serious expression.

"Kidding, right?" Kota asked in surprise.

"No, we're not kidding but they can only stop time. However, I'm not sure if one of them is like Swartz," Sougo said with a grim look.

"Swartz?" asked Ritsuka.

"That's not important right now, Ritsuka." Sougo said, "The most important is that we need to destroy seven singularities to restore this timeline."

"You're right, Sougo," Roman said with a nod but laughed all of sudden with nervousness that caught everyone's attention, "But I'm sorry to rain down our parade, everyone, but we have headed to the control room for a briefing because SHEBA has detected our first singularity."

Everyone on the table groaned in irritation at the same time, causing Roman to jaw drop in shock and his heart shattered into pieces. "What? I just let you know the situation and the singularity will not repair itself on its own."

"You should have told us after our breakfast when we reached the control room, Doctor," Mashu said in a dead tone.

"Mashu is right, Doctor," Ritsuka agreed with Mashu with the same tone as her.

Roman recoiled as he groaned in despair as he was struck by both Ritsuka and Mashu's words. 'Why are my two kindest friends being cruel to me, especially everyone?!'

[~~~~~~~]

"SHEBA has located the first singularity which is in the fourteenth century France," Roman said about the location of the anomaly. He continued, "So, it's very easy because it is just like Fuyuki Singularity."

"You mean travel to that era, investigate what it is, figure it out, and then correct it?" Haruto guessed.

"You're correct, Haruto. Otherwise, 2019 will never come and humanity will be extinct in 2018," stated Roman.

"Huh, I'm not sure if it's very ironic that both humanity and the Heisei era will be coming to an end in 2018," Geiz mumbled softly as he continued to listen to Roman.

"This is your first objective. The basic principle of the upcoming operation," Roman stated, "The operation's second objective is to investigate the 'Holy Grail'."

"How is that related to the singularity?" questioned Takeru.

"This is just my speculation, Takeru, but the singularities must be related to the Holy Grail," Roman answered Takeru's question. "You all know what Holy Grail is, but Lev probably got his hands on the Grail in some form, and misused its power. Rather, it's impossible to travel through time and change the past without the Grail. Seriously."

Roman sighed in distress at the thought of Lev's use of the Holy Grail for the extinction of humanity. He rubbed between his eyes and continued the brief, "You will run into intel regarding the Grail during your investigation of the singularity. Even if you correct history, leaving the Grail will put us back to square one. You must either secure the Holy Grail or destroy it. Those are the two objectives of this operation. Is everything clear so far?"

Everyone present in the control room was trying to process their thoughts to understand their two objectives. Everything that they heard from Roman was too much.

"Good grief, that's a lot of detail proving that humanity is in jeopardy to be close to their extinction. I guess we're going to help our master to correct the singularity back to normal," Archer stated dryly.

"I agree, Archer," Artoria agreed with Archer's statement

"Hate to say this, but you're right," Cu agreed too.

"I think we get a glimpse of the objectives, Doctor," Ritsuka replied with understanding.

"That's good to hear, Ritsuka, but there's one other thing I want you to do in addition to the mission," said Roman.

"What is it?" Ritsuka asked with raised eyebrows.

"That said, it's nothing major. It's for after you Rayshift to that era. I want you to find a leyline and make a summoning circle. Just like you did in Fuyuki. Unlike Fuyuki, we could probably make do as-is if it's just telepathic communication… But to transport supplies, it won't work without establishing a summoning circle. Just like before, once Mashu sets up her Noble Phantasm, it will act as a catalyst and trigger the summoning circle. Once you do that, you can summon Servants at will. Of course, what you summon will probably be Servants closely tied to that time and place." Roman explained in full detail to Ritsuka.

"Wait, Mashu's both shield and Noble Phantasm is a summoning circle?" guessed Sougo with amazement.

"Yes. It's all thanks to Da-Vinic and the director," Roman said as Sougo's guess was corrected. "Plus, it will be useless to send some supplies without Mashu."

"It's very smart but risky to create such one for her," complemented Sento as he was looking at Mashu.

"I know, Sento-sans, but it's worth the risk that we're taking," Roman replied with a serious tone.

"...Understood. Before all else, we'll try to establish a base camp first. What we'll need is a place to relax, a structure with a roof, a home to come back to. Right, Master?" asked Mashu.

Ritsuka nodded with a smile "Yes, I'll be counting on you."

"H-Hearing you say that really means a lot to me," Mashu said with a hint of blush. "I know I'm still an inexperienced Servant but you can count on me. I'll be giving it my all!"

"Kyuu!" Fou roared happily.

"Umhm. To see Mashu, who's serious, quiet, and frankly, kind of mysterious grows up to be such a fine lady…" Roman exclaimed with a smile.

"I'm afraid that's not a simple task to complete, Doctor Romani Archaman."

The group in the room turned around to see Woz walking towards them with his book. He showed no hostility as the servants did not summon their respective weapon but stood cautious around him.

"Woz," Sougo said Woz's name.

"You know him," Archer asked the group cautiously.

"Yes, he's our fellow Kamen Rider," Takeru replied to Archer.

"What the hell have you been, Woz," asked Geiz.

"I've just arrived, Geiz," Woz replied with a bad answer before turning to the rest. "I'm afraid that according to Decade, we're not facing just seven singularities, but many."

This revelation shocked the group because they had thought that taking care of the seven singularities could bring back humanity's future. Though the ones who were shocked were Ritsuka, Mashu, Roman, Kamen Riders, weapons, and the Servants. Da Vinic was the only one who treated the situation as normal.

"M-More than the identified Seven?!" asked Roman.

"Oi! Don't tell me that this is a joke?!" shouted Cu.

"I'm afraid not, Cu Chulainn, but rest assured that these singularities may not be as dangerous as seven main ones that could endanger humanity's future," stated Woz.

The group was relieved at Woz's statement but Roman interrupted to ask. "That's good to hear, but I don't think we can leave these as harmless as they could potentially become a real one, Isn't it?"

"Yes, you're correct, Doctor. Any of them might become a real threat that you won't handle if you left it alone like you said, especially the other world."

Geiz groaned in irritation at Woz's sudden news. "Please tell me that you have good news for once."

"Yes, Decade contacted the other riders about the entire situation when I returned after Fuyuki. Some of them are now at the Singularities as we speak," Woz answered.

The group was surprised that more Kamen Riders beside the group were now helping the Chaldea to save their future. They were glad that they had as much help as they could, although they could not help but wonder how many Riders were there in their world.

"Umm, Who's Decade?" questioned Mashu.

"Kamen Rider Decade, a rider who is also capable of traveling to alternate realities," Sento answered Mashu's question.

This caused Archer to flashback his past memory as a counter guardian as he remembered the time where he had met with a powerful elderly Magnus, who was possible to be about thousands of years old, under strange circumstances. The magus was honestly such a pain in his rear as he did many insanity experiments that might endanger other worlds that he had in store because he was simply bored. Archer hoped that Decade was not the same as the elderly Magnus because his headache would get huge if his hope was misplaced.

"Archer, are you alright?" asked Artoria with her concerned face.

"It's nothing, Saber. I'm just lost in thought," Archer replied, shrugging Artoria's worry.

"That's a relief," Roman sighed in comfort before turning to the group but Da Vinic stole his spotlight.

"Since the brief is coming to the end, from now on, I will be focusing on supporting you with supplies, RD within Chaldea, and updated Heroic Spirits' contracts. I am a Servant summoned by Chaldea you see. Inline Mashu, I cannot jump to any Era. However, if Fujimaru has a contract with me or if Sougo-Kun and Ryotaro-Kun accompanied me with their time machine transportation, then it would be another matter. I would be able to aid you as an ordinary Servant. I'm looking forward to such a fate, Master." Da Vinci stated before jogging out of the control room, leaving everyone in the room a little speechless and confused for a second.

"Wow, he stole my brief and ran off," Roman said grumbly before looking at the rest, "Now as I was saying before I was interrupted… We don't have time to rest. We're going to prepare for an immediate Rayshift, Ok?"

"Doctor Archaman, how are we going to accompany our master to the era?" questioned Archer.

"That's easy, Archer; you all can simply materialize into your spirit form to accompany Ritsuka to the era," Roman answered Archer.

"That sounds easy for us to do," Cu chuckled.

"Ritsuka, we have a coffin ready for you in the Rayshift chamber this time. You should be able to Rayshift safely and quickly now."

"If I may interject," Takeru raised his hand and looked at Roman.

"Yes?"

"Did you say 'Coffins'?" Takeru asked as the three servants nodded their heads, confusion visible on their faces along with the Kamen Riders.

"Yes, that's what we call the transport machine," Roman replied.

"Rather a morbid thing to call them, isn't it?" Artoria tilted her head.

"I know, but I didn't name them and this is the name that we came up with and its alternative name, Klein Coffins," said Roman.

"That's also dark too, you know," Geiz stated about the coffin's alternative name.

Archer coughed to disrupt the conversation to catch the group's attention. They turned around to him and he said, "We should hurry up or we will waste a lot of time."

"Right," acknowledged everyone.

Three servants materialized in their spirit form and accompanied Ritsuka, who walked out along with Mashu. This leaves the Kamen Riders and Roman alone in the room.

Sougo turned to Takeru, Haruto, and Ryotaro. "You three should go while the rest of us are staying here."

"Are you sure, Sougo?" asked Takeru.

"We're sure about this since you three can handle it very well," Sento said as he threw a device to Takeru and Ryotaro who caught it.

Takeru and Ryotaro looked at their device which each screen resembled the eyescon and DenLiner icon and turned to Sento with their confused look. Sento began to say, "This device can simply summon your motorcycle although Ryotaro has his motorcycle to control his DenLiner and he had to unlock it to move out of the control room. So you can simply summon it by pressing on the screen just like android and iPhone."

"Thanks, Sento," Ryotaro thanked Sento.

"No need to thank me and you three should hurry up to meet up with them in that era," Sento told Ryotaro while looking at Haruto and Takeru.

The trio nodded and walked towards the door to go to the Rayshift Chamber.

"Wow, you riders have a lot of other means of time travel huh?" Roman said, remembering that DenLiner came out of the portal in the Rayshif Chamber along with Time Mazine after the collapse of Fuyuki Singularity.

"Only me, Geiz, Woz, and Ryotaro have our time machine transportation only," Sougo replied with a smile.

"Are you…"

"We're not worried unless they need some backup from us. They can handle whatever the threat comes with," Sougo assured Roman.

Roman chuckled, "You're right, Tokiwa-Kun. We trust and promise ourselves to save humanity on whatever dangerous things are stored for us."

1431

Orléans, France

The town was blazed in a raging flame and the agonized town folks slowly burned to a crisp as they slowly died while feeling a massive pain throughout their entire body. Above the skies, a massive number of large winged reptiles were breathing out a flame to burn everything to the ground into ashes and smoke. From the far distance of the village, a hooded man standing on the top of the hill watching the burning town with his eyes as he was truly amazed. It was not because he liked the town suffering but because the entire country was burning. This was all caused by the resurrected Maid of Orléans, Joan of Arc, creating the singularity.

"It's so refreshing to see the destructiveness that the singularity can do, isn't it," The hooded man said to himself before turning around to walk away from the sight. "Since the Kamen Rider teamed up with Chaldea, I think I'm going to play a little more seriously when they arrive."

[~~~~~~~]

A cloaked figure and a black-haired man were walking in the path surrounded by a forest. While the cloaked figure's appearance was hidden, the man's appearance was different as if it did not belong to this country. He was dressed in an orange jacket with his white and blue T-shirt underneath, brown trouser pants, and white sneaker shoes with red detail. He looked around the area before looking back to the cloaked figure to ask, "Are you tired?"

"No, and thank you for your concern," The cloaked figure spoke with a woman's voice.

"If you're tired of walking, you should tell me to stop so we take a rest," The man told the cloaked figure with a concerned look.

The cloaked figure was silent and observed the man suspiciously due to him being calm around her despite them being strangers to each other. In her observation, he was just a mundane person as he showed neither hostility nor cautiousness towards her. He was honestly just letting his guards down for anyone including her would take advantage of him to do their bidding whether it was a good or bad intention. She became both concerned and cautious and spoke, "Why do you act normal around me because you never knew me at all?"

"Is it because you think that I might be a guy who has a hidden agenda?" the man guessed.

"Yes, but why do you treat me as normal even though we just met today?"

"That's because you're a good person."

"Eh?" The cloaked figure asked in confusion.

"We didn't rob or kill each other since we're together walking to find a nearby shelter place," said the man with a smile. "I'm lucky that you're the first person that I met who didn't try to kill me."

The cloaked figure was stunned to listen to the man's heartful reason and felt a little warm from him although his last word needed to be phrased correctly. Her mouth under her hood curved into a smile as she honestly found him to be a little absurd with his words but she would be glad to have a traveler like him to talk normally despite avoiding everyone to have a conversation for the past days.

"Very well, I would think it's wise to travel together," The cloaked figure said politely. She realized that she had forgotten to ask for the man's name when they came across the path outside of the forest. She then asked, "May I know your name so that I can address you?"

Upon hearing the cloaked figure asking for his name, the man simply replied, "Tsugami Shouichi, but call me Shouichi because it is my first name."

Extra Notes

This prologue of this arc might be short but a prologue prequel to the next chapter.

I might rewrite this chapter if you guys either have some complaints or hate it as some might say that it does not make sense at all. I also tried my best to write this chapter as much as I could although this is just a prologue in my perspective.

I already have some planning to do with this story to make it possibly fun as I changed some parts of the FGO storyline but it will retain the original storyline. I don't want this to stray away from the canon because I want it to be the same but different If you know what I meant.

I just introduced Shouichi Tsugami, also known as Kamen Rider Agito. He seems to fit in this arc because of Agito Lore such as him being awakened by the Overlord of aLight after his sister and the series' Kaiju, Lords, referenced to Angel or Holy Messager due to their wing-shaped protuberance sticking out of their shoulder and a halo on top of their head whether they summoned or defeated. I will introduce other riders as well but not more than four or five in this arc.

See you in the next chapter.
