Authors Note: Okay, I've got a lot of reviews from people wondering if this is an OC with the name 'Naruto' posted on it. Let me clear that up before I can proceed further with the chapter. No. This is not an OC; and even if that were the case, people's characters are shaped greatly by the environment they grow up in.
Whether Naruto is born in the DC universe or, from a young age, Naruto is sent to the DC universe via shenanigans, and grows up there, his character will always be OC because he didn't have the same type of experience his prime canon counterpart had.
I don't have to have him reborn or use familiar techniques to point out that this character is Naruto. Yes either of that might be the case in this particular story but that's besides the point. Take Menma Namikaze (Ten Ten's dream) or Menma Uzumaki (RTN) for instance. They don't have the same particular backstory as Naruto did - raised by Minato and Kushina - and don't share his exact personality but they're still to be considered an alternate version of Naruto.
The Naruto in this story is the same case.
Those who think this is just an OC wearing Naruto's skin, again, look towards Menma Namikaze or Menma Uzumaki. They're both considered OC's that have Naruto's skin and yet, by the fans, they're considered an alternate version of Naruto.
Why the fuk people in fanfiction chose to ignore that is beyond me.
