Monday morning comes and the closing of the internship is near, a week and a half out. Rin has finished up the finishing touches and is ready to present her operating system to the company.

Rin is given a round of applause; she bows and walks off stage. Sesshomaru gets back on stage and concludes the conference.

"Rin my father is having a dinner tomorrow as he has won Governor again, would you accompany me?" he says with his back turned to her.

"Well, I guess it couldn't hurt, I guess I can accompany you".
He replied, "Hmph, Now get to work".
Jaken comes in with the policies and Rin thinks to herself, this is going to be a long day.
Later in the day Sesshomaru sends over a package to Rin. She opens it and it is a beautiful gown, a mauve asymmetrical off the shoulder neckline, ruching down the sides, a high thigh side slit dress and sleek stiletto heels. A letter was attached to it. "I believe you would look absolutely stunning in this" she says outloud.
"Maybe I was being selfish, maybe he was thinking of me all this time and literally gave me space, but we women are crazy we really want them to chase us, but my feelings took a hold of me and I have been acting out in a childish way. He went out of his way to decorate my office to my liking and genuinely wants to see me happy. I will have to make it up to him as I look like a fool now" she says to herself.
The next day she had a short day being that she had a dinner to get to and Sesshomaru made sure her load was light for the day.
Sesshomaru sends a text to Rin about picking her up from her place, but Rin would like to go to the estate, she looks down at the key. "I am his mate I can go wherever I please".
She sends a text back saying she will see him tonight. She would go to his estate and get ready over there, she quickly rushes over and informs her handmaiden she needs to get ready rather quickly before Sesshomaru shows up.
Kikyo put her hair in a loose curl chignon hairstyle with some curls falling down her face, she put a beautiful diamond hair comb in the back that mimicked flowers. She added makeup to Rin and a diamond bracelet and a pair of teardrop dangling earrings.
Rin felt like a princess, she looked in the mirror and just could not believe the sight.
"I have never looked so beautiful, is this the life I would have with Sesshomaru?, so glammy".
She waited until Sesshomaru arrives.
Sesshomaru gets off and is in a good mood, "Rin really showed her ass to this Sesshomaru, teasing me like that, she will have to pay for that later" he says to himself.
He walks into his estate and notices Rin's scent is a lot stronger, but he brushes it off because Rin is not coming over, he was picking her up from her home.
"Jaken, get the car ready, I have to pick up Rin". Jaken scurries along
Sesshomaru checks his mirror, he wanted to mimick Rin's attire. He chose a Ralph Lauren Mauve textured suit, white dress shirt and a matching tie and dress shoes. He put his hair in high ponytail as it is custom for his kind and a diamond rolex.
Rin sitting in the main hall where the entrance is, patiently waits for Sesshomaru to come down. She hears a door closing and Sesshomaru is heading down the steps, why do I keep smelling her so close, he says to himself.
Rin walks to the end of the stairs and Sesshomaru looks up and stops in his tracks, almost missing a step.
"Rin!" he says and continues down the stairs, "I am at a lost of words, you look absolutely stunning but more".
She smiles, "You are very handsome yourself and more".
"Look at you, being a trickster, I was coming to get you" he smiles at her.
I missed that smile that is only for me, she thinks to herself. "Yes, I thought it would be more appropriate to be in the same household, but I got here before you. Maybe I should have mentioned I was coming here, good thing you came after me".
Sesshomaru looked over his mate, she is so beautiful he thought. Her silky skin is all out on display, I will have to keep a close eye out on her. I will kill who dares look upon what is mine. He looks to her, "Maybe" and his eyes flash red and back to golden.
"I take that as a yes" she laughs. "We should get going".
He agrees and nods, Rin wraps her arm around Sesshomaru's and they head off to the dinner.
