Red - Day 3 - sessxkag week 2021
"Where are we going?" Kagome asked as she held onto Sesshomaru since she was blindfolded as they flew thru the air.
"It's a surprise. We will arrive soon." Pulling her closer to his chest.
Sighing "oh alright, I've been blindfolded for awhile but as long as I can be this close to you I don't mind!" she smiled with a blush on her cheeks and her sweet scent hitting his nose.
Smiling at the closeness, he placed a kiss on her temple.
Finally they began to descend to the ground where they smoothly landed in the soft grass.
Silently he stepped back "use your senses and tell me what you feel around you."
Kagome stood unmoved as she focused into her surroundings "I hear water falling. There's a cool breeze blowing. I smell…flowers. Wait, there are not any flowers. Roses!"
Sesshomaru untied the blindfold "you're correct. Open your eyes."
Kagome gasped at the sight in front of her. They were in the middle of a lush green forest with a waterfall that had a steady, soothing flow. The wind blew a cool breeze sending the scent of sweet roses filling the air. A small cottage was near the waterfall with dozens of red rose bushes surrounding it.
"Oh my! Such a wonderful surprise! This is beautiful!" She threw her arms around his neck and nuzzled his neck. "But what's the occasion?"
Pulling back to look at her "we are celebrating our one year anniversary of the day we pledged ourselves to one another."
Taking her hand, he led her inside of the cottage.
Opening the door, red rose petals filled the floor leaving a trail to the bedroom. Red candles softly glowed on a nearby low table with a wine bottle, wine glasses and bowl of bright red strawberries. Pillows and furs were on the floor around the table and a fireplace was lit.
"How romantic Sesshomaru!" Kagome gushed. "Ohh I guess we kinda had the same ideas to surprise each other." Turning to him and untying her sash to her white silk kimono with the red flower pattern on the shoulder exactly like Sesshomaru's signature kimono.
Slowly she opened her kimono and let it drop to the floor exposing her red lace bra and panties. "I was planning for us to celebrate as well and I wanted to…umm to spend hours making passionate love with my mate." As her face blushed red with the bold declaration.
Sesshomaru smirked at the sight before him. He walked over and pulled out a golden necklace with a red heart shaped ruby pendant from his sleeve placing it around her neck then kissed the mating mark on her shoulder causing her to become weak in the knees. He pulled out her hair sticks, letting her long ebony hair fall softly creating a soft glow around her with the candles illuminated around them.
"You look heavenly. That pendant shall protect you. It contains my yokai. No harm shall fall upon you, my mate." Taking her hands into his, placing tender kisses in her palms.
Kagome giggled "hmm I guess I can reveal my gift to you as I will need all of the protection I can get since I am carrying the most powerful demon lord's baby." Moving his hand to rest on her tummy.
Sesshomaru looked surprised "a pup! We are having a pup!" Gathering her into his arms and kissing her passionately.
Breaking for a moment of air, "Yes my love. We will finally be a family." Smiling brightly at her mate.
