Blue - Day 5 - sessxkag week 2021
Stretched out lazily in the hammock that gently swayed, Kagome was enjoying the calm warm weather but her mind began to think back on the past couple of months.
'This place is so beautiful! I never would have guessed such a place existed but then again this era is full of surprises. This hideaway is perfect for just the two of us. Crystal clear azure colored waters with powdery soft sands and the cool salty air.'
She then turned her attention to the seagulls flying above then out into the ocean grabbing fish.
'This time away is just what was needed for us to reconnect from our busy lives at the western palace. Becoming the lady of the west has been demanding, especially with having Rin and Shippo to care for as well as supporting my mate.'
"Why do you look worried, my love? This is a break away from everything and everyone." As the demon lord stood beside his mate who lay in the hammock.
"I'm not worried. It's just I was thinking about how busy our lives have been since we mated." She looked up at her bare chested mate with his long hair in a single braid over his shoulder. "Come join me."
Making themselves comfortable in the hammock, the soothing breeze blew, swinging them as the calm ocean waves rolled.
"The sun is about to set. This one wants to show you something." Sitting up for his mate to stand, he was soon distracted when she stood up and fixed her nearly escaping breasts from the top of her blue flower printed bikini.
"Well, let's go!" She giggled. "I know I look smokin' in this bikini!" She teased playfully, striking a pose with her hand on her hip.
"You're lucky I've allowed you to wear such little, scandalous clothing." He smacked her butt then pulled her along.
"Hey! It's one of the few pieces of fashionable clothes I have from my time! Besides, it's the first time I'm wearing it and it's just for your eyes." She playfully smacked his arm. "Don't I look cute in it?"
Stopping to look at her "this one prefers no clothing on you when we are alone but it does reveal your feminine curves and well-endowed assets."
Blushing red from embarrassment "hey! You have no sense of fashion!"
They walked up to a hidden cove that has a bay filled with different fishes, corals, shells and other sea creatures when a glow started illuminating the area.
"This is gorgeous!" Kagome gasped. "I've read about bioluminescence but it's the first time I've seen it!"
"I don't know what this bioluminescent is, but this occurs every night once the sun sets. I've only seen it here in this location." Sesshomaru added.
"Well I can tell you it is a type of reaction that causes these living organisms to produce light. It can be found in the deep ocean as well." Kagome explained.
They watched the illuminated bay for a good while as they pointed out different sea life glowing within the shades of blue.
"This is such a wonderful surprise! Maybe we can bring the children next time. I know they would love to see this." Kagome held onto her mate's arm.
Sesshomaru pulled her closer "let's make sure we do it before autumn approaches. Come let's go to our cottage. Dinner awaits us."
"I can't wait! I want to see what you've caught! Maybe you got some red shelled crabs or lobster!" pulling him towards the cottage. ''Let's go! I'm getting hungry thinking of the delicious food that awaits us!"
Amused at his excited mate, "it doesn't take much to make you content and happy."
"Nope, just the simple things will do but being with you is what truly makes me happy." she smiled at him.
