"since I'm injured I want to come home and back to study but I think whilst you are still fighting the cogs and the Machine Empire. I don't want Tommy to see me I wonder if Zordon can make an invisible spell to hide me" Kim said.
"we can ask Kim, and what about the Purple Ranger are you going to fight?"
"No unless you really need me, but I don't want Zordon or Alpha to know every wise Tommy will be told"
"You will need to tell them eventually, Kim"
"Jason please" Kim begged and Jason knew for now he needed to stop the conversation.
A week later Kim was all packed up in Florida and moving back to Angel Grove, she was going to live in her old house that her mom had kept. She never sold it and when Melissa rang to scold her for being a bad parent, Kim's mum said Kim was most welcome to move in if she needed somewhere to live. As Kim was now 18 she did need parent supervision so she decide to move into the house as it was near Jason.
Zordon and Alpha had made her a necklace to wear at school so she wouldn't be noticed and if she was called up in class the other rangers wouldn't react to her. Zordon pushed for answers from Jason as Kim did not come to the command centre but Jason answered they will find out in due to time and that he was sorry.
Kim was finally given the all clear by Melissa to go to school with the warning to be careful, so she went back to school. Everyone ignored her which she was happy with the teachers were the only ones who noticed her but not clicking it was Kimberley Hart. For Kim the next few weeks was calm for her she walked to school on her own as Jason went with the other rangers. She would work hard at school then went home to do her homework, Jason would then stop by at dinner time to make sure Kim would cook her self dinner or eat the food that his mum had cooked and frozen.
"Jason you don't need to stop in every night what are you telling the other?" Kim said to him in frustration
Jason laughed, "my mum wants me home to study as it's the last semester"
Kim rolled her eyes, "and they believe that?"
"well there was a comment about a mysterious girlfriend"
"From whom?" she asked
"From Tommy" Jason said
That stop Kim from cooking, "oh I hope you squashed that"
"Nah let them think whatever soon we will have defeated the Machine Empire and you can come out of hiding and get back with Tommy"
"How do you know he will forgive me?"
"He loves you Kim"
"really he and the pink ranger .."
"Kim, Kat has tried he can't stand her"
"Okay" Kim said and then went back to cooking
"Watch them at school Kim you will see he only has eyes for you" he came and gave her a hug
"Thanks Jason" she said finishing off dinner, she served 2 plates one for her and one for Jason to join her for dinner. He sat down with her and began to eat, "hey have you sorted everything out for the baby?"
"no and Trini will be here next month, so she can help me"
Jason gave a look and Kim kept going, "then it won't be a mysterious girlfriend anymore" she smirked
"I should of guessed Trini would have told you" Jason replied
" yes she did I'm so happy for you two" Kim hugged Jason.
"yer thanks Kim"
Just over a month later
"Trini over here" Kim shouted
"Hey Kim" Trini ran up and hugged her best friend and then parted and looked at Kim "it's not fair your not showing"
Kim smack Trini on the arm, "shh I don't want people to know" they both laughed and grabbed Trini gear and left the airport.
