"Sesshomaru, am I dreaming?" Rin worried she would wake up and it had never happened. Sesshomaru gently ran a clawed hand along her cheek. "No, my love, you're not dreaming. Rest no harm shall ever come to you again." Sesshomaru said to her. Rin relaxed into the futon and fur. Curling up into his arms, Rin drifted off into sleep. Sesshomaru laid with his arms around her watching as she slept peacefully. "Never leave me again." He whispered.

"Remove yourself from my path Miko." The young demon spoke his voice showing tones of annoyance, with a hinet of awe. Her long black hair flowed out around her as the wind blew. She looked deep into his eyes, she could see the slight shimmer of humanity in his golden eyes. "I will not allow you to kill these villagers." She said as she began to release her reiki.
