Sesshomaru stopped thrusting into Rin as soon as he felt her urgency. "My Love?" Rin asked when he stopped. "Something is wrong, Yuka is here with urgent business." Sesshomaru stated. He pulled out of Rin and started getting dressed. "I'm sorry my love." Sesshomaru stated putting his shirt on. "Family first my love." Rin stated putting her yukata back on and walking with him to the study. Walking in they saw Yuka on the desk with her legs crossed.
"Yuka, what is it?" Sesshomaru asked as he sensed her anxiety. He sat at the desk and waited. Yuka stood up and turned to face her brother. Sesshomaru could see the unshed tears in her eyes. He could smell the sickly sour scent of her regret. "Forgive me big brother. I forgot an important message our father taught me. When we were young. Mother is plotting against you and your mate. I know her plan, and swear to do what I can to fix it." Yuka spoke, at hearing about their mother Sesshomaru visibly tensed. Yuka turned and looked to Rin; Sesshomaru's eyes looked at her and nodded, starting to understand.
"Mother wants to end her life and set you up with a demoness to have a purebred pup, she believes after losing both Midiriko and Rin you will be broken enough to do as she says. Mother plans to have Rin attacked on the way to your palace. She knows once inside the gates she will be protected. The only solemn grace is that mother doesn't know about Rin being transformed." Yuka then walked towards Rin and bowed before her. "Forgive me Lady Rin; it was the only way to protect my brother. You and my nieces will be more safe in this form." Rin looked at Yuka in surprise. Sesshomaru had only just informed her today that she was pregnant, how could this demoness know.
