Disclaimer: I don't own Naruto
For over sixty long years; chaos had filled and covered the land.
Warring Lords and Clans waged battle for control. Fighting rivals, foreign powers and each other for supremacy as fires burned across the land engulfing massive cities and tiny farms, with no one being spared from it. From the eldest Samurai to the youngest Child, entire families and lineages dating back hundreds of years were wiped out in the chaos that ensnared the land.
...Until one man stepped forth to put an end to it at long last.
That man's name was to be known as Kakashi Hatake. Having been dismissed as a fool at first, he through clever strategies and decisive battles would slowly unify the land under his command and end the chaos bringing an end it seemed to it with each victory he obtained.
For once it appeared that hope was to be brought forth to the suffering inhabitants as a modicum of peace was returning to the land at long last.
In five years time, he had conquered two thirds of the land and seemed poised in a matter of months to annex the rest as well and establish his reign as Ruler. On the cusp of unifying the land however, Kakashi would be betrayed and struck down by his closest General who had sought to take and rule the land for himself.
Of Kakashi's retainers and vassals, it would be none other than the one called Itachi Uchiha, who would avenge his murder and continue his Lords' vision and conquest. The brilliant General continued were Kakashi had left off and resumed his goal, unifying the land under one banner at long last and bringing an end to the constant battles and death
Under his rule, peace it seemed had finally been obtained
However, the fragile peace would only last so long as he was alive as the toll of constant battles and wars had affected his health. When Itachi fell ill with an undisclosed sickness and died two years later and leaving behind no heir to rule in his stead, chaos it appeared was on the horizon and would again erupt across the land as factions again sought control as the unity that which Itachi had fought so hard to create was severed in two.
A male figure with blonde hair and piercing blue eyes is shown clad in red and black armor standing in front of a symbol, a red spiral crest
"Now I shall rule the land!" He proclaimed. "My time has come!"
Naruto Uzumaki: Head of The Council of Regents and Uzumaki Clan Leader
On one side was the forces of Naruto Uzumaki, easily the strongest and most powerful Daimyo in the land who's exploits beforehand included serving under Kakashi.
Another figure clad in grey and black armor with long brown hair and violet eyes is seen standing in front of his own symbol, a yellow circle surrounding a flame emblem
"To those who dare dishonor the peace and bring forth chaos," He vowed. "No mercy shall be given!
Neji Hyuga: Hyuga Clan statesmen and Leader of The Council of Lords
On the other, The forces lead by Neji Hyuga, whose strengths and efforts during the campaigns had held him in high esteem by Itachi himself.
The two most powerful and influential leaders of the Land, Naruto and Neji saw each other as opposing obstacles in their way. Tensions continued to rise as aggression's mounted as Naruto sought to rule and create his own lineage believing that he had the will and strength alone to bring forth a new lasting peace whilst Neji believed that as Itachi's closest living kinsmen, The Hyuga should rule.
Finally, on June 23rd, one year after Itachi's passing, the dissension and aggression between them reached a boiling point until finally, Neji called for a campaign against Naruto, declaring him an Enemy of The State and began to gather his troops.
In response, Naruto sent word to his followers to rally under his banner branding Neji as a tyrant and war monger.
The Damiyo's, and Clans of The Land are pulled into the conflict, each declaring for either Uzumaki, or Hyuga. The forces gather and flock under their selected Lord's camps, Naruto Uzumaki and his forces stationed in The South or Neji Hyuga and the growing Northern Army.
A Map is shown of the land being divided with Blue covered areas representing the lands which The Hyuga controls and Red covered territories showcasing the strongholds of The Uzumaki army.
The two leaders are then shown on it with weapons drawn and pointed at one another preparing to do battle.
