And now Maria Kikumoto has found herself in the middle of one such tragedy, alongside 17 other students suddenly trapped in the so called Palace of Despair, with only each other, Monokuma, and silent servants for company. 2. Chapter 2:Cast Roster

Hello again, everyone! First off, let me start by saying that I never in a million years thought that this would be the reaction I'd receive from starting this fic. I mean, wow, for how short of a deadline I gave you all, I still received 37 submissions! 37! I really hope I live up to all the hype you guys have given this story, I mean wow!

So now, the cast! I know that's why you're all here, after all, haha! This cast was really hard to decide on, and I do mean hard. You guys went all out and I switched out so many characters so many different times. For those of you who did not get accepted, please know that I've been debating about this cast for days. I could've easily changed out a lot of these characters, it was not an easy choice to make.

Also, you'll notice that some characters share a creator and I promise, this was not done on purpose, all my notes took out any mention of creators and my decisions were based entirely on the characters as they were presented to me.

But I do love how this cast came out and I cannot wait to start on the prologue (probably tonight, if I'm being honest).

Also if your OC was accepted, you WILL get a PM from me tonight because I'm sappy like that.

OH YEAH! And you'll notice something different, heh. I extended the cast to 18 instead of 16, just cause I couldn't make myself give up two of these characters. So let's hope they all live up to their potential and all expectations I have acquired.
