In the boys' side of the Killer Bass's cabins, everyone was still sound asleep. Dave, in a teal pajama set, was dreaming. In his dream, he was walking through the woods when he passed by a barrel with a radioactive symbol on it. He then noticed Sky running away. "Sky?" he called out as he followed her. He then saw her on the edge of a cliff. "Careful!" he warned her. She simply jumped off and Dave rushed after her. He screamed as he fell while Sky remained oddly peaceful. Suddenly, she sprouted a pair of purple-and-cream colored bat wings from her back and flew up. "Help!" Dave cried out. Sky flew over and tapped his arms, which turned into a pair of crow's wings. As he flapped his wings, he got calmer as he began to fly. The duo sailed through the night sky, with the stars becoming vanilla flowers and the moon shining down on them. Dave looked back at Sky to see that she was coming closer. As the duo hovered in the moonlit sky, Dave leaned in for a kiss-

"That is so funny!" Duncan laughed. He, Geoff, Austin, Scott, Alejandro and Shawn were laughing at Dave, who was kissing Harold's butt in his sleep. He woke up and saw this, then began to panic. "Butt germs!" he shouted as he waved his arms around and ran around the room.

"Hello!" Luna, in a blue nightgown with a laced collar, greeted. "It sounds like Dave needs some help!" She giggled as pulled out a pair of scissors, a bunch of black feathers, and a glue gun. The other boys winced as Luna began to work on Dave.

At the main lodge, nearly everyone was eating a bowl of gruel that Chef made. "Good food, huh guys?" Owen asked.

"Um, no!" Heather shot back. "This is disgusting!" Chef glared at her.

"Where's Dave at?" Sky asked Phoebe. The door to the main lodge opened. "Come on!" Luna said to someone. "Come and fly in here, crow!" She dragged Dave in with her. He was now dazed and his arms were covered in black feathers that were forcibly glued on. Nearly everyone chuckled or laughed at this. "Dave!" Sky cried out as she ran to him. "What happened to you?"

"Keep away from my crow!" Luna shouted to her. Sol whistled and held up a spoon. "You don't want this special spoon?" he tempted. "It's made of special, shiny plastic!"

"SPOON!" Luna ran over and tackled Sol to the ground.

Confessional: Luna (Killer Bass)

She hugged the spoon in her hand. "Spoonie! I got a special, shiny, plastic spoon! The only way this day can get better is if something blows up today! Yay!"

Confessional: Sol (Screaming Gophers)

He was covered in bruises. "Yep, my sister is completely insane."

"What is this?" Sky asked Dave. "You have feathers on your arms like a bird."

"What?" Dave murmured as he came to his senses. As he looked down at his arms, he froze. "Dude, that's just too much!" Duncan laughed as Austin, Scott, Shawn, Geoff and Alejandro snickered at this. Their joy turned to confusion when they saw Dave faint. "Dave?" Sky wondered.

Confessional: Dave (Killer Bass)

"It was like the dream I had last night was coming true right before my eyes!"

Confessional: Sky (Killer Bass)

"If we're going to get another win, I need everyone at their best!"

"Attention!" Chris announced over the loudspeakers. "Head down the marked trail to your next challenge!" As everyone was walking, Staci kept rambling about her family. "My great-great-great-uncle Marvin was a champion sprinter, yeah." she told her team, "And my great-great-great-great-great-"

"Please, Staci," Sol told her. "Let us walk in silence for a bit."

"I haven't seen Mike since the elimination ceremony," Zoey whispered to Gwen.

"Calm down," she replied. "Trent told me he was catching up on some sleep. Though he also said that Mike didn't usually sleep in his bed."

"I hope he's okay."

"He's fine; trust me." At the end of the path, everyone saw two totems hanging high from two different trees. "Welcome, campers," Chris greeted as he drove up in an ATV.

"Wasn't this placed restricted earlier?" Dave asked him. He got wide-eyed as he saw a barrel with a radioactive symbol on it. "Get that thing away from me!" he screamed as he leapt into Sky's arms.

"Dude, calm down," Geoff told him.

"A bit jumpy, are you?" Duncan asked.

"He has good reason right now," Courtney pointed out. "That barrel's highly radioactive! Chris, what is that doing here?!"

"Because a few years ago, this was a place to store biohazardous material," Chris explained. provoking many angry complaints. "We're on a toxic island?!" Phoebe exclaimed. "Aren't you worried that we might get sick?!"

"That's why the producers asked us to fence off the areas with the highest radiation levels, along with a keeping a log of all the animals that might have been mutated."

"Did you say 'mutated'?" Greg asked. A rustling from a bush caught everyone's attention. A hairless squirrel soon popped out from it. "Hey, it's just a stupid squirrel!" Jo complained.

"Aw..." DJ gushed. It then blinked vertically, making him scream. "Oh, my gosh!" Dawn gasped. "What's wrong with it?"

"Weird," Dakota said as she knelt down to it. "I want one!" The squirrel roared at her, then shot lightning bolts from its eyes, making Dakota squeal and run into Sam's arms.

Confessional: Dakota (Killer Bass)

She was crying. "Chris is the meanest ever! Hang on." She took out a pocket mirror. "Not too blotchy. Okay, take two." She resumed her 'crying'.

End Confessional

"Okay," Chris continued. "On with today's challenge!"

"Chris," Cameron spoke up, "We're short a member."

"No, we're not," Gwen replied as she was looking up.

"What do you mean?" Gwen pointed up. Up on a high branch, Mike was fast asleep. "Not only is he a jerk," Heather mumbled, "he's also lazy! I'm gonna-" As she stormed to the tree, Gwen held her back. "Don't even think about waking him," she told her.

"And why shouldn't I?"

"Because if you do wake him up, he'll go after the person who woke him: you."

"Fine," Heather said in defeat, "But only because I don't want some cranky guy on my case!"

"With that out of the way," Chris continued, "On with the challenge! You have to cut down these totems and bring them to your cabins. Killer Bass's totem is the one that looks like a toxic rat-" He pointed to the totem decorated like a mutated rat. "And the Screaming Gophers' totem is the one that looks like a mutant maggot." He pointed to the totem decorated like a mutant maggot. "First team there wins immunity. Oh, and the totems are rigged to explode if you don't set them on the platforms located in front of the cabins in thirty minutes."

"Explode?!" Cody exclaimed with worry.

"Yeah. But I'll give each team a little help. Killer Bass will get a hacksaw-" Chris tossed a hacksaw at Brick, which bonked him in the head. "Ow!" he cried out as he rubbed his head.

"And the Screaming Gophers will get a trampoline." Chris tossed a small trampoline at Lightning. "Hey!" he cried out.

"Your challenge begins...now!" Chris announced. The timers on the bombs began to slowly count down.

"Let's go!" Jasmine told her team as she positioned the trampoline under the totem. She jumped on it and was flung over to the river. "Any better ideas?" Heather asked. "I am not losing another challenge."

"We could position the trampoline better so we can cut the rope," Cameron suggested. "If we move it so many feet, and Jasmine applies fifty pounds of pressure every-"

"Move it!" Amy told him as she pushed him aside. "I wanna try this."

"Wait! I calculated for Jasmine's build!" Amy jumped on the trampoline, and she was knocked into the totem's base. She fell back down on the trampoline, and she kept hitting the base over and over again until Heather pushed the trampoline away, letting Amy crash into the ground. "Now what?" Heather asked. "Obviously, this is getting us nowhere."

"My great-great-great-aunt Betty invented trampolines, yeah," Staci rambled on. "Before her, the only way you could bounce was with your feet. And you couldn't go very high."

"Can it, Staci!"

Confessional: Staci (Screaming Gophers)

"Heather is a little rude, yeah? Too bad my great-great-aunt Kathryn isn't here to teach her proper etiquette. That was invented by my great-great-great-great-great-"

"Hurry up in there!" Gwen shouted from outside.

"Sorry about that!"

End Confessional

B was pulling a log over. "What are you doing, teammate?" Brick asked. B dragged him over. "You want me to stand here?" B then moved Sam over towards the base of the tree. "Whoa! You want me over here?" he asked. B then jumped on one end of the log, sending Brick, who was on the other end, flying until he landed on Sam's shoulders. "B," Sam told him, "change your name to A+!"

Confessional: B (Killer Bass)

He just rubbed his fist against his shirt.

End Confessional

"A human tower?" Scott asked. He saw Sam at the base, with Brick, Jo, Phoebe, Austin and Tyler balancing on top of him. "I'm surprised no one had thought of climbing the tree."

"We can climb the tree!" Sol realized, hearing Scott. "Does anyone have anything tough enough to go through tree bark?"

"I have a pocket knife," Rodney offered, passing it to him. "Will that work?"

"Perfect!" Sol climbed up to the branch where the totem was tied at. He realized he had a slight problem. "Great," he muttered. "Mike's sleeping on the branch where the totem's tied down at."

"At least things can't get worse," Beth told him. "Right?" Unknown to everyone, Echo had a smirk on her face.

Confessional: Echo (Screaming Gophers)

"I hope Solstice does well...if he survives, that is." She laughed as she removed her hair clip, letting the hair fall in front of one of her eyes. "What those dolts don't know is that I placed a salmon in that dolt's pocket when he wasn't looking. As soon as the whiff of fish hits Mike's nose, he'll pounce on Solstice like a wild animal!" She laughed. "I can't wait for those fireworks to ignite!"

End Confessional

Sol managed to move past Mike without waking him. He reached the rope, which was tightly knotted. "Time to cut this loose," Sol muttered. He then took a whiff. "What smells like a harbor?" Mike was stirring as he sniffed the air. He opened his eyes and silently crawled towards Sol.

"I still can't-" Sol muttered. He laid his hand against his pocket and was surprised to feel something in it. "A fish?" he wondered as he pulled it out of his pocket. "How did-?" He then saw Mike crawling towards him, with a hungry glare flickering in his eyes. "This isn't good," Sol squeaked out. Mike pounced on him, making the branch slowly crack.

"What is that boy doing?" Jasmine wondered as she rung out her fedora. "And why is he holding a fish?"

"And it looks like Mike's awake," Cameron told Zoey.

"That's great, isn't it?" she wondered.

"Yeah," Gwen replied, "But I don't think it's a good thing. Looks like he's fighting Sol for that fish he's holding." As Sol and Mike fought, the branch snapped, sending the totem and the boys falling. The totem landed next to Max. "Finally!" he complained. "I order you minions to move it!" Jasmine just pushed it, making it fall onto him. "Timber!" she mocked.

"A little help?!" Sol begged as he tried to pry Mike off.

"I think you'll be okay if you gave Mike your fish," Zoey told him. "If that's okay with you." Sol put the fish into Mike's mouth, and he immediately stopped. "What's going on?" Mike mumbled while holding the fish in his mouth. Sol glared at him, making him look away in shame.

Confessional: Mike (Screaming Gophers)

"It felt like my nose had numbed my head and taken control of my thinking! I feel like a fool! A complete fool!"

End Confessional

"Hurry!" Sam told B, who flung Dawn on top of the stack. She gently landed on top, to Tyler's confusion. "One more person should do it, dude!" Tyler told B. "How about Dakota?" Dakota was busy posing for a group of paparazzi that showed up. A tree fell to block them. "Timber!" Chris shouted while holding a chainsaw. "No time for photo ops, Dakota!"

"Rude!" she shot back. B grabbed her and placed her on one side of the log and flung her and the hacksaw on top of Dawn. "Cut the rope!" Tyler told her. Dakota tried to, but she was holding the saw upside-down. "It won't work!" she cried out.

"Hurry!" Brick begged. "We only have a few minutes left!"

"Teeth down, Dakota," Sam told her, "Down!"

"You can't seriously be that dumb!" Jo complained.

"Can the insults, Jo!" Phoebe told her.

"Pretend it's Daddy's steak knife," Dawn suggested.

"Oh!" Dakota giggled as she flipped the saw around. She sawed the ropes, and the totem crashed down. "Let's go!" Jo told everyone.

"The Bass are ahead!" Heather told everyone on her team. "I can't believe Sol messed this up!"

"Me?" Sol shot back. "If Mike hadn't went after me, we wouldn't have any troubles! So if you want to blame someone, blame him!"

"You okay, Mike?" Zoey asked him. Mike just pulled up his shirt to where it hid his face. "I'm not here," he muffled.

"It's okay," Owen told him. "If it was a yummy chocolate cake that guy was holding, I would've done the same thing!"

"Besides, things aren't over yet," Trent put in. "All we have to do is get the totem to the cabins."

"Move, Gophers!" Jasmine ordered as she pushed the totem. "Let's follow the Bass and overtake them!" Both the Killer Bass and the Screaming Gophers were rushing down the river while riding their totems. "Hurry!" Courtney ordered. "The Gophers are gaining!"

"We have bigger problems!" Phoebe told her. She pointed to the end of the river, which turned into a waterfall. "Waterfall!" Alejandro cried out.

"I'm too young to die!" Sky screamed as she held on to Dave for dear life. The Bass went sailing and soon were sliding down a hill. B motioned something with his hand. "B wants us to move forward!" Dawn told everyone. As everyone leaned forward, the totem sped up. Soon, the Gophers went flying off and crashed onto the hill. Zoey was almost flung off. "Help!" she screamed as she tried to hang on.

"Zoey!" Mike gasped. He grabbed her hand and pulled her towards him. "Hang on," he said.

"Okay," Zoey replied as she hugged him, making Mike blush a little.

"Yeah," Staci butted in, "Log rides were invented by my great-great-great-"

"WE DON'T CARE!" most of the Gophers shouted to her. Soon, the Killer Bass reached the cabins first. "Only a few seconds left," Chris told them as the timer was on thirty seconds. They rushed to place the cabin on the podium, and the timer stopped with only a second to spare. "Killer Bass win!" Chris announced.

"But what about the bombs?" Luna wondered with a hint of sadness. "I wanna see something go KABLOOEY!" She began to throw a tantrum. "I wanna! I wanna!" The Gophers' totem went sailing and crashed nearby. The timer on it counted down to zero, and it quickly exploded, making all the Gophers sail towards Chris. "Are we still alive?" Owen moaned.

"The good news is that you're still alive," Chris told them. "The bad news is that you're sending someone home tonight at the bonfire ceremony."

"Seriously?!" Heather complained.

"Yeah, heating systems were invented by my great-great-great-great-uncle John," Staci rambled on, to her team's annoyance. "Before him, people had to warm themselves with bonfires. And my great-great-great-uncle Montie created marshmallows, yeah."

That evening, Dave was sitting outside the cabin when Sky walked up to him. "How are you holding up?" she asked him.

"Why do you ask?" he replied.

"You were on-edge today. First, Luna glued those feathers on you, then you freaked out at that barrel before Chris even explained what it was! Is something wrong?"

"Well, cliff, uh, wings, dream, flying, vanilla flowers, crow feathers!"

"I don't understand what you're saying."

"Sky?" Dawn put in, suddenly appearing behind her. "May I speak with you?"

"Uh, sure. Sorry, Dave. We'll have to talk later." Sky and Dawn walked off, leaving Dave more confused than before.

"What did you want to talk about?" Sky asked Dawn as they walked in the woods.

"I believe Dave had a dream that foretold some things," Dawn explained. "Him with the crow feathers and the toxic barrel. I believe a pair of purple-and-cream colored bat wings mean something to you." Sky froze up at the mention of that. "There's no point trying to deny it to me," Dawn continued. "I see people's auras. And it seems yours is very positive, despite what people think of people like you."

"You-you know?" Sky stuttered. "Please don't tell anyone! You can't imagine what it's like. Once everyone finds out, it'll be like sixth grade all over again! I-"

"You'll have to tell everyone eventually. You won't heal and recover if this stays concealed."

"I guess you make a point. I guess I can only hope for the best and prepare for the worst." An explosion cut through their thoughts. "What was that?!" Sky exclaimed. Back at the cabins, Luna, now covered with soot, was giggling while a moaning Sol fell over.

At the bonfire ceremony, the Screaming Gophers were all seated. Justin, Trent, Gwen, Lightning, Owen, Ella, Amy, Samey, Izzy, Rodney and Helga were in the back row while Heather, Leshawna, Sol, Echo, Sierra, Cody, Leonard, Beth, Lindsay, Zoey, Mike, Scarlett, Max, Jasmine, Topher and Staci were in the front row. "You all cast your votes and made your decision," Chris began as he held up a tray of marshmallows. "The following people are safe. Lindsay...Topher...Ella...Zoey...Gwen...Trent...Scarlett...Leonard... Beth...Sierra...Cody..." Sierra gave him a tight hug after he collected his marshmallow. "Jasmine..." Chris continued. "Rodney...Amy and Samey...Izzy...Owen...Helga..." Helga rolled her eyes when she saw Rodney gushing at her. "Max...Leshawna...Lightning...Justin...Cameron...Echo...Sol...Heather." Soon, only one marshmallow remained. "The final marshmallow goes to..." Staci looked worried while Mike's eyes darted away with shame. "...Mike." Mike breathed a sigh of relief as he collected the last marshmallow.

"Aw," Staci sighed. "I was doing so good!"

"Hey, I got something for you, Staci!" Izzy giggled as she held up a glowing marshmallow. "Here, catch!" She tossed it to Staci, who caught it. Suddenly, Staci's hair fell out, making everyone back away quickly. "Toxic, isn't it?" Izzy asked her. "I dipped it in a barrel filled with that green stuff, and it started to glow! So cool!"

"That toxic marshmallow makes you feel like such a loser, huh?" Heather mocked.

"Toxic marshmallow of Loserdom," Chris muttered. "I'll have to remember that. Make your final confessional, Staci, then head to the Dock of Shame."

Confessional: Staci (Screaming Gophers)

"I can't believe I'm the fourth one kicked off! At least I wasn't first. That's a first I wouldn't like."

End Confessional

Staci got on the Boat of Losers. "Yeah," she rambled on, "Boats were invented by my great-great-great-great-great-great-" The boat sped off, making her fall over. "Glad to see that girl gone," Heather remarked.

"Girl could talk, all right," Leshawna agreed. "Well, I'm heading for bed." Everyone went towards the cabins. "What happened here?" Cameron wondered.

"Did a goblin destroy the mighty protection totem you have placed?" Leonard asked.

"No," Sol told him as he pointed to Luna. "I tried to stop her earlier." Luna just giggled. "Best day ever!" she exclaimed as she danced around the dusty pile where the totem stood previously. Everyone backed away from her as she continued to laugh.

Another chapter up! It took a bit, but here it is! I bet a lot of you saw Staci's elimination, though she wasn't the first boot, like in canon.

I set up some plot points here, such as Luna's antics, Sky's secret, and Echo's evil in the shadows. I also explained that the island has some hidden surprises in it.

The next challenge will be the talent competition from season one. If anyone wants to take a guess on who might get eliminated next, go ahead and leave a review. Until next time, this is Dunsparce519 saying enjoy and have a good day. (And I hope you have a happy autumn, too!)
