Parallel Dimension - Part Three
Minato stared with confusion as he was transported with his son. With his butt planted on the ground, his right arm supporting their weight as he carried his son securely with his left. A man in front of him looked oddly familiar as the white-haired man stared back at him, who was confused as well.
"Minato Sensei?" the man sitting in the Hokage seat muttered. The people inside the office gasped, as they stared at the blond-haired man who indeed looked a lot like from the Hokage stone.
Kakashi stood up from his chair and approached the man.
"Kakashi?" the blond man asked, not sure if the white-haired man is his student or not.
The man in white robe stilled and then smiled. Missing how his dead teacher used to call his name. He then offered his hand to him, which Minato accepted after Kakashi clarified that it was indeed him. Minato looked around the office and saw unfamiliar faces. Except for the blond-haired woman that was staring at him with a surprised look. "Lady Tsunade?" he exclaimed.
The woman sighed, as she smiled. "I guess it was in this time that the past found the scroll from Uzushiogakure then."
The younger ninjas stared at her confused, while Kakashi just smiled at his teacher. Happy to see him again, however, he was a bit bothered by the toddler in his arms. That's when he remembered. "Minato-sensei, is that perhaps Naruto in your arms?"
A certain raven-haired man, called Sai, Sakura, and Hinata shouted from the sudden claim from the sixth Hokage. They were then surprised when the blond man nodded his head and called out Naruto's name. The toddler had his arms wrapped around his father's neck. With his head planted on his shoulders while peeking at the strangers inside the room.
"Eh? But isn't that's impossible, isn't it? I heard from Naruto that his parents died when he was born." Sai claimed, very much confused at the situation.
Minato turned his attention to him, wondering what he meant.
"No, more like a possibility that they belong to another Parallel Dimension" the fifth Hokage explained.
"What do you mean, Lady Fifth?" Shikamaru asked.
"Parallel Dimension, or also known as an alternate reality. A clan from the Uzushiogakure had done research in the past about the possibility of other realities in the world."
"So you mean. In another era or time, people coexisting with one's own living in a different situation?" Sakura clarified.
"That's right. However, the results of their research had caused great conflict within their village and I heard that some other villages tried to steal the scroll and documents for their own gain. Months after that, the head of the Uzumaki clan decided to seal that scroll."
"I see, then do you know how long the effects last?" Minato asked curiously, now cradling a teary-eyed Naruto.
Tsunade smiled and assured him that it will only last for a few hours. "Well, during your time as a Hokage, while doing your research. You were the one who told the third Hokage in the past about the scroll. But in this case, I guess the information you got actually came from me."
Minato felt his sweat dripping from his forehead as he smiled with uncertainty.
Sorry, a bit delayed. I was planning to post them yesterday, but I got a fever from the vaccine. (Side effects)
