He's a pervert - Part Two
Jiraiya glared at the boy in front of him. Telling him that he's a great author as well, who has written the most bought books in the entire shinobi land. He then took out the said popular book and showed it to the brat. The blond boy had his eyes widen, the old man smirked. "Well, not like you have read this book." he then placed them back inside his kimono shirt as he turned. "I still have some research to do, so" he was about to leave, but the boy suddenly shouted to him.
"Ahh, I know that book. I've read it before"
He raised a brow as he smiled. "Lies, there's no way your mother will allow you to read these amazing books. Your father does have copies, but I know he wouldn't let you read them too." he chuckled, and then left using wind-type ninjutsu, as he floated from roof to roof, heading to another location.
Naruto stared in amazement, as he watched the old man float while laughing. "That was so cool!" he muttered. He was about to run after him but was stopped when Kakashi and Iruka found him standing in the middle of the road with eyes filled with amazement and idolization to what he just encountered.
It was already the day after his training with Sasuke, Obito, and Kakashi when he shared what he found yesterday. Saying his tales about an amazing old man he met and hoping to meet him again to have him teach him ninjutsu. Kakashi sighed, he does have a mind on who he meant. But decided to keep silent, as the little boy was too excited for his liking.
Their training was already done that day, when a curly raven-haired woman with red eyes, accompanied by the Third Hokage's son approached them. "Obito, Kakashi, Lord Hokage is looking for you" they informed and soon left with them. Naruto and Sasuke looked at each other. Wondering if they should continue, but a sight from Itachi had Sasuke grinned, and soon left with his brother. Naruto sighed as he kicked the ground. Giving up, he decided to head to the park. Hoping that Chouji and Shikamaru are still playing with Kiba and the rest. However, as he was about to take a turn. He was surprised by a hand and a cloth trying to reach for his face. Soon he lost consciousness as the man grabbed him and carried him by his shoulders.
It was already nine in the evening that day. Minato was still busy in his office when his wife suddenly came running hoping her son was with him. "Minato, Naruto hasn't come home yet. Sasuke told me their training ended around three, but I haven't seen him around the village at all" she muttered, fast, fear creeping to her skin, worried about their son's safety.
Minato stood up from his table and tried to calm his wife, telling her that everything will be alright. He then used his space-time ninjutsu and instantly vanished. Seconds later, he was outside from Konoha and almost by the border. His brows were frowning as he pointed the tip of his kunai near the kidnappers' throat demanding his son back. However, all he got was a laugh. Minato was shocked but was surprised to see his teacher carrying a sleeping Naruto in his arms and the Kidnappers who tried to take Naruto under his feet.
"That ninjutsu of yours sure is handy." the old man grinned. Facing his student that he hasn't seen in years.
"Jiraiya-sensei?"
"Anyways, let's go back first. Kushina might be worried sick already" he then handed Naruto back to his father and grabbed the rope tied tightly around the kidnappers. "Though, it's a bit dumb that they tried to kidnap a Hokages' son who can use a space-time ninjutsu." he chuckled before they disappeared and soon appeared back to the Hokage's office.
Kushina instantly ran towards her son, checking for any injuries. She let out a sigh of relief after seeing her son was just asleep. She smiled and thanked her husband. Minato smiled, informing her that it was his teacher who saved him. The red-haired woman turned to Jiraiya and gave him her thanks. While the old man grinned back.
