Lisa Turpin found herself in the cafeteria, with Noah hanging off of her arm. She plastered her best fake smile. She really hated people touching her. She nodded at him as he told her about the upcoming school play or was it the latest football game. All of the muggle stuff sounded the same to her. Kathryn looked up from her table and poked Harry in the side. He looked up at her, a little confused. Lisa was too far away from them to know what they were saying. She saw Kathryn roll her eyes and point at her. Lisa took the opportunity to wave back. Kathryn turned slightly red in the face and turned away. Lisa smiled for real this time

"Right, I told you about the gang but I think it's best if I introduce them so you can see who is who." Noah said. "This is Olive"

"Hi!" She was a petite girl with a brown curly bob. Her skin was the same as her name. She was shifting from side to side in her chair, almost as if she couldn't sit still.

"That's Luke" he pointed to a tall skinny boy with blonde hair. He was wearing his uniform tie as a belt. He leaned back in his chair. Lisa bit back a laugh. He certainly thought he was cool

"Hey," he blew a kiss at her. She allowed herself to roll her eyes at that one

"There's Jasper" they had dyed gold hair and piercing hazel eyes.

"Nice to meet yah" they said. They were wearing a beret over their hair.

"And it looks like Reagan isn't here yet" Noah said

"She's meeting with Whiteford, something about an independent study," Jasper said.

"Of course she is," Noah rolled his eyes. "She better still have time for the musical. She's the only person who can actually sing in this school"

"So you can't?" Luke asked

"Except me," he said

"Just double checking," he said

"I guess I won't wait for her. Guys, this is Lisa" they chorused their hellos "She transferred from highland college this year and is planning to head off to Oxford next year" he smiled at her

"Yep, that's me" she said, with her smiled still plastered on her face

"Didn't that other new kid, what's his name, Potter, I think, go there too?" Luke asked

"Yes." She smiled

"Were you two friends?" Jasper asked

"No" she said, her smile never leaving her face

"I still think he's cute," Olive sighed, staring at him. She leaned into her arm. Lisa fought back an eye roll.

"Just a warning, Kathryn already sunk her claws into him" A dark haired girl said. Lisa recognised her. She was one of Kathryn's minions, the one from latin, Harmonía

"I thought you were friends with her?" Jasper asked

"Only because my lovely parents force me to be" She said

"Lisa, this is Reagan," he said, she waved. She was wearing fingerless gloves and a choker around her neck. Her make up was dark, and it made her hooded eyes seem even more extreme. Her hair was curly and parted at the side. It was longer than her own, and reached Reagan's waist. She took a seat next to Lisa. The others returned to a conversation about the school musical.

"Reagan Proditor,"

"Lisa Turpin"

"Glad I'm not the only one who can't stand her" Lisa said

"Don't blame you. The whole group's trash. It sucks that mummy dearest has been best friends with Belle Morris since the 3rd grade"

"Geez you must of had to always be around her"

"You have no idea. Gotta deal with her 24/7 whether she's gushing over a guy she just met or trash talking people in the bathroom." She looked pointedly at Lisa

"Reminds me of Párkinson,"

"Párkinson?"

"Someone from my old school. Harry would love that comparison" she said sarcastically

"Were they an item or something"

"No, she called his best friend a slur"

"Woah, but I can honestly see Kathryn doing something like that"

Harry watched Reagan and Lisa laughing. This was going great. Lisa was managing to make friends. Hopefully, she would be able to get some information out of them. Kathryn poked him again. He was really getting sick of her. He hoped that they would find Nott soon.

"What do you think Reagan is doing with those weirdos?" She asked

"You mean those people from Latin?" He asked

"Freaks, the whole lot of them. Looks like Turpin will fit right in"

"What is your issue with her anyway?" He teased

"You wouldn't get it," she smiled

"Well maybe I would"

"Reagan would be pretty if she just did something about her hair, she's popular, it just doesn't make sense why she would hang out with them"

"I think her hair looks good"

"Harry, you are a boy, what do you know about hair?"

"I think I know some things"

"At least she's not as bad as some of them" She nodded to Jasper. "That hair is garish at best. That's not even including everything else wrong with her"

"I thought their pronouns were they, them." Harry said forcefully

"Please, she's just a confused girl, trying to be different." Kathryn said. Harry made a point to look at his watch

"I have to go study for the history test," he said.

"Isn't that not until next week?" She asked.

"I want to get a head start." He said

"Fine, have fun,"

"I will" he left the Cafeteria. He took a deep breath once he got out into the hall. Honestly, he saw why Lisa couldn't stand her. He couldn't either. Her and her friends for that matter. He wondered what her reaction would be to finding out that he was a quarter Indian. He imagined the look on her face. He pushed thoughts of them out of his head. He found a corner and took out his wand. He had work to do. He took a small vile out of his pocket.

Inventio Herba he cast. A small trail of almost invisible green dust led his way. He followed them up to the third floor. He followed it to the world language office. Jackpot. He thought. He knocked on the door to see if anyone was inside. A teacher opened the door. Mr. Whiteford

"Salve Leonardo, what can I help you with?" He asked

"I just got lost on my way to the 3rd floor library" he lied

"It's right down the corridor and then make a left"

"Thank you sir"

"Oh, Leonardo, how are you fitting in, I know changing school senior year can be tough, especially given highland's reputation-"

"I've made friends. It's going pretty good" Harry cut him off

"Glad to hear it. Good luck finding the library,"

"Thanks again sir" he said. He closed the office door. Harry could always look again after school. He left the 3rd floor and made his way back down the stairs. He made a mental note to get Lisa to help him

Lisa Turpin found herself running late for once the next morning. She quickly pulled her hair back, skipped her make up and sat down at the breakfast table. She grabbed her cereal and poured it into a bowl. She quickly ate it, grabbed her coffee and keys and headed outside. She drove the route to school. It was slowly becoming familiar. She turned down the school road and quickly saw a hoard of police cars. That was odd. She saw several of her classmates standing around the parking lot. She quickly pulled in and got out of her car. She slammed the door closed. She saw Reagan and Noah standing besides each other.

"What happened?" She asked

"No idea, nobody knows" Reagan said

"There has to be a pretty good reason for all of these police cars to be here" she said

"Wish I could tell you the reason," Noah said. She scanned the crowd of seniors. She locked eyes with Harry. There was no way that they got Nott that fast. He shook his head. He didn't know what was going on either. This wasn't the Aurors. A man in uniform called for their attention

"School will need to remain closed for the rest of the week. You will be informed about when you can return" he said. The police officers began to lead the underclassmen to buses. They directed the seniors to their cars. Kathryn ran over to Reagan. Harry followed quickly behind her.

"Oh, Reggie, it's just awful" she said

"Why? Do you know what happened?" Reagan asked

"Daddy spoke to the police. They found, oh I can't say it" she turned to Harry, he sighed

"They found a body"
