Chapter III: Transplant
Teela
"Whatever he's looking for he won't stop until he finds it," Stratos says as father and I try to make sense of his report. There is nothing in deserts around Snake Mountain. The Horde took everything when they first came here."
"Whatever's out there we have to make sure Skeletor won't...," the sensors go wild. "What on Eternia!" father gasps as the screen show a massive burst of power. "We don't have time, Teela I want you, Stratos, and Mekaneck to go find out what's going on." I tell him that we'll get to the bottom of this. "Be careful, the deserts around Snake Mountain are treacherous."
"Don't worry, I know how to handle whatever Skeletor is up to," I tell him kissing him on the cheek and head my way to docking bay where Mekaneck was busy working on the wind Raider.
"Mekaneck, father wants to investigate what Skeletor is up to," he smiles saying with the new adjustments he's made we should be able to get there in record time. "Good we need to get now, something happened." I get in the pilot's seat and strap myself in.
"Are you sure that is a good idea." I tell him that I have flown Wind Raiders before and this is no different. He climbs in to the passenger seat and we take off for Skeletor's lair.
Sonic
"Niener! Niener Niener! You can't catch me slow poke," I taunted the doctor as he flew after me in the escape pod. Robotnik says there is no one to help me now. "Why don't you come out and face me Tubby or you too much of a coward."
"No one calls Dr. Robotnik a coward," he says as he fires the laser guns at me. "I will have you and the rest of your...," he begins to say when something gets his attention. "Another time hedgehog!" he says taking off in the opposite direction.
"Aw, I was just starting to enjoy myself," I say as Ant's voice comes through the walkie-talkie. "You got Sonic, speak." He tells me that he and Bunnie saw something. "What another statues of his lardiness?"
"Non, Monsieur Sonic, it was a flash lumineux. It was unlike anything we've ever seen." I ask him if he thinks it' Robotnik. "I don't think so," maybe that is what got the doctor's attention. I tell him to keep his eyes open for anything strange. "What kind of strange?"
"Anything that looks out of place," He says they'll do their best. "I know you can do it Ant." "Now to follow the good doctor," I said taking off in his direction.
He-Man
"He's gone!" I gasped as I looked on the place that Skeletor had been. "Where did your boss go?" I demand to know but even Tri-Klops seemed unsure. He takes the momentary confusion to try to escape but Battle Cat blocks him. "You're not going anywhere until you tell me what happened?" I tell him grabbing him by the armor.
"I don't know all I know is that...," he begins to say trying to sneak attack but I block him. I ask him again, where did Skeletor go? "It was that gem he found," he said as I threw him to the ground. I ask him where it came from. "I am not sure, it crashed here and he wanted it."
"You better get going before word gets out that...," I hear the sound of blaster warming up behind. "Nice of you join us Trap-Jaw," I said doing a spin kick and knocking him into a boulder. He gets up to attack but stops when he sees the Wind Raider approach.
"It's not worth it," Tri-Klops said trying to to think of his next move. He opens a portal and heads back to Snake Mountain.
"Looks like we missed the fun," Mekaneck says as Teela lands the craft. "I see Skeletor already baled," I tell him that is not exactly the case. "What do you mean?"
"He removed the ram skull on his Havok Staff with a blue gemstone. He was about to attacked when the power hit him and he vanished." Mekaneck asks where he found this stone at. "It crashed near Snake Mountain. We need to be on guard my friends. This might be a trick."
Dr. Robotnik
"Did you see that Snively. That energy signal it's the emerald," I told my nephew. I quickly calculated where it would have landed. "According to my calculations the emerald should be in the- casino district." Snively asks if we should wait before claiming it. "What did you say?" I ask him petting Cluck.
"It's just we don't know how it got back here," he says as I stare at the screen. Just the thought of that emerald being out there was tempting but my nephew did have a point. It could e trap set by those freedom fighters. "Uncle, we have a problem," Snively says as I snap back to the present. "We have intruders."
I bring up the spycams and sees those fools trying to sneak in. "Keep your eyes on them. Tell me if they try anything," He tells me he won't let him out of his sight. "Good."
I turn my attention back to the jewel. Once I have the chaos emerald I will have the power finally conquer this planet. "Nothing will stand in my way!"
Skeletor
"What happened," I asked as I slowly got up. "This isn't Eternia," but how did I get here. I look to my new trophy. "It must act as a gateway to other worlds." If it could send me here, maybe I could summon the foulest beings in the universe to serve me. "Not even He-Man could stop me."
Various mechanical beings zoomed pasted and looked at me. "You!" I grab one of them by the neck, "Where am I? Speak or I will turn you into paperweight!" the machine said I was in Robotropolis on the planet Mobius. "Mobius ?" I look around and see a massive casino. "I was always good at taking things from others," I walk inside the building.
The robots look at me strangely as I walk up to a Roulette wheel. "Care to try like your mister," a robot dealer says as I place an Eternian gold coin on the table. He spins the wheel and drops the ball. "Ooh 00 sorry...," I blast the wheel and take his money anyway "That's cheating!" the machine says as I blast him.
Two Horde wannabes come up and tell me to stop at once. "No one orders Skeletor around," I blast him with an energy blast from my finger. "Such low grade junk. Hordak has better machines than you," The other won shoots an electrified chain that wraps around my hand.
"In the name of Robotnik, you are...," I blast him with my staff.
"In the name of Skeletor, you are destroyed," I tell him picking up the busted machine. "Anyone else have objections?" The robots look at my nervously.
Bunnie Rabbot
"I don't like this, pas du tout," Antoine says as we make our way into Robotnik's fortress. "Are you sure the princess is here?" I tell that Nicole said she was being kept in this building. "Are you okay? You seem effrayée," he asks as I try to tune out the awful memories I have of this place.
Robotnik had captured my parents when I was little. I tried to rescue them but was caught and taken to be turned into a robot. If it hadn't been for Princess Sally I would be totally robotized. She and her guards rescued me but they couldn't undo the damage.
"I'm fine," I tell him shaking the cobwebs from my mind. "This place should be crawling with Swat-Bots and there is nothing." Antoine suggested they abandoned this place for somewhere more secure. "And leave their most valuable prisoner behind. I don't think so."
I walk over to a console on the wall and see if I can find anything out. "It seems Robotnik needed his bots to handle some difficulté at his casino," he says reading the screen. This is perfect. We can sneak and out with not being notice. "It says that the Princesse can be found on the lower levels."
"Come on Ant, Sally is counting on us."
