Title: The Elvenking's 100-Drabbles
Author: LegolasLover2003 aka Ashley
Category: Book - "The Lord of the Rings"
Genre: General / Drama
Rating: T
Disclaimer: I do not own the rights to The Lord of the Rings or The Hobbit, I just adore them to pieces.
Author's Note: I got lazy again. I don't want to translate it all into Sindarin. To be honest, I think that's why it takes me so long to post these pieces. It's quicker to write them by hand then type them up then it is to translate all the dialogue, lol. However, there will be certain pieces that I do Sindarin only dialogue in... just not ones that are heavy in speaking... or this one because it's literally late and I have to go to work in the morning.

Galenion frowned, holding the piece of parchment in one hand, and staring at the Elfling's drawing. "What is it?" he asked, arching an eyebrow at his little brother.
"An Elf Elk." Thranduil replied, a piece of colored chalk clutched in each of his small hands.
He was working on another piece of parchment, drawing with one hand for a moment and then switching to the other. The blond Elfling's ambidextrous at such a young age really surprised his sibling, who even now could still not wield two blades at the same time with any sort of proficiency. In truth, it irritated Galenion how much better this mere Elfling was at so many things… drawing included!
"Why?" the raven-haired Sinda asked curiously.
Looking up, Thranduil fixed his brother with wide blue eyes. "Ada told me to imagine something new. I like his elk… so… I made an Elf Elk." He replied, as if it all made perfect sense.
Looking at the new paper, Galenion sat down on the rug beside his sibling. "So… what is that then?" he asked, pointing to the new drawing.
Thranduil smiled brightly. "Elf Bird."
"Because you like birds?" Galenion reasoned.
Nodding, the Elfling handed the new picture to his brother, putting the chalks in his hands down. "Which do you want to be?"
For a moment, Galenion pondered the question until finally finding an answer. "I am bigger than you… so I should be the Elf Elk. You are small and, well, I bet you can sit on my antlers. How does that sound, little Elf Bird?"
Giggling the Elfling jumped up as, at the same time, Galenion stood. The eldest son of Oropher lifted his little brother into the air then, placing him on his shoulders. Thranduil grabbed two small fistfuls of the older Elf's dark hair, careful not to tug too hard, in order to keep himself steady.
"So… where to, Elf Bird?" Galenion teased.
The Elfling pointed west. "To the sun!" Thranduil giggled, to which his older brother happily complied.

Naidwain = New Race (Beings)

Author's Notes:
- Galenion is an original character created by me. You may use him, but please ask for permission first.
- Because these are tiny drabbles, I will NOT be doing Muse Moments for each chapter.
- I was inspired to do these by Nyx Thranduilion who is also doing them. The original 100-drabbles challenge is in the invention of NirCele.
- All 100 of my drabbles will be Thranduil related... WEE!
- None of my drabbles will be in any sort of chronological order.
