Todd Harisson looked at the map for the tour, before realizing it was upside down, and swiftly
flipping it around.

"Ohhh…" He said, nodding. "That makes sense."

He was currently in an abandoned underground tunnel, probably a mile away from the tour at that point. Things were going regularly, until Todd accidentally fell into a caved-in section of the pathway, and the roof caved in behind him. At least he brought his flashlight.

"No use sitting around, I've gotta rejoin the tour."

Todd jumped to his feet, and started waddling through the thigh-high sludge that was filling the tunnel. Then, suddenly, a spider jumped onto his shoulder. Todd didn't notice it at first, but he did when he felt it crawl onto his right hand.

"AGH!" He yelped, dropping the flashlight into the sludge. "Wait, crap! I need that!"

It was no use, the flashlight was gone. Todd groaned, as he activated his Splicatrix.

"Whatever, I've got my own light source." He grinned, slamming the core down.

()
The Splicatrix sank into Todd's arm, as molten rocks ran up his body, burning his clothes and hair. The toes of his feet morphed into a hook-like shape, as his feet and hands became fire. Todd's head became engulfed in flame, while the Omnitrix Symbol appeared on his chest, as he struck a pose.

"Heatblast!" He shouted, before noticing the sound of his voice reverberating around the tunnel. "Nice Acoustics."

Heatblast trudged through the sludge, with his hand, engulfed in flame, acting as a flashlight. He soon reached the end of the tunnel, a pipe leading to an overpass, which poured into a large, brick chamber.

"Oh great!" Heatblast groaned. "More water! Why couldn't the architect of this sewer be more considerate for fire aliens?"

Heatblast continued muttering, as he hopped out of the tunnel, trying to fly to another pipe. However, his legs were wet, so they were unable to ignite. He yelped as he fell into the pool of sludge below.

"GAH!" He cried, resurfacing. "Ok, this officially sucks."

He reached for the Omnitrix symbol on his chest, before something grabbed his leg, pulling him under. The thing pulled him through a pipe, before throwing him out of the water, and onto an island, as Heatblast groaned. The monster leapt out from the water, landing in front of them with a 'thud.' It was some sort of octopus-like mutant, but it didn't resemble Animo's work. Not exactly 2 animals haphazardly thrown together, rather a heavily altered being. The creature roared, and slammed down it's jaws near him, trying to snap his bones with it's massive jaws. Heatblast grabbed both molars, forcing them apart, but he was far too weak given his current extinguished state. He needed to improvise.

"A little searing magma on the tongue makes the medicine go down!" Heatblast shouted, jamming his foot onto the beast's tongue.

It pulled back, and roared, in pain. He was able to crawl out, and turn just in time to see a green laser fly out from the shadows, into the mutant creature's head.

"What the?" He asked, looking around. "K- Er… Yunai? Besu?"

A red-skinned modular ray-esque alien flew out from the shadows, with an Omnitrix symbol on it's chest. It must be one of Besu's new aliens.

"Eat… Laser… Yeah!" He says, slightly unconfidently.

The creature turns, and swats him away with the back of his fist. IT turns back to Heatblast, angrily.

"Oh boy. Come on, re-ignite, re-ignite!" He shouts, squatting down, and shaking his fists. "How do I do this?!"

It raises both arms in the air, and brings them down above Heatblast, before he's narrowly saved by Besu.

"Thanks!" Heatblast says. "Hey, what's up with your Omnitrix symbol? It's all weird-looking?"

"Huh?" Besu looks down, confused. "It's always been like-"

He's interrupted by flying into the side of the cavern, dropping both himself and Heatblast on the pile of rocks. The dirt manages to clump around Heatblast's body enough, absorbing most of the moisture on his body. Heatblast stands back up, and sees his flames have returned.

"Ah yea! Stand back Besu, I'll show you real fire power!" He shouts, before running at the creature.

Heatblast puts his hands together, and jumps forwards, spinning. A cone of flames forms around him, slamming into the creature, causing it to scream in agony.

Besu flies into the air as well, shooting two green blasts from his eye sockets, directly into the monster's knees, causing it to slam sideways into the ground.

"Yeah, how's that for a reflex test?!" The alien shouts, before his Omnitrix symbol beeps, and he explodes in a flash of purple.

Heatblast looks in confusion, as a completely different kid than Matheo appears, his Omnitrix differently shaped, as well. It's got much more metal plating, and covers most of his arm, even some of his bicep. He shouts, as he falls through the air, before Heatblast catches him.

"Ow, hey!" He shouts, jumping up. "Hot hands, dude!"

"Right… Uh… Who are you?" Heatblast asks, confused.

"OH. Right. George." He replies. "You're Hyu, aren't you? My mis-"

The creature roars, getting back up. Heatblast slams his palms to the ground, creating a fire-y earthquake, which runs around the creature, opening up the ground underneath him, and trapping him in hot mud.

"Let's keep you covered and heated, big guy!" Heatblast grins, before heating the floor even hotter.

The mud boils at runs atop the creature, suffocating it. Heatblast pants, and slaps his Omnitrix symbol, causing him to turn back to Todd. He turns back to George, who looks at him funny.

"So, you were saying, random citizen?" Todd asks, striking a mild, heroic pose.

"I know you from somewhere... " George says, thinking.

"Well of course you do, I'm Hyu!" Todd says, grinning. "Kinda famous, not to brag but… Okay, I'm bragging a little."

"I think you forgot something, 'Hyu.' " George points at Todd, who re-examines himself ,as his eyes widen.

"GAH!" Todd shouts, jumping back a bit. "Okay, you can't tell anyone about this!"

"Yeah, fine." George laughs, putting his hands up. "Just don't tell anyone about the Biolitrix."

"Deal!" Todd says, before looking back and forth. "So… What are you doing down here?"

"Well, I've been taking care of, like, smaller stuff." George explains. "Crimes in the making, y'know? Leave the big, world-ending threats to you guys."

"I guess that makes sense." Todd shrugs, as he walks to the wall, and starts rapping it with his knuckle. "But what are you doing in an abandoned mineshaft underneath the… factory. I forgot what it does."

"Robotics factory." George says. "And I was told there was some big operation going down here, something involving a bank heist. Guess my sources were wrong though, this place is practically crumbling!"

"Sources?" Todd asks, looking over at him.

"Yeah, it's… a blog. That I run." George kicks the ground. "Like I said, I'm small-time."

"It could be useful, actually, if it's reporting crimes around the city." Todd points out. "Hopefully it's more accurate, though."

Todd's Splicatrix beeps, and he grins. "Alright, I'm gonna need an alien to bring the… walls… down!"

He selects Refractor, and slams the core down.

()
Todd's body becomes covered in a thin, white rope, which wraps around every inch of his body. His limbs become a fraction of a meter thick, and his body and face become origami constructs, his facial features converted to pencil sketch markings. A Blue Omnitrix symbol pops out from his abdomen, as he strikes a pose.

"REFRA…" Papercut looks down at his body, and sighs. "Or… Papercut."

"Cool…" George says, nodding slowly. "So… now what?"

"I guess we wait, 5 to 15 minutes." Papercut shrugs. "Did you bring a phone, or anything? Maybe we could battle each other on Clash of Clans."

"... Or, you could use Papercut to, like, slip between the cracks in the rock walls?" George suggests, kind of weirded out.

"Oh, I could do that!" Papercut grins, before jumping, and unraveling himself into a single paper strand.

He worms his way through over to an entrance, covered with rocks, and finds himself at the other side.

"Ok, now what?" Papercut shouts.

"Can you change to another form, and break the collapsed rocks?" George yells back.

"Oh." Papercut looks down at his Omnitrix symbol. "Forgot I could do that."

He slaps it, and is consumed by blue light, BlitzMouth emerging from the beam. He opens his snout, and howls, creating a shockwave, large and powerful enough to blast the rocks backwards. When he's finished, George is covered in dust, and a few stray rocks and pebbles are stuck to his sweater.

"I should have moved." He sighs, dusting himself off. "That was on me."

"Hop on, something tells me it's gonna be a long run." BlitzMouth says, getting down on all fours.

George climbs onto his back, and BlitzMouth tears down the tunnel, leaving a cloud of dust behind them.

"So, how'd you… get your Omnitrix… thingy?" BlitzMouth pants, his tongue flopping around, outside his mouth.

"Biolitrix!" George shouts, over the wind. "It's a long story, my Dad, he used to work for this tech company, and they were developing it! Something to fend off any forces humanity wasn't aware of!"

"Wouldn't that mean your dad has it?" BlitzMouth asks.

"Not really, since he left the country! And my step-dad definitely isn't considered!"

"So, your dad left it for you?! Why?"

"I don't know yet, but it doesn't really matter!" George looks down at the Biolitrix. "It's the only thing I have left of him."

BlitzMouth doesn't respond. He runs for another minute, before they finally reach the end of the tunnel. It's a large, spiralling staircase, with rays of light, falling through some mesh at the top.

"Well, I think we should do this more often." Todd says, returning to human with a flash of light. "It's nice working with someone more… level-headed, for a change."

"Thanks, but I'm not really the crime-fighting type." George says. "I just kind of stop them when I get the chance, but mainly, I'm just looking for more information on this company Dad used to work for."

"Well, if anything happens with that, let us know." Todd smiles, as they both start walking up the stairs.

As they make their way up the staircase, a few bricks start shifting, in and out of place. They both pick up their walking speed, but soon hear a loud scuttling from down the hall.

"You don't think it's…?" Todd asks, his eyes widening.

"I thought you cooked that son of a bitch!" George shouts, as it bursts into the room, and roars.

"Run!" Todd yells, as they both scamper up the stairs.

It climbs up the walls, around the room, bearing it's teeth, angrily.

"George, transform into something, I'm still timed out!" Todd says, jumping across a collapsed part of the stairs.

"I can't, this thing's painless priority is lowering!" George replies, looking at it. "The note said there'll be dire consequences if I go over the single transformation limit!"

"There's gonna be dire consequences if you DON'T go over the limit!" Todd shouts, as the creature closes in.

George sighs, and slams down the core, transforming into a large, metallic-looking alien, with a yellow coating, and 2 large drills for hands. He creates a shockwave to his left, flinging Todd into the air, barely grabbing onto the mesh at the top. George turns back to the monster, running at him, and jumps onto it's back, jamming the drills into it's back. He uses this to confuse the creature, steering it up the wall, before jumping off of it, onto the mesh, as his drills convert to hands, and he grabs onto the mesh. As he does, the plated mesh shrieks, and starts to bend, violently.

"I-I'm too heavy!" George shouts. "Just go!"

"George, press the circle in the middle of your Omnitrix symbol!" Todd shouts. "Focus on being a human!"

George does, but as he does, the mesh breaks under his hand. He transforms back to human, before Todd grabs him by the hand, and pulls him through.

"See?" Todd asks, dismissively. "What'd I tell ya? Dire… Wha?"

Todd looks, and sees George's left arm, bent in the wrong direction, at it's middle. George looks at the Biolitrix, sullenly.

"Are you ok?" Todd asks, pointing to his broken arm.

"No." George replies. "It'll heal. But this is just another reason why I want to leave the crime-fighting to you guys."

"Right." Todd nods, putting his hands up. "You got it. Lemme call my siblings, They can give us a ride."

"Another Omnitrix?" Matheo asks, raising an eyebrow.

"Yeah, but human-made." Todd clarifies. "And dangerous, at least to the user."

"I should take a look at it." Matheo shrugs. "I bet it's an issue with the dna splicing, or something."

"Even if you did, you heard what Todd said." Kate points out. "He's more concerned with his Dad."

"My question is, what was that monster doing down there?" Todd wonders. "It definitely wasn't Animo's handiwork."

"So many questions." Matheo grumbles.

"I wonder, though." Kate says. "If we have 3 space Omnitrixes… who's to say there aren't more? Maybe weird stuff is happening all over the planet, and other Omnitrixes exist, like ours, and people use them to help out there?"

"If that is the case, then not all of them are good." Todd says, standing up.

"What, like good morally, or good in terms of skill?" Matheo snickers. "Because I know two idiots who'd qualify for the latter option."

"Well, at least I don't still sleep with my plush toys." Kate shoots back.

"Hey!" Matheo shouts, clutching his heart. "... That's mean."
