I plan to continue this story.
'Where's the fresh barrel, boy?'
Ste looked at him nervously and chewed his lip anxiously. Brendan chuckled inside – the kid didn't know how much it was turning him on.
'I'll go down and get one.'
'Why haven't you done it already?
'Sorry, I forgot.'
'No excuses and keep an eye on the booze in future, got it?'
He rolled his eyes in reply. 'I said I'm sorry!'
'Get down there, NOW!'
Ste scrambled to obey and was surprised to hear his boss following him behind. 'You don't have to come I can do it myself.'
'Maybe I just want to watch you.' The older man said a little creepily.
Ste shivered. 'I don't need watching. I've done this a thousand times before.'
'I didn't mean that kind of watching.' Brendan whispered and grabbed him by the arm. 'Come on, hurry up.' He breathed urgently into his ear.
He locked the door shut behind them when they got down there.
Leaving the hapless Ste to wonder where he'd been here before.
…
It was a replay. Well of the beginning last time in the cellar.
Brendan watched him for a while, enjoying the sight before him and Ste cowed back.
He smiled at him gently. 'Come here.' He gestured with his finger.
Ste shook his head.
'I said come here, BOY!' Now there was no evading that tone of command.
He made his way across the underground room as slowly as he dared until he was right there, facing him.
'Look at me.' The businessman ordered him to raise his downcast face before he gently stroked his cheek with his finger. First one side, then the other.
'No…Don't…'
'Don't? Do you want me to stop and unlock the door?'
Ste shook his head hesitantly. He was confused and didn't know what he wanted. He still desired the other man but he was afraid of him.
The businessman just stood there for what seemed like eternity, his eyes blazing at him without touching him for so long that in the end, Ste wanted him badly to.
Then Brendan grinned smugly like he was reading his mind before he reached down slowly to bump their lips together. Then he stopped. 'I'll ask you again. Is everything OK or do you want me to stop?'
The other shook his head a little more definitely this time.
'Do you want this?'
Ste nodded.
'Good boy.' Brendan went in now for the full kiss while Ste tentatively reached for him.
And forgot his fear.
…
Brendan held him afterwards there on the hard cellar floor.
'I thought you would just be brutal. And rough.'
'Was I?'
'No.' He shook his head and beamed up at him. 'The very opposite.'
'Still, did I hurt you?' He tenderly kissed his shoulder and looked up at him with a frown.
'No. I mean it did hurt…' Ste saw the other's expression, 'a little but it wasn't you. I mean it was you but you tried your best not to hurt me.'
'It'll get easier the more we do it. You still want to be with me, don't you?'
'Yeah, 'course.'
'Good lad.' Brendan tousled his hair and pulled him close for a tender kiss.
They lay there for a few more minutes even though Ste knew that Brendan must be itching to get back to work. To make money and for Ste to earn his. But he just didn't seem that bothered and Ste wasn't complaining.
He started daydreaming about his first time with another man. He'd half-expected Brendan to beat him first into submission but Brendan had taken his sweet time preparing and getting him ready with his mouth and he'd come at least 3 times. Ste guessed that there hadn't been one inch of his body that Brendan hadn't tasted reverently, sighing over it, marvelling at its 'perfection', making Ste feel like a Greek god. And then when it came to it, he'd even asked him again if he really wanted to do this before he entered him slowly. Brendan didn't start moving inside him until he had his permission. And the whole time, he was kissing him and caressing him and whispering reassurances and telling him how beautiful he was.
Ste hadn't expected his first time with the man to be like that. Especially with a seemingly brutal and careless man like the Irish businessman. He was known as the village psychopath after all.
Ste was curious after all he'd never even looked at another man that way. 'Have you always been the one…you know who puts it in?'
Brendan froze and stopped breathing as rage took over. 'What do you think I am? You think I'm a bitch fag who takes it up the arse?' He didn't raise his voice but Ste could just tell he was barely maintaining his composure. 'Do I look like a whore to you?'
He raised his fist to batter Ste's face but the other put up his hand. 'Don't! I'm not going to hurt you!'
That stopped him. Brendan stepped back and laughed out loud cruelly. The thought of the young man hitting him…
'You're not going to hurt me?'
'I'm sorry I asked! I didn't think…I don't know why I just said that. Please don't hit me, Brendan.'
Instead, he bent down and grabbed him by the scruff of the neck to eyeball him. 'You do not ask ME questions about MY LIFE or MY PAST. Got it?'
Ste nodded frantically. Brendan noted dismissively that his eyes were full of tears just waiting to drip down.
'Now, tidy yourself up and get back to work. Otherwise, I'll really give you something to cry about.' He gave him a shove.
Ste nodded and rushed to get dressed. But he was shaking and when he was clothed again, he went up the stairs but not into the bar. Luckily, Brendan was in the kitchen and didn't see him.
He ran out onto the street.
...
Amy nearly ran into him. He had his hoodie over his eyes and anyway, they were blurry with unshed tears.
'Sorry.' He said and tried to dodge around her.
'Ste, are you OK?'
'No time to talk, sorry. I've got to go.'
But she was having none of it and took hold of him by the tops of his arms. 'Ste…'
'Amy, please!'
'Not until you tell me what's wrong. She gently lifted up his hoodie. 'Oh, Ste...What's he done now?'
He sobbed on her shoulder while she held him tight.
'Did he hit you again?'
'No, but he was going to but I stopped him. Then he threatened to 'give me something to really cry about.'
'He's only your boss! Why's he picking on you like this? You should quit your job and get away from him.'
'And where am going to go? You know what it's like, the economy's still down and we need the money. And we...' He was on the verge of telling her that they'd slept together - his first time with a bloke but decided not to. She'd only think he was weak and stupid. Maybe she'd even be shocked and disgusted because of who he'd chosen.
Ste didn't blame her.
He felt so used and dirty and betrayed. Brendan had just used him, sweet-talked and seduced him into bed so to speak. But in the end, he'd proven how little he cared for Ste and dismissed him like he was a piece of dirt.
