Chapter 3

A/N: I obviously wrote this BEFORE Season 6 was out – wow, how one week can change everything you thought up. I wanted to upload my version of 6.01 before the real one was aired, but well, I had the German Amazon Streaming-Premier-Date of October 26th in mind and didn't know the rest of the world, where Netflix holds the streaming-rights, is already seeing season 6 in early September…

Well, in here Lucifer is more or less God now (still not having all powers – kinda like in the real season 6), but he visits Silver City as a part-time-God daily (kinda like Amenadiel does it in 6.10. I wasn't that off with my predictions.)

And Trixie knows and is going to Sunday School to argue with the teacher and the priest about what the Bible says and what her Celestial family told her…

Big thanks to SPCLjmm and tsunamicats for the reviews!

Disclaimer: I own none of the characters.

The sun was shining through the magnificent colorful windows and lit up the old wood of the pews. No human soul was at this late afternoon at the church, except for one young girl. Her mind set, she approached the rows of burning votive candles while her hands rummaged in her backpack. Stopping in front of the many flickering flames, she retrieved the two items from their safe transport place of the Tupperware.

A small smile tugged on the brunette's lips as she pushed one burning candle to the side to make room for her chocolate muffin with chocolate chips, she had backed the day before. Then she held the blue birthday candle – one of those you can't simply blow out – to light it onto one of the many small flames before carefully pocking it into the top of the miniature cake.

Her smile widened as she took a moment to appreciate her master-piece. Then she pressed her palms together as she did every Sunday to talk to their devilish God, only that today wasn't Sunday and neither was she praying to her Step-Devil.

"Hallo, Jesus. I hope you can hear my prayer and don't have it rerouted to your spam-folder or whatsoever. I'm Trixie. I know your older brothers Lucifer and Amenadiel. Well, I know you are sad and angry that everyone forgets your real birthday and that that entire Christmas-thing went so out of hand.

Anyway, I had asked Amenadiel when your real birthday is and if he didn't fib, it should be today." A new smile graced her lips. "So, Happy Birthday, Jesus! I hope you like chocolate muffins, but then again, did you already have chocolate and cakes 2000 years ago? Maybe I can ask Amenadiel to bring you a muffin next time he visits Silver City. Not sure if that would work though.

I would ask Lucifer to take one with him on his daily visits up there, but he is still miffed at you. He told me the story how he first met you and kept visiting and then that when you found out that he had been cast out of Heaven, weren't any longer nice to him. It wasn't great of him to keep that rebellion-thing from you, but he did tell you that he was ruling over the guilty souls of humankind. He would never say so, but I think he was happy to finally have a sibling, who would talk to him and be nice to him after eons to be cut off his family. He isn't a bad person and I don't think that your Dad sending Lucifer to Hell was actually meant as a punishment. I have some theories which I would love to speak with your Dad about, but unfortunately he is in that other universe now.

But I also have so many questions about how your life really was. Could you really turn water into wine like your Dad?" An amused grin plastered her features. "When your Dad had visited, he made the water-dispenser of Lux only give some French named wine." A few chuckles escaped her. "Lucifer is still grumbling about it, every time he uses this dispenser.

And sorry for continuing to celebrate Christmas, but I like the atmosphere and my presents. But I'll keep up to bring you a cake on your real birthday though. And when Charlie, your nephew, is older, I'll explain it to him and take him with me.

It would be great to know, if you received my prayer. If you still aren't speaking with your older brothers because they celebrate Christmas, you could ask Rae-Rae to deliver a message. Happy Birthday again! Amen!"

She opened her eyes to the half down burned birthday candle. With a last gaze onto it, she turned on her heel and walked towards the large door, skipping the dipping of her fingers into the Holy Water basin, like a true believer of Lucifer's teachings.

A/N: The Holy Water thing in the end, I'll explain in my upcoming story "Two devilish Baptisms".

Maybe I will rewrite this chapter to fit in the show or make another chapter with the real season 6 as foundation. I'm not sure yet.
