Chapter 3: Meet Kotaru's Parents
On the next day at 2nd July, Saten apparently walking aimlessly with uiharu in the district 7 try to find something interesting happen in the city. They came out from Misaka and Shirai dorm because both of them visit their room on their dorm.
Saten and uiharu thinking that maybe they should go to CD stores to find some good music, but first they need to buy some juice on the supermarket. When they enter the supermarket, they saw a familiar person inside the store
"Ah Hikari-san, what were you doing here?" Saten asked him.
"Well, i'm here to buy some juices," Kotaru answered before he ask both of them. "What about you two?"
"Well both of us were from Misaka-san and Shirai-san dorm," Uiharu began to explain "We decided to leave because both of them got caught by their dorm manager because they used their power inside the dorm. With that happened, we decided to leave after that because they are being punished right now."
"I still got chills when the dorm manager was able to snap shirai-san's neck and instantly knock her out" Saten say with a scared expression on her face "and not only that, even Misaka-san was scared of the dorm manager tremble because of her wrath."
Kotaru felt chills, he didn't even expect that even the deadly judgement teleporter along with the tokiwadai ace scared by a dorm manager. He started to think how scary the dorm manager, heck even he starts to think that this person might be stronger than him. He slowly try to forget about it and shook his head to calm down.
"Damn, i guess anything could happen in this city." Kotaru whinned. After that he ask both girls "Hey, today I was going to my dad research lab, he want me to test out his new invention today. Wanna come with me?"
"Sure, I don't want to go home just yet." Uiharu accept.
"Yeah I would like to join too." Saten accepted as well.

"WAIT YOUR DAD IS A RESEARCHER!" Both girls surprised by this fact because he haven't told the girls about it.
"Well yeah he is, he always has a project he would love to finally be accomplished. After all everytime he finished one project, another one pops up like there isn't any ends to it." Kotaru admitted
"Amazing, does that always happen everytime he finished every project he did?" Saten ask her close friend about it.
"True," Kotaru Answered back and admitting "if that ever happens, the world might have stopped"
**Somewhere inside Kotaru dad's lab
"ACHOO"
"Are you okay dear?" The black hair Woman with a lab coat worried.
"Don't worry, our son might have talked about me." the man with a special lab coat calmed down his worried wife.
**Back to Kotaru and the girls
"Well let's go then, we better not make him wait more long enough that make him bored." Kotaru say to both girls
"Yes!" Uiharu and Saten agree with their eyes sparkling.
**20 minutes Later
Kotaru, Uiharu, and Saten reach the lab after walking from the store buy their grocery. Uiharu and Saten amazed of how big his dad's lab. As soon as they enter the lab, their eyes has even more sparkles than before because of how futuristic Kotaru dad's lab was. When they walk inside the lobby, they greeted by some of Kotaru dad's research team. It was kinda awkward because Kotaru, a boy bring two girls with him and every research team tease him that he has a harem and it make them feel awkward when the group walk towards his dad's room.
After they finally enter his dad's room, he greet his parents "Hi mom, hi dad."
"Hi son" Both parents said in unison when they walked towards them.
"Took you long enough to get here" then his dad look at the girls he bring with and say with a teasing voice "Now I see why you took so long, you brought your friends here. Hello there."
"Hi there" Uiharu and saten greeted back.
"So you must be Hikari-san's dad right?" Uiharu asked the man
"Yeah that's me, my name is Kokoro Hikari. Both of you can call me Kokoro because there Kotaru isn't the only Hikari's here" Kokoro told the girls.
"My name is Hisumi Hikari, Kotaru's mom. It's a pleasure to meet both of you" Kotaru's mom introduce herself as well.
"Same Kotaru's parents"
"Ah yeah dad, here's your strawberry juice you asked and here is the strawberry juice for mom" Kotaru gave the drink to hid parents
"Allright time to drink up, don't mind us." both his parents drink the juice and feel relieved their thirsty has gone.
"Allright so how's the invention dad?" Kotaru ask his dad away
"Well, I finally manage to create a virtual chamber that really could be used to train every esper." His dad explained. "Now all I need is for you to test it"
"So all I need to do is just train inside this chamber right?" Kotaru guessed.
"That is correct!" His dad answered
"I'm ok with it, but.." Kotaru tried to ask his dad "Why my friends cannot join?"
"Well son, we still not sure whether it is safe for them to use the chamber so we need a esper that was a level 0 to test it." His dad explained it to his son especially to make sure his friends safety.
"Wait I'm a level 0 too," Saten Interrupted "Can I at least join?"
"Well dear," His mom began to speak "You both know that Kotaru is a unique level 0 so it's better to test it first with him so you understand?"
"…Yes I understand miss." Saten said with a cute pout on her face
"Well then" Kotaru began to talk "Time to test this out!"
After that, Kotaru left the room and enter himself into the chamber. Both hi parents and the girls watch inside the room with a window so everyone inside there could see the inside of the chamber. As soon as his dad push the button, the room start to show a glow of neo colored lines and not only that, some figures showed up before Kotaru's eyes. Kotaru feels excited because he could use his full power once in a while. Kotaru spawn his Blue colored racket with red iron string on it.
"Let the test begin"
And with that Kotaru Charge towards the figures.
Omake:
Misaka: Man, Saten-san and Uiharu-san has some fun meanwhile both of us still have to clean up the school pool.
Kuroko: This could be dodged if you didn't release your power inside our room Onee-sama.
Misaka: AND WHOSE FAULT IS THAT KUROKO!
Kuroko: EEEP i'm sorry!
Me: Well don't worry both of you, I will include you both on the next chapter
Misaka and Kuroko: REALLY!?
Me:Nope
Misaka and Kuroko:…
Me: Uhhh Misaka please calm down also kuroko please put away those pins… AAAAAAHHHHH.
