oh yeah some of you have asked that asked why the bomber showed up again at the graviton bombing incident. There is two graviton bomber in the story, i made that chapter inspired of the fanfiction called of science and magic where Touma and Saten were dating.
Chapter 10: Kotaru's new pet and the origin of Kotaru Gadget.
it was already late at 9th July, Kotaru has finished his judgement work but he's exhausted because he have to finished so many paperwork
"Uuuuugh I'm so tired." Kotaru lamented, he was walking toward his dorm. He have a long day in his branch because of the graviton bombing incident that happened 2 days straight and with his involvement at both of the incident, Kotaru got so many piled paperwork on his desk.
Kotaru decided to just go home to get some rest, when he finally arrived at his dorm, he walked towards his rooms, but he finds out that there is a box in front of his door on the ground. He leaned down and picked up the box with both of his hand and asked himself "Who sent me this? There isn't the name that have sent this package."
After look at the box for a moment, he decided to take it inside his room, closing the door behind him, turn on the light inside his dorm room and put it on the table in the middle of the room. He is sitting in front of the table leaning against his bed spreading his arm to the back. He wondered what's inside the box while thinking is it safe or not. After thinking for a while, he reach his hand slowly to the box, slowly take it closer to him and also slowly open the box.
After he open the box, he looked inside the box and he saw something like a glass ball in the with a rope that can be used to hang it like a keychain that has a Dark blue ball with a white light ball in the center of the ball inside the glass. He took the keychain with his right hand and raise it in front of him and asking for himself "What is this dark blue thingy?"
When he looked at the box again, he noticed that there is a note inside the box as well. He used his free hand to take the note and read it out loud "Greetings Kotaru Hikari, if you read this note, that means my package has finally arrived at the destination. I'm sorry but I cannot tell you my name because that is a secret. You must be asking what is the thing that looks like a keychain inside the box right? Inside the gadget, there is something that colored dark blue, that was a mini seelie azure sea. For your information, Seelie are a remnants of a bygone race that once held beautiful forms and immense wisdom, and used it to guide mankind."
After he read those lines, Kotaru eyes widened and he began to talk to himself "I never know that something like this even existed in the world." He then wondered 'But is there something like this in this planet?' so many question also came to his minds, but he decided to brush it off for now and continue to read the note "This species isn't even existed in your planet because this was came from another world, the seelie that you got right now is a mini seelie which is a children version of the seelies. If you wondered how I manage to send this, I have my own ways. And lastly, this creature is a manifest of a neutral energy which means they won't be destroyed that easily. The reason I sent you this was because you were the chosen one to take care of this creature. Thank you for reading this note, sincerely the one from another world. P.S, you can try to pull the strings to open the small jar."
After he read the last note, he pulled the string and the dark blue seelie came out from inside of it flying to the air, it has a beautiful dark blue color and their body is like a flowing water with his tiny ear almost can't be seen unless the ear stands up. Kotaru then greeted the seelie saying "Hello little fella." He raised both of his hand and grab the seelie with his left hand and pat the seelie using his other hand and the seelie let out a cute happy noises.
"Wow, this thing is really cute." After Kotaru said that, the little guy is getting happier being with him, then Kotaru looked at the seelie in his hand and asked "Hey I was wondering, do you understand everything that I said?"
To Kotaru surprise, the seelie nodded which means that he knows how to talk with the humans. He asked again "Do you even get hungry?" the seelies shook it's head in response that made Kotaru learned that this thing doesn't even get hungry. After he got enough pat, the seelie fly and land on the top of Kotaru's head and resting itself on Kotaru's head enjoy the feeling of Kotaru's hair.
Kotaru then asked the seelie while chuckling "So you found your favorite spot huh?" Kotaru stand up from his spot and looked at the mirror in his room while saying "Man, he looks so happy there."
Suddenly Kotaru stomach began to grumbled which made both of them laughing then Kotaru said "I gotta make curry as dinner now." After that, Kotaru go into the kitchen proceed himself to make a curry sauce using the method that he recently heard from Touma. He followed every single step on Touma's recipe until the sauce has finished to be made. Kotaru took a plate to put the rice from inside his rice cooker and put the curry in top of the rice.
After he made the curry, he proceed himself to eat the curry that he just made. He's amazed by how well his senpai's curry recipe even Saten's cooking could be put in a shame. He eat everything that was on the plate until there is nothing left on the plate. Before Kotaru finish the last bite, he then remembered something, he asked the seelie on top of his head saying "Hey buddy, do you want to eat the last bite?" The Seelie that still enjoy the feeling of Kotaru's hair start to fly away from his hair and get in front of his face and the seelie nodded. After that, the seelie fly to the plate and somehow could eat the last bite of the food and eat it until nothing's left on the plate.
After the Seelie finished eat the food, the seelie started to sleep on his table letting out a cute sleeping noise. Seeing this, Kotaru slowly picked up the seelie make sure to not wake him up, then slowly put him on the bed right beside his pillow. After that, Kotaru pick up the plate on the table, go to the kitchen and washed it.
After everything has finished, Kotaru proceed to go to the bathroom, take off his dirty clothes and start to take a shower cleaning his body. After a few minutes, Kotaru came out of the bathroom wear a simple shirt and a pants. He walked to the living room and scretch his hand upwards while saying "Aaaaaah, that's better." Kotaru feel more relaxed after he took a bath.
He walked to the living room and saw that the seelie is sleeping on his bed. Kotaru proceed himself to take away the box, when he try to close the box, he saw that there is another note inside it, he took the note, sit down leaning to his bed, and read the note "This second note I write in order for you to have a knowledge about the gadget that you possessed right now."
Kotaru stiffened and asked himself "How did this person know about the gadget I have?" he continued to read the letter "The gadget that you always bring wherever you go was called a vision. A vision is an elemental ability bestowed upon the people of Tevyat, the planet where I live by the gods. There are seven visions in general, the first one is pyro which let you control fire, the second one is hydro which let you control water, the third one is electro which allowed you to control electricity, the fourth one is cryo that allows you to control ice, the fifth one is dendro which lets you control nature, the sixth one is anemo that allows you to control wind, and lastly Geo which allows you to control earth or ground. Originally, vision only allowed to contains one element foe each user, but you were able to controlled three elements which is fire, electricity, and lastly wind. I think something happened to the god in my world that made you possessed these powers. But I gotta warned you one thing, make sure you don't let someone taken your vision because when you lost your vision, you will lost your ambition inside you and for the worse you will forget something in your mind. That's all I could say, thank you for reading this note."
After he read everything on the note, he put down the note to his table. After that, he go to his bed for him to go sleep. He looked at the ceiling, inside him, he feels happy and worried at the same time. He's happy that he finally learned about the gadget that he always bring with him on the right hand gloves while at the same time he worried that one day he will lost his vision and gonna forget what he's fighting for or he will forgot everything that he loves.
He knows that worrying might be a bad idea, so he proceed himself to closed his eyes and began to sleep.

Author note: in this chapter, I made a story that shows you that Genshin impact world and Toaru world are one universe. I wanna make this fanfiction at the crossover section, but I decided to not include any character from genshin impact besides the mini seelie.
