Morning came in pallet town and as always, Ash and Lillie were cuddled on the lower bunk while Pikachu and Snowy shared the top bunk. Ash noticed when he woke up that as always, Lillie was using his chest as a pillow but his hand rested on her butt. He quickly moved it away when Lillie woke up.
'Morning ash" she said with a yawn before she got up from the bed and did a few stretches. Ash caught a glimpse of her underwear which were white before she went to go ready for the day. Ash went to get ready as well and this time in his new outfit his mother made him. It consists of a blue vest with yellow outlines, a white short sleeve undershirt with a red stripe, indigo shorts with black outlines, and black sneakers with blue highlights. His hat is red and the Poké Ball design is in a black shape of the letter C. Ash wondered if she did that because he is a rank of Champion.
Moments later did Lillie come out wearing her Z-powered from attire. She wore a short, white, pleated miniskirt with a blue line; a white hoodie; a pink backpack; white socks; and tennis shoes. She also changed her hairstyle to a large ponytail. her Z-ring with her Icium-Z remained on as well.
'Ready to go?" asked Ash.
"Ready when you are Ash" said Lillie before she recalled this morning, she noticed Ash staring at her when she did her stretches and how she felt his hand on her bum. She didn't mind that at all but she didn't want to confront him yet. Ash placed his Z-power ring back on his wrist and made sure he had his Z-crystals in his personalized case given to him by Kukui and Burnet before he left. He put the case inside his left pocket in his new vest. Going downstairs did the two join Delia and Mimey on their way to Professor Oak's lab. Outside the lab, Professor Oak was waiting for them with Lycanroc and Ah's storage box which had all of his pokemon in it.
"I took the liberty of recalling all of your pokemon except for your 29 other tauros into their pokeballs and placed them inside the storage box." said Professor Oak handing Ash the box. Ash quickly went through his box and pulled out Charizard, Ivysaur, Lycanroc, and Pidgeot's pokeball. The group got in his convertible car and Professor Oak drove them towards Vermillion City.
/Vermillion city/
Two hours later, they had arrived in Vermillion City and had pulled up to Cerise Laboratory. A grey building with a tower and it looked like it was recently renovated. Ash, Lillie, Delia, Pikachu, Lycanroc and Mimey got out of the car while professor Oak went to find a parking spot.
"I'll be back later dear, I'm going to go see the shops of Vermillion City," said Delia before she and Mimey went off towards Vermillion City.
'Come on, let's head inside, ' said Ash looking at his girlfriend who nodded. The two and their pokemon climb up the steps only to encounter a new pokemon barking at them. It is a quadruped, canine Pokémon. It has a brown body with yellow fluff around its neck and yellow highlights around its eyes. It has a yellow bolt-shaped tail and a heart-shaped pattern on its rear. Its four feet are white. 'Yamper! Yamper!" barked the dog.
"A brand new pokemon i've never seen before!" Ash said with stars in his eyes before he pulled out his phone and scanned the pokemon.
"Yamper, The Puppy Pokemon, an Electric Type, This Pokémon is very popular as a herding dog in the Galar region. As it runs, it generates electricity from the base of its tail. This gluttonous Pokémon only assists people with their work because it wants treats. As it runs, it crackles with electricity."
"Wow a pokemon from the Galar Region and it's an Electric Type, Sophocles would love to have one of these pokemon" said Lillie in regards to Sophocles.
"Yeah but we don;t know if this Yamper belongs to anyone" said Ash when Yamper approached pikachu and it started to wag its tail and nuzzled pikachu as sparks formed a bit. 'Look pikachu, you made a new friend" giggled Lillie.
Lycanoc and Snowy also greeted Yamper and it bared its teeth at them until Pikachu told Yamper that they were friends. Yamper and Lycanroc sniffed each other since they were both dog pokemon and before long. They were chasing each other all around the stairs. That's when they heard someone come up the steps. "Yamper, I'm back"
The voice belonged to a short and slender young girl with maroon hair, fair skin, and asparagus-green eyes. She also braids her hair and keeps it in a side ponytail with a cherry blossom-shaped clip. She wears a school uniform that consists of a baggy white dress with blue anchors on the sides, a blue and white collar around her shoulders, and a yellow ribbon around her neck. On her feet, she wears black socks with white lines at the tops and blue and white shoes that match her dress. Much of her school outfit also has yellow accents. To keep her homework and school materials safe, she carries a brown schoolbag around with her. The bag has different pockets for storage and gold-colored buckles. in her arms is an Eevee that is a Female.
Yamper bounds over to the girl and she pets the puppy pokemon before she notices Ash Lillie and their pokemon.
"I hope my Dad's Yamper wasn't giving you much trouble. She is just waiting for me to get home to greet me" said the girl.
'Not at all, your Yamper was just playing with my Lycanroc and my Pikachu" said Ash gesturing to his Lycanroc and Pikachu. The girl looked at Lycanroc before she said. "I've never seen a Lycanroc like that before. My father showed me that there are only two kinds of Lycanroc, Midnight and midday form"
"That's because my Lycanroc is known as a Dusk Form Lycanroc, my Rockruff evolved during a green flash in Alola" said Ash.
'A green flash?, i've never seen one in real live. So lucky. Anyway my name is Chloe Cerise and my partner Eevee" said Chloe guestering to the eevee in her arms. "Eevee" smiled the Eevee.
"Are you by any chance related to Professor Cerise?" asked Lillie.
Chloe sighed before she said "He's my father"
"Your Father!? Asked Ash and Lillie at the same time.
'Yep, are you two here for the opening ceremony to his new institution?" asked Chloe.
"Actually yes and we are also working with him to study pokemon, we became assistants. My name is Ash Ketchum from pallet town and my pokemon Pikachu and Lycanroc" said Ash.
"Pika, Roc" said his pokemon greeting the girl.
"My name is Lillie Aether from Hau'oli City and this is Snowy," said Lillie holding Snowy.
"Vul" said Snowy.
"An alolan Vulpix, those are so rare to see?" said Chloe, looking at Snowy.
"Indeed they are Chloe '' said Professor Oak coming from right behind them. He had just found a parking spot and was now on the steps.
'Professor oak, ' said Chloe with a bow with her head.
"In fact, Ash here is in fact Alola's very first champion." said Professor oak in pride of Ash.
"WHAT!? You're a champion!" asked Chloe in shock that she was speaking to a Champion.
"Yeah but please try to keep it down with that, i really don't want to get mobbed by people" said Ash. Ever since his return to Kanto and before he left Alola, everyone wanted to battle him and get autographs, some girls have even tried to get them to date them much to the annoyance of Lillie.
"Now let's head inside and meet up with Ray," said Professor Oak. The three of them nodded before following professor Oak inside. Once inside. They along with several other people were inside the lab where Professor Cerise, Professor Oak, Ren and Chrysa were all standing. Lillie and Ash noticed that Chloe had vanished upstairs but didn't press it.
Professor Cerise then stood at the center of attention. "Thank you all for waiting, My name is Ray Cerise and i am the head of this fine institution that opens today, i am so happy to see so many of you to come"
The holo computer lit up to reveal the pokemon world before showing off pokemon eggs, pokemon and trainers battling together and living in harmony. 'Now. pocket monsters or Pokemon for short are strange creatures that reside in our world. They live in the forest, the sky and in the sea. Here at Cerise Laboratory, our mission is to uncover their mysteries so that we can better understand them. To know pokemon i know will make the world a better place"
After his speech was done did everyone clap including the couple and their pokemon. Upstairs, Chloe was reading a book and she looked down to see Yamper was fast asleep on her back. She smiled before she walked over to the window to look outside. "That Goh...he told me he was going to be here today and i brought him the school handouts,"
She then received a text message from her phone. She looks at the message before she gets a bit mad."I'm about to have a fateful encounter so i will be late" She read before she got frustrated and looked away. 'Sheesh, his messages are always like this"
Meanwhile on top of a high building overlooking the harbor is a skinny young boy about the age of fifteen that has a slightly androgynous appearance. He has messy black hair with two red highlights, slightly tanned skin, and blue eyes. His outfit consists of a red and grey short-sleeved top with a Poké Ball design, black tracksuit pants, red socks, and a pair of grey and black shoes. He was holding a light red rotom phone and he was looking at some data. "Just as i predicted, a Rare Pokemon is about to spawn here in about Twenty minutes" said Goh.
At the lab, an alert came up and Professor Cerise and Professor Oak looked at it. Cerise with his hand pulled up the tab to reveal a chart much similar to the one Go was looking at.
Professor Cerise pulled out a holographic keyboard and began typing. "By the looks of this air flow, humidity, temperature, and altitude. But i believe we have a raid battle hatching in about twenty minutes at Vermillion City Seaport"
"It looks like to be a pretty big Pokemon" Professor Oak commented on seeing the data.
"Lets go Lillie," said Ash, grabbing his girlfriend's hand and they left the institution followed by several other people. "What if it's a Legendary Pokemon?" someone asked.
/Goh/
Goh was looking at the timer on his phone waiting for the pokemon to appear. The wind was starting to pick up a bit.
"3...2….1" said Go counting down when he looked at the sky only to see that nothing was there. "Where is it?" asked Goh
"Psyduck?" asked a Psyduck from out of nowhere. Goh looks at the pokemon before it wanders off. He then hears a thunderclap to see dark clouds descending towards Vermillion City. "There it is" said Goh before he dashed off towards the raid.
/Port/
Spectators had come to witness the Raid Battle as the clouds got closer to the ground. A cloud sphere left the storm as lightning flashed around it. a light began to form from within only to disperse to reveal a large Pokémon that resembles a dragon, a plesiosaur, and a bird. It is primarily pale silver-white, but it has blue undersides with slightly varying tones. It has a ridged mouth similar to a beak, although it has pointed teeth on its lower jaw. Its head has a point to the back, and Lugia's eyes have pointed blue or black spikes on them. Lugia has a long, slender neck and a smooth, streamlined body. Dark blue or black plate-like protrusions run down the length of its back, and there are two smaller, more pointed ones on the end of its tail.
Lugia screeched as the dark clouds vanished. Three trainers were prepared to battle the legendary pokemon.
"There it is"
"It's Lugia"
"So worth the wait"
The three trainers released a Wartortle, A Jolteon and a Gengar. All three pokemon were ready to battle the Lugia.
"Wartortle use Ice Beam!"
"Jolteon use Thunderbolt"
"Gengar use Night Slash!"
Wartorlte fired an ice beam attack while Jolteon shot a thunderbolt attack. Gengar fired a Night Slash attack from its eyes towards Lugia. The attacks barely did any damage to Lugia. Lugia then used Gust to send the three pokemon flying back into their trainers. Goh on seeing Lugia went after it on foot. "A real Lugia, I must get closer to see it!" Lugia flew off to the other side of the pier where several more trainers were waiting.
"It's a raid battle, let's fight together!"
'Yeah!" shouted the other trainers shouted releasing their pokemon, A sudowoodo, Sableeye, Bisharp, Garchomp and a new pokemon called Corviknight.
Corviknight is a large avian Pokémon resembling a raven. Most of its body is a lustrous black, but its lower beak and legs have a matte color. Corviknight's feathers are tempered with steel. Its mantle, breast, belly, flanks, and scapular feathers are smooth and resemble plate armor. Corviknight's talons, head, and upper beak are similarly armored. It has a crest above its eyes that resembles a crown, and a ruff of feathers on its throat that resemble a beard. Corviknight's eyes have white pupils, red irises, and black sclerae.
"Sableeye use Dark Pulse!,"
"Bisharp use mega punch!"
"Sudowoodo use Rock Throw!"
"Garchomp use Dragon Claw"
"Corviknight use Steel Wing"
Sableeye and Sodowoodo unleash their dark pulse and rock throw attack at Lugia only for the legendary pokemon to dodge the attack before using its tail to smack away Bisharp and using its wings to guard against garchomp. It then evades Corviknights steelwing before firing an Aeroblast attack to defeat the pokemon. Lugia then descended to land on a pier to rest on.
'Oh my, A Lugia!" Lugia heard before it turned to see Ash and Lillie who had caught up to the raid. Lillie quickly pulled out her phone to scan Lugia. "Lugia, the Diving Pokemon, Lugia's wings pack devastating power — a light fluttering of its wings can blow apart regular houses. As a result, this Pokémon chooses to live out of sight deep under the sea."
"Wow, Lugia, let's battle Lugia," said Ash, getting Lugia's attention.
Lugia replied with a screech before flapping up with its wings. Pikachu's cheeks spark but Ash said. "Sorry buddy but next Raid battle, you can do okay i got someone else who's been itching for a battle?"
Pikachu nodded before Ash pulled out Charizard's pokeball. "Charizard! I choose you!" said Ash release Charizard. Charizard roared upon being released and he saw his opponent. He was ready for the first command. "Use Flamethrower!" said Ash.
Charizard opened his mouth and let loose his Flamethrower attack which landed a direct hit on Lugia only for the legendary pokemon to shake off the flamethrower.
"It's so strong! Ash be careful" said Lillie.
Lycanroc barked offering his support to Charizard and Ash.
Lugia then began to form another Aeroblast attack and fired it towards Charizard. "Dodge it quick Charizard!" Ash said.
Charizard avoided the Aeroblast before flying straight for Lugia while forming a Flare Blitz attack. "Go for it Charizard! Flare Blitz!" said Ash.
Charizard lands a direct hit on Lugia's stomach sending the legendary pokemon down on the pier. Charizard took recoil damage from using Flare Blitz. Spectators including the trainers who had participated in the Raid Battle watched Ash and Charizard.
'Who is that?" asked a trainer,
'I don;t know but his charizard is pretty powerful to stand up against that Lugia, ' said Corviknight's trainer.
'Corvi" said Corviknight.
Lugia was back in the air before it formed a Dragon Rush attack and flew towards Charizard. Charizard took the full hit of the attack. Charizard landed on the ground as Lugia flew above him. 'Can you still battle Charizard?" asked Ash.
"Ra!" said Charizard before flapping back up to lock eyes with Lugia.
'You can do it Charizard!" Lillie cheered along with Pikachu,Lycanroc and Snowy.
"Charizard use Thunder Punch!" said Ash.
Charizard formed a thunder punch attack with his two claws before flying straight at Lugia again. Lugia used its wings to defend against the Thunder Punch attack. But that is what Ash had planned before he said. 'Now use Crunch!"
Charizard then bit down on Lugia using Crunch and since it was a Dark Type move, it was super effective against a Psychic type like Lugia. Lugia screeched in pain from the super effective move. It tried to shake him off but Charizard wasn't letting go of it.
"Did you see that garchomp?, he had his charizard use a thunder punch to get close to Lugia only to leave it open to a Crunch attack. Pretty smart" said Garchomp's trainer.
"Gar" said Garchomp agreeing with his trainer
Lugia was able to shake off Charizard and fired a hydro pump attack towards Charizard. "Charizard quick use Inferno!"
Charizard opened his mouth and let loose a stream of red fire to cancel out the Hydro Pump. "Now get ready to use Dragon Tail!" said Ash.
Charizard's tail glowed turquoise green as did Lugia's tail and both pokemon clashed with Dragon Tail. The spectators were awed that this trainer's charizard is able to go against a Lugia when their pokemon were easily defeated. Lugia then formed another Aeroblast attack.
"Get ready, charizard and wait for my signal," said ash. Charizard nodded waiting for the attack. Lugia let loose the Aeroblast attack towards Charizard who flew towards it. 'Now use Dragon Claw and break through that Aeroblast!" said Ash.
Charizard's formed turquoise dragon claws and cuts through the Aeroblast right towards Lugia. Lugia was shocked to see this Charizard break through its signature attack before Charizard managed to land his dragon claw attack on Lugia. Lugia crashed on the ground defeated.
'Ash! Now's your chance!" said Lillie.
"Right" said Ash before he pulled out an Ultra Ball. "Go Ultra Ball!" said Ash tossing the Ultra Ball towards the downed lugia. Lugia opened one eye as it was sucked into the ultra ball. The ultra ball wiggled on the ground as everyone watched in anticipation. The ultra ball stops moving as a Ding is heard. Lugia was caught by Ash.
Ash then heard an update on his phone. "Lugia's Data will be added now. Do you wish to keep Lugia on your team or send it to the storage box."
"Keep Lugia with me" said Ash before he walked over to the ultra ball. He then holds the Ultra Ball to the sky, "I just caught a Lugia!"
"Pikachu!" cheered Pikachu,.
"Lycanroc!" exclaimed Lycanroc
"RA!" roared Charizard unleashing a flamethrower into the sky.
Ash then held out his new capture before he said. "Come on out Lugia!"
Lugia appeared in a flash as it descended toward Ash and Lillie. It let off a small coo as it landed in front of them and lowered its head to stare them in the eye . Ash then said with a smile. "Lugia, let's become great friends,"
Lugia can tell that this human was no ordinary human before it felt his aura and then it recalled the story it's father told him about the chosen one and his pikachu. /The chosen one...This is the human who aided my father when the titans clashed/ thought Lugia. This lugia is in fact the offspring of the Lugia Ash once helped long ago in the orange islands. it knew that this trainer was special which is why it allowed Ash to catch it and now it can forefill its promise to it's father.
"Hi Lugia, my name is Lillie and this is Snowy" said Lillie introducing herself and snowy. She then carefully reached her hand towards Lugia. 'May i touch you?"
Lugia nodded before Lillie carefully petted the legendary pokemon. Ash looked at Charizard before he said. 'You never fail to amaze me Charizard, you and the other pokemon have sure been training good."
"Ra" said Charizard, giving him a thumbs up.
"Dude your charizard is amazing!" exclaimed sudowoodo's Trainer. The trainers who participated in the Raid Battle came over to congratulate Ash on capturing Lugia.
"You trained your Charizard well," said Sableye's Trainer.
"Sable," said Sableeye.
"Thanks, my charizard is one of my oldest and strongest pokemon" said Ash putting his hand on Charizard's stomach.
"Man i definitely want to challenge him to a battle right Corviknight?" asked Corviknight's trainer. "Knight '' said Corviknight, Ash on seeing Corviknight pulled out his rotom phone to scan it.
"Corviknight, The Raven Pokemon, A Flying and Steel Type. This Pokémon reigns supreme in the skies of the Galar region. The black luster of its steel body could drive terror into the heart of any their great intellect and flying skills, these Pokémon very successfully act as the Galar region's airborne taxi service."
"Such a cool pokemon you have there. Is it from the Galar Region?" said Ash
"You bet, Corviknight is my best friend, right Corviknight?" asked Corviknights trainer.
"Corviknight!" said Corviknight.
"Wait a minute, Your Ash Ketchum! The Alola Champion!" exclaimed Garchomp's Trainer.
"The Alola Champion?!" said everyone else present.
'Yep, that's me, ' said Ash and before he knew it, he started to get people who wanted his Autograph which he was more than glad to do so. Garchomp's Trainer didn;t want an Autograph but instead held a Black and Blue stone with a DNA symbol. "Here Ash, take this" said Garchomps Trainer.
"Wait, that's a Charizardite X, A Mega Stone" Ash said looking at the stone in the trainer's hand.
"Yeah, i already have one and you can have it for your charizard to mega evolve it." said Garchomp's trainer handing Ash the mega stone. Ash then presented the stone to Charizard who looked at the stone with interest. ``We'll get you the proper equipment for this later Charizard but we got you a mega stone meaning you can mega evolve" said Ash. he knew he defienatly needed to make a trip to Kalos to get a keystone from Gurkin.
Charizard who had seen Pidgeot Mega evolve wanted to try it too before he nodded. Ash then recalled Charizard into his pokemon before he knew it. Lugia had grabbed him by the back of his best and put him on it's back. It did the same with Lillie before it flapped its wings to take flight at once into the sky. Go saw the lugia taking flight again and he leaped from the cliff and he managed to get on Lugia's tail.
Pikachu noticed the newcomer before he got Ash's attention.
"What is it Pikachu?" asked Ash before he saw Goh who was holding onto Lugia's Tail. They both shouted to each other. "Who are you!"
Ash quickly helped Goh up on Lugia's back before he noticed he was on the back of Lugia. 'I'm really flying on the back of Lugia" He said before he saw Lugia's plates flapping in the wind. "So that is how it moves its fins and it's skin is rougher than I thought it would be" Goh said, pulling out his phone and beginning to record the fins and feeling it's skin.
"But it feels really warm," said Lillie, who was hugging one of Lugia's fins with Snowy and Pikachu.
Ash watched her before he heard a femine voice. 'So your Ash"
Ash then looked at Lugia who was looking at him with its eyes. 'My father told me much about you." it said with Telepathy. Only Ash can hear the legendary pokemon talk at the moment while Goh and Lillie were busy.
"Your father?" asked Ash with his mind to not freak out Lillie and the newcomer.
'You helped my father long ago when the titans of fire ice and Lightning clashed and almost caused the end of the world." said Lugia.
"Wait, I remember, you're the child of the Lugia I met near Shamouti islands?" asked Ash.
"Yes, and it is an honor to be your pokemon" said Lugia before she screeched to the heavens. Lillie, Goh, Pikachu and Snowy covered their ears by the screech before Lugia flew up higher to join a flock of Fearow.
"Oh wow Fearow" said Lillie scanning the Fearow.
"Fearow, the Beak Pokémon. The evolved form of Spearow. Its large, powerful wings allow it to fly for an entire day. The crushing power of its beak is tremendous"
'They really are strong fliers, ' said Go recording the Fearow who flew in a V formation with Lugia. Lugia then dived towards the ocean. Lillie held onto Ash and Pikachu and Snowy held onto their trainers. Lugia opened her mouth to fire a Hydro Pump at the water to create a large hole. The water above them made a rainbow. The three trainers were awed to see the water. The water began to head towards them before Lugia said. "Here we go!"
Lugia went into the water and both Ash, Lillie and Goh took a deep breath and closed their eyes to avoid getting saltwater in their eyes. The three trainers opened their eyes to see many water type pokemon living on the bottom of the sea. Krabby, Shellder, Cloyster, Tentacool, Tentacreul Magikarp, Goldeen and Starmies were seen swimming near a reef. Goh and Lillie noticed Lugia's fins had folded to allow Lugia to swim faster than normal. They quickly record it with their phones before they see some Horsea and Seadra. The horsea quickly gives them each a small kiss making the three trainers lose their breaths.
Luckily Lugia went back up to the surface by using Whirlpool. Lugia flew with a steady pace while Ash and Lillie looked at the boy they never met. 'My name is Goh Robinson. I'm from Vermillion City." said Goh.
"Nice to meet you Goh, my name is Ash Ketchum from Pallet Town and this is my partner pikachu" said Ash introducing himself to Go.
"And i'm Lillie Aether,, i'm from Hau'oli city and this is Snowy" said Lillie.
"Vul" said Snowy.
"A White Vulpix, so you have an Alolan Vulpix, I heard that they are Ice types instead of being fire types." Go said looking at Snowy.
"Yep" beamed Lillie.
Lugia then flew over some plains where several Ponyta's were running in the fields, Oddish, Gloom and a Vilplume were resting under the sun. Lugia then landed on the plains and the three trainers got off the legendary pokemon. "Thanks for the ride Lugia, return and get some rest" Said Ash recalling Lugia into its ultra ball.
"No way, that was your Lugia?" asked Goh in complete shock.
"Ash was the one who defeated it in the raid battle and caught it," Lillie said, holding snowy.
In fact I'm actually surprised Professor Oak hasn't tried to call me yet, ``said Ash when he, Goh and Lillie walked back to Vermillion City. It was dusk when they found their way back to Vermillion City and the three of them were taking a breather on the steps to the Institution. Yamper came out to greet Pikachu when Chloe opened the door. "Goh, your Late!" She said before coming up to them with her hands on her hips.
"Chloe! You wouldn't believe it, I had a fateful encounter with Lugia and this boy caught it during the Raid Battle" said Goh gesturing to Ash.
'Really? You caught a Lugia?" asked Chloe looking at Ash before she thought. /well he is a Champion and no doubt he is a very skilled trainer./
"Anyway, here's the school's handouts," said Chloe handing Goh some papers. He sweatdropped before he muttered 'Not like i need them anyway"
'What was that?!" asked Chloe with a tick forming on her head.
Recovering quickly did Goh asked. "Where's you dad at?"
"He's inside speaking with professor Oak," Chloe said before Goh dashed right beside her in an instant to head inside. "Is he always like that?" asked Lillie
"Yep," said Chloe. Ash, Lillie and their pokemon followed her inside to see Professor Oak, Delia, Professor Cerise Renji and Kikuna talking with Goh. The data Goh had collected was visible on the screen and the three humans looked at it. Lillie also handed her phone to the assistants and her data was added to the computer.
"Amazing, no-one has ever gotten close to Lugia in flight to see how its back plates work." said Professor Cerise.
"Then there's this professor" said Lillie showing the picture of the fins underwater. "Is this underwater, amazing work you three" said Professor Cerise before looking at the three of them.
" is it true that you caught the Lugia from the Raid Battle Ash?" asked Professor Oak.
"Yeah, and your not going to believe it but the Lugia i just caught is the child of the Lugia i meet near Shamouti Islands." Ash replied.
Delia and Professor Oak remembered that event when the peace between Zapdos, Moltres and Articuno was disturbed by a collector and they nearly destroyed the world but Ash and Lugia were able to gather the three treasures and use Lugia's song to tame them once again.
"Wait, you're saying you have met a Lugia before Ash?" asked Professor Cerise
"Yeah, one in the orange islands and another and its child named Silver near the Whirl Islands." Ash said.
"Ash is literally a magnet for Legendary Pokemon and he has met almost every single one" Delia said in reference to the legendary pokemon ash has met in his travels. Not to mention he raised one from a baby. Cerise and his assistants were told about Nebby.
"And I've beaten Legendary Pokemon before," Ash said.
"Really? You must be an experienced trainer to defeat legendary pokemon" Goh said, looking at Ash.
'He is Goh, in fact, Ash here is the very first Champion of the Alola Region." said Professor Cerise
"YOUR A CHAMPION!" exclaimed Goh doing a jump back.
"Yeah, surprised" said Ash with a grin.
'Ash here is wanting to learn more about pokemon so him and Lillie are going to work alongside you Goh as my assistants' ' said Professor Cerise
"Really, then it's going to be an honor to work alongside you two" said Goh offering his hand to Ash and Lillie. The two shook his hand before Delia mentioned. 'You know it's going to be a hassle for your pokemon to fly you both here everyday"
'That is true, Miss Ketchum, ' said Lillie before Professor Cerise said. "Not a problem, I have just the thing for Ash and Lillie."
He then led them outside to the backyard where a dome which was Cerise Park and standing on the hill right next to it was a small house with a large yard. The house looked a bit broken down with siding falling off a bit and roof pieces missing. "The owners of the house recently moved away and I thought it would be perfect for you and Lillie Ash,Your pokemon can stay in Cerise Park." said Professor Cerise
They entered the house and saw it had some dust in some areas and the furniture was covered in white clothes. . The house had a kitchen, one bathroom, and two bedrooms. Perfect for Ash and Lillie to stay while they work as assistants.
"It's perfect, we'll take it" said Ash
'It could definitely use some work" said Lillie taking her hand and wiping off a smidge of dust on the window.
'We'll start first thing in the morning but we'll camp outside with the Pokemon" said Ash.
She agreed before they exited the house and ash put down his bag to pull out the storage box. "Everyone come on out!" shouted Ash releasing all of his pokemon from their pokeballs. In a flash did all of his pokemon appear as they looked around the new area. Lillie sent out Magearna and Altaira from their pokeballs too and they appeared beside her. Go and Chloe were taken back to see so many pokemon from different regions. "Amazing, these are all your Pokemon Ash!" exclaimed Goh looking at them with interest.
'Yep, and we are one big family, ' said Ash before he pulled out Lugia's Ultra ball and sent it out. It appeared with a screech as it descended to the ground and looked at Ash's other pokemon. His pokemon were rather taken back after their trainer had caught a Lugia. "Everyone, I want you to make Lugia feel right at home," said Ash. His pokemon greeted Lugia while lillies pokemon did the same.
Yamper cautiously walked over to Nebby and let out a small bark much to the confusion of Nebby. "Yamper, please try not to start a fight with Ash;s pokemon" Chloe muttered before picking up the dog. Eevee on seeing Nebby hopped on his back where Pikachu and Snowy were to play with them.
"What kind of Pokemon is that?" asked Goh before he held up his rotom phone at Nebby.
"Solgaleo, The Sunne Pokemon. When light radiates from its body, this Pokémon could almost appear to be the sun. It will dispel any darkness and light up the world. Solgaleo was once known as the Beast That Devours the Sun. Energy in the form of light radiates boundlessly from it."
"You have another legendary Pokemon!" exclaimed Chloe in shock looking at Nebby.
"Solgaleo is the legendary pokemon of Alola and member of the Light Trio alongside Lunala and Necrozma" said Lillie petting Nebby's side.
"In fact, Solgaleo and Lunala are the only known legendary pokemon to have an evolution line. They create the pokemon known as Cosmog and it evolves into Cosmoen" said Oak recalling the data of Cosmog, Cosmoem, Solgaleo and Lunala from Rotom and Nebby. not to mention that Nebby gladly shared the information with him when he did some research on it.
``Really, what a discovery" said Goh.
"Nebby's parents, Another Solgaleo and Lunala came to me in a dream and asked the both of us to find Nebby and care for it when he was a Cosmog. Lillie helped me to look after it although she was afraid to interact with pokemon with only Snowy" said Ash.
"How come?" asked Goh. Professor Cerise and his assistants were also curious about that,
Ash and Lillie looked at each other before they nodded. Lillie then asked. "Have you two ever heard of pokemon called Ultra Beasts?"
"Ultra Beasts?" asked Goh and Chloe.
"There is said to be a pokemon from another Dimension" said Professor Cerise.
"Pokemon from another dimension?" asked Chloe.
"Yes, and they are very dangerous. When I was a little girl. I was attacked by the Ultra beast called Nihilego after one of my mothers chief of science Faba summoned it from an Ultra Wormhole." Lillie explained.
"Ultra Wormhole?" asked Goh
"It's how Ultra Beasts can get in our world. Solgaleo and Lunala have the power to open and travel though Ultra Wormholes too and so can Necrozma." said Ash.
"Anyway how did you escape from Nihilego?" asked Chloe.
"A pokemon called Silvally came to my rescue and I thought Silvally was coming to attack me and I was really young and so I blocked that part out of my memories. Until I met Ash, I was so scared to interact with other pokemon. Then Ash came into my life" Lillie said intertwining her hand with Ash.
Delia could only smile thinking how cute her son and Lillie looked together.
"How did you two ever begin dating?" asked Goh.
"One night we were both looking after Nebby and we just talked and found out we have a lot of things in common and one thing led to another and the next day at Pokemon School, we were holding hands as a couple." said ash.
Goh and Chloe nodded in understanding before long, Delia and Professor Oak were getting ready to return to Pallet Town. 'Lillie please take care of Ash and make sure you eat all of your vegetables, ' said Delia.
"MOM" Ash exclaimed in embarrassment while Lillie giggled. "Don't worry miss Ketchum, 'll keep an eye on him.
Professor Oak, Delia, and Mimey left heading back to Pallet Town in his car.
"Dad, are you ready to go?" asked Chloe who was now ready to head home.
"One Second, there's one more thing I have to do," said Cerise before he led Goh back inside the lab with Ash, Lillie and Chloe following. Professor Cerise then took three pokeballs into his hand and sent out the three pokemon contained within. Bulbasaur, a Pokémon that resembles a small, squatting dinosaur that walks on four legs, but bears three claws on each of its feet and has no tail. It also has large, red eyes and very sharp teeth. Its skin is a light, turquoise color with dark, green spots. It has three claws on all four of its legs. Its most notable feature, however, is the aforementioned bulb on its back. Charmander, a Fire type Pokémon a small, bipedal, dinosaur-like Pokémon. Most of its body is colored orange, while its underbelly is a pale light-yellow color. And it has a flame burning at the tip of its tail . And the third being Squirtle, a Water type Pokémon with the resemblance of a light blue turtle, but with a shell that's brown on top and pale yellow on the bottom with a white ridge between the two halves, and a long curly tail.
"Oh my, A Bulbasaur, Charmander and Squirtle" said Lillie looking at the three pokemon before pulling her phone out to scan them.
"Bulbasaur, the Seed Pokémon. A young Bulbasaur uses the nutrients from its seed for the energy it needs to grow."
"Charmander, the Lizard Pokémon. When the tip of Charmander's tail burns brightly, that indicates it's in good health."
"Squirtle, the Tiny Turtle Pokémon. During battle, Squirtle hides in its shell that sprays water at its opponent whenever it can."
"Now which one do you want as your starter pokemon Goh?" asked Sakarugi.
Goh was silent for a moment before he said. "I choose….Mew"
"Mew? As in the Mythical Pokemon?" asked Lillie who was cuddling with Charmander.
"Yes, it's my dream to catch every known pokemon out there including Mew and i choose mew as my starter" said Goh.
"Sounds like a good dream. Mine is to become a pokemon master" said ash holding the Squirtle. Bulbasaur was being licked by Yamper.
"Then I look forward to seeing you learn everything you can about Mew Goh," said Cerise with a smile.
Later on that night outside the house which would serve as the living quarters for Ash and Lillie. They were watching the stars alongside the pokemon. 'Tomorrow we have a lot of work to do, I'll take some of my pokemon with me and we'll go pick up a few things from the hardware store." said Ash.
"And I'll start cleaning up the house to make it more livable.." said Lillie. She already planned to grow a garden for plenty of berries and other foods for themselves and their pokemon. Watching the stars a bit more until they all fell asleep under the moon with their newfound friend Lugia as the journey continued.
