A/N: Trigger warning so anyone who has experienced sexual trauama.
She was an idiot.
Ginny sat up from the cool stone beneath her as she took in the Chamber of Secrets. What has she been thinking? Getting a restful sleep—and perhaps the sex had addled her brain so much? She had been thinking clearly without sleep.
Eyes scanning the Chamber, Ginny stood. She didn't see Tom and her new hopefulness thought, perhaps he wasn't here. Perhaps, he had grown bored and moved on as she had stupidly hoped after her restful evening.
Then a cold hand touched her back and Ginny spun.
"Miss me?" Tom teased, his brown eyes blazing red as she shook her head and took a step back.
Her hand touched her mouth, remembering what happened last time.
Tom approached her with a pleased smile on his face. The smile made him looked like the sixteen-year-old Tom she remembered as a girl. Handsome and simple, so interested in the mundane details of her life. Tell me more of this boy you like, Ginny—Harry, was that his name?
"What is the purpose of haunting me?" Ginny demanded. Again, she debated running and settled for taking a few steps back.
Tom shrugged as Ginny's back met with a cool stone wall behind her that was much closer than it had been last time. Frantic, she glanced back as Tom reached for her throat. She tensed, raising her hands to stop him, only to find him touching the gold chain. Startled, she didn't stop him as he undid the first button of her shirt and pulled out the red stone.
It glowed and Tom's eyes flashed. He laughed, stroking the stone, then met Ginny's eyes.
"Such a beautiful necklace," Tom complimented her. He released the stone and looked at her for a moment before he continued unbuttoning the rest of her shirt.
Ginny tried to lift her arms to stop him but realized suddenly—her heart dropping into her belly—that she couldn't move. Not her arms, her legs, her mouth—she was frozen in place.
"Do you know what type of stone this is?" Tom asked her as his fingers brushed her belly. Her shirt was completely unbuttoned. Her chest rose and fell quickly along with her pounding heart.
"It's created with magic," Tom answered for her, helping her out of her shirt. His fingers were so cold as they traced down her arms, resting on her hips. She shivered.
"It takes many years to forge but offers many advantages to whoever's blood is used to color it. If another were to wear the stone, it would create a connection between their minds. If the wizard's whose blood runs in it is strong enough, he would be in control of the other without casting the imperious curse."
He pressed his body against hers, trapping her further against the wall. Ginny felt sick as she watched the grin grow across his face. "Do you know whose blood it was that created this particular stone, Ginny?"
His hand cupped her cheek, gently for a moment, then he fisted her hair. Yanking her head back so she arched against him. The only part of her body that moved with her control was her chest, rising and falling so rapidly to betray her terror.
"Guess, Ginny," he whispered. His breath cold against her lips. His other hand slipped behind her back, pressing her more tightly against him. "Speak," he commanded.
"Yours," Ginny murmured, her heart sank in her chest.
Draco had betrayed her. She truly was an idiot.
She thought sex had created some sort of bond between them, but he had betrayed her so easily, so sweetly. She had thought it a generous gift, a lover's token.
Tom kissed her and her arms moved on their own accord, slipping around his neck and into his hair. His was thicker than Draco's and courser. Wavy, whereas Draco's was straight. She tried to think of anything else, except her body's betrayal as Tom deepened the kiss.
Finally, he pulled away, chuckling. "Is this how you imagined it when you were a girl?" He yanked her hair so that she arched against him again. He lowered his mouth to her neck and nipped her throat. "Take off my shirt."
Immediately, Ginny pushed his robes off his shoulders and began unbuttoning his shirt. Fear laced through her belly as Tom watched her, his eyes laughing at her distress.
A scream echoed through her mind as he let the shirt slip off his shoulders, then grabbed her roughly, pinning her against the wall behind her. Her wrists ached and the wall cut at her back. He kissed her roughly, bruising her lips, claiming her mouth with his tongue and she returned the kiss with equal fervor.
He could hear her screams even if they were only in her mind. It was why he laughed as he kissed her, biting her lip hard enough to bleed. He laughed harder when he squeezed her breast and she moaned. Tears of humiliation burned her eyes as she kissed his neck, tasting his skin as her lips followed a path down his chest.
No! Ginny fought with herself as she began unbuttoning his pants. No! She was screaming now yet still her mouth kissed and licked a ring around his bellybutton.
"Ginny!" It wasn't Tom's voice and didn't stop her from helping him out of his pants. Tears streamed down her face as she looked up at Tom as she knelt before him.
"Ginny!"
That was Draco's voice, she realized, and surprise made her pause. Tom didn't seem to notice as he dug his fingers roughly through her hair, urging her on.
"Ginny!"
This time she felt something pulling her away from her nightmare, away from the Chamber of Secrets, and away from Tom.
