Chapter 739.
"Brian Sharp in Royal Woods."
(December 4. Sharp Residence.)
Seems like a dang good day for everyone, and even with this winter making a mark on the land, we see that the Sharps family are done making breakfast and all of them are looking forward to what this day has to offer, and right now we see someone coming down the stairs.
They see who it is and it's none other than the new member of the Sharp family, Brian Sharp. He is now the brother to Sam who is the same age, and also the older brother of Simon, and he looks alright with everything going around. "Good morning, guys."
They all smile seeing him and they all greet. "Good Morning!"
Brian smiles and he sits down next to Sam and Simon, and then Simon hands him a plate with waffles and this makes Brian smile. "Thanks, little brother." He then enjoys the food. "Oh man, this food tastes amazing mom, you're a dang good cook."
Amy chuckles. "Thanks sweetie, I am good with what I can do and of course well... I know how to make waffles, good ones with something I added since I was a little girl, and cooked alongside my mom and grandma. A dang shame I didn't know how to make the same beef stew she made."
Reginald is also confused. "Same, I wonder why she never taught you." He then drinks his coffee and then looks to Brian. "So sport, what's the big plans for you today? Because last night you said you wanted to spend some time with some of us, right?"
Brian nods. "Yeah, now I know that I am new to this new family we have here, but I wanna get to hang out with my siblings first, and then tomorrow I wanna spend time with mom and dad. A simple way for me to get used to the new stuff going on around here. I feel happy to be in Royal Woods and to be with you guys." He then eats some of the waffles.
Sam chuckles. "Well, then. Thankfully, we're not gonna be the only ons hanging out today, we're gonna have some extra company as we're going down the mall, and Simon is tagging along to get something awesome for himself when Friday hits."
Brian smirks and then he looks to Simon. "And I can only assume that this is for a very special lady, right?" He ruffles Simon's hair and this makes Simon chuckle from this.
Simon smirks. "Yeah it is, and I wanna make it a dang good date night for myself and Stella."
Brian smirks. "Well, if you need some advice, then sure to heck I will be there. I have been down many dates before and I wanna be there for my little brother with his date issues. You have my word, Simon."
Simon smiles hearing this. "Thanks, big brother." they then share a hug and this touches the hearts of the others, and then Reginald and Amy take some pics of this, while Sam is happy to see how Brian is being such a good big brother.
'Well, looks like Brian knows how to be a good big brother. He's gonna have an awesome day spending time with us, and seeing what our town has to offer. We're here for you Brian, we're Sharps and that means that we are family, always.'
(Royal Woods Mall.)
At the mall, we see Brian Sharp, and he is walking alongside Sam, Simon, Lincoln and Luna and they have finished their shopping at Reiningers and they all seem happy at the heck of an awesome day we had, but they can see that Brian is happier than them.
He then sighs. "Now that was one heck of a shopping time, I mean those were a lot of stuff we got and it feels so good to try out some new clothing. Makes things feel..." He then sees two teenage boys talking to each other and they look like a couple. "Feel, awesome."
The others notice this and they can tell that something is wrong, but then Brian snaps out of it. "At least we didn't meet with the larger sales that are savage, because the ones in Great Lakes City are tough and hard to even get out of. I wonder how the heck you guys manage the sales here."
Luna then answers that one. "Well, it's all about skills and trying to find some way through the whole thing, I recall that Leni managed her way through by learning on her own terms and finding a path around the whole sale and avoiding the hurt part. But she is still kind-hearted."
Lincoln nods. "Sometimes we use those very same skills she used and it tends to work, it doesn't become an effective thing if it's a bunch of dudes trying to get something interesting and I try to avoid that stuff, usually I just shop online for something I have been looking forward to."
Simon also agrees. "He is not wrong, heck I would do the same thing too. To avoid getting into a fight with someone in the mall." all of them chuckle from this.
They then see the TV's and it shows the news about what went down the other day, to a couple who became arrested and then sued by their own family who have removed the last name of "Sharp" from them, and the couple are now locked away for their actions.
Seeing this concerns Brian, but he shrugs it off and he walks away to calm down, they all follow him and try to keep an eye on Brian, but then he spots the food court and the many stands where they serve food for other who wanna order. "Hey, let's go and get something to eat and I am buying, I did get back the stash of cash from my old home."
They all follow Brian, and as they all get to the table they place their stuff on the ground and they watch as Brian gets them something to eat, then Luna looks to Sam and Simon. "He doesn't seem that alright, I can tell that he is going through some problems after the whole thing, it's as clear as day guys."
Simon sighs. "Dudes, we know as well and we have a plan on what to do. We gotta keep an eye on him and if he needs someone to talk, then we're here for him. He is part of our family now and we wanna be there for him, to help him when he feels shattered and torn."
Sam also agrees. "Simon is right, Brian has been through so much and he needs the support from the family he has now, there is no way can we even let him be alone and be sad and depressed, because that stuff is gonna lead to something dark and not right. He needs us and we wanna help him."
Lincoln and Luna are touched hearing this from Simon and Sam and then Lincoln speaks. "A dang good call guys, that's how a sibling group handle the situation. To be there for them when they need it the most, because he is upset and not doing right, change is hard sometimes... Heck, I should know."
Luna recalls that one. "Yeah, that is true. Brian needs to try and accept what is going on, he might get some bad issues with memories of the past, but it'll take time for those memories to be cleaned up and put aside, to not recall the bad times and only take in the good memories. Also, we're proud of you guys for doing your part as good siblings towards Brian."
Simon and Sam nod, they know what is going on here. To be there for Brian. They then see Brian come back and they see that he is carrying all the burgers they have ordered and he has them balanced on his head. "Hey guys, oh this? Well, I learned from my part0time jobs as a waiter."
He then hands them the burgers he got for them and this does surprise them all, and to Lincoln and Luna. 'Brian might do well working at Lynn's Table, for sure!'
(Ketcham Park.)
Snow is still covering this place and so many folks are having a dang good time having some snowy fun. Right now, we just see Brian with Sam and Simon, they wanna hang out with him some more and be there for when he needs it the most. Sam and Simon are both too concerned over their new brother.
Sam. 'Brian, after so much... He didn't deserve what he went through, but his parents didn't like the whole LGBTQ stick and were more than just some dumb homophobic dicks. God, what I would do if I got my hands on both of them. We can't let Brian go through his turmoil.'
Simon. 'Dang it, poor Brian. He's so open to making friends and going through change. He's come this far and is already looking good with his new life ahead of him. We need to be there for him, we need to show him that the past involving his parents are gone and that he can find new love one day.'
They continue to walk down the path and then Brian sees Lynn Loud Jr, and she is playing alongside her team on the frozen pond and are playing with the Alolan Sandshrew, they too wanna play some hockey with them and this makes Brian smile.
Sam wants to say something, but Brian says something first. "You know, after seeing some stuff that seems a little bit too familiar, I think I don't mind the changes ahead of me. I mean, the past was a bad time for me because I had to hide my secrets from the parents who didn't like what I went through with my life choices."
"I know that you guys are concerned about me and after all that I have been through, but there's no need to worry. I am over it now, and I feel like a massive pain in the back is gone and that pain was keeping the secret from those dorks who I once called parents. I literally feel free from them."
"Also, even though the guy I loved is gone, he would be happy at what's been going on now. I would like to see him alive again and tell him how much he meant to me, but he would've been happy to see me okay and safe from the parents who were twisted and dumb."
"Thanks for being here to watch over my guys, this means a lot and I do hope that I never, ever see those bastards ever again. I don't wanna have to confront those parents again, but if they do come back to do something bad... Then you better know it that I will fight back and save everyone and everything that I love." He then gets hit by a snowball and they see Sully and Mazzy wave to them.
Brian grins. "It is so on!" He then goes over and has a snowball fight with them, and soon they are joined by Luan and Sully, and the twins, Lola and Lana. Then Chastity and Regina, followed by Delilah and they all continue to have this fun.
Simon and Sam smile seeing this, and they both can see that this is a good thing for Brian. They then go over and they join in on this awesome snowball fight, and Brian smiles and laughs as he is having a blast in being part of the fun, within Royal Woods.

A/N: Brian's life in Royal Woods has only begun, and his chance for school is coming as well, and he'll need to find a path to get over the past, but who knows what will happen when trouble finds him and who knows what this trouble might be.
