ONE YEAR LATER

Sarada, following the death of her mother, moved to the recently rebuilt Hokage residence. She quickly became one of the village's most important resources, since the invasion had left Konoha in a severe crisis without its best shinobi. Such crisis also forced the Hokage to start massive recruitment of kids in the academy, including his own daughter, and including them in teams with the chunin and jounin remaining, except the last Uchiha.

During that time they spent alone, Sarada and the Seventh grew closer. So much so, that she became the mother of the Hokage's third son. It had surprised the medical shinobi how a fourteen year-old gave birth and presented little to no important consequences. Though it was later attributed to her genes.

With the baby sleeping, the blonde man was now pounding the young girl, while kissing her neck. The living room of the Hokage residence, even with a big window on it, was a very private place thanks to the walls that covered the residence. Even then, the Seventh had gotten curtains so that he could close them at any time he needed some privacy.

After finishing, inside as usual, he got ready to go outside. He kissed his new woman, and then his new son. Saruto was expected to be quite the prodigy, and his father surely believed he could surpass even him. Anyways, he had to go to work now, and so he left the young Uchiha still laying on the couch, exhausted, and the baby in the crib.

He exited through the main door, and then through the only way out of the residence, towards a small road that led to the main street of the village. Once on said street, he encountered the terrified gazes of the villagers. He could only chuckle at their fear, since they just didn't get it. The Seventh Hokage was looking for Konoha's best interest, and he always did what was best for it. But they just didn't understand.

From far away, he could identify the long line in front of the Hokage Tower. He sighed, annoyed that he would once again have to deal with ignorant peasants that questioned his actions.

He entered the building through the secret entrance, and quickly got to the stairs that took to his office. There, Moegi awaited his arrival with some documents on her hands. Probably the reports from her missions.

"Lord Seventh!" She said as she turned around to see the blonde man, wearing the white cape with the inscription 'Seventh Hokage' over it. "Here's the report of team 38's mission, it was a success!"

"That's good to hear, Moegi," he smirked. "I'm guessing that if it was successful, you've brought something more than just more papers to the Hokage."

"Actually, yes," the brown-haired woman grabbed something from one of the pockets of her uniform, "here it is, we found it after taking the enemy base."

"Indeed, this is what I was looking for." A very wide smile formed on the Seventh's face when the wooden case was placed on his hands. He knew what was inside, but his subordinated didn't and he ordered them strictly not to open the case. And he was satisfied when he opened it and found what was inside in perfect conditions. "Your pay will be given to you very soon, Moegi, thank you for your services."

She nodded before leaving through the main entrance, while the blond man went upstairs towards his office. And once he arrived, he opened the case completely.

"Oh, Sasuke, your eyes will be quite useful." Having recovered the stolen eyes from his friend, he started the preparations for his final plan. He had remembered what Pain told him all those years ago, but it wasn't until now that he fully understood. At his thirty-four years of age, he finally understood Nagato's beliefs, and he had to admit that he now agreed.

But for now, it was time to get to work. And so, he sent the order to his secretary to let the villagers in. The first one to get to his office took half an hour, which surprised the Hokage, but he wished it had stayed like that for longer. Anyways, the person who entered was an old man, very old in fact. He wore a traditional suit, like the ones the Third or Danzo used to wear on special occasions.

The old man, whose beard was long enough to reach his waist, comfortably sat down on the chair that was in front of the desk.

"Good morning, what is your complaint, old man?"

"Lord Seventh, I am honored, yet I would've wished it was another whom I was referring to with such respect." the Hokage was used to disrespect, so he let the arrongance in the old man's tone pass. "My complaint, or rather, suggestion, would be your resignation."

The blond man laughed out loud. "The audacity one must have, old man, to question leaders without having the capacity to make a single argument."

His eyes turned red, and his pupils adopted a sharp form. The man tried to escape, but the Hokage broke his stick. And once the old man was on the floor, he just kicked him once in the head.

"Hmph, that was enough it seems." He said before he called the guards to get rid of the corpse, and once it had been disposed of, he called in the next villager.

There was a problem though, there was no next villager. Rather than a problem, that was actually great news for the Seventh, who already was tired of dealing with imbeciles. And so, he went on to take care of the paperwork that still laid on his desk.

It took two hours, this time, for the next person to enter his office. And to his happiness, it wasn't a villager, but his friend Ino. The blonde woman presented herself on her typical purple clothes, though this time she wore a considerably shorter skirt. It surprised the blond man that even at her thirties, Ino kept her great figure, which showed by the clothes she wore, always showing her abdomen.

"Lord Seventh... I've come to tell you something."

"What is it, Ino?" After his question, his friend put her hand over her stomach, which was enough for the Hokage to understand. "Really?"

Yamanaka nodded. "I started vomiting since last week, and went to the hospital to confirm it, and I am pregnant now!"

"Amazing news! We have to celebrate them!" He said as he took his cape off, and then his shirt.

He approached the woman and grabbed her by the waist as he started kissing her neck. She just gave in. Though before continuing, he locked the door of his office.

He put her over the desk and pushed all the paperwork away, leaving space for the body of his guest.

From outside, the guard heard the sound of the desk being broken for the fifth time that week, but they couldn't say they cared too much. It didn't affect them, after all.

By the end of the day, the guards were finally given a rest as the Seventh went back home. They were excited every time they were told they could leave, since the job wasn't exactly fun or pleasant.

They went to the changing rooms, and once there, they took their uniforms off. It was similar to an ANBU uniform, though the main difference was their mask, since for them it covered just half of their face, and usually used colors that ANBU didn't, like green or yellow.

Once they changed their clothes, they had to leave the building immediately, and so they always did. However, this time, they were met by someone outside the building. A cloaked young man, of blue hair with some green parts.

"Who are you?" One of them asked, confused as to why someone would even be there. "No one is supposed to come after us late at night."

"Indeed, but I came anyways." The cloaked man said as he made several hand signs, which was followed by the man emulating a gun with his hand. "Water Style: Water Gun!"

What seemed to be a mere drop of water was released from his finger, and it moved at astounding speeds until it went through one of the guard's heads. The other guard observed in terror as his partner collapsed to the ground, dead.

"Now, follow my orders or follow him to the other world."

The remaining guard was finally able to watch the cloaked man's eyes. They were golden, a color he'd never seen before in a person's eyes, yet one he found even hypnotizing. He nodded in response.

"Alright then, I'm just here to make some reconnaissance, then we'll leave." The young man had noticed the guard was looking directly as his eyes, but he didn't mind it.

"'We'?"

"Uh, yeah, you'll come with me after this, can't let you reveal anything important." He chuckled. "Specially knowing what that leader of yours could do to us."

"What are you implying about Lord Seventh?" The guard gasped out of indignation.

The blue-green-haired man rolled his eyes as someone else knocked the guard out from behind. A mature woman, of strong muscles, came from the tower's roof, and knocked the guard out with a kick on the neck. Her very short brown-hair didn't even cover her small ears. She also wore a green cloak that hid the rest of her attire, only leaving her head and arms out since it was sleeveless.

"Stop losing time, Ashidao." She firmly said, taking the unconscious guard and throwing him to her blue/green-haired partner. "Now take care of the mess."

"Yeah yeah, whatever, let's just get this finished."

"While you were busy mocking the guards, I found the 'Hokage' Residence." Another voice said, this time coming from the secret entrance to the tower. A blonde man came out of the door that just appeared on one of the walls. "Surprised or what are those faces?"

"Surprised, yes." The woman said. "But anyways, this gets us a step closer to completing our plan. Closer to saving them all... Get ready, we're leaving sooner today."

Both of the younger men nodded, and then followed the woman as she climbed up to the roofs again. They jumped from the tower to the houses' roofs, and then jumped from one to another until they reached the walls.

The man of the golden eyes then got in front of the rest, and took a scroll out from his cloak. In there, he drew a seal, which, after making hand signs and transferring his chakra to it, he put on against the wall. Not the concrete wall, but the chakra one. His golden eyes suddenly shone, emanating a golden light, which faded once he was done.

He nodded, and took a step back as the rest moved to the breach he'd made on the chakra-made invisible wall. He looked behind him to make sure no one had spotted them, and then left through the same hole are the rest.
