Zorro's Continued Legacy

After the NWZ show ended Diego was in his cave with Felipe and was showing him one of his science experiments. An accident occured which propelled Diego and his horse Toronado far in to the future. He was left with the dilemma of trying to figure out a way to get back to his own time while seeing how his life had affected future generations.

Epilogue

Diego and Victoria had managed to keep Zorro's identity a secret from the rest of the pueblo over the last year. Victoria still swooned when she saw him appear as Zorro. On this day Diego as Zorro had just finished bringing another round of apprehended banditos to be placed in the jails. Sargent Mendoza was gushing to him about Diego and Victoria's new babies. "Oh the little tiny ears and little tiny toes are just so sweet," Mendoza prattled on. Diego was enjoying hearing the comments from Mendoza about his twins. He and Victoria were the proud parents of a son and daughter. "I wonder if I will ever get married and have a family Zorro…" Sargent Mendoza sadly wondered aloud. As Zorro, Diego patted Sargent Mendoza on his shoulder and said," Something tells me you will." "Mendoza!" De Soto yelled in the distance, "After him!" Once again Diego lept into action as Zorro, battled everyone who tried to come after him, and waved goodbye to Victoria. He quickly found Toronado and headded for his cave. Diego knew his future would be full of exciting moments, and he would never be forgotten.
