Nino was as happy as a clam, not only did he win the DJ tournament in Japan, but he was even recognized as the most promising young DJ of his generation.

Nino's jaw almost fell from it's sockets!
"oh shit..." squeaked Chloe.
"Um...i think i should leave you two to talk..." said Marinette as she left, but Alya held her hand.
"No, you don't have to leave, anything i say to Nino, i can say with you around." Alya stated.
She turned to Nino and began to explain.
"Nino, to be honest, i've had this crush on Marinette for some time now, ever since i came to this school and met her, but at the time, she loved Adrien, but after Lie-la got found out, i soon realized that i really hurt her by siding with Lie-la, what kind of monster would hurt the one they love, so i did everything in my power to make it up to her, even has Juleka make a bust of Mari out of chocolate, she was so happy, she and i decided to hook up, Nino, i'm sorry you had to find out this way, but i hope we can still be friends."
Nino looked at Marinette, this fucking half-breed bitch just stole the only woman he ever loved.
On instinct, he tackled Marinette and proceeded to pummel her senseless!
"NINO! STOP!" Yelled Alya but he did not listen, he bit and scratched and fiercly slapped her until he drew blood!
"NINO! GET YOUR FUCKING PAWS OF MY GIRLFRIEND!" Alya screamed.
Everyone jumped in fear the instant she did that, everyone knew Alya Ceisare was a fierce woman, pissing her off was a bad idea unless you lived near a goddamn hospital.
She kicked Nino off of the bluenette with almost godlike force, she picked up Marinette and looked her over to see if she was ok, aside from a black eye and several scratches she was fine...until Nino stabbed her in the back with a pocket knife!
"MARINETTE!" Rose Screamed as Marinette fell to the floor.
Alya's rage went into overdrive, and the next few minutes were filled with her beating the crap out of him, just as Ms. Bustier came in.
Rose and Sabrina explained everything to her and she calmly held Alya's hand.
"It's okay, go to Marinette, she needs you now, we'll deal with Nino." she said softly.
Alya supressed her fury long enough to go to her lover's side, she turned to Nino and said these words:
"If i ever see you again, i will rip out your fucking heart with my bare hands..."
And that was the end of her relationship with Nino, and the begining of her relationship with Marinette...

MC: And that chapter explains why Nino was put in jail, it should also better explain the bond Alya and Marinette.
