Chapter 62: Unicorns

Anna looked around her "where did Kyoko go, it's her turn".

"She said she was going to get some water for the table" Anna looked toward the bar but couldn't see her "oh well she probably went to the ladies".

Anna laughed "I think we need more shot anyway; I'll go get them".

She stood up and made her way to the counter only to spot Ren, Kuu and Julie walking into the bar she quickly rerouted herself and stopped in front of them, "Hello, would you like to join us we are playing a game over there" she pointed at the table "Kyoko was with us just a second ago I'm sure she be back in just a minute".

"Sure" Ren smiled gently "what are we playing?"

"Pretty, drunk and unstable Unicorn war, it's like unstable unicorns only you do the actions and drink".

"Sounds interesting but should we really be playing drinking games".

"We don't start work until tomorrow morning, there is plenty of time to get sober, we will have a large dinner in about an hour and half the shots are juice anyway. Besides, we needed a bit of fun".

"Fair enough, a little bit of fun never hurt anyone".

Ren felt an arm wrap around his waist "are you playing with us then".

Ren turned and wrapped his arms tightly around Kyoko "if you don't mind".

"The more the merrier, but just so you know I intend to beat you" She stood on her tip toes placed a quick kiss on his cheek and walked away from him and over to the table picked up a glass and downed a shot and picked up another.

Ren, Julie, Kuu and Anna watched Kyoko slightly surprised by her.

Anna smiled "I was just going to get more drinks".

"I'll join you" said Kuu "I need something to snack on

Julie and Ren nodded and then they walk over to the table where Kyoko sat talking to some of the other members of the crew.

They sat down and Julie looked around "so how do we play" she asked.

"You start with one unicorn" Kyoko said, and she pick up the small pile of discarded card and quickly searched for three unicorns before giving one to each of them and leaving one for Kuu "and then you get five more cards" she grabbed the bigger pile of cards and gave them their cards and then set aside five for Kuu. "The winner is the first person to have seven unicorns, you have to drink as many shots as you have unicorns when an action card is played, and you have to do all the actions that the cards say".

"Seem fairly simple" said Julie "shall we start, or should we wait for Anna to return with the drinks?"

"I don't know, who's turn, is it?" Kyoko asked.

"it's your turn Mogami" answered the man next to her.

"Then let us start "she looked at her card discarded one and picked up a card from the pile.

Shingai walked into the bar and looked around, his eyes widened in surprise as he observed six people performing something that look positively like an ancient ritual with Kyoko as the priestess and all her worshippers were laying their sacrifices which looked to be cards before her, they then picked up a shot glass and downed the content before bowing to her and returning to their seats.

"Kneel before my amazing army of unicorns" Kyoko said happily.

Shingai walked over to the table "as you wish" he then kneeled "what pretty unicorns you have".

Kyoko giggled and swayed "Shingai-San I won, isn't that great. I never win anything, are you joining us." Kyoko turned to the table and grabbed two glasses and passed one to him "this stuff is rather disgusting but it does make one feel rather , umm ," she turn and walked to Ren and tried to sit on the man's lap but slightly misjudged the distance and would of landed on the floor if Ren hadn't managed to stop her and pulled her onto him Kyoko giggled again "oops" she placed a hand on Ren's shoulder "uum Ren what's the word"

"intoxicated" Ren supplied as he holds onto Kyoko firmly, clearly enjoying having her be so publicly affectionate.

Kyoko shook her head and then lent in and kissed him "no silly, that a state not a feeling".

Ren nodded in agreement.

"Fuzzy" Kyoko said as she smiled secretly before kissing Ren again, Shingai and the others blushed.

"Umm, thank you but actually I was just going to check if the table was ready for us "

Kyoko removed herself from Ren's lap and pulled Ren up from his seat.

"Food, yes that is just what I need" she moved forcefully with pulling Ren with her and headed towards the dining area.

Shingai, Julie, Kuu, Anna and Leo stood up to and followed the pair when Kyoko suddenly stop and turned back towards them and bowed to shingai deeply.

"I'm sorry shingai san but I will have a couple of guests coming to the set sometime tomorrow, I know it is supposed to be a close set and it was extremely rude of me to invite people without first getting your permission for them to come but I promise it will only be for a brief time and I will make sure not to impact or disturb any of the filming".

"Oh, that's fine just tell me their names and I'll let the security team know".

"Just my lawyer, well not my lawyer but he does seem to be doing a lot of work for me lately, did you know LME has its own lawyers anyway Tomas-san is the best lawyer, if you ever need one, you should ask for him".

"Yes, I believe I have met Tomas and he has always seemed very professional".

"He is, and the other person is Asahi Suto." Kyoko then turned from them and started walking again.

"Who is Asahi Suto?" he asked and only received confused looks.

"Well, I guess we will find out tomorrow, umm do you think she'll be okay it just she seems to be a bit well drunk".

Ren nodded "she is but we all should be fine by tomorrow."

They all started to walk toward Kyoko who was talking to the waiter, who was pointing to a large table she smiled brightly at him before walking to where the man pointed and took a seat.

Slowly everyone else joined them and they sent the next couple of hours eating, talking and going through the plans for the next couple of day.

"Well, that's all for tonight thank you all for joining me for dinner tonight and now I'm going to be going back to the hotel now so have a good night and I will see you all in the morning."

Kyoko wrapped her arms around Kuon's and sighed contentedly as they made their way from the pub to the hotel "Kuon, I love you".

Kuon smiled and pressed a sweet kiss onto her forehead "I love you too, Kyoko are you okay".

"Yes, I'm okay, I'm sorry if I was too embarrassing before" she paused "I shouldn't have behaved so shamelessly earlier but I love that I get to kiss you whenever I want "

"And I love when you kiss me and honestly, I wish you would kiss me in public more often, nothing you do with me is shameful, nothing "

Kyoko kissed him "that's good to know, because I have a feeling, I will be doing it a lot more often, now I think you should take me up to your room where I'm assuming all my things are and take me to bed".

Kuon kissed her deeply "gladly".
