Chapter 7: Storm X-Naut Fortress
Sora, Mario, Donald, Goofy, Goombella, Koops, Flurrie, Tatsu, Vivian, Bobbery, and Ms. Mowz are in the plaza of Rogueport, as they wait for Professor Frankly and later, Sora is tired of waiting.
"Ugh, has Frankly figured something out YET?" Sora asked.
"Just give him some time, Sora. He'll think of something." Goombella said.
"But we don't have much time left and we need to get that last Crystal Star and save Peach." Vivian said and Mario nods.
"I'm not waitin' anymore!" Donald said, going for Frankly's house.
"Donald!" Goofy called.
The group arrive back at Frankly's house.
"Okay, Professor, did you find something out yet?" Tatsu asked.
"Ahh, excellent timing, everyone! I think I know a way to get to the moon!" Frankly said.
"Oh, boy!" Donald cheered.
"How?" Flurrie asked.
"You'll need to get to Fahr Outpost. There is a cannon there that can blast you." Frankly said.
"Wait, we're using a CANNON?" Koops asked.
"SWEEEEEEEEEEET!" Sora cheered.
"EXTREEEEEEEEEEME!" Tatsu said.
"You're excited about THAT?" Donald asked, crossing his arms.
"Isn't that a little...dangerous?" Vivian asked.
"I know how it sounds, but I'm afraid it's the only way. To be honest, I'm not too sure of the details, but accounts from Fahr Outpost speak of a device that can launch anything anywhere." Frankly said.
"Including the moon, I'd deduced." Bobbery said.
"Well, no other great ideas..." Ms. Mowz said.
"So, where's this Fahr Outpost?" Sora asked.
"There's a pipe that leads to it beneath town. I'm not entirely sure of the location. It must be hidden for a reason." Frankly said.
"I'm sure we'll figure this out." Goombella said.
"C'mon, let's get to that there Fahr Outpost." Goofy said and Mario nods.
"Thanks, Prof! See you when we get the last Crystal Star!" Sora said.
"Let us make haste, dears!" Flurrie said, as they leave the house.
"Oh, and one more thing. You should know that the Bomb-ombs, who live there are...a surly bunch." Frankly said.
"Heh, I mean, we have Donald." Sora said.
"Hey!" Donald yelled.
"They don't trust outsiders and may not allow you to use their cannon." Frankly said.
"Then I guess we'll have to talk to them." Koops said.
The group leave the house and head for the west side of town, where they go underground to find the pipe that leads to Fahr Outpost, but they find a rather big block in the way, so Mario uses his hammer to destroy it, allowing the group to move on and they find a blue pipe and use it to get in.

The group are now in what looks like a snowy field.
"This place is STUPID cold around here!" Tatsu said.
"Fahr Outpost should be just ahead. Let's go!" Goombella said.
The group begin moving through the snowy field, but then Heartless that look like snowmen known as Abominable Frosts attack with snowballs, but Sora uses Fire Raid while Mario uses Fire Drive while Donald casts Fire while Goofy uses Goofy Tornado while Goombella uses Headbonk while Koops uses Power Shell while Flurrie uses Body Slam while Tatsu uses Ground Pound while Vivian uses Fiery Jinx while Bobbery uses Power Bomb while Ms. Mowz uses Love Slap and they defeat the Heartless. The group continue through the field and they later come across a gate anf go through it, taking them to a different area.
(Fahr Outpost-Plaza)
The group arrive at an outpost, where they find many Bomb-ombs around the outpost.
"Here we are, Fahr Outpost." Bobbery said.
"Now we just need to find that cannon." Sora said.
"One of the villagers should know, but remember, they won't trust us." Goofy said.
"Right, we need to find a way to earn it." Vivian said.
The group begin moving through the outpost's plaza and they later go for the next section of the outpost.
(Fahr Outpost-Base)
The group arrive at the base area of the outpost and they find a green Bomb-omb with a mustache.
"Excuse me." Sora said.
"Da... What business do you have here?" The green Bomb-omb asked.
"We were wondering if you know about a cannon around here?" Sora asked.
"What? A cannon? No such thing is here." The green Bomb-omb said.
"But we heard there's a cannon around here." Flurrie said.
"What do you want me to say? We do not have one!" The green Bomb-omb said.
"Let me try and have a crack at this." Bobbery said, approaching the green Bomb-omb.
"Did I not tell you we have no silly cannon?" The green Bomb-omb asked.
"Now listen here... You're the mayor of this place, yes? How can an official like you lie this way? Old boy, I KNOW I saw a cannon the last time I was here, so don't lie to me, sir." Bobbery said.
"Hush! How can you call yourself a Bomb-omb? I spit at you! You know rules; there is to be NO mention of cannons to outsiders! NO mentions! It must not be used for evil purposes..." The mayor said.
"Of course I know all that, you blowhard, but we need to use that cannon to get to the moon. If we can't use it, the world could end." Bobbery said.
"World could end...? Well, we cannot have that now. Still, you cannot use cannon because of certain...circumstances." The mayor said.
"Circumstances?" Bobbery asked.
"We must have permission from Goldbob to use cannon. He is the one, who started whole blasting-things-to-faraway-places policy. Once he got rich, he let business slide and does not start it up again. Also, General White was the one, who devoted himself to operation of cannon, but he was so depressed of losing his job that he took cannon key and left." The mayor said.
"Goldbob and General White?" Bobbery asked.
"Correct. If you want to use cannon, you must find Goldbob and General White." The mayor said.
"I guess we'll have to find them..." Donald said.
"But wait, didn't we see Goldbob last time?" Koops asked.
"Yeah, I think it was on the Excess Express and I think he and his family are at Poshley Heights." Sora said and Mario nods.
"And if I'm not mistaken, I think I saw a white Bomb-omb in Petalburg." Koops said.
The group leave Fahr Outpost and return to Rogueport and go through its sewers, where they find a blue pipe, taking them somewhere.

The group return to Poshley Heights to find Goldbob and they later find him.
"Um, hello." Sora said.
"Oh, good day to you, Mr. Knight and you too, Mr. Gonzales. What can I do for you?" Goldbob asked.
"We're trying to use the cannon in Fahr Outpost. It's really important." Goombella said.
"Hmm, that IS a pickle. Well, you did save us on the Express and you also gave my boy an excellent present. Truth is, I was looking to resume my cannon business someday. I only stopped because my wife couldn't stand the noise. Sadly, it also takes a hefty bit of coins to get the cannon working. I'll need to demonstrate how much you want to use that cannon." Goldbob said and Mario hands all his coins. "What? You'd give away everything you own? I'm staggered. You'll be left with nothing." Goldbob said, but Mario pays all his coins. "You are very determined, Gonzales. Very well. I, Goldbob, grant you permission to activate the Fahr Outpost cannon." Goldbob said, giving a slip.
"Awesome!" Tatsu said.
"Thanks." Sora said.
"By the way, I wasn't serious about that coin stuff. The thought of taking someone's money." Goldbob said, giving back Mario's coins.
"That wasn't funny." Donald said.
"Soldier on, friends!" Goldbob said.
"Perfect! Now we just gotta find General White!" Bobbery said.
The group leave Poshley Heights and head for Rogueport and use another blue pipe, taking them somewhere else.

The group are in Petalburg and they go to Mayor Kroops' house.
"Um, hi, Mayor." Sora said.
"Well, if it isn't Murphy and Sopha!" Mayor Kroop said.
"He's still callin' you that?" Donald asked.
"Um, Mr. Mayor, have you seen anyone named General White?" Koops asked.
"Hmm, General White? I've seen him, but not lately. I think he said something about going to a tropical place. I think it was Creaky Key." Mayor Kroop said.
"Ugh, Keelhaul Key AGAIN?!" Goombella asked.
"C'mon." Sora said.
The group leave Petalburg and return to Rogueport, where they find another blue pipe and use it to take them somewhere.

The group return to Keelhaul Key and arrive at camp, where they find Pa-Patch.
"Oy! Cap'n 'Stache! Cap'n Spike!" Pa-Patch said.
"Ahoy, Pa-Patch. Ever heard of anyone named General White?" Sora asked.
"General White ya say? Yeah, he was 'ere 'til a second ago." Pa-Patch said.
"Missed him again!" Vivian said.
"Do ya know where he went?" Goombella asked.
"Said he was goin' to some 'rena or somefin'." Pa-Patch said.
"Arena?" Goofy asked.
"Glitzville." Tatsu said.
"Thanks, Pa-Patch." Sora said and Mario nods.
The group leave Keelhaul Key and make their way for the blimp and it takes them somewhere else.

The group are now in Glitzville and head for the juice shop to talk to the owner.
"General White? Yeah, used to come here all the time, but not anymore. I think he's somewhere at a giant tree." The owner said.
The group leave Glitzville and later make their way for a different place.

The group return to the Great Boggly Tree, where they find a Puni.
"General White? Yeah, I saw him, but he left. Said something about going somewhere dark..." The Puni said.
The group leave the Great Boggly Tree and later head for somewhere else.
(Field Theme: Twilight Town)

The group return to Twilight Town, where they find a Twilighter.
"Huh? General White? Yeah, he's that old guy. He looked tired too. Don't know where he went. I'm not his secretary." The Twilighter said.
"UGH, we've been to EVERYWHERE and still no General White!" Sora said.
"Calm down. I'm sure he's somewhere." Koops said.
The group later return to Fahr Outpost to talk to the mayor.
"We searched everywhere for White, but nothing." Ms. Mowz said.
"Hmm, where could he be?" The mayor asked.
Unknowing to them, a white Bomb-omb comes out of a house and then goes back in.
"We need him for the cannon." Flurrie said.
"Ugh, this bites..." Sora said.
The group search for General White and they later arrive at a house, where they find a white Bomb-omb sleeping on a bed.
"Wait, is that...?" Donald stops talking.
"It must be General White." Bobbery said.
"I'm gonna wake him up!" Sora said, casting Thunder on General White many times until he's awake.
"Now who are you people? I am tired. I just want sleep, as all is hopeless..." General White said, but sees Mario and Sora. "Wait, that mustache, that hat, that hammer. That spiky hair, those strange clothes, and that giant key... Hut-hut! I've been looking all over for you two!" General White said.
"Wait, YOU were looking for US?" Sora asked.
"Why?" Koops asked.
"To bring that cannon back online, of course. I have lost my life's work... My reason to live... I thought all is lost, but a fortune-teller in Rogueport told me, 'Seek the man with the red 'M' hat, a hammer, and 'stache and a boy with spiky hair, strange clothes, and a giant key. They will fulfill your dreams'. It was something like that." General White said.
"Well, whaddya know, 'cause we were lookin' for ya too." Goofy said.
"Yeah, we need to use that cannon to save the world." Ms. Mowz said.
"The fortune-teller was right! What are we doing standing here? I shall get the cannon ready! Tell the mayor!" General White said, leaving.
"Finally." Sora said.
The group go to the mayor.
"Great news, we found General White." Goombella said.
"And he's working on the cannon." Donald said.
"I could just EXPLODE with delight! Now we can shoot you to moon!" The mayor said.
"Finally, things are going our way!" Tatsu said.
"Come this way." The mayor said.
The group follow the mayor back to the plaza to meet with the mayor and General White.
"Stand here." The mayor said, as the group does so.
Just then, the ground opens, dropping the group down.
"General White, is everything ready?" The mayor asked.
"Hut! Leave it to me!" General White said, as he and other Bomb-ombs go for a hut to activate the cannon.
The entire ground opens, revealing a hatch, which opens, revealing a giant cannon, which General White and the other Bomb-ombs operate and control and use the cannon to aim for the moon in the sky, as the cannon's hatch opens, allowing many Bomb-ombs to get into the cannon's hatch before it closes.
"It is time! Big bomb cannon: FIIIIIIIIIRE!" The mayor commanded, as the cannon fires the group out of the cannon into the sky while the Bomb-ombs fly down with parachutes. "Good luck, Mario and Sora!" The mayor said.
The group continue flying after the cannon blast and are now in space and later, the group land on the moon.
"That...was...AWESOME!" Sora said.
"Wak! Never again!" Donald said, pulling his head from the moon's ground
"Who knew adventures would have stuff like THAT!" Tatsu said.
"No doubt about it, guys. We're on the moon!" Goombella said.
"Let's go and find that last Crystal Star!" Goofy said and Mario nods.
"No time to waste!" Bobbery said.
(Field Theme: Moon)
(The Moon)
The group begin moving through the moon while dealing with Clefts in their way and as they keep moving through the moon, they find what looks like a dome from afar.
"Hey, what's that?" Sora asked.
"It looks like someone's on the moon too." Koops said.
"Let's get a closer look." Ms. Mowz said.
The group go for the dome and they find a pipe and use it to help them get to the dome and enter it.
(Fortress-Entrance)
The group are now in what looks like a base with escalators.
"What is this place?" Donald asked.
"I think I know this place..." Vivian said.
The group go through the entrance and enter a different area, but just then, they see two X-Naut Elites.
"Who're they, dude?" One of the X-Naut Elites asked.
"Whoa! Dude, they're Mario and Sora! Let's get 'em!" The second X-Naut Elite said, as they confront the group.
Sora uses Ars Arcanum and delivers many bashes with his Keyblade while Mario uses Tornado Jump, but an X-Naut Elite charges and attacks at Mario, who blocks while the other X-Naut Elite attacks Sora, who also blocks. Goombella uses Multibonk while Donald casts Thunder, but the first X-Naut Elite charges to attack while the second X-Naut Elite also attacks, but Goofy uses Goofy Turbo while Koops uses Shell Slam while Tatsu uses Stampede and makes a herd of Yoshis attack. One of the X-Naut Elites uses a potion to grow strong and attacks while the other X-Naut Elite charges, but Flurrie uses Lip Lock while Vivian uses Fiery Jinx while Bobbery uses Power Bomb while Ms. Mowz uses Love Slap. The X-Naut Elites try to attack the group, only for Mario to use Multibounce while Sora casts Blizzard and they defeat the X-Naut Elites, who run away after their defeat.
"Those were..." Sora stops talking.
"X-Nauts." Vivian said.
"That means..." Goofy stops talking.
"The Crystal Star has to be HERE!" Goombella said.
"Makes sense." Tatsu said.
"And that would also mean the Princess herself is here as well." Flurrie said and Mario nods.
"Let's find 'em!" Sora said and they nod.
(Field Theme: X-Naut Fortress)
(X-Naut Fortress-Level 1)
The group begin miving through the X-Naut fortress' first base, but they come across more X-Naut Elites, who attack, but Sora triple slashes with his Keyblade while Mario uses Hammer Throw while Donald casts Thunder while Goofy uses Goofy Bash while Goombella uses Multibonk while Koops uses Shell Toss while Flurrie uses Body Slam while Tatsu uses Multi Egg while Vivian uses Shade Fist while Bobbery uses Bomb Squad while Ms. Mowz uses Kiss Thief and they defeat the X-Nauts. The group continue on through the base and they find an inactive elevator, so they keep going to find a metallic door and open it, taking them to a different room.
(X-Naut Fortress-Card Room 1)
The group arrive in a room, where they find the floor with green lights while the rest of the floor is electric, so the group use the green floor to get across and open a chest, revealing to be a keycard.
"What's with this?" Sora asked.
"It might be for that elevator." Goombella said.
"Let's use it and see what happens." Vivian said.
The group leave the room and go for the elevator and Mario uses the keycard to activate the elevator and so the group go into the elevator and there are two options, which are sublevels one and two and so Sora picks sublevel 1 and the elevator takes the group down to the next area.
(X-Naut Fortress-Sublevel 1)
The group go through the sublevel one and keep moving while fighting off more X-Naut soldiers in their way and they come across another metallic door, but also find a metallic lock, but they go through the metallic door and enter the next room.
(X-Naut Fortress-Quiz Room)
The group are now in a different room, where they find a metallic Thwomp, who activates.
"Who are you, huh? You're looking to get the elevator key to access the computer room?" The metallic Thwomp asked.
"I guess." Sora said.
"Well, you're gonna have to beat me to get it!" The metallic Thwomp said.
"Let me guess, we have to do a quiz." Donald said.
"That's right and if you lose, your lives are MINE! Ya hear me? MINE!" The metallic Thwomp said.
"Bring it!" Sora said.
"Hehehehe! You're MINE now!" The metallic Thwomp said.
The room changes to an actual quiz room with Sora and Mario on the quiz stand.
"And here we goooooo, folks! The main event! The 66th Annual Quirk Quiz! If you get five correct answers to the following questions, then you win, win, WIN! But if you get three answers wrong, you're toast! You don't wanna be toast, folks!" The metallic Thwomp said. "Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeere we go! Question 1: What's hidden in here?" The metallic Thwomp asked.
"The elevator key." Sora answered.
"You're correct! Crud! That's an easy one, though. You won't do well on the next ones!" The metallic Thwomp said. "Question 2: What's the name of the girl in Petalburg, who's waiting for Koops?" The metallic Thwomp asked.
"Koopie Koo." Sora answered.
"Argh! Correct! Don't get so cocky!" The metallic Thwomp said. "Question 3: Goomba, Lava Bubble, Buzzy Beetle, and Boo. How many feet? Total!" The metallic Thwomp asked.
"Six feet!" Sora answered.
"Argh, correct! Two more questions are gonna be hard!" The metallic Thwomp said. "Question 4: It's elementary...for non-idiots! Where was the Diamond Star located?" The metallic Thwomp asked.
"Hooktail's Castle." Sora answered.
"GWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGH! You're correct, jerk! FOUR correct answers?! You've gotta be KIDDING! I'm gonna toss an extra-hard one!" The metallic Thwomp said. "Question 5: What was the name of the very first champion of Glitzville?" The metallic Thwomp asked.
"Prince Mush." Sora answered.
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! C-Correct! That's FIVE correct answers! You win! I'm so mad right now, I can't even see straight! I lose! I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOSE! Fine, but I hate you! Take this, ya bums!" The metallic Thwomp said, giving a red card.
"Nice!" Sora said, as Mario takes the red card.
The group leave the room and keep moving through the fortress and they get back on the elevator, as Sora selects the sublevel 2 and the elevator brings the group further down.
(X-Naut Fortress-Sublevel 2)
The group are now on the sublevel 2 floor and continue to search the base, but then, X-Naut scientists attack the group with beakers, but Sora casts Thunder while Mario uses Ultra Hammer while Donald casts Aero while Goofy uses Goofy Turbo while Goombella uses Headbonk while Koops uses Power Shell while Flurrie uses Gale Force while Tatsu uses Gulp while Vivian uses Infatuation while Bobbery uses Power Bomb while Ms. Mowz uses Love Slap and they defeat the X-Naut scientists. The group keep moving through the sublevel 2 floor and they come across another metallic door, taking them to a different room.
(X-Naut Fortress-Grodus' Room)
The group enter a big room, which is Grodus' room and they enter a different room.
(X-Naut Fortress-Grodus' Office)
The group enter Grodus' office and find a green card, which Mario takes and they leave the office and then Gordus' room and continue going through the fortress and they find another metallic door, taking them to a different room.
They find an open hatch on the ceiling. Mario uses his Spring Jump ability to jump into the hatch, taking them to an air vent and they find a hatch, but Sora and Mario use their thin form to get through the hatch's grate, taking them to a different room, where they find a cog and Koops takes it.
"What's with that?" Goofy asked.
"It could be important. Let's hang onto it." Vivian said and Mario nods.
The group keep exploring the fortress while fighting more X-Nauts and they go back for the elevator to take them back to the sublevel 1 and and they find another metallic door at the end of the hall and enter the next room.
(X-Naut Fortress-Crane Room)
The group enter a room, where they come across a giant crane and they find cogs on the crane, but it's missing one, so Mario places the cog into the crane to activate it and Sora and Mario press three switches to get the crane going and Mario uses the crane to take some coins and they lave the room.
As the group continue, they return to the sublevel 2 and they go for another elevator and get in and they have two options, which are sublevel 3 and sublevel 4 and Sora chooses sublevel 3, so the elevator takes the group down.
(X-Naut Fortress-Sublevel 3)
The group are now on the sublevel 3 floor to keep exploring the fortress and find another metallic door at the end of the hall, taking them somewhere else.
(X-Naut Fortress-Card Room 2)
The group are in another card room, where they find more electric floors, but there are blue floors, so the group walk on the blue floor to reach the end and get to another chest and they get another card key, which is yellow and leave the room.
The group return to the sublevel 2 and later find another metallic door at the end of the hall and use it to reach the next room.
(X-Naut Fortress-Card Room 3)
The group are now in another card room with more electric floors and they later find pink floors to walk on to reach the end, where they find another chest and find another card key that's purple and then leave the card room.
Using the second elevator, the group return to the sublevel 3 floor and head for another metallic door and open it, taking them to another room with three slots, which Sora and Mario place the three card keys in to unlock a metallic door and use it to go for the next room.
(X-Naut Fortress-Lift Stop)
The group arrive at a lift stop in the fortress and fight off X-Naut scientists in their way and begin moving through the lift stop and find a switch and with Bobbery's help, they press the switch, making conveyer belts move, allowing the group to use them and climb their way to the top. The group then use lifts to get further through the lift stop and they use a pipe to help them get across to use more lifts and they reach the other side of the lift, where they find another switch and press it, making stairs appear. Using more of the lifts, the group get across spinning gears and find another pipe and use it to find a paper airplane panel and using the panel, Sora and Mario transform into paper airplanes and manage to get a blue card key. The group then use the stairs to get to the upper section of the lift stop and they find another card slot, which they put the blue card key in, unlocking the metallic door.
"Wonder what's in there." Sora said.
"We'll find out. Better be careful, though. Got a feeling someone's waiting for us." Goombella said and Mario nods.
"We can handle it." Donald said.
The group open the metallic door and go for the next room.
(X-Naut Fortress-Weapons Room)
The group enter the weapons room, but don't seem to find anything.
"Empty room?" Sora asked.
"What's..." Tatsu was cut off.
"Buh! Buh! Buh! Buh huh huh!" A voice laughed.
"What?" Donald asked and they see Lord Crump.
"I've been waiting for you! MAN, have I been waiting and I HAAAAAAAAAAATE waiting!" Crump said.
"Crump!" Vivian said.
"Ugh, not you again!" Sora said.
"Didn't you learn your lesson last time?" Ms. Mowz asked.
"You were waitin' for us?" Goofy asked.
"What exactly did you mean by that?" Flurrie asked.
"Oh, I'll TELL you what it means! I used the Crystal Star to lure you idiots here, so I can nab all of YOUR Crystal Stars! It's GENIUS!" Crump said.
"That was your plan?" Goombella asked.
"Yup, and wanna know the best part? Your Peachy girl isn't here anymore." Crump said, shocking Mario.
"So Peach WAS here!" Donald said.
"Where is she?!" Sora demanded, pointing his Keyblade while Mario gets into his fighting stance.
"Buh! Buh! Buh! Buh! Buh! Like I'd tell you! That's novice-villain style! Nah, won't be doin' any of that stuff! So, ready for showtime? You guys're gonna be great workouts for Magnus von Grapple 2.0!" Crump said, going for a dark grey robot with blue arms, blue legs, dark grey and red missiles for hands, and a yellow cross with the number 2 in the middle and activates it. "Hope you're ready for a challenge! This bad boy's packed with raw horsepower!" Crump said, confronting the group.
(Boss Theme: Vs. Magnus von Grapple)
The group confront Magnus von Grapple 2.0.
"Buh! Buh! Buh huh huh huh! The last version was buggy, so we made improvements. One... Two... A DOZEN! Time for a world of pain, you losers!" Crump said.
"YOU'RE the loser, Crump!" Goombella said.
"You couldn't stop us the last times we fought, so don't think things'll change!" Tatsu said.
"Yeah, we broke your last toy and we'll take down this one!" Sora said and Mario nods.
Sora uses Blitz and attacks Magnus von Grapple 2.0 three times with his Keyblade while Mario uses Spring Jump and jumps high into the air and then delivers a powerful double jump, dealing damage to the robot, but Magnus von Grapple 2.0 delivers a powerful drill attack, as it flies and then delivers diving drill strike at the group, dealing damage. Donald casts Blizzard while Goombella uses Multibonk and bonks on the robot many times, but Magnus von Grapple 2.0 unleashes a metallic disc and sends it to attack the group, who manage to block the attack and Vivian uses Shade Fist to deal fire damage while Flurrie uses Body Slam. Magnus von Grapple 2.0 delivers another diving drill attack to get the group, but Koops uses Shell Slam while Goofy uses Goofy Tornado whwile Bobbery uses Bomb Squad, only for Magnus von Grapple 2.0. to unleash another metallic disc attack, only for the group to block. Tatsu uses Ground Pound and delivers a multi bouncing strike while Ms. Mowz uses Love Slap, but Magnus von Grapple 2.0 delivers another diving drill attack, only for Mario to use Power Smash while Sora casts Thunder.
"Time to unleash some sweet features on this bad boy!" Crump said, firing the robot's rocket hands at the group.
The group block the rocket fist attack and Goofy uses Goofy Bash and throws his shield while Ms. Mowz uses Love Slap while Bobbery uses Bomb, but Magnus von Grapple 2.0 unleashes another metallic disc at the group, only for Koops to use Shell Shield for protection while Tatsu uses Multi Egg and throws his egg to make the robot weaker. Magnus von Grapple 2.0 dive drills at the group again to deal damage, only for Vivian to use Fiery Jinx and cause more burn damage while Donald casts Fire to also cause burn damage, only for Magnus von Grapple 2.0 to fire its rocket fists at the group, who block the rocket fist attack and Goombella uses Multibonk and bonks on Magnus von Grapple 2.0. many times while Flurrie uses Lip Lock and steals some life, but Magnus von Grapple dive drills at the group, who block. Sora uses Sonic Blade and dashes all over, doing damage to Magnus von Grapple 2.0 many times and then delivers the final dash attack while Mario uses Multibounce and jumps on the robot many times and dealing damage, only for Magnus von Grapple to fire more of its rocket fists at the group to deal damage on them.
Donald casts Cure on the group to heal them while Vivian uses Shade Fist and deals more burn damage, but Magnus von Grapple 2.0 unleashes two metallic discs to attack the group, who block and Flurrie uses Dodge Fog to make the group more dodgey while Goofy uses Goofy Charge. Magnus von Grapple 2.0 dive drills to attack the group to deal damage, but Koops uses Shell Toss while Bobbery uses Power Bomb while Tatsu uses Stampede to make a herd of Yoshis charge at the robot, dealing more damage, but Magnus von Grapple fires its rocket fists to attack the group. Ms. Mowz uses Tease to stun the robot, allowing Goombella to use Headbonk and bonks on the robot two times, but Magnus von Grapple 2.0 unleashes two metallic discs to attack the group, who block the attack and Mario uses Quake Hammer to deliver a powerful quake attack while Sora casts Blizzard to deal ice damage, only for Magnus von Grapple 2.0 to dive drill at the group again, but Mario and Sora use the Garnet Star to use Showstopper and deliver a powerful bashing strike, dealing more damage to the robot.
"Had enough, Crump? You know how this'll end." Sora said, grinning.
"Buh huh huh huh... Crud... You guys should be puddles of nothing by now. I still got tricks up my sleeve!" Crump, making Magnus von Grapple 2.0 open its chest, revealing a cannon. "Eat THIS, losers!" Crump said, as Magnus von Grapple 2.0 uses the cannon to fire many missiles at the group, dealing more damage.
"That was dangerous..." Vivian said, as Donald casts Cure.
"We're not done yet! Let's keep at it!" Donald said.
Magnus von Grapple 2.0 summons three metallic discs to attack the group, who block and Ms. Mowz uses Love Slap while Bobbery uses Power Bomb to deliver a powerful explosion, but Magnus von Grapple 2.0 fires its rocket fists to get the group, who manage to block the attacks. Vivian uses Fiery Jinx and unleashes another fiery explosion to deal burning damage while Tatsu uses Ground Pound and multi bounces to damage the robot. Magnus von Grapple 2.0 delivers its diving drill attack to damage the group, only for Flurrie to use Body Slam and deals damage while Koops uses Power Shell while Goombella uses Multibonk and bonks on the robot many times, but Magnus von Grapple 2.0 opens its chest again and uses its cannon to fire more missiles at the group. Goofy uses Goofy Turbo while Donald casts Thunder, but Magnus von Grapple 2.0 fires its rocket fists to attack the group, who block and Mario uses Hammer Throw while Sora uses Thunder Raid and throws his lightning coated Keyblade four times and then delivers the final Keyblade throw. Magnus von Grapple 2.0 uses its cannon chest to fire more missiles at the group to deal damage, but they block the missile attack and Mario uses Ultra Hammer while Sora uses Ars Arcanum and delivers many strikes with his Keyblade and then delivers the final bash and they finish off Magnus von Grapple 2.0, who starts malfunctioning.
"BLEEEEEEEEEEARGH!" Crump screamed.
"Nice try, Crump, but you'll never win!" Sora said, grinning.
"GROOOOOOOOOODUUUUUUUUUUUS!" Crump screamed, as Magnus von Grapple 2.0 explodes, causing Crump to fly out of the fortress and into space.
"That better be the LAST time we see that chump." Goombella said.
Just then, the group see a crystal Crystal Star.
"The final Crystal Star..." Koops said.
"Mario!" Sora said and Mario nods.
Sora and Mario take the seventh and final Crystal Star.

"The last Crystal Star had been hidden in the X-Naut hideout on the moon... But by the time Mario and Sora recovered it, Peach had already been taken away. Where could Peach be now? And what of the elusive Grodus? Perhaps he holds the key to the remaining puzzle... Mario and Sora finally have seven Crystal Stars... Where will they lead them next?" Jiminy wrote in his journal.
Meanwhile, Bowser, Pete, and Kammy Koopa arrive at Poshley Heights.
"Well, we're here! Now where's that stupid Poshley Sanctum? A Crystal Star's supposed to be here, right?" Bowser asked.
"So they say, Your Putridness! Lo and behold, here it is!" Kammy said, pointing at the Poshley Sanctum.
"So, this is the place that Crystal Star's supposed to be! 'Bout time!" Pete said.
"In we go!" Bowser said.
Bowser and Pete go for the Poshley Sanctum, only for come across a lock.
"It's locked." Pete said.
"DARN IT!" Bowser yelled, stomping, breaking the lock.
"Wow, I guess rage does pay off." Pete said.
"Got that right, Fatso! Now let's go!" Bowser said, as they go into the sanctum.
The trio enter the sanctum and they find the Garnet Crystal Star.
"This is it, Haggy and Fatso! We finally got somethin'!" Bowser said.
"Hehehehehe! That's one Crystal Star in our possession!" Pete said.
"Excellent work, Lord Bowser!" Kammy said.
Just then, someone arrives and it's Pennington.
"You there! I have you now, villains! You are common thieves!" Pennington said.
"What're you implying? I'm no thief! I'm the remorseless king of evil!" Bowser said.
"And we'll takin' this Crystal Star, thank you!" Pete said.
"Hmph, well, go ahead and take it, for you see, it's nothing more than a red herring. A fake." Pennington said.
"Wait, WHAAAAAAAAT?!" Bowser asked, shocked while dropping the fake Crystal Star, which breaks.
"Ya gotta be kiddin'! That's the SECOND fake Crystal Star we found!" Pete said.
"But this display. The pedestal and everything! It's so posh!" Kammy said.
"Well, if that there Crystal Star was a fake, where's the REAL one?!" Pete demanded.
"If you must know, I gave the real one to Luigi and his sidekick!" Pennington said.
"You've GOT to be KIDDING! LUIGI beat me here?! And since when he got a sidekick?! Last time I checked, HE'S the one playing second banana! UGH, DARN THOSE MARIO BROS.! They're the most ANNOYING brothers of all time!" Bowser yelled.
"And it's obvious that Kid Keyblader and the Boat-boy's doofuses beat us to the punch too!" Pete yelled.
"Just where could they be going?" Kammy asked.
Just then, someone arrives and it's a ParaGoomba.
"Lord Bowser! A report: Mario and Sora have collected all seven Crystal Stars and are headed for the Thousand-Year Door!" ParaGoomba informed.
"The Thousand-Year what now?" Pete asked.
"Just what is that?" Bowser asked.
"The Thousand-Year Door is most legendary and it contains treasure beyond that door." Kammy said.
"Then I'm going too! I'm gonna RUIN Mario and get my sweet revenge on that stupid brat Sora!" Bowser said.
"I'm goin' too, ya know! I'm gonna get my mitts on that treasure and ruin those doofuses!" Pete said, as they leave the sanctum.
"Will you, now? Luigi and his sidekick, well done, lads! You have not failed...yet." Pennington said.
Back at the X-Naut Fortress, the group leave the weapons room.
"Seven! We got all SEVEN Crystal Stars!" Sora cheered and Mario jumps for joy.
"Now we can finally open the Thousand-Year Door!" Goofy cheered.
"Yeah, that's great and all, except...we still don't know where Peach is taken to." Goombella said.
"Oh, yeah. Crump she was here, but now where'd they take her?" Sora asked.
"Let's find a way back to Rogueport and tell Professor Frankly. He might have an idea." Bobbery said.
"Good call, Bobbery." Koops said.
The group begin moving through the fortress and they use the elevator and Sora chooses the sublevel 4 floor and the elevator takes them further down.

The group are now on the sublevel 4 floor and search for a way to get out of the fortress and they find a metallic door at the end of the hall and go for the next room.
(X-Naut Fortress-Computer Room)
The group are now in a room that's dark and there is a computer.
"Where are we?" Tatsu asked.
Just then, the room lightens and the computer activates.
"Huh?" Sora said, looking at the computer.
"You...are Mario and Sora...are you not? It...is pleasant to meet you..." The computer said.
"Gawrsh, who're you?" Goofy asked.
"I...am the main computer of this fortress... I am TEC. I must tell you something... That is why you were brought here... P-Princess...P-Peach..." TEC stops talking, as he malfunctions.
"Wait, you know Peach?" Sora asked.
"What's the matter?" Ms. Mowz asked.
"F-Forgive...me... Most of my data was e-erased...and my main power unti was shut...down... Now running on backup power with...only cached memory...trying to stay...operational..." TEC said.
"Something must have happened..." Vivian said.
"M-Mario... S-Sora... You know Peach is no longer here, do you not?" TEC asked.
"Yeah, we know, but we don't know where she's at now." Donald said.
"Do you know?" Flurrie asked.
"Please...save...Peach... She is with Sir Grodus in the...Palace of Shadow..." TEC said, as he malfuncions again.
"Wait, what's the Palace of Shadow? Where is it?" Sora asked.
"Backup...power...failing... Mario... Sora... Use the teleporter room...to get back to...Rogueport... The teleporter room is...on...sublevel 2...of the fortress... You must...hurry... There is barely enough power left...to activate the teleporter... I will cease all AI functions to send power to...the teleporter..." TEC said.
"But...what'll happen to you?" Sora asked.
"All power will be gone... I will...cease to exist...as an artificial consciousness..." TEC said, shocking the group.
"You mean you'll...?" Goombella stops talking.
"I will...do anything...to help...Peach... Peach has meant a lot to me... Before I met...her...I knew nothing of...love..." TEC said.
"TEC..." Sora said.
"Do not worry... I...am...just...a computer... Just...a...machine... You must...save Peach... Please...and tell her...thank you for me..." TEC said.
"We will, TEC." Sora said and Mario nods.
"Please...hurry to...the teleporter... Save...Peach..." TEC said, as he shuts down.
"Gawrsh... He really does care for Peach..." Goofy said.
"He's more than just a machine... He wanted to learn about feelings and Peach got him into that." Goombella said, as the fortress turns red.
"TEC... Guys, we gotta do this for TEC too!" Sora said and Mario nods.
"Let's go!" Donald said, as they leave.
Sora stays behind and takes one more look at TEC.
"TEC... Despite being a computer, it's almost as if..." Sora stops talking and leaves the room.
The group use the elevator to make their way for the sublevel 2 floor and they arrive at a room, where they find what looks like a machine.
"This must be the teleporter." Vivian said.
"It's no wonder how the X-Nauts keep coming to search for the Crystal Stars." Tatsu said.
Mario presses the machine's button, making a pad activate and the group get on the pad.
"Here we go! Let's go and find Peach, for TEC!" Sora said and the group nod, as they warp out of the fortress.
"Peach... Goodbye..." TEC said, as a bright shine occurs on the moon.
Well, there's the seventh chapter for the story and this isn't as long like the others, but hope you enjoyed it. Seven chapters done and now, we're at the final stage of the story, so I hope you look forward to it. The end is coming. I hope you enjoyed this and I hope you'll look forward for more soon! Will Sora, Mario, and friends find Peach in the Palace of Shadow? Will they finally meet Grodus? What will they encounter in the end? I'll see you guys in the next chapter!
