(5:30 AM, November 5th, 1955)
Both siblings were knocked out for a moment from the sharp impact of the crash. When Ally woke up, her head started to ache. She couldn't comprehend where she was for a moment.
She lifted her hood and saw that she was still in the Delorean. Marty was leaning against the driver-side window, seemingly knocked out. "Marty. Marty, wake up," she said, shaking him by the shoulder.
Marty jumped from Ally's touch and nearly hit his head on the roof of the car. "Huh? What?" he asked groggily, groaning as he woke up. "We're still in the Delorean," Ally said, looking around the area they were in. It was inside the barn.
"Oh, man. It's not a dream," Marty groaned, lifting his hood up. Before Ally could respond, the barn door opens. A family of four stands in the doorway, a man, woman, boy, and girl. They were confused about the strange machine sitting in their barn.
"Pa, what is it? What is it, Pa?" the woman asked in confusion. "Looks like an airplane, without wings," the man answered, holding up a storm lantern. "That ain't no airplane! Look!" the boy corrects, holding up a comic book that showed a spaceship that looks identical to the Delorean.
Just as the boy showed his father the comic, both doors to the Delorean open with a distinct hissing sound. The family of four were wide-eyed as they saw Marty and Ally step out of the Delorean with their hoods down.
"AGH!" the family screams and terror. They quickly ran out and shut the door in terror. "Hold on! Wait-" Marty exclaimed, falling into the hay. "We come in peace!" Ally exclaimed in hysterics.
Those people thought they had come from another planet. What was wrong with these people? "Jeez, where did we end up? These people think we're aliens," Ally asked, scratching her head in confusion. However, Marty walked to the door and opened it. Ally followed him and they saw that they were at a farm.
"Hey, uh, sorry about your barn," Marty said, cracking a smile. "Yeah, didn't mean to make it into a garage," Ally joked. However, the people on this farm weren't too keen on accepting their apology about their barn getting damaged.
Suddenly, the man had gotten a shotgun and took a shot at them, almost blowing Ally's head off. "Jesus! It was only a joke!" Ally exclaimed, falling back onto the hay. "They've already mutated into human forms! Shoot them!" the boy shouts, pointing at the siblings.
"Really?!" Ally barked before Marty pulled her away from the door as the man shot again. It nearly hit her in the chest. They quickly got back in the Delorean. "Take that, you mutated sons of bitches!" the man shouted, ready to take another shot at the two siblings.
Marty hits the gas on the sped off again, bursting from the barn. Marty almost runs over one of the kids in the process. Ally was gripping onto the seat of the Delorean, on the verge of having a panic attack because of how fast Mary was driving.
Because of this, they end up knocking down the man's pine tree by accident. "My pine! Why you-!" he bellowed, shooting out his own mailbox. Marty and Ally sped down the farmer's driveway before they could be shot again.
"You space bastards! You killed my pine!" the man shouted at the speeding car. The siblings were already far gone when the man yelled at them.
They sped onto the main road, the sun shining down at the car. "Alright, come on. Get a grip, it's nothing more than an intense dream," Marty said, trying to make sense of the situation.
"Y-Yeah, that's it. Just an intense dream," Ally agreed, swallowing hard. As Ally was trying to gather her thoughts, she saw something that caught her attention.
"Marty! Look!" she exclaimed. Marty slammed on the breaks, causing the car to screech on the road. "What?" he shouted. However, Ally had jumped out of the car before he could question her.
She took off her helmet to get a better look at what she saw. "Ally, what the hell are you doing?" Marty exclaimed, getting out of the driver's side, taking his helmet off too.
"Look," she said, pointing at a sign. Marty looked up at what she was pointing at. They stopped in front of Lyon Estates. To their shock, their neighborhood hadn't been built yet. All there was a few construction trucks along with a sign advertising the neighborhood.
"What the…?" Ally muttered in confusion. They glanced at one another for a moment before they heard a car coming down the road. Marty waved his hand to stop them and they did, rolling down their window.
"Listen, you gotta help us-" Ally started. But the woman in the passenger seat turned to her husband and gripped his shirt. "Don't stop, Wilburt, drive!" she screamed at her husband. The car then speeds away, frustrating the siblings.
They made their way back to the Delorean. Marty turned the key in the ignition. However, the car's engine sputtered, meaning the engine was dead. The time circuits had died as well as the plutonium intake was empty.
"Oh, you've gotta be f-" Ally started, only for Marty to glare at her. Ally glared back at him. "What?" she questioned, furrowing an eyebrow.
"Don't even finish that sentence," Marty scolded. "Well, it's right in this situation," Ally defended. "Still, you don't need to say that," Marty replied. He didn't like it when his little sister swore like that. He would get onto her for it like a parent.
"Fine, whatever. What're we going to do? We don't have any plutonium left," Ally said. The only thing they could do was go into HillValley to see what they had gotten themselves into.
The siblings took off their radiation suits and they pushed the Delorean behind the billboard so nobody could see it. "C'mon, let's go," Marty said, starting to walk down the street that led down to Hill Valley. Ally followed her brother and saw the sign in front of them.
"Great. I love walking two miles," Ally sarcastically says. After half an hour later, the siblings had made it to Hill Valley. However, the town looked so much different than before. Everything about it from the cars, the music, stores, and even music. Everything was from the 50's.
The siblings were mezmerized by the town. It was so different from before. They stumbled into the town square after nearly getting hit by a car. They were both hoping that they were in a dream and it wasn't real life.
The clock bell had rung from behind them. This confirmed that the clock was in fact working; it didn't work in the 80's. Marty backed into a trash can, where a man threw a newspaper into.
"Huh?" Ally gasped, turning around and pulling the newspaper out the trash can. She looked it over and her eyes widened at the date. "Marty, you might wanna look at this," Ally said, showing him the date.
The date was November 5, 1955, the date that the Delorean was set to before Doc was shot down. "This has gotta be a dream…" Marty muttered in disbelief.
"I don't think so." Ally replied. Then, her eyes set on a diner that was across the street from them. "Look, there might be a phone in there. We can call Doc and see if he can help us." she said.
It might've not been her best idea however, what else could she do? Doc couldn't have been dead in this timeline so it was their only option right now.
"Good call, let's go," Marty nodded. The siblings jog over to the diner and quickly enter it. They recognized it as the fitness center that was back in 1985. The only occupants were a man behind a bar along with a guy a about Marty's age wearing a grey fabric jacket and his hair greased back, eating cereal.
"Hey, you two. Did you jump ship?" the man behind the counter asked. Confused by the man's question, the siblings look at him with furrowed brows.
"Huh? What'd you say?" Marty asked. The man behind the bar was observing what the siblings were wearing. "What's with the life preserver?" he asked Marty. The bright orange vest he was wearing did look like a life preserver.
"We just need to use the phone," Ally asked. "Yeah, it's in the back," the man said, pointing towards the back with his thumb. "Ally, wait here. I'll get ahold of Doc," Marty whispered to his sister.
Ally nodded and took a seat beside the teenager with the grey jacket. She crossed her arms on the bar top, waiting on her brother to come back. Marty had found Doc's number in the phonebook.
He peeked out and whisper-yelled Ally's name. She looked up and saw him waving her over to the phone booth. She gets up and jogged to the phonebooth.
"What'd you find?" she asked. "Look, he's alive." Marty said, pointing at Doc's name on the page. His number and house address was on the page.
"Good, we're getting somewhere," Ally nodded. Marty dialed the number and listened to the ringing. After a few minutes, there was no answer. "He's probably not home. We should go there," Ally whispered.
Marty nodded in agreement and ripped out the page. The siblings needed to find out where this address was at. They went back over to the owner to ask him.
"Hey, can you tell us where-" Marty started but the man, Lou, cut him off. "Are you going to ordersomething, kids?" he asked curtly. Ally and Marty looked at each other before sitting down at the bar.
Ally sat in between the teenager with the grey coat and Marty, arms across the table. "Give me a tab," Marty said. "Tab? I can't give you one unless you order something." Lou said, shooting Marty a look.
Marty bit his bottom lip and said, "Okay, gimme a Pepsi Free," Ally furrowed her brow at her older brother. Did he forget that Pepsi Free didn't come out until 1982? Lou had no idea what he was talking about.
"You want a Pepsi kid, you're going to pay for it." Lou harshly said. "Give him something without sugar. I don't want anything if you're wondering." Ally said, sounding a bit irritable. Lou mumbled those words under his breath before giving Marty some coffee.
After giving the right amount of change, Marty gave her a 'thanks for saving my ass there,' grin. He then rested his head on his hand, same as the lanky teen next to her.
Just when things couldn't get any stranger, the diner door opens. "Hey, McFly." someone said, a male voice. Marty, Ally, and the lanky teen next to them all turned around too face the door.
To their shock, the voice belonged to none other than Biff Tannen with his three friends behind him. He was wearing a bright red shirt with grey slacks. "What do you think you're doing?" he chuckled, keeping his eyes on the lanky teen.
"It's…" Ally started. "Biff." Marty finished, rescuing that statement. Biff paid no mind to the siblings and walked to the lanky teen. "Hey, I'm talking to you McFly, you Irish bug!" Biff scowled.
The lanky teen stood up from his stool and said, "Oh, hey Biff. Hey guys, how're you doing?" That statement put two-and-two together. Marty and Ally were sitting right next to their father and they had no idea.
They exchanged shocked looked, both of their faces paled. Neither one of them could speak because of the shock. "You got my homework finished, McFly?" Biff asked.
"Uh, well, I figured since it wasn't due till Monday-" George started but Biff grabbed him by the back of his neck and started knocking on his head. "Hello? Hello, anybody home? Think, McFly, think!" Biff said, letting the lanky teen go, "I gotta have time to recopy it. I'll get kicked out of school if I don't turn in my homework in my handwriting. You wouldn't want that to happen, would you?"
George paused, unable to form a sentence. "Would you?!" Biff scowled, grabbing him by the shirt. "Well, of course, not Biff. I wouldn't want that to happen." George said.
This was the same conversation that Biff and George had back in the '80s. Biff was still bullying him to get him to do what he wanted. Biff saw that Marty and Ally were staring at them.
"What're you buttheads looking at?" Biff asked in an annoyed way. One of Biff's friends walked around Marty and took a hold of his vest. "Hey, Biff. Check out this guy's life preserver. Dork thinks he's gonna drown," he laughed. Ally got defensive of her brother so she stepped up.
"Hey, back off, buster!" she spat, furrowing her eyebrows, "For the record, looks like you're stupid enough to see that it's a vest!" Another one of them looked at the fifteen-year-old girl.
"The hell is that supposed to mean?" the same guy said. Ally laughed at what he said. "Oh, guess I was right. Boy, you had me fooled. Oh, woe is me," Ally said, letting her smart-ass attitude get the better of her.
"You little-!" the guy shouted, grabbing the girl by her jacket. He was about to punch her until Marty stepped in. "Hey, leave her alone," he said, pushing Biff's friend off of her.
Biff's friend backed off from Ally, who only glared at him. She didn't push it anymore. Biff then turns his attention towards George again. "So about my homework?" Biff asked.
"Well, okay. I'll finish it up tonight and bring it first thing in the morning." Geroge said, eating something off of his plate. "Not too early. I sleep in on Saturday." Biff said.
Biff then pointed down at the floor, "Hey, your shoes untied." George looked down before Biff slapped him on the cheek. "Don't be so gullible, McFly. Don't come in here again," Biff said as he left.
After Biff and his crew left, both Marty and Ally looked at him in disbelief. They kept staring at him until George couldn't take it any longer. He dropped his fork and twisted his head to look at the siblings.
"What?!" he snapped. "You're George McFly!" Marty said for the both of them. "Y-Yeah, who are you two?" George responded with a nod. Ally was about to respond but an african american bus boy came over after seeing what had just happened between George and Biff.
"Say, why do you let those boys push you around like that for?" he asked. George stammered on his words and looked down. "They're bigger than me," he answered. 'You gotta have more confidence against those assholes, dad,' Ally thought.
"Stand tall boy!" the bus boy said, "Have some respect for yourself. People will push you around for the rest of your life if you let them! Look at me, you think I'm going to spend the rest of my life in this slop house?"
Lou then walks by as he says this. "Watch it, Goldie," he warned. Goldie? As in Goldie Wilson? Both siblings knew that he'd be their future mayor.
Goldie looked back at George and said, "No, sir! I'm going to night school and I'm gonna make something out of myself," "That's right, he's gonna be mayor!" Ally exclaimed, pointing at Goldie. Marty didn't even try to stop her from blurting this fact.
Goldie stopped after hearing Ally say this and he smiled big. "Mayor! Now that's a good idea! I could run for mayor." Goldie said, walking from George. Lou scoffs at the idea, walking over to another counter next to the door.
"A colored mayor, that'll be the day," Lou said. "You wait and see, Mr. Caruthers, I will be mayor! I'll be the most powerful man in Hill Valley and I'm gonna clean up this town!" Goldie defended. "Good, you can start by sweeping the floor," Lou said, shoving the broom in Goldie's arms.
Goldie walked to the other side of the diner saying, "Mayor Goldie Wilson. I like the sound of that." Ally sighed and looked forward for a moment while Marty started to drink the now cold coffee.
They then noticed that George wasn't in the stool. He had left during that conversation. Both siblings look up and saw George riding away on his bike. Marty and Ally bolted out of the diner in an attempt to stop him.
"Hey, dad!" Marty called. However, he didn't stop. "George!" Ally said, but that didn't work either. "Hey, you on the bike!" the siblings say in unison. Marty pulled his sister along to chase after him.
About half an hour later, the siblings found themselves in a neighborhood that was outside of the town square. They had followed George to this neighborhood in hopes of trying to catch him.
"Where is he?" Marty asked, looking every which way. Ally spotted his bike laying next to a large oak tree. Looking up, she sees George laying on his chest in one of the branches. "Found him. Take a look up there," she said, patting Marty on the chest with the back of her hand.
Marty glanced up at George and saw him holding a pair of binoculars. Ally made a face as she realized why he was doing that. "Oh my god, he's a peeping tom," she grimaced in disgust. George was looking at a woman changing through her window.
Then, George lost his grip on the branch and ended up falling out of it, falling right in a path of an on-coming car. "Dad!" Marty shouted, running into the street. He pushes George out of the way of the car and Marty is the one to get hit.
Marty got knocked down on to his back, hitting the back of his head on the concrete. Ally quickly ran to her brother, who was unconscious now. "Marty! Marty, wake up!" she cried, shaking him by the shoulders.
A man got out of his car just as George was standing up. He saw George stumble away from the scene. "Hey, wait a minute. Who are you?" he asked. But George grabbed his bike and ran off from the scene.
The man looked down at the girl trying to wake Marty up. "Who are you?" he asked her. "I'm the sister of the kid you just ran over!" Ally replied curtly. She didn't want to be interrogated right now.
"Well, if that's who he is, then give me a hand carrying him in the house." the man said before looking up at his house, "Stella, another one of these damn kids jumped in front of my car!"
A woman came out of the house at her husband's call. "Oh my word!" the woman, Stella, shouted as she ran over. She sees the girl tending to her brother.
They brought Marty in the house quickly. Three younger kids saw what was happening and came over to see what was going on. "What happened?" a younger boy asked.
"He got hit by your dad's car," Ally answered. Another little girl looked at Ally curiously. "You his girlfriend or something?" she asked. "No, his sister actually," Ally said, her cheeks red in embarrassment.
"Lorraine, come down here for a minute!" Stella called, looking up the direction of the stairs. A girl around Marty's age came down the stairs and Ally's eyes widened. She knew right away that this girl was her and Marty's mom… as a teenager!
"What is it, mother?" Lorraine asked. "Help this young man upstairs. Your father almost killed him with his car." Stella answered. Lorraine looked at Ally for a moment, "Are you his sister?" "Yeah. Yeah, I am," Ally answered.
Lorraine helped Marty up the stairs. When Ally tried to follow but Lorraine stopped her. "That won't be necessary. We'll take care of him," Lorraine said, holding out a hand. Ally wanted to help and be there for her brother.
"Wait on the couch, hon. He'll be alright soon enough." Stella said, gesturing for Ally to sit on the couch, which she did. The whole time, Ally was worrying for her brother
