(Back at the Clocktower)

Doc quickly checks his watch, pacing back and forth nervously. They were running out of time before the lightning would strike the clocktower. It was five minutes before 10:00; the wind was picking up and there was thunder in the distance. The lightning rod was ready to go with the cable strung across the street between the two lamp posts.

"Damn, where are those kids?" he said. He checks his pocket watch, eyes widened. "Damn, damn!" he said under his breath. The siblings soon arrive in the courthouse, parking across the street from him. They were dressed in their 1985 clothing.

They get out of the car as quickly as they could and rush over to Doc. "You both are late! Do you not have no concept of time?!" Doc yelled over the wind. They uncover the Delorean.

"Hey, cut us some slack! We had to change!" Marty shouted back. "Yeah, we aren't going back in those zoot suits!" Ally added. After they uncovered the Delorean, Marty leaned against the back of the car and started digging for the picture.

"You won't believe it, Doc! Our old man really came through!" Ally said with excitement. "Yeah, he laid out Biff in one punch! Ally and I didn't know he had it in him! He's never stood up to Biff in his life!" Marty shouted, handing Doc the picture.

Doc looks at the picture and sees the picture. He sees that David and Linda are back in the picture. "Never?" he yelled back, perking up. "No, wh? What's the matter?" Marty yelled in concern. However, Doc waved it off and turned back towards them.

"Alright! Let's set your destination time," Doc says, opening the Delorean driver door and he punched in the time. "Alright, this is the exact time you two left," Doc said, setting it to October 26, 1985 at 1:34 AM. He then get's out of the Delorean and ran down the stree a little.

"Now, I pained a white line on the street waaaay over there!" he yelled, pointing at the end of the street, "That's where you two start from!" He rushes over and shows the siblings his watch. "I've calculated the distance and wind resistance fresh to actuvate from the momen the lightning strikes, at exactly 7 minutes and 22 seconds." Doc instructed, pulling out an alarm clock, "When this goes off, you hit the gas,"

He reaches in the Delorean and places it on the dashboard. He comes back out and looked around. "Well, I guess that's everything." he said, smiling at the sibling. "Thanks a lot, Doc," Marty said. "Thank you two. You finally given me something to aim for," Doc replied.

The siblings couldn't help themselves and they brought him into a tight hug. Doc was taken aback by this but hugged them back. "See you two in about 30 years!" he yelled over the wind.

They had tears in their eyes. They hoped he wouldn't find their letter that was in his pocket. "We hope so," Ally said, yelling over the wind. They pulled away from the hug.

"Don't worry. As long as you two accelerate the Delorean up to 88mph just when the lightning strikes the tower, everything will be fine." Doc assured. The siblings nodded and get in the Delorean. Marty got in the driver's seat and Ally sat in the passenger seat.

Doc felt around his pocket and felt something in it. He pulls the letter out, much to the siblings' dismay. "What's the meaning of this?" Doc questioned. "You'll find out in 30 years!" Marty answered. "It's about the future, isn't it?! It's information on the future!" Doc yelled, walking around the car.

Marty and Ally get out of the Delorean to catch up with him. "Hold on, Doc!" Ally shouted. "I already told you two about this! The consequences could be disastrous!" Doc shouted, shaking the paper.

"Well, that's a risk you're gonna have to take! Your life depends on it!" Marty yelled. "No! I refuse to accept the responsibility!" Doc yelled, tearing the letter to pieces. Ally's heart dropped when he did this.

"In that case, we'll tell you straight out!" Ally yelled. Then, the wind picked up bad enough to knock the cable out of place. "Great Scott!" Doc yelled. He quickly grabbed some rope and said, "I'll climb to the top of the clock tower and I'll throw the rope down to you two! Wrap the around the cable and I'll pull it up!"

"Right!" the siblings say in unison. They watch as Doc made his way up to the top of the tower. He then throws the rope down to the siblings. Marty wrapped the rope around the cable while Ally held it "Go, Doc!" Marty yelled.

Doc started pulling the rope up as quickly as he could. "C'mon! Bring it up!" Ally shouted. Doc manages to get the rope and cable up to him.

Suddenly, Marty cupped his mouth and yelled up to Doc, "Doc! We have to tell you about the future!" Doc couldn't hear what he said and shouted back, "What?!" "He said we have to tell you about the future!" Ally yelled, cupping her own hand.

Their shouts were drowned out by a small whisper because of the strong winds. "On the night we go back, you will be-" Marty started but the bell to the clock went off, causing Doc to scream and cover his ears.

"Doc!" the siblings yell in sync. "Go!" Doc shouted, waving them off. "No, Doc!" Marty yelled. "Look at the time! You both got less than four minutes! Go now!" Doc yelled, pointing at the clock.

Marty and Ally nodded before sprinting to the Delorean. They sped off towards the starting point as fast as they could. "Ally, stay in the car. I'll put the rod up." Marty said, getting out of the car. "Okay! Hurry!" Ally replied.

Marty goes to set the rod up before jumping back in. Ally saw him do this and cursed, "Damn it, Doc! Why'd you have to tear up that letter? If only we had more time…" Marty perked up when she said that and said, "Wait, Ally. We got all the time we want! We got a time machine! Let's go back early to tell him!"

Ally knew where her brother was getting at and nodded quickly. "Let's go back ten minutes!" Ally exclaimed, punching in the time to 1:24 a.m. "Alright, that's good. Time circuits on." Ally said.

"Flux capacitor… fluxing. Engine running. Alright, let's go!" Marty added, about to hit the gas. However, the engine suddenly cut off. "Huh? What? No, no!" Ally said in slight panic. "Alright, calm down, Ally. W-We can start it back up!" Marty said, starting to turn the key. However, the engine sputtered.

While this was happening, Doc was still trying to get the wires hooked together. His luck took a nosedive when he saw that the cable was caught on a tree branch.

Marty was still struggling to get the car started, but it kept sputtering. "Please, please, c'mon!" Marty muttered. He lets out a frustrated yell and slams his forehead against the steering wheel. The

Delorean started up, much to their delight.

"Yes! Finally! Let's go!" Ally laughed, ready to get going. The alarm clock goes off and Marty slams on the gas pedal. They speed off down the lane where the wire was.

As they made it to the square, they saw Doc sliding down on the wire to get back down. "Doc!" the siblings say in unison. The siblings shut their eyes tightly as they were getting closer to the theater. They held hands, squeezing tightly.

There were three sonic booms and a loud crash. When they open their eyes, they see that they crashed into the theater. The crash was heard by the local homeless man who was sleeping on a bench.

Marty reversed the car and drove a little bit to get out of the theater. The siblings open their doors, letting smoke out, and jump out in joviality. "Whoo! Yes!" Marty cheered.

"We're back! We're really back!" Ally jumped in joy, hugging Marty. He hugged back for a moment before looking around, taking in the square. "Red, you look great," Marty said with a smile. "Yeah, everything looks great!" Ally added.

They then see the clock on the bank, it read 1:24 am. "Look, we still got time!" Ally shouted. Marty nodded as they got back in the car. Marty turns the key but the car sputters again. "No, oh, come on!" Marty shouted. "You've gotta be kidding me!" Ally said in frustration.

While doing this, they saw the Libyans drive by them. "Libyans…" Marty said. He grabbed her hand and they took off running in the direction of the Libyans.

(At the Lone Pines Mall)

The two make it to the mall, which went from the Twins Pines Mall to the Lone Pines Mall. The time was 1:34 and they witnessed Doc getting shot down by the Libyans. They looked as if they were going to be sick.

As they were about to say something but they heard their other selves yell, "NOOOO Bastards!" They saw their duplicates run around the van only to be stopped by the Libyans. Next thing they know, they jumped in the other Delorean and escaped the Libyans.

Both slid down the shrubbery hill and got back to their feet. They look up to see the duplicate Delorean disappear into a bright flash of light. It blinds the Libyans enough to crash into the newspaper stand.

Marty and Ally run to Doc in a panic. "Doc! Doc!" Marty cried, turning him over. However, it appeared they were too late. "No… please no…" Ally sobbed, hugging Marty. Marty hugged her back, crying himself.

However, Ally was facing Doc so she could see him. Opening her eyes, she saw movement. Doc blinks and starts to sit up. "Marty?" she said, tapping him on the shoulder.

"Don't talk, Ally," Marty said with a sob. "Look behind you," Ally said. Marty does so and sees Doc sitting up. Marty turned completely around with wide eyes. Doc looked back at them, his eyes just as wide.

"Doc? You're alive?" Marty said, taken aback. Doc glanced down at his radiation suit and unzipped it to reveal a bulletproof vest. "A bulletproof vest? How did you know? Marty never got a chance to tell you," Ally said in shock.

Doc reaches into the suit and pulls out a familiar-looking paper. Marty takes the paper and opens it. It was the letter that Marty and Ally had written to him 30 years ago. "What about all that talk about screwing up future events, the space-time continuum?" Marty asked.

Doc simply smiled at them and said, "Well, I figured, what the hell?" Marty and Ally laughed and hugged Doc, tears in their eyes.

They make it back home, and manage to save Doc from being shot down.
