Chapter 103: Visiting Tartarus
At the HSPC building after the meeting, the commissioner told the U.A. League that he needs volunteers to check out what's happening at Tartarus and interrogate the remaining inmates about All for one's plan for the upcoming war. All Might then said that he and Endeavor will volunteer to go to Tartarus to do some interrogations with the inmates while everyone else keeps the investigation going until Hawks contact them with intel. Soon, All Might, and Endeavor was about to set off until Sir Nighteye told All Might that he had a tragic vision of him becoming quirkless before telling him to be careful and safe so the vision will change. All Might then understood before he and Endeavor get into Detective Naomasa's car to get to Tartarus. When they got there, they saw the prison facility almost in ruins before running to the entrance to greet Gran Torino and Fat Gum, who then told them that the Devil Brats and The Three Villainteers broke all the villains that they have encountered out of Tartarus. Gran Torino then say that however, they left Jessie, James and Meowth behind because they think that they're useless to them before saying that he and Fat Gum try to get some answers about All for one, but they won't cooperate with them.
Endeavor then understood and told All Might to follow as they went inside and saw parts of the facility are destroyed and cells are being broke open with some of them have a hole in the wall. Soon, All Might and Endeavor reached Team Rocket's cell, where the trio themselves are just chilling. When they see All Might and Endeavor, they reacts in annoyance before asking what do they want since they're the reason why none of their colleagues like them, causing Endeavor to sarcastically comment before asking the trio what do they know about All for one's plan to take down the hero society, which caused the trio to pretend that they didn't hear them and resumes their relaxing, which caused Endeavor to furiously get their attention. After All Might calm Endeavor down, he sternly told the trio that they have no time to fool around, causing the trio look at each other before James asks what's in it for them. All Might then stand up and lectured the trio about their past actions before telling them that they have potential in being good. He then wrapped it up by saying that the trio can be heroes, they just need someone like him to keep them on the right path, which caused the trio to tear up and said that they will cooperate. Endeavor then asks his question again, causing Jessie to say that all they know is All for one need one for all to take over the world because it's extremely powerful according to Hatsume. James then told the heroes that they did hear something about a monster name Gigantomachia along with Lydia refusing to help take down the hero society because she has a change of heart and just want to reunite with her family. All might then ask the trio about their current location, causing Meowth to say that the organization is in the hidden caves, but the caves just move to an abandoned neighborhood with a laboratory. The trio then finished it up by saying that the Warcraft of Doom are planning to build a castle behind a house, causing All Might to become confused until Endeavor said that this is the second time a comrade's neighborhood gets taken over by villains. All Might then thanked the trio before telling them that he'll make sure they get training to become heroes instead of villains by the end of the war before he and Endeavor left the facility.
Meanwhile, in the neighborhood that used to be Izu and Inko's from Chapter 1 and Chapter 2, the Warcraft of Doom are finishing preparing everything for the war that's in two days. All for one then gives the Devil Brats credit for helping them break their allies, including Merlin, The Masked Rodent, The Anti-hero Squad, Nomu, and Team Reservoir Dogs out of Tartarus before making everyone do a moment of silence in remembrance of the League of Villains, who was eaten by Eternatus. Afterward, the Devil Brats followed the leaders outside to Inzenko's grave as All for one smiled with satisfaction before saying that he's so glad that he killed Izenko, causing Hatsume to chew his grandpa out for saying that because now that they know that Izenko is Izuku's father, he practically caused the Peanut Gallery to be formed in the first place. Not only that, but he could've also put him in a crippling state instead of murdering him completely, which caused All for one to give him a death glare before heading back inside. He then told the brats that this war will be their finest hour, and it will end with him stealing one for all, so he'll take over Japan today, and the world tomorrow. All for one and his comrades then laugh evilly, leaving the Devil Brats to think about Izu and his friends before looking at the grave and say that things could've been different. Hatsume then told his comrades that they will try something different to get one for all, and getting sympathy from the Peanut Gallery is the first step.
