Chapter 120: Reports on Overhaul
The U.A. League stop at a bus stop to discuss how are they going to get reports on Overhaul until Inko gets an idea, which caused a montage to begin as the league tries to get any reports but only get intel about the baby's progress and Overhaul obsession on curing the world from a disease call hero syndrome. Soon, everyone returns to HQ to organize what they got so far with help from Siri. Siri then said that Overhaul has a boss who he's trying to impress until the boss got sick and wind up in a bed because Overhaul got angry at him. Siri then scan some of the reports that the league got before hinting something that involved child abuse, causing the league to get mad and concern.
The league all sat down at their table before making some theories and speculations. All Might then start first by speculating that Overhaul is competing with The Anti-hero Squad to do something bad to children, and it'll involve using their blood to make drugs, causing some of his comrades including Inko to agree and some other to disagree. Eraserhead then goes next as he speculates that Overhaul must be working for the Warcraft of Doom while they're still in Tartarus, causing Midnight's older sister Dawn to ask what's the Warcraft of Doom has to do with the drugs made from children's blood, which also caused Eraserhead to think for a moment before sighing and say good point. Vlad king then goes last after comparing the drugs to the rewinder guns that Izu built to restore anyone and anything, which is that the drugs are actually covered in children blood, and kids were forced to make drugs from the rewinder guns. Everyone then look at him as if they believed him until Eel Boy reminded Vlad that Tasha is the only person Overhaul kidnapped, and she's scheduled to have a baby soon. Soon, All Might told everyone to keep investigating the drugs Overhaul is making until they found clues that'll help them figure out Overhaul's scheme, causing everyone to say right before setting off to investigate more. All Might then told Ultra not to bring female dogs into the building without permission, causing Ultra to go aww before he left.
Meanwhile after school, the Peanut Gallery, Gentle, Labrava, Bella, and Stella walk home as usual as they talked about Mrs. Wombat losing her sanity because of Izu sassing her with his smart mouth, causing Izu to tell his friends that he's a high advance genius, so Mrs. Wombat should be teaching him college level stuff and not stuff that'll put him to sleep. Tsu then smacked Izu on the head before saying that they will talk about it when they get home. Suddenly, Izu heard something before telling everyone to stop and listen. Fyumi then noticed someone coming, which is Tasha holding a newborn baby until she accidentally ran into Fyumi. After she apologizes, Tasha quickly gives Izu her baby before telling the kids that her name is Eri, and she's in grave danger. Suddenly, a gunshot was heard as Tasha fell to the ground dead, causing Izu to hold the baby tight while everyone gets defensive as Shifu and Tappa ask who's out there. Soon, Overhaul reveals himself before introducing himself to the kids who gives him a death glare. Overhaul then calmly told the kids that there was a misunderstanding because he was just trying to save the baby from a disease, which caused the kids to look at each other confused until they all nodded to each other. Izu then ask Overhaul if he's the one who killed the baby's mother, causing Overhaul to say no and that he will never do such a thing. Shenji then said that's Overhaul is lying, which caused Overhaul himself to deny it before Buddy said that he is. Overhaul then glares at the kids after Izu sternly tell him that he got questions for him and he wants honest answers instead of lies.
