Chapter 138: The sit down begins
The next evening, the Peanut Gallery thanked Trevor's sister Mackenzie for babysitting the babies while they participate in a meeting with the Band of Massacre. Creati then gives Mackenzie the instructions on taking care of each baby before joining her comrades to set off to Massacre agency, where Black Might was waiting for them so he then asks everyone if they know what to do, causing the U.A. League and their comrades to say yes before Black Might ask Mystery, Froppy, and Pinky to come with him inside. The girls then get confused until Froppy ask him why, which caused him to say that the girls look very muscular and might be strong enough to be bodyguards. The girls then blush as their teammates agrees with Black Might before Black Might himself get onto Mystery's back as if she's a horse and does what Deku usually does to make Mystery move forward much to everyone's suspicion. Once inside, the quartet reached the conference room, where the sit down was supposed to take place as they all wait while the goons that are sitting at the table tremble at Black Might's presence, even if Black Might just taking a bottle of water to drink and taking a chocolate bar to eat. After stopping the girls from intimidating the goons, Black Might told everyone in the conference room that they have people to save before asking where the Leaders are at, not knowing that they're behind him and the girls until Hisashi said that he and Kouna are right behind them.
Kouna and Hisashi greets Black Might before introducing themselves personally and sitting down at their seat to get the sit down started. Black Might then ask the leaders if they're here to settle an agreement involving one for all, causing Kouna to say yes. She then told Black Might about how the Warcraft of Doom was created by All for one until his death in the hands of All Might before asking Black Might if he's really Black Might, the mysterious hero who doesn't have one for all, or Deku trying to be someone he's not just to protect one for all, causing Froppy, Mystery, and Pinky to look at Black Might with worried expression as he look down for a moment before lifting it up to say that he's Black Might and he and his comrades are here to stop the Band of Massacre before they start targeting monsters with one for all's dust particles. Hisashi then snapped his fingers so two goons can bring in Celia and her kids before asking Black Might if he know they are as Celia and the Yagi kids look at Black Might and gasp when they recognized him. However, Black Might told the leaders that they are Deku's half mother and siblings, causing Kouna to ask Black Might if Deku told him all about him before going kaput in front of him, which also caused Black Might to give the leaders a death glare and told them that he rather not tell them that. The leaders then smile at each other before Hisashi ask Black Might how did he and Deku met before kaput, causing Black Might to try to think of something before sweating bullets until the leaders pressured him until he said that they met last night, causing a buzzer to be heard as the goons gasp and murmur among themselves. Black Might then became emotional until Pinky ask the leaders what they are going to do with one for all. The leaders then smile at each other before admitting that they are working with the Warcraft of Doom and once they get their hands on one for all, they will be able to take over the world before laughing evilly as the girls prepared for a fight until Black Might put his hand up to stop the girls. He then told the leaders that he will not let them take away one for all in any other way, causing the leaders to initially become furious before calming themselves down before telling Black Might to come with them for a heart-to-heart talk. Black Might then solemnly say ok before giving the girls a signal to activate the hidden eavesdropping device for All Might, Endeavor, and Hawks to listen to the conversation.
When they reached an interrogation room, Kouna and Hisashi open the door for Black Might, who then went inside and have a seat. Hisashi then sat down and told Black Might, whom he called Deku, that he's knows how it feels to protect the ones he cares about, and one of them is one of the seven legendary quirks in the world. He then lectures Deku how friends come and go before telling him that one of these days, the Peanut Gallery will be no more, especially because of Deku going into a rebellious phase. Black might then look down before getting emotional because he knows that Hisashi is right. Kouna takes her turn to lecture Deku about letting people being overly protective and baby him before saying that what Deku lacks is self-respect and pride in his wellbeing. She then wraps it up by saying that the Warcraft of Doom can help a poor lost child like himself become tougher and more dangerous that'll prove society that he's nothing to be messed with. Soon, Deku gets more emotional as he began monologuing internally about how are the things that the leaders are saying are true before monologuing that what he wants is to prove to his friends that he can defend and fight for himself and does not need constant protection or smothering from them. Soon, Black Might calmed himself down and wipe his tears before looking at the leaders in cold determination. He then gives the leaders a lecture about how becoming villains just to destroy society will not make the world a better place and that he loves everyone he knows and just wants to prove himself as a hero, and not weak, defenseless, or just a simple kid who's reckless and impulsive. He then wraps it up by saying that if the leaders don't surrender and continue their villainous ways, then he have no choice but to send an army to raid the organization, causing the leaders to glare at Black Might before coldly asking him who he is.
