Tomoyasu then smiled evilly as he and Morgan rallied up every villain in Japan so Hatsume can announce his plan to build a school that will help villains of any age become so dangerous, that the hero society will crumble to the ground before the heroes get a chance to attack. The villains then get excited until one of the villains asks Hatsume what it will be called, causing Hatsume and his comrades to huddle up to whisper before Hatsume can tell everybody that the school will be called Warcraft Academy, and to protect every villain from ending up in jail, they will be part of the Warcraft Protection Program. After Tomura confirms that the Warcraft Protection Program is an evil counterpart of the U.A. Protection Program, Hatsume wraps it up by saying that their motto is if the going gets tough, get dangerous before making an inspiring speech so villains will not only be free with their quirks, but to always has a backup plan because one of their main goals in order to take over the world is to steal one for all from Izuku Midoriya, which caused the villains to cheer while some chants Dr. Gadget three times before Hatsume announced that tonight's his finest hour.
A montage began as the Warcraft of Doom turned half of Japan into their territory by either killing or chasing away innocent people away so they can build a wall while their most powerful monsters prevent heroes from intervening with the process. Soon, the Warcraft of Doom laugh evilly as new villains come to greet them and move into their new home immediately, which is next to the new and improve Warcraft agency. The new home is called Hotel Warcraft, which is similar to Heights Alliance Apartments while Warcraft Agency is similar to U.A. Apartments. Tomura then volunteered to manage everything while Hatsume is the owner, causing Morgan to introduce them to Tororu Bujii and Gruntilda Witch along with thirty-five other villains that's going to be teachers with them. Hatsume then proclaim himself as headmaster with Tomura as vice principal before telling everyone that they will begin the development of Warcraft Academy in the morning.
The next morning, Izuku wakes up to see his friends smiling at him before Kyoka told him that they are at their agency, causing Izu to hug her before apologizing to everyone for his rebellious behavior and said that he loves them so much. Everyone then gets so happy, that they group hugged Izu too tight until Jessie and James told the kids that they are needed for an investigation on last night incident, causing Izuku to tell everyone to get out so he can change into his costume as he and his friends gets ready for the day, which ends with everyone waiting for Deku until he comes out with his real costume as they all cheer and claps for him. Deku then blush before telling everyone that they should get going as they set off. Soon, they reached the site of the investigation, causing the U.A. League to greet them before telling them what happened last night. Deku and Froppy then speculates that Gadget could be up to something to overpower the U.A. Protection Program and take down society easier, which caused Deku to realize something before telling everyone to spread out and investigate as much as they can before asking Siri to scan the area for things that the Warcraft of Doom don't want them to know about. Soon, a quick montage began until the U.A. League Jr. and U.A. League Sr. regroup to tell each other what they have found so far, which is that the Warcraft of Doom has rallied up every villain in Japan, including ones from the enchanted book to create the Warcraft Academy and they built two homes from the leaders and their lieutenants, causing Siri to reveal Gadget's true plan to steal one for all and take over the world. Deku then look into his holographic map before saying that they are some places that he can hack into so they can confront the Warcraft of Doom together, causing everyone to smile, especially his team who then praised him until Ryuku say that's their Deku alright.
