Chapter 153: First date
Soon, the girls drove the peanut bus back home just in time as the guys returns laughing together, with Izu, Eijiro, Denki, and Katsuki having their arms over each other shoulders. Izu then told everyone that he's going back to his apartment to get ready for bed, causing everyone to say goodnight and I love you as Izu and Eri left. Tenya then ask Momo if she and the girls decided on who will be the lucky girl that's going to date Izu, causing Ochaco to step forward with a face of determination before saying that she'll date Deku. Soon, Ochaco knocked on Deku's door as Saizu urges her to ask him out before Eri opens the door. After Ochaco ask for Deku, Eri told her that he's taking bath, so she should wait for him until he comes out, which Ochaco say ok to as she sat down on the couch. After a moment of waiting and playing with Whobert and Fuego, Izu approach Ochaco and ask if she needs something, causing her to take a deep breath and ask him out on a date. Izu then became flatter as Eri squeals with joy before hugging both Izu and Ochaco, causing Izu to smile at Ochaco and say that he'll date her, which also caused Whobert and Fuego to join the hug until everyone came in cheering. After Izu told everyone to go to bed, he blushes and smiled at Ochaco before asking her if she wants to sleep with him for the night, Ochaco to smile back and say yes. Izu then told Ochaco to go take a bath and meet him in his bed afterwards before heading to his room while Ochaco set off take a bath in her apartment.
The next day, Izu wakes up to see Ochaco laying on him after she told him to wake up before dropping down onto his body. After Izu becomes fluster and blush, he told Ochaco to get off him so he can get ready for the day. He soon ask Ochaco where she wants to go for their first date, causing her to think for a moment before saying the Bowling Arcade, which caused Deku to smile before saying of course and anything for his Ochaco. After Ochaco had breakfast with Izu and Eri, she waits in the lobby, where the others little siblings are watching tv while most of her comrades are having a meeting about enrolling their little brothers and sisters into U.A. Academy until Izu came out wearing his casual outfit before taking Ochaco's hand, so they can go on their first date together, causing most of the girls, especially Tsu and Toru to call Ochaco lucky. When they reached the Bowling Arcade, Izu look at a menu before asking Ochaco if she know what she wants to eat, causing her to act shyly and say that she'll take whatever Izu is having, which also caused Izu to say ice cream and pizza it is. Soon, the waiter came and wrote down the couple's order before Izu ask Ochaco what makes her decide to start dating him him, causing Ochaco to tell him what she said to the other girls last night before giving him the same speech. Izu then start crying tears of joy before taking a napkin to wipe his tears before thanking his girlfriend for telling him how she feels about him. Soon, the waiter gives the couple their pizza and ice cream as they start eating, they even share each other pizza until a waiter smiled at them before whispering to a DJ to play a slow song.
The DJ then play All I do is think of you by the Troop, causing Izu to blush before asking Ochaco to dance with him on the dance floor, which also caused Ochaco to willingly say that she will love a dance before taking Izu's hand, and takes him onto the dance floor where they slowly dance to the music as everyone takes picture and smile broadly at the cute couple. Soon, a montage of everything that Izu and Ochaco been through begins from the first time they met each other and their first valentine's day together, to Giant Ochaco and Deku working together to fight Giant Himiko and Hatsume during the Team Rocket raid and the first war against the Warcraft of Doom. When the song ends, everyone cheers for Izuku and Ochaco as they both smile and took a bow. Meanwhile, a jealous Himiko was watching them through a window before preparing herself to confront Ochaco. She then barged in just as Izu and Ochaco was about to have their first kiss.
