Chapter 167: Grand opening
One hour later, the grand opening of Warcraft Academy begins as Tony and Yugan gives a brief report about the ceremony before joining their fellow students, who are wearing either black blazers or black waistcoat over a red collar shirt with a white tie. They are also wearing orange pants and purple shoes. The ceremony then begins as Hatsume greets everyone before introducing himself as the school's headmaster and told everyone about the school and their goal to not only steal one for all the right way, but to make the world a better place, causing everyone to cheer while a drone sent by the U.A. League Sr. float above them as the league themselves watch the ceremony on Siri's screen. Hatsume then told everyone the areas of the school campus, which are the training/sports ground, drug caverns, students' dormitories, and the school itself and was about to tell everyone how the students are going to be safe from the heroes and the police until Henso gets his attention and pointed to the drone above the crowd, causing Hatsume to snap his fingers so Toya can burn the drone, which caused the footage of the ceremony to be destroyed. Fortunately, the hero got it on a tape because they hit record. Meanwhile, Hatsume concluded the ceremony by telling everyone how the students will be safe from the heroes and the police, causing everyone to cheer before the students ask questions and setting off to enroll into the academy while the faculty discuss a way to keep heroes from finding out about their plans for the upcoming war against the hero society.
After the students are enrolled and moved into their dorms, the faculty gets everything for the first day of school tomorrow before having a meeting about the next big thing for the upcoming war at the end of fourth quarter, causing a villain to tell everyone that they could have the students become giants to make things easier, which also caused Hatsume to think for a moment before telling the villain that they will talk about it more as plan b before continuing the meeting. Gigantomachia then told everyone that they can have robot versions of themselves, causing everyone to agree on the idea before Hatsume puts it as their secret weapon. Soon, Hatsume gets an idea before telling everybody that his grandma's staff has a sorcerer's stone inside, and they can use magic as their advantage, which caused everyone to be interested as Hatsume wraps it up by saying that they could use all three during the war before telling everyone that they're going to give it a test run at U.A. Academy. After everyone cheers for Hatsume's idea, Tomura ask Hatsume if he could get an upgrade on his quirk so he'll be unstoppable during the war, which Hatsume allows before telling him to be patient because they are also going to have someone to betray the heroes. Hatsume then show Tomura the hypno-watch as they both starts laughing evilly.
That evening, the faculty hung out at the teacher lounge as some of them go over their lesson plan while some of them just talk among themselves until Rikiya went to Hatsume's office to tell him about their strategy for the upcoming war. He then shows him a book that he's been reading before showing him a page that explains the meta liberation plan, which cause Hatsume to smile evilly before telling Rikiya to put it on his desk so he'll read it. After Rikiya leave the book on the desk, Hatsaume immediately start reading about the meta liberation plan as a flashback begins. In the flashback, Redestro created the meta liberation plan when he was a young boy, so the hero society will be taken down and everyone can use their quirks without restraints. However, the plan fails after his father let him lead the army, which cause most villains including his father to be either killed or arrested. Hatsume then chuckle as read more until he starts thinking how the organization can use the strategy without anyone getting killed or arrested. Afterwards, he got out of his office and told everyone that Rikiya just give them a perfect plan to destroy the heroes and make the world a better place. Everyone then cheers after Hatsume show them the page that explains the plan before thanking Rikiya and pat his back.
