Chapter 214: Abby's candy shop
After Nejire help the duo up, she told them that they are going to be training under her and comrades' watch, causing a montage of Gwen and Henry's training to begin as the duo start training until the league noticed Abby turning a building into a candy shop. Izu then told Gwen and Henry to keep training with the cadets as he and his comrades decided to check it out. Soon they entered Abby's candy shop as plenty of islanders followed them in to get candy from Abbigail, causing Tenya to ask what's going on here. Abby then told the heroes that she set up a candy shop so the A-islanders can enjoy her delicious sugary sweets, which caused Izu's mouth to start watering as Tsu and Ochaco hold him back until Mina asks Abby what she is up to lately. Abby then glares at Mina and takes the league to the kitchen where Akumo and Tony were alphabetizing candy bars. She then revealed that she's taking charge of a plan to take over the island before saying that if the U.A. League knows what's good for them, they stay out her way, or else, causing the league to glare at Abby until an islander ring the bell to get Abby's attention so he can order for his son, which also caused Abby to quickly fly to her counter to ask the islander what does his son wants. Izu then tell his comrades to find out what the Warcraft of Doom are doing, causing everybody to say yes sir before taking off.
Pony found Hatsume, Himiko, and Himanko at Waterfall Resort doing good deeds for the islanders before heading towards them to find out what scheme are they planning to do. Hatsume then gives Pony a fake smile before saying that he and his wife was just being good people to the islanders of A-Island, causing Pony to look at Hatsume suspiciously before telling him to tell the truth, which also caused Himiko to act surprised before telling Pony that her husband is telling the truth. Soon, a montage begins as the U.A. League confronts every Warcraft of Doom member, who are all acting nice when they are actually cruel. The montage then ends with the league taking Gwen and Henry back to their manor to tell them the update of the Warcraft of Doom. The duo then asks the league if there's any way for them to stop them, causing the league to look at Eri, who then told Gwen and Henry that there is a way. However, due to the circumstance of potential unwanted deaths, she is the only person who can take Abby down. The duo then sigh before Eri gets an idea and told them to be a spy for them, which caused Gwen and Henry to gives her a look before asking what if the islanders thinks that they're accusing the innocence again. After Seija told them to tell the Islanders that they sent them, the duo looks at each other before becoming determined and agreeing to do the task.
Soon, Gwen and Henry went inside Abby's candy shop to look around as islanders some chat among themselves while others look at them. Henry then turns on a hidden microphone inside his shirt, and a hidden camera in his hat as Gwen casually asks for the sweet galore special. Abby then looks at the duo suspiciously and say coming right up before walking to the kitchen. An islander then smiles and asks the duo if the U.A. League talked some sense into them about irrational paranoia, causing the duo to look at her before saying "sure" and "let's go with that" as Abigail listens briefly from the kitchen. She then told Akumo and Tony that Gwen and Henry want the sweet galore special, causing the two boys to quickly rush through the preparation as Abby pressures them to go faster. Soon, Abby asks the duo if they are going to stay out her way like she said earlier, which caused the duo themselves to nod much to Abby's suspicion. Gwen then asks Abby if it's true that Akumo had an obsessive crush on Cadet 1a, causing Akumo himself to blush as Abby say that he used to, until the cadets flat out admit that they don't love him back because of what he can't control. Abby then explains Himiko's backstory to the duo until Akumo and Tony came out with a giant bowl of delicious candy, which caused the duo to become shocked as Abby told them that they must eat every candy before the one-hour timer goes out. After telling the duo a few rules, the duo begins before Akumo and Tony whispers to Abbigail about the meeting they going to have tonight, not knowing that the U.A. League heard everything they talked about. Soon, the duo threw up when they were halfway done much to the islanders' disappointment as Abbigail laughs girly while Akumo and Tony laugh evilly. The trio then casually went back to work after realizing that people are staring.
