-A Short While Ago; East Side of the Inn-
The very moment Izuku, Katsuki, Floyd and Koichi had gotten into the building they each had passed out from exhaustion, and didn't realize what had been outside until hours later. They could see several of the Styx's just outside-All that could be heard were the sounds of clicks, and their bones cracking.
And yet… Neither of them had moved to charge inside. All they did was just sit there and wait patiently… For something.
"Wha-" Koichi said as his face paled, "-What is all this? Why are they just sitting there?"
Floyd gulped and went to open the door. Even with the door wide open neither of them had moved, not even an inch. However that changed the moment he went to place his foot out the door.
With a cry the nearest Styx went to attack with a blade. It would've taken out his entire leg if he hadn't jumped in at the last second. He quickly slammed the door shut as the Styx that attacked resumed its position.
"Good God." Floyd said as he shook as he rubbed his leg, "A few more seconds and I would've gone home with a pegged leg!"
"It just attacked you out of nowhere!" Koichi said.
"No-" Izuku said, "-I don't think that's right…" He soon looked outside as he played what had occurred in his head once more, "It wasn't trying to kill Floyd-san. If it was, it would've aimed for his head instead of his leg. I think they're meant to attack us if they think we're leaving."
Floyd couldn't help but shake as he said, "Okay your analyzing is not only bad timing but scary."
"Wait-" Koichi said, "-If they're keeping us from leaving then-"
"We're the prisoners-" Katsuki soon said, "-And those things are the wardens." He clicked his tongue, "Well that's just great."
Floyd couldn't help but shriek, "ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! OH DAMN IT ALL! Now what?!"
"Easy." Kochi reassured me. "We'll get out of this."
"Dude, we're surrounded." Floyd told him. "Even if Izu or Bakugou can carry us, there's no way we can outrun them forever. I don't think even my Sumi Stroke style can pave the way for our escape."
"Koichi-san-" Izuku soon said, "-Earlier you said those things are nocturnal right?"
Koichi had been a bit taken back by the question but had ended up replying, "Ye-Yeah. Kaiya-san explained it to us when we first arrived."
"Then in that case-" Izuku said, "-They'll only stay as long as it's dark." He looked to the Styx's again, "And they don't look like they're gonna come in after us. Which means-" He soon turned to the small group, as he had a smile, "-If we can hold out till morning, then we'll be alright."
"Of course you would come out with that Deku!" Katsuki said in his usual tone.
"Well I know I'm gonna have nightmares that's for sure." Floyd said.
"Don't worry Floyd-san-" Izuku said, "-They'll only attack if we're outside! For now we should focus on finding supplies and barricading the windows and doors just in case!"
"And lucky enough I'm the person for the job." Floyd said with a smile
"Are you sure your quirk can handle that?" Koichi asked.
"It's not like my hands bleed if I overdo it." Floyd reassured him, "It's gonna be like those Zombie movies I used to watch!"
"And remind me how they ended again?" Katsuki said, giving him a look.
"Oh bite me, explosion boy." Floyd told him as he started drawing barricades on the door. Once that was done they looked over Floyd's hand as he had a satisfied smile. "Okay-" Floyd said as he brushed his hands, "-That should hold out till the sun comes out!"
"Sounds like a plan." Koichi said as he clapped his hands, "This place is bound to be filled with more blindspots so I say we take a look around and see what other places we need to seal up."
"But this place is huge-" Floyd said, "-Where are we even supposed to start?"
Katsuki soon took them back as he walked over what used to be a receptionist's desk, as it had been in a total wreck. He hopped over the desk before going over to a map that had been attached to the wall.
"HEY, EXTRAS!" Katsuki shouted as it made them flinch, "There's a map over here!"
"Ri-Right!" Izuku said before he ran over to him, "We're coming!"
"How did he even see that in the dark?!" Koichi said as he followed.
Floyd replied as he quickly followed suit, "It's Bakugo, anything is possible with him at this rate."
They jumped over the desk and looked at the map that had been attached to the wall; luckily Floyd had come equipped with a flashlight as they were able to see it better. Though the boy's had been surprised by what they were working with.
"THIS INN HAS THREE FLOORS AND A GIFT SHOP?!" Koichi shouted, "IT DIDN'T LOOK LIKE THAT OUTSIDE!"
"WHAT KIND OF A TOWN WAS THIS?!" Floyd shouted, "AND HOW ARE WE NOT FUNDING THESE TYPES OF PLACES?!"
"THAT'S YOUR MAIN CONCERN?!" Izuku shouted in shock.
Floyd replied with a nod, "Yes! Do you realize how society could be better if we had places like this?!"
"HEY!" Katsuki shouted, making him shrink, "WE GOT BIGGER THINGS TO WORRY ABOUT THEN HOW WE CAN IMPROVE CITY LIFE DAMN IT!"
Floyd said with a sheepish laugh, "Right, sorry."
Izuku soon undid the bolts that had been on the map as he placed it on the table. "Looks like we got a lot of ground to cover." He said, "I think we'll have a better chance of finding the blindspots if we search the floors separately."
Floyd nodded at this, "I see, that's a good idea-But one problem-How we are supposed to contact each other without communication?"
"We can use our Quirks to signal each other." Izuku said, "Just in case something goes wrong."
"Sounds like a plan-" Koichi said, "-I'll take the third floor."
"Izu and I will take the second floor!" Floyd said, "Piss for Brains you can come wi-"
"I'll search around here." Katsuki said suddenly as it surprised them before he went off in the opposite direction.
"Wait Kaa-chan!" Izuku said, "Are you-"
"I'll be fine on my own!" He told Izuku suddenly, "Just focus on your own floor damn it!"
With that, Katsuki stomped off in his own direction leaving the boy just surprised by the way he was acting. "Seriously?!" Floyd couldn't help but say, "After all this time, he's still gotta act like a hothead!"
"I guess he's just a bit on edge since Reina-chan is practically within range now." Koichi reasoned.
"Even so-!" Floyd said with a click of his tongue.
Izuku's expression softened slightly at this as he couldn't help but have a thought come over him. "Kaa-chan-" He thought, "-You're really that worried about Reina-chan aren't you?"
A weight.
That's what it felt like to him right now.
There had been a weight on his shoulders right now. As he looked around filling the gaps and holes that he found on the windows, all sorts of thoughts came rushing through his head. He didn't want to admit it-But the Styx's-It honestly scared him.
He didn't think a creature like that had existed.
And for that matter-Whatever made them, seemed to have their own sets of Quirk, like the Nomus he had seen thus far. For that matter… Most of his thoughts contained… Her.
As Katsuki looked through room to room, all he could do was think about how Reina had been dealing with those-Monsters out there on their very doorstep. No doubt she had already seen the Styx's first hand, and had been seeing them in her dreams. To see one in person-He couldn't help but wonder how she felt.
How much more terrified she had been-To see her nightmares come to life.
All he could do was imagine how she must've froze-How she must've reverted to being a terrified child.
That thought alone… Seemed to have scared him the most.
As Katsuki exited the room, he gripped the good luck charm that had been around his neck to stop himself from shaking.
"Those things-Is like something out of a horror story. It's no wonder you had trouble sleeping Lollipop Head. Something or someone made them and destroyed this town. There has to be a reason why and a reason why they possess more than one Quirk and why-They turned into cannibals."
He looked at the charm in the palm of his hand as his look softened.
"Whatever the case maybe-I'll make sure you won't shed any more tears. Because you're the person I-"
Suddenly, his thoughts were drawn away as he froze up when he heard… The one voice he wanted to hear more than anything.
"... I shouldn't get my hopes up… Nothing lasts forever."
Katsuki stopped in his tracks as he could've sworn his heart just stopped. Everything outside just seemed silent as only one thing had been clear.
"All I did was cause nothing but trouble back home-And now everyone in Japan sees me as the bad guy. I tried to pretend to be something I'm not not so that the world would accept me as me… But I guess I'm just a monster like they've been saying."
He didn't have any hesitation at that moment as he just ran in the direction of the voice, seeing as the voice he heard had been very close by. He could practically reach out and grab it if he wanted to.
"No-" He heard her say as he had gotten closer, "-I always was one. From the day I was born…"
Finally he reached an open door, seeing the room had been dimly lit; he nearly tripped on himself as he stopped at the door, seeing a familiar young girl. Though her hair had been entirely black, he knew all too well who he had been looking at.
"Reina!" He called out, feeling a sense of relief wash over him.
He could see her flinch before sitting up turning to the doorway; she looked to him, eyes of gold as he didn't see a reaction from her.
"Katsuki-kun…" Reina said as she looked at him. Katsuki found it a bit odd as he saw the look on her somewhat scarred and flushed red face, she didn't seem at all happy to see him. She sighed, "... Did you come here to tell me what I already know-Or are you here just to tease me?"
Katsuki only looked shocked by this, "Huh?"
"I'm gonna be honest with you-" Reina told him, "-I'm tired of hearing the same thing over and over again. I know you have that habit of doing that since I've been out here, but really I'm not in the mood for any of it."
"Reina?" Katsuki said, "What are you talking about?"
"I'm not gonna listen to ANYTHING you have to say." She told him, "Just go back to whatever corner of my mind you came from! I'm done with all of it!"
It was then it seemed to have hit him, why she had been acting so strangely to him right now. "So that's how it is-" Katsuki said softly as it had surprised her, "-That's what you think I am. If that's the case-" He soon stepped over to her as she back up into the wall.
"He-hey!" Reina said, as she started to feel around for her sword, "I'm warning you! Stay back!"
"No." Katsuki said before he kneeled, putting both of his hands at the sides of her head, "Since you're so convinced that I'm just one of your hallucinations, there's only one thing I can do right now."
"What are you-Mmf?!"
Reina found herself cut off as Katsuki placed his lips on her own. She had been put into shock by this as the mere action left her paralyzed. Katsuki had moved his hands from the wall before he placed one hand around her waist, and the other just behind her head, gripping it gently, and so he could keep her there.
He wanted to stay that way, for a little while longer, though he figured she had been losing air by now. He pulled away as her face had been even more red then it was before.
"Stupid-" He said to her softly, as he tried his best not to cry, as he leaned his forehead against her own, "-I'm real. I'm actually here-Right now, with you."
Reina had taken a moment to process as she looked at Katsuki. He wasn't at all surprised when she placed her ear against his chest. There she felt his heart beating which seemed to have clicked for her. It had brought tears to her eyes as she looked up to him.
"You're-" She said as she put her hands to his cheeks, "-You're here…? You're really here…?"
Katsuki couldn't hold back anymore as he started to cry too. "You have no idea-" He said as he sniffled, "-How long I waited to kiss you again."
Reina only shook her head in disbelief, "You… You can't be here… Right?"
"I am-" He said as he wiped his tears, "-I never told you this before but-I'm not a big fan of sweets. Your lips on the other hand, I can never get enough of it…"
"Why…?" She said as choked a sob, "... Why are you-"
He soon shushed her gently, despite his own tears, "I know, I know it's a lot, and-We'll talk about it soon, but if you don't mind… I want to kiss you again." He soon leaned in, "And I get the feeling you missed that too."
"How do you know… I'm not gonna push you away?" She said in almost a whisper.
"Because if you were going to-" He said, "-You would've done it before."
With that, their lips touched once more as they seemed to have forgotten about everything that was around them. They held each other, almost as if they were afraid of the other disappearing. King started to wag his tail at the sight, as he had been glad that his friend had finally been in upper spirits.
It hadn't been long before they stopped what they were doing, as they heard someone clear their throat.
Reina and Katsuki looked to see who it had been leaning against the doorframe. Though Katsuki had been unfamiliar with him, Reina couldn't help but have an awkward look when she realized-Dabi had returned with some food in hand.
"Sup bitches?" Was all Dabi had said in that situation.

-Second Floor of the Inn-
Izuku and Floyd were surprised to see that they didn't have to worry much about blindspots and open windows. It seemed like the universe did their job for them. They saw that most of them had been boarded up, and nailed to the walls. Though they were able to take the liberty to replace some of the nails in favor of new ones.
Izuku shuddered slightly as he looked at the Styx below, "I know I said we don't have to worry about them-But they still kind of scare me."
"On the plus side-" Floyd said as he added an additional layer of wood planks, "-This gives us less work."
"I feel like we're in a horror movie right now." Izuku said, "Like-The Forest-Or what was that one movie you showed Reina-chan and I? You know, the one by that American Comedian?"
"Us?" Floyd asked.
"Yeah that's it!" He said, "Doesn't this remind you of that movie?"
Floyd looked to the Styx's outside as he himself shuddered, "Don't remind me. I still get nightmares from that movie." His face had changed drastically, "I CAN NEVER LOOK AT BEACH BOYS THE SAME WAY AGAIN."
"Oh-Oh sorry Floyd-san!" Izuku said as he stammered, "We can talk about something else-Um-" It soon hit him, "Oh! How about-Helping Kaa-chan pick a place for him and Reina-chan's first date! You and Evans-san are gonna help him right?"
Hmm?" Floyd asked before it clicked. "Oh right! Well, since it's gonna be close to the summer, there are some deals. But it has to be just right for their date." Floyd soon had a look of determination as he pulled out a pamphlet, "And what better way to celebrate the summer then a trip to Universal Studios in Osaka!"
"Did you get that from Kaa-chan's bag?!" Izuku said, shocked
". What?! No!" Floyd exclaimed before he caved, "...Yes."
"What a fast response!" Izuku exclaimed in his head before he said, "What made you think of that place?"
Floyd replied with a sly smile, "Ma and Pa went there on their date before they had Sachi and I. I mean-It was the one in California, but you get my drift!"
"I guess-But do you really think Reina-chan would go for it too?" Izuku asked curiously.
Floyd nodded his head as he still had a smile on his face, "of course! Especially the New Super Nintendo Land they added. I heard about the ride they got there! They play the Yoshi Island theme! And you know how much she likes the Mario Franchise!"
"Even so-It's a bit pricey isn't it?" Izuku said, "Even with money Kaa-chan saved up, they gotta have enough to pay for a hotel for a whole weekend."
Floyd only snickered as he gave him a pat on the back while they stepped back out in the hall, "Nonsense Izu! We can manage! Since we want those two to be happy, we can all pitch in!"
"All? You mean everyone in the class?" Izuku asked.
"Even Mineta!" Floyd added. "I convinced him!"
Izuku soon gave him a look, "Don't you mean threaten him?"
Floyd only snickered as he said, "What no! I'm a good noodle!"
BAM! BANG!
Izuku and Floyd had jumped at a loud sound; instinctively they put themselves against the wall as the sounds continued. "What the heck is that!?" Floyd whispered.
"Don't tell me Styx broke in here after all?!" Izuku whispered.
Floyd immediately broke out his Sumi Stroker as he said with an expression that read, he was ready to fight. He said to Izuku, "Time to get dangerous!"
Just before they could do anything, they were taken back by a voice of-
"Holy hell! How is there 300,000 yen in this cash register?!"
"A girl?" Izuku and Floyd said in confusion. The boys quickly calmed themselves yet still kept their guard up. They stepped towards what looked to be where the gift shopping area used to be as they could hear the voice of the girl speak up again.
"Seriously!? What kind of an Inn gift shop has 300,000 yen, and how in the hell are the cities not funding more places like this?!"
"Why the hell are you asking a stupid ass question like that, Punk Girl?" Another voice said-This time they could hear it from a young man.
"Shut up Devilman!" She said, "You realize how much better hotels in the city would be when they're making this kind of money?!"
"Seriously, that's the main concern right now hon?" They could hear another young man say, though they could've sworn they heard a Brooklyn accent.
"...Where have I heard that before?" Floyd wondered.
"It's weird, she kind of sounds like you." Izuku said.
Floyd turned to Izuku with a look as he said, "Bruh."
They had soon gotten to the door frame as they saw three teenagers, and one young girl who looked to be thirteen and blind. One looked to have horns and red streaks with his black hair, one appeared to be a young man who dressed a bit more femmine then the young man with horns, though it looked to be a bit cracked.
The thirteen had been a young girl who looked to have a scar over one of her eyes as she had a boyish haircut, as she wore an outfit that was somewhat revealing.
"They're-Teens!?" Izuku whispered, shocked, "Like, us?!"
"Maybe they were raised in this area too and they got lost?" Floyd asked, "More importantly-Why the hell is that girl wearing that outfit?!"
"Your concerned about that?!" He whispered.
Floyd pointed out with a whisper, "Well duh! She looks like a yankee!"
They could hear the young man with horns let out a sigh, "Seriously, this is turning out to be more boring then I thought. Half of the stuff that's already in here is just trashed or beyond repair."
"Yeah, yeah, don't remind me." The girl said before she noticed something over the counter. She hopped over it and went over to a certain aisle. "HOLY HELL!" They heard her say, "GUYS, COME TAKE A LOOK AT THIS!"
The group stood up and went over to the young girl as the boys' eyes widened in shock, all except of course the blind girl. "Holy-The Mother Load of-" The Girl-Wan said before she made a cringe look, "Worthless crap! I mean Hikaru no Go? Whoever reads that?"
"No way-Is this-Kampfer?!" Riichi said as he gagged, "Gross."
"Oh, this ain't so bad, the whole collection of Nana." Valentine said before he picked up another book, "What about this-" He soon shrieked out of fear before tossing it aside, "-WHY WOULD AN INN SELL THAT!?"
"Sell wha-" Wan started before she noticed the cover, "-HOLY-WHY DOES AN INN HAVE THAT PIECE OF CRAP HAREM!?"
"What?" Nira said confused, "Have what? What are you talking about?"
"How much you want to bet that was from a PRETTY perverted worker." Riichi said.
"EVEN SO, WHO WOULD HAVE THAT!?" Wan yelled, "DON'T THEY REALIZE HOW POISONOUS OF A MANGA THAT IS!? I EVEN HEARD THEY MADE AN ANIME OUT OF THAT! WHY WOULD THEY EVEN DO THAT WITH A CRAP HAREM THIS GUY HAS! HE'S TOXIC I TELL YOU, TOXIC!"
"Damn hon-" Valentine said, "-You must hate this series with a passion."
"No, hating things with a passion is something for that Nissekoi and that ending to the Future Diary manga!" Wan said, "THAT series on the other hand, is on a WHOLE other level of hate for me!"
Izuku and Floyd looked shocked at this sort of thing. "I thought you were the only one that knew of Nisekoi." Izuku whispered.
Floyd had said shocked, "I know..Holy crap.."
"Well-If you don't like them so much, how about we break these instead?" Nira said.
Riichi, Wan, and Valentine looked at one another, before they quickly immediately got to sorting. Izuku and Floyd were surprised how fast they got a keep and garbage pile-In fact, they were shocked at the fact it was a whole tower.
"Huh-Well that was easier than I thought." Riichi said he soon clapped his hands, "So-Who's up first?"
Wan soon got in position, as she put herself at a distance between herself and the group. Her crystal, eyes and the tips of her hair started to glow, shocking Izuku and Floyd.
"PULL!" She shouted. Riichi tossed the book towards her, and she shot it out of the sky with ease
"Floyd-san-Her quirk-" Izuku whispered.
"It's almost like Michiko's." Floyd said, "No-Wait-She has a blue crystal. Michiko has a prism!"
Izuku couldn't help but think as he looked over to the young girl in particular as she continued to use her Quirk. "Wait-Wait-Wait!" He whispered, "I remember reading about this! The family was like yours Floyd-san. But the only difference was, their family had slightly stricter rules. "
Floyd looked intrigued, "Really? How so?"
Izuku started to recall, "They could only marry someone who possessed their kind of Quirk to keep the bloodline, since their Quirks were Aura-based. There used to be more of them, but as time went on, it became almost as rare as Reina-chan's Quirk. I'd never thought I'd see someone have the Aura Quirk with my own eyes."
"Aura?" Floyd said. He looked at the girl closely, particularly with how damaged her eye had been. For some reason, he felt like he had seen her before. He couldn't help but have a thought, "That's odd, the only person I know that has that quirk is-!"
"Hey devilman!" Wan soon said, "Your turn, which one do you want to start with?" She soon held up the books that had been in the garbage pile, "70 Shades of Apricot, or Captain Planitia volume set?"
"Does it really matter-" Riichi said as he stretched, "-Toss them both!"
"Okie dokie!" Wan said before she tossed the book in the air. With simple movements from his hand, Riichi managed to make a whip made from his own shadow, shocking Izuku and Floyd; he sliced the books in two as it made the teens cheer.
"That guy has a shadow Quirk?!" Floyd whispered, "That is cool and terrifying at the same time!"
"It's almost like Tokiyama-kun's Quirk-" Izuku said astonished, "-But it looks like he controls it differently."
"YES!" Riichi cheered, "TAKE THAT YOU PIECE OF CRAP! Give me another one Val!"
"You got it!" Valentine said before he started to juggle the books before tossing them in the air. Riichi and Wan sliced them before they could hit the floor. Izuku and Floyd could see that they were having a good time as they laughed and enjoyed how they were using their Quirks.
"Hey, Floyd-san-" Izuku said to Floyd, "-These guys might be the ones that came out here with Kaiya-san for the Raid. One of them has to know where Reina-chan is!"
It seemed to have clicked in Floyd's head at that moment, "You're right! They might even tell us if she's actually with them!" He soon clapped his hands together, "I think I know who that girl is, we can reason with her!"
Izuku looked a bit shocked, "Is-That girl a friend of yours?"
"Something like that-I hope." He said before he moved out of his hiding spot. Floyd and Izuku showed hesitation as the teens continued to break apart the books that were tossed in the air. Though after a look of encouragement from each other they finally removed themselves from where they were hiding.
Izuku soon cleared his throat which ended up stopping what they were doing. "U-Uh-Hello!" Izuku said nervously, "Excuse me?"
The teens immediately jumped when Wan, Riichi, Valentine and even Nira suddenly went on the offensive as the boys themselves jumped.
"Who the hell are you?!" Valentine said, "How did you get in here!?"
"Where the hell did you come from?!" Wan said as she got her golden rod as they jumped at the sight of a blue beam shaped like a sword.
"Earth Girl, I thought you could see with your Quirk!" Riichi said to Nira.
"Hey, you try seeing a house made of wood mister bloodlust guy!" Nira argued as she punched him in the arm.
"Whoa, wait!" Izuku said as he raised his hands in the air along with Floyd, "We're not here to fight!"
Izuku immediately froze when she held the blade towards his cheek; they were shocked to see it had been made entirely of a blue light. "You've got exactly five seconds to tell us who you are assholes." She told them.
Floyd had replied calmly, "Okay this good boy is Izuku Midoriya, I'm Floyd Aihara, we're not here to fight! We're friends!"
Wan had been a bit taken back, "Why the hell does your name sound familiar?"
"It doesn't matter-" Riichi said, "-They could be the psychos from earlier that attacked us."
"Are you sure? They're not talking like they were." Valentine said.
"They could be working for them!" Wan said.
"No, no, we're not!" Izuku said to them, "We promise!"
Floyd added as he nodded, "We came from the cities-All the way from UA!"
The teens had been taken back by this sort of thing as they looked at one another. "You're from UA?" Valentine said, still in shock.
Izuku's expression brightened a little, "Ye-Yes! We are! We just came from TerraSheild, and we're friends of Reina-chan!"
The teens look shocked at this again; especially Wan and Riichi when they heard a familiar name.
"You know the Pipsqueak?" Wan said, astonished.
"Hey! She is not a pipsqueak!" Floyd said. "A little person maybe! I always tell her to drink her milk. But my point is, she's not a pipsqueak!"
"That's your main concern?!" Izuku said, shocked.
Floyd had argued, "Hey, I call it, like I see it!"
The teens looked to another, before they looked over to Nira. "Can you tell if they're telling the truth hon?" Valentine said.
"Again-House made of wood-Can't see with wood." Nira said annoyingly, "Jesus, are you guys deaf?!"
"Well you don't have to be rude about it." Valentine said with a huff.
Wan and Riichi looked to the two of them, as Izuku and Floyd could see that the both of them remained unconvinced. "Prove it." She soon said as it shocked them, "Prove that you're who you say you are, and I'll reconsider rearranging your faces."
"Prove it?!" Izuku said, shocked.
Floyd soon said to her, "Uhh, how so exactly?"
"School IDs dumbass-" Riichi said, "-Schools like that one give them to you don't they?!"
"Show us those and we'll drop our weapons." Wan said.
Izuku and Floyd looked at one another as they were a bit confused at this as they looked back at them.
"But-We don't have them with us." Izuku said nervously, "It's the Summer term, and we have time off, so we don't have them on us."
Floyd added with a nod, "Y-yeah. Sadly."
Wan only had a look as she readied her weapon while her eyes glowed blue, "That's a shame." She soon readied her weapon as Izuku and Floyd panicked a little but-
"Wait, wait!" Izuku soon said, "We can't prove we're from UA, yes, but we CAN prove we're Reina-chan's friend!"
"Y-yeah!" Floyd added, "No need for violence!"
The teens looked puzzled at this as they looked to Izuku in particular. "Pray tell Broccoli boy." Wan said, "How can you?"
"My phone!" Izuku said, "There's pictures of me and Reina-chan! Just look through those, and you'll see!"
Riichi, Wan and Valentine looked at one another as Nira looked uneasy. Wan still held her weapon towards Izuku, "Take out your phone, and pull up the photos. Slowly."
"Try anything-" Riichi told him before a black blade manifested from his shadow, "-And I'll slice you."
Izuku gulped, though his face showed no signs of fear. He slowly reached into his pocket before taking out his phone. He pulled up the photo gallery. He tapped on one image in particular before he turned it over to them. Wan, Riichi and Valentine looked at the photo as they saw himself and a young girl with aqua green and purple with purple and red eyes, as they looked to be at a carnival of some sort.
Valentine whistled, "You were right-She does look like a candy!"
"See?" Izuku said, "I'm Reina-chan's friend."
Wan only huffed, "I can see that. But-" She soon pointed her weapon towards Floyd, "-That doesn't mean it clears this guy up too."
"Oh come on, really?!" Floyd said, shocked.
"Floyd-san, show them a picture of you and Reina-chan!" Izuku whispered, "On your phone! Hurry!"
"O-Oh right!" Floyd said as he rushed to his pocket though he had been struggling.
"Tick-Tock, paintbrush boy." Riichi said, as he activated his Quirk, "I'm just ITCHING to cut something right now."
"GOT IT!" Floyd shouted, before he got his phone out, "Crap!" The phone dropped out of his hands just as he had gotten out of his pocket and opened the photo gallery. For a moment, Wan's expression grew cold as she caught a glimpse of a familiar woman. She still held that expression as Floyd picked up the phone before pulling up the picture of him and Reina; the photo showed the both of them in Rockaway Beach.
"There!" He told them, "See? I'm a friend of hers too!
"Huh-That clears it up." Valentine said.
Riichi soon noticed the look Wan had on her face. "Hey-" He said, "-You good?"
"That Hero…" Wan soon said softly. Izuku and Floyd were taken back by the look Wan had on her face. "... PenPen-Do you know her?"
"Wan-?" Riichi soon said as Floyd had been taken back by the name.
"Wan?" Floyd said, a bit shocked. The name seemed to have sunk into Floyd and Izuku's brain until both of their eyes widened in shock. "Floyd-san-" Izuku said, "-Isn't that the name of-"
"-It can't be-" Floyd said, shocked as he looked over Wan again.
"Answer me-" Wan said in a cold tone of voice, "-How do you know that woman?"
Floyd flinched at the sound of her voice but gulped as he answered, "... She's-My aunt. She was killed in the Bell Boulevard Massacre nine years ago."
At this Wan's expression grew colder; Izuku, and Floyd were shocked to see the blue crystal shifted to red, as her eye glowed red as well; even the blue streaks on her hair shifted to red. Riichi only sighed as he readied himself which took all but Valentine back, "Wan-"
"I remember you now-" Wan said to Floyd, "-You were with her…"
Floyd said as he raised his hands, "Uhhh...With who?"
"That woman-" Wan said, "-Who turned into a beast. You're the reason-They're gone…"
Floyd seemed to have understood as he kept his hands raise, "Wow, wait-Hang on-"
"Your family made the bitch that did this to me-" Wan said as she gestured to her blind eye, "-You're the family that caused my family's death."
Floyd could see her hands started to glow red as Floyd jumped. "Okay, okay-" Floyd said, "-I've seen enough crap from my family and others to know where this is heading but you need to listen to me, Nwanji-"
"I DIDN'T GIVE YOU PERMISSION TO USE THAT NAME YOU DAMN BASTARD!" Wan shouted, as she manifested a red sphere before tossing it towards Floyd.
"FLOYD-SAN!" Izuku shouted before he pushed him out of the way, causing the both of them to hit the ground.
"Whoa, Wan, hon!" Valentine said, "They're not the enemy, they already proved they're friends with Reina!"
"THAT CRAP DOESN'T MATTER ANYMORE!" Wan shouted, "I'M GONNA KILL THAT BASTARD!"
"WAN!" Riichii shouted as he quickly restrained her via a shadow binding, "LISTEN TO ME, THIS AIN'T WORTH IT!"
Wan let out a growl as she shouted "LET ME GO! LET ME KILL THIS ASSHOLE!"
"Wan-" Riichi told her, "-You and I both know you don't want to go down that route!"
Floyd had said as he recovered from the fall, "You should listen to your buds. Trust me, having that type of rage will not only hurt your friend but you'll only be hurting yourself."
"DON'T TELL ME WHAT TO DO! YOU KILLED MY FAMILY!" Wan shouted as she broke out of the restraints. The minute she did, she manifested a red laser beam from the palm of her hand.
"OH SNAP! NOT TODAY!" Floyd shouted before he quickly drew up a mirror causing it to reflect back towards her; she let out a cry of agony when the beam hit her. She flew back right into the already broken shelves.
"HEY, WHAT THE HELL!?" Riichi shouted, "I get you don't want her to kill you, but you don't have to hurt her!"
Floyd told him with a look, "Are you kidding me?! I'm fighting for my life here! You expect me to just stand like a punching bag and let her kill me?! I have a girl back home waiting for me!"
"What?!" Izuku said.
"What?" Floyd asked.
"I don't know who you are, but you talk like Wan-" Nira said before she pointed to him, "-STOP IT, IT'S CREEPY!"
Floyd had told Nira, "THE HELL'S THAT SUPPOSED TO MEAN?!"
Wan got the debris off of her as she let out a growl, "AIHARA-" She said in a cold tone of voice, "-I'M GONNA MAKE SURE YOUR DEATH IS SLOW AND PAINFUL!"
"This is bad-" Izuku said as his body started to spark a familiar green lighting, "-She's not listening to reason! We gotta put her down without hurting her!" Right when Izuku was about to charge in, he had been surprised when Floyd had stopped him.
"No Izu-" Floyd said, "-This fight is mine."
"Floyd-san-She's the daughter of the Pro Hero the Aura Panther that ranked number 4 in America!" Izuku said worryingly as his body still sparked, "If she's anything like her father-"
Floyd soon placed his hand on his shoulder as he had a confident smile on his face, "Then I know I can beat her."He gave him a wink, "I got this buddy."
"BIG WORDS FOR SOMEONE WHO'S READY TO DIE, BITCH!" Wan shouted as she got out her goldenrod before emitting what looked to be a whip that emitted the same red aura, "HERE COMES THE PAIN!"
She soon thrusted the whip towards Floyd, though he was quick on his feet. He had quickly gotten out his Sumi Stroker before he sliced the beam in two with a blade he drew up with its help.
"You're gonna have to try harder than that!" Floyd told her as he readied himself.
Wan growled as she shouted "DAMN YOU!"
SHe hurled another attack towards him when she manifested her whip again, only for Floyd to catch it as she tossed Wan to the side before she crashed into a wall as she groaned in agony, she felt her head to see there was blood on it.
"This means-WAR." She said as eyes sparked aggressively before she manifested an aura hammer. She began to swing at Floyd like a maniac. Floyd was quick to block each of her attacks before he went counter with an attack of his own, with the help of his sumi stroker.
"Nwanji! Listen to me!" Floyd said. "We both know this fight will get ugly REAL Fast! I don't want to hurt you and I'm pretty sure you don't want to hurt me!"
"SHUT UP!" Wan shouted as she hurled it on the ground with Floyd blocking it as he made a makeshift Greatsword, "DIE! DIE!"
"Listen to me! Do you REALLY want to do this?!" Floyd asked. "Use your head! What would parents think about their daughter trying to kill someone?!"
"DON'T YOU TALK ABOUT THEM LIKE YOU KNOW THEM YOU ASSHOLE!" Wan shouted, "YOUR THE MAIN REASON WHY THAT CRAZY PSYCHOPATH WOMAN TOOK MY EYE AND MY ENTIRE FAMILY!"
"That's the thing about your family-" Floyd started to say before he was punched and then kicked.
"WHAT DID I JUST SAY?!" Wan asked before she hurled her hammer before Floyd avoided the attack by rolling.
"Floyd-san!" Izuku exclaimed.
"Hon!" Valentine called out, "You gotta stop this or your gonna regret it!"
"Wan listen to me-" Riichi said, "-This isn't what you want!"
"I DON'T CARE, HE'S DYING TONIGHT ONE WAY OR ANOTHER!" Wan shouted.
Floyd soon stopped another punch from her before he told her, "Would you stop and get through your thick skull-YOU IDIOT!"
Much to everyone's surprise, Floyd delivered a headbutt to Wan's head before the group could hear a slight crack sound as they cringed. Wan's forehead had an open wound. "You little piece of-" Wan started to say before Floyd grabbed a hold of her; he pinned her to the wall as she went to attack her.
"LISTEN TO ME!" Floyd shouted, "I get you've had a rough life, and I'm not gonna tell you I understand it! I learned from a certain stupid vaporwave girl, you can't just be angry at the world all the time and that the past shouldn't matter either way! But you have to believe when I say I really do want to help you!"
"AND WHY THE HELL SHOULD I BELIEVE AN AIHARA LIKE YOU?!" Wan yelled.
Floyd had told her, "BECAUSE I KNOW YOUR FAMILY IS STILL ALIVE!"
At this Wan froze as did Riichi, and Valentine; Nira looked puzzled at this sort of thing. "YOU'RE LYING!" Wan shouted as she grabbed his neck, "I WATCHED MY FAMILY DIE RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME THAT DAY! YOU DON'T GET TO FORGET A THING LIKE THAT!"
"How the hell can her family be alive?!" Riichi said, "They were massacred by that damn thinner villain!"
"Yes they were-" Floyd admitted, "-But they didn't get all of them! In order to protect themselves, they had to tell the whole world they were killed in that fight!"
"I'M NOT LISTENING TO YOU YOU MOTHER******!" Wan shouted before she kicked him in the leg making him stumble. It had been at the last second, though Floyd was able to dodge an aura blade, this time it looked to resemble a sickle.
"It's the truth!" Floyd added. "My parents get in contact with them from time to time to check up on them! They've been hiding on the only island in the world that moves!"
"QUIT TRYING TO GET ON MY GOOD SIDE!" Wan shouted as she swung her blade hard and fast.
Floyd soon blocked the attack before he ended up head butting her again.
"DAMN IT! QUIT IT WITH THE HEADBUTTS!" Wan shouted.
"NOT UNTIL YOU SHUT UP AND LISTEN!" Floyd shouted before he pinned her to the wall. He soon took a deep breath as he made sure she couldn't get away, "Your parents-three of your siblings-Your grandfather-" He told her, "-Those are the people that survived the massacre that day! Out of all of them, they survived, and they've been living their lives on I-Island for the last ten years! They-wanted to look for you-Even after they heard you went missing."
Wan froze at this as she stopped struggling; in her expression Floyd could see that she was listening and continued.
"They-Really miss you, you know?" Floyd explained, "I'd often hear them talking about you. Even though they don't have any real proof, even though others say differently-They know no-They KNEW that you were still alive. So-They've been waiting for you to come back, all this time."
"... They… Were waiting…?" Wan soon said.
The red light soon left her as she slid down the wall; Floyd finally let go of her. She could feel her body give off a burning sensation as she groaned in agony. Riichi quickly rushed to her side.
"You're gonna be fine!" Riichi told her as he hugged her, "You're gonna be okay-Just keep breathing, okay?"
"They're waiting for me…" Wan sobbed, "They're alive, and they're waiting for me… They-" She soon looked over to Riichi as tears had been seen rolling down her cheeks, "Someone out there-DIdn't forget about me…"
Wan could only cry as Riichi hugged her again; though this time Valentine and Nira joined in on the hug. "I-" Wan soon choked, "-I thought the world forgot about us…"
Floyd gave her a smile before he said to her, "They don't even have a memorial back home celebrating your family's efforts, but what matters is-You still got people out there that still remember you."
Wan only sniffled at this before rubbing her eyes, "That thing you said-About my parents-Were you really telling the truth about them? Are they really still alive?"
"Of course." Floyd said, "I would never lie about something like that."
Wan groaned slightly in agony before the others helped her up. She only rubbed her eyes as they were bloodshot red though Izuku and Floyd could see, something about her changed.
"If you're really friends with that pipsqueak-Then I assume you're here for her."
"Ye-Yes-" Izuku replied, "-We were hoping to talk to her. It's actually really important."
"Yeah-She thinks she made a certain mistake in Hosu-" Floyd soon said, "-And we're here to tell her she's wrong!"
Wan, Riichi, Valentine and even Nira looked puzzled at this sort of thing. "What kind of mistake?" Was the only thing Riichi had asked.
