Chapter 8
Deimonic Forces

In this chapter, Harudo and his travelling posse will be dealing with the deimos that have been imprisoned in the ruins laying deep in Viridian Forest... luckily there are no trainers in the forest itself, I showed off why in the ending of two chapters ago... most likely dead and not in a good way either.

But Deimons have to be taken care of... so let's see how this is handled.

YOUNG ONE! YOU MUST GET OUTSIDE AND HELP YOUR CREATURES OUT!

"I know that! It took me a while to get all the way here and who knows what the damn thing looks like!"

Suddenly he heard a slight noise as nearby a door opened up in the stone wall which revealed a why out of sorts into outside.

USE THIS EXIT YOUNG ONE AND FIGHT TOGETHER WITH YOUR CREATURES! GOOD LUCK.

The hooded figure disappeared and immediately Harudo made a path towards the open door as it then quickly shut after Harudo stepped back outside as he then quickly ran towards the source of what was very loud roaring as finally he saw the deimos for what it was... very ugly and very pissed off, although he noticed it had bug like features.

'Bloody hell, this thing is ugly...'

Immediately he got out his sword and shield quietly and quickly made a short sprint before hitting the deimon hard with the shield just as it was about to attack the Pokemon in front of it as it then was staggered off balanced as Harudo immediately rejoined his Pokemon group.

"I'm here guys. Did you struggle much?"

'We barely got a few attacks in before it tried to hurt us...'

"Not good... this thing was trapped in one of those black spheres that were placed in this ruin, it's likely to be a deimon from ancient times, everyone we may need to work together on this creature..."

'Even us?'

"Even you two. We all have a part to play here... alright everyone we need to work together."

Seeing the nods of all the Pokemon put Harudo in a confident mood just as the deimon recovered from the sneak attack and eyed the human with a maliciousness before it roared it's intentions to attack before it charged which Harudo countered by blocking the attack although he felt that the attack was strong.

'Oof... I can definetly see this thing being a lot stronger than that Fearow... need to make sure it's staggered before I decide to shove this sword up whatever counts as this thing's backside!'

"Caterpie, Weedle you two use String Shot!"

'Ok!'

Caterpie and Weedle immediately drew back and fired their String Shot which absolutely covered the deimon in threads of silk which covered in double layers making it hard to break out so Harudo figured he go for the offensive immediately.

"Alright everyone attack now! Bulbasaur Vine Whip! Charmander Ember! Squirtle Water Gun! Pidgey Gust! Rattata Quick Attack! Pikachu Thundershock!"

Immediately the Pokemon mentioned launched their attacks... Bulbasaur's vines shooted out and smacked the deimon's body with hard force before Squirtle's blast of water hit it's face dead center which stunned the deimon somewhat... before Rattata's Quick Attack slammed into it's midsection or what looked like it's midsection before gusts whistled at the monster causing cuts on it's skin which oozed out blackish blood before being struck by not only Thundershock which did electrical damage but considering it looked like a bug, it shriekd when Charmander's Ember struck home.

'Hmmmm I noticed that it took more damage from Ember and Gust? I wonder if these deimons share the same traits as bug types...'

Getting his Pokedex out, he jokingly thought that he tried to scan the deimon and thinking if it was a Bug type but then something happened... the Pokedex actually flashed as it usually did and it displayed a result on the screen that was very much a surprise to the trainer.

"IT'S A WHAT!?"

'What's wrong master?'

"Guys this Deimos is a Pokemon!"

'It's a WHAT?!'

"Yeah it's a Pokemon... I might need to purge the damn thing to be sure."

The deimos recovered and immediately made a straight line towards Charmander as it's weird shaped claws drew back for a slash of some kind but Harudo immediately got a counterattack as not only his sword blocked the blow but again smashed the shield against it's head causing a recoil motion... Harudo realised he needed to weaken the beast before using the same purge tactic against Fearow.

"Charmander use Metal Claw! Pidgey use Sand Attack!"

Pidgey immediately flapped it's wings in response to the command as the deimon was covered in blinding dust from the ground as Charmander immediately rushed in and attacked with it's Metal Claw but the deimon saw the attack coming and blocked it with it's own claws before immediately damaging the fire type and then eyeing the other Pokemon before making a run at them.

'SHIT!'

Harudo thought as the deimon immediately made a connection blow to Squirtle and Bulbasaur before swatting aside Pidgey with a backhand and then kicking Pikachu hard before once again doing the same kick to Rattata as it used it's foot to crush the Normal type.

"Well that's no good... Caterpie, Weedle use String Shot!"

Caterpie and Weedle immediately fired their String Shot to the deimon which noticed them as it was tied up again but this time it broke free easily and made a run towards the small bug types.

"Oh snap!"

Weedle immediately got serious and just before the deimon connected with it's claws... Weedle's stinger literally was impaled on the monster's thigh as it got swatted away but as the deimon took one more step, it's expression immediately became pained as it then fell down... Harudo realised something was up, but he might of just found proof that this supposed Bug type might be weak to a Poison move.

'OF COURSE! Bug types were originally weak to Poison moves and viceversa! That's how that thing was affected... wow talk about not adapting to the modern world, this is my chance!'

"Caterpie get in there with Tackle and Weedle use Poison Sting!"

Caterpie was able to get in with a full charge on tackle... with how small it is, it was an impressive feat and then Weedle fired off many purple pins from it's stinger as Poison Sting was super effective on the bug deimon as Harudo prepared for what seemed to be the final move.

"Now then... time to Purge."

Remembering the same movement he did for preparing the sword for the purge as he pointed towards the deimon as the multicoloured beam struck hard as the exorcising process began... it took a while and even for a few minutes longer than intended but a dark red spirit was coming out of the body as what Harudo suspected was correct... the Pokemon turned out to be a Pinsir but it had different colored spikes and a few patches on different parts but this was in fact a Pinsir and now Harudo had to get rid of the deimonic spirit.

"Time to send you away!"

Rushing straight in to deliver the finishing blow, the spirit was cleaved into twine leaving both halfs to evaporate into nothing as the Pinsir dropped to it's knee in defeat... Harudo immediately threw a Pokeball into the seemingly ancient creature as it was caught easily within one shake before the pokeball disappeared into thin air, the destination being his PC box.

"You guys alright?"

'We're fine Desmond... brusied but that's to be expected.'

'Sheesh do we have fight more of these things!'

"Yes Squirtle, if the spheres have any indication then there's 2 more of these deimons in the forest... and that is..."

Harudo was interrupted by two shining bright lights as he took a look to where Caterpie and Weedle were, they were glowing in a bright blue light as they began to change shape before they became what Harudo knows them as... evolved pokemon, mid stagers.

"Metapod and Kakuna... wow I didn't expect to see you guys this soon, alright let's see here..."

METAPOD, THE COCOON POKEMON. HARDENS ITS SHELL TO PROTECT ITSELF, HOWEVER, A LARGE IMPACT MAY CAUSE IT TO POP OUT OF ITS SHELL.

KAKUNA, THE COCOON POKEMON. ABLE TO MOVE ONLY SLIGHTLY. WHEN ENDANGERED, IT MAY STICK OUT ITS STINGER AND POISON ITS ENEMY.

With that, the Pokedex was put back in its original place just as he carefully picked up the two evolved Pokemon and was able to bring them under his arms.

'Hey Harudo, why are you carrying those two on you?'

"Because they aren't very quick to keep pace and they don't usually move about much..."

'Pretty much you know your biology about us cocoons.'

"Well you learn a lot from not only school but also raising other trainer's pokemon and often at times, I had to look after discarded Metapods and Kakunas so I'm familar with you guys."

'Is it alright for you to carry us like this?'

"Yeah it should be alright... it means that you are probably going to evolve again soon, right?"

'Yeah. That's usually what happens when to the young ones when they mature into adults."

"Alright then... I get the idea, I think for now we should find a way back into the forest and probably track down the other two deimons."

'Why do we hunt them down Harudo?'

"Because for one Pikachu, it's my job reluctant or not to be this chosen hero of the gods to kill these deimons and two do we really want trainers to casually come through this forest only for them to potentially be their last... no I rather don't want to think about that so we have to find these bastards, now is there a way back into the forest from here?'

'Yeah I think there's an entrance about two hundred yards in the northeast.'

"Then let's get going."

Harudo carrying Metapod and Kakuna was then joined by Pikachu on the shoulder as the other five followed immediately.

Half an hour later, Harudo and gang were back into the regular Viridian Forest as the human immediately felt a chill in the air... a sort of evil miasma has set the forest canopy indicating that a deimon were nearby or close...

"Looks like we might be fighting again guys..."

Nearby bushes began to rustle as what seemed to be a large group of Caterpie, Weedle, Pikachu and Pidgey fleeing from something as a large horned beetle like monstrosity stomped through and looked around for it's normal prey but then spotted Harudo and company and realised that there was better one and in a mixture of hunger and anger, it made it's charge.

'It's coming right for us!'

"I know that! MOVE!"

Charmander, Squirtle, Bulbasaur, Pidgey, Rattata and Pidgey was able to move out of the way as Harudo having to grab Metapod and Kakuna as he did a diving side jump to avoid the deimos's horn as it plowed through a nearby tree as the creature roared it's frustration before destroying the remnants in a powerful punch, Harudo realised that this was a burly physical creature.

'Ahhh big physical deimos I take it? That means it special stats are shit!'

"Pidgey use Gust!"

Pidgey immediately began to flap its wings as winds struck the charging deimos hard as it got smacked as well by the displaced branchs and sticks that fell and all over the place, as Harudo realised that it was doing double damage... he got the Pokedex out and scanned it, thinking he can try and identify which Pokemon was just as the Pinsir he encountered not too long ago, his hunch was right though as an entry came up identifying said Pokemon.

'Heracross! So that ancient map is legit and Johto was once joined up with Kanto in ancient times... surprised at how this was possessed and trapped in that black sphere as well as seeing a colony of these fighting bugs one time living in this forest, I better make sure this thing doesn't move at all!'

"Bulbasaur Leech Seed!"

Bulbasaur fired off it's Leech Seed in pinpoint measurement as it fired off from it's bulb and landed on the tip of the horn as instantly the vines quickly enveloped the deimos and started to sap it's strength away although the creature was still heading towards the group.

"Squirtle Rapid Spin!"

Squirtle immediately made a run before immediately getting into his shell as that began to spin well rapidly as it then struck the creature's left leg hard as the deimos made a pained sound as it started to slow down... Harudo realised that it's legs were targettable.

"Rattata now use Tackle and aim for the right leg!"

'On my way!'

Rattata said as it began to speed up and use its momentum to strike the right leg with enough force to know that it actually hurt and that was enough to bring the deimos down onto the ground, its strength still being sapped by Leech Seed... Harudo knew that this was probably enough now so he began his approach, getting the sword out ready for another purge.

"Now then... you should of never try to fight on an empty stomach, that's going to be costly for you monster."

The horned deimos growled weakly as Harudo positioned himself ready.

"No words monster? Time to..."

Suddenly the deimos got up immediately having used it's last remaining amount of strength left effectively punching the sword out of Harudo's hand and then punching the human hard on the face causing him to reel back as Charmander immediately rushed in with it's claws glowing metallic.

'LEAVE HIM ALONE!'

Charmander used Metal Claw in a large slash doing some decent damage as the deimos in rage focused it's attention onto the Fire type as it tried to use it's large horn as a hammer kind of movement but then Charmander remembered something deep within and struck with a large plume of grey smoke causing it to lose sight and causing the movement to miss... Harudo seeing this was impressed.

"Thanks Charmander! Seemed you learned Smokescreen that... alright time to purge this deimos bastard... Charmander use Ember!"

'On it!'

Charmander began barragements of Ember as the deimos grew weaker and weaker with each hit as Harudo immediately drew his sword out and pointed just as the multicoloured beam flashed out and strucked the horned deimos and began work as before but in a shorter time than he did with the prior deimos, the dark red spirit came out as the body morphed into what Harudo discovered on his Pokedex, a Heracross that was lighter blue than what he studied before and it took had weird markings on his body... Harudo then immediately slashed the dark red spirit in twine causing them to evaporate.

"That was a close one... thanks Charmander, now then... as for you."

Heracross woke up briefly to look up and nodded it's head before passing out as Harudo used a spare Pokeball to catch the pokemon in it's red light... one shake later and it was sealed shut with a flourish before it disappered from sight and into Harudo's PC as the human breathed a sigh of relief before picking up Metapod and Kakuna and gathered his Pokemon friends before deciding to rightfully rest.

After a couple of hours, Harudo and the gang proceeded through the woods although the air was still tepid with the idea of a deimos running around the forest... several of the inhabitants of the forest began to go through their daily routines uninterrupted as Harudo realised that whilst there is death in the air, surrounded by life itself made Harudo realise how precious the term was.

'Life, Death, Rebirth... Viridian Forest has it all.'

He thought as he immediately smelt something that was normally not associated with the forest... and immediately he tensed up as well as starting to feel ill.

'Oh great and getting through this forest I thought was going to be smoooth sailing... this might be why that security guard forgot to tell me, someone was definetly killed.'

Harudo always thought of the possibility of what happened when a trainer goes into the wild bush without a pokemon to protect himself, it was always one of the hard hitting facts that was taught to him that no matter what happens, you don't do into rustling grass entirely although in this scenario, he was reminded of the other reason.

'C'mon Harudo! You are from Lavender Town! You were taught to never go into the rustling grass from a young age and you graduated at the top of your class early because you were not scared at all... this can't be scary than all of that.'

Harudo thought as he finally saw the origin of the nasty smell and with it, he immediately felt ill... it was an unfortuate trainer who had an encounter with looked like a deimos and didn't survive, that and the obvious large open wound to the stomach was the biggest indicator, surrounded by death as he was... this was the first time he witnessed someone cut down.

"That wounds looks like the work of something blade like..."

'Harudo! Over here!'

He heard Pikachu call out as he immediately went over to where the pokemon and unfortuately discovering another couple... this time what seemed to be a collector that had it's intestines exposed to the forest air, thankfully none of the forest residents take an interest to eating corpses so he felt ok... however judging from the wound, his looked recent.

"Judging from the kill, whoever did this isn't far from here... and I think the forest exit is in that direction, this is bad if whoever did this gets out of the forest, Pewter City is in serious grave danger."

'Is it that horrible?'

"Yes Pikachu it is... this Deimos has no problem killing humans and I've got a bad feeling there might be pokemon corpses on the way too."

'I... I understand.'

"Do you?"

'Yes I do, this was the same monster that...'

Pikachu immediately teared up at the suggestion which prompted Harudo to realise one thing.

"Pikachu... are you ok?"

'Not really no.'

"Did that monster kill your friends?"

'Yes it did... me and my friends encountered it a couple of days ago, I was the only survivor... somehow afterwards I was able to evolve into this form and drive it away, I've been looking for it ever since and that was when I found you.'

Pikachu explained as he then heard something that made it tense with the sickening sound of sharpening blades as Harudo heard it too... that was not a normal sound and they both know it.

"It must be close, alright guys ready..."

"HELP!"

Immediately realising that someone was in distress, Harudo quickly picked up Metapod and Kakuna and made a run towards the direction of where the cry of help was being responded who was quickly followed by Pikachu who picked up a sprint and then the other Pokemon followed in their own pace.. just as to where the cry for help was being called, a group of kids that went together for a simple play in the forest, found themselves being preyed upon.

The deimos in question was a large imposing bug like mantis with very large blades for hands that upon closer inspection have been tinted red already for blood... and it's bloodlust, it's urge to kill was again bare to service and it didn't matter who it would kill as long as its blades can taste again.

Well that would be the case except for the fact that it didn't anticipate getting it's face covered in Pikachu and then zapped with a large Thundershock nor the fact that it got absolutely smashed by the sweetest drop kick that Harudo made this side of Kanto... which sent the beast towards some trees which crashed with a mighty thunderous sound, just as Harudo looked at the kids.

"You lot! Get out of here now! I don't know if that beast stays down!"

"Thanks mister!"

The kids were able to successfully get out of Viridian Forest just as the large bladed deimos got up and eyed the ones who attacked it and spoiling it's latest conquest.

I CAN NEVER FORGET THAT SMELL OF YOURS, PUPPET!

"You obviously know who I am then, monster."

DRENCHED IN THE PRAISES OF THE FOOLISH GODS! DANCING TO THEIR VERY TUNE! THE SIGHT OF YOU MAKES MY BLOOD BOIL!

"Yeah, yeah. You aren't exactly in a good position here... murdering kids and Pokemon."

FOOLISH HUMANS AND MONSTERS DON'T DESERVE TO LIVE!

"And yet you..."

'DESERVE TO DIE!'

Pikachu immediately dashed right at the bladed bug deimos with static coming out of it's cheeks as it struck the monstrosity with what seemed to be powerful sparks of electricity which caused it to scream as unknownst to everyone there, it spotted the bug creature and immediately got a dark look on it's face before using it's Nasty Plot.

"Wow Pikachu, didn't realise you had that much power."

'Oh I used Nasty Plot.'

"That might be why... also wow you can use Nasty Plot?!"

'Yep!'

"Oh that's even better..."

Suddenly the winged deimos got back up and roared it's annoyance before looking at the Pikachu and grinning to itself.

STUPID LITTLE YELLOW FOOL, EVEN A CREATURE OF THE GODS IS NO MATCH FOR ME.

'Don't care! You murdered my friends and I am here to avenge them!'

YOU UTTER FOOL! I WILL MAKE YOU JOIN THEM!

The winged deimos made a charge towards Pikachu as it's large bladed arms made several large swipes trying to dissect the Electric type but they were dodged carefully before Pikachu then took advantage of the small window the bug opened up and literally launched a Quick Attack onto the creature's body section as Harudo figured out a plan of attack just as the winged bug deimos changed targets and immediately charged towards the human.

YOU'RE MINE HUMAN!

That would be the case... well except for Metapod and Kakuna immediately using a lot of their inate energies to literally glow in a metallic sheen as the blades that was aiming for Harudo's head to be bounced off with a immediate harsh sounding ding as it turned out that both Metapod and Kakuna had just learnt something that immediately made things interesting.

'IRON DEFENSE!? I DIDN'T KNOW THAT METAPOD AND KAKUNA LEARNT THAT MOVE... wait I just realised something, that thing's attack got deflected which means that it's ineffective against Steel, wait Steel types weren't discovered until Johto... OH I think I know what this thing is... Wait I just got a very good idea!'

Harudo immediately put his sword away and picked up Metapod and Kakuna and put them in his hands.

"You two alright?"

'We're fine Harudo!'

'Use us as weapons, we'll take the pressure!'

"Well if you two say so... alright Metapod, Kakuna use Iron Defense!"

Immediately taking up metallic sheens on them, Harudo holding onto the cocooned Pokemon and charged towards the deimos before immediately smashing the creature's face repeatingly with the metallic cocoons as makeshift weapons before deciding to jump back and throwing Metapod onto the creature as it used the momentum to slam it's face HARD with a Tackle attack causing a lot of damage as the winged deimos was sent back some distance as it slammed through a nearby tree as Harudo immediately catched

"Wow... I didn't realise that it worked so well."

Metapod was exhausted as it used up its energy in the Tackle so it was exhausted... didn't help that the winged deimos got up, roared it's anger and made it's approach again.

"Alright Kakuna use Poison Sting!"

Throwing Kakuna up into the air, the yellow cocoon aimed towards the deimos and fired it's Poison Sting onto the creature for what clearly looked like a Super Effective move meaning that this winged deimos was essentially from the Ancient times and Harudo had figured out that this creature was weak to electric atacks so clearly he knew what it was, just as Kakuna landed softly onto the ground next to Metapod... finally exhausted from being used as a weapon.

"Nice job guys... you two take a rest, we'll handle the rest of this fight."

Metapod and Kakuna nodded before he, Pikachu, Charmander, Squirtle, Bulbasaur, Pidgey and Rattata faced down the now recovering winged deimos as it's claws glinted at the available light that came through the canopy.

"Alright guys, spread out... concentrate attacks, don't linger for too long and more importantly we need to wear this thing down to me to purge."

'Got it bossman!'

Squirtle immediately got into its shell and proceeded to begin the attack as it used it's Rapid Spin to launch itself towards the deimos to which the demon did a straight up slash which deflected the shell from it's course forcing Squirtle to go upwards before emerging from its state and then heading downwards before doing a massive chomp onto the monster's upper skull causing the creature to move about trying to get the Water type off it's head.

'OH GOOD LORD WHAT A WAY TO LEARN BITE!'

Bulbasaur then closed it's eyes suddenly before opening them and roaring as from the base of it's bulb came a flurry of green leaves that struck the opponent's face with ferocity... even Squirtle was forced to let go otherwise it would of taken a lot of damage from the super effective attack that was...

"Razor Leaf!"

Bulbasaur then focused more as the Razor Leaf grew stronger as the flurry increased as scars began to show up on the demon as critical hits began to build up... then Charmander immediately stepped up with a look in it's eyes that looked green.

'Wait green?'

Charmander then drew a breath before launching a powerful green stream of flame that enveloped the creature causing it to screech loudly from the seemingly powerful attack... Harudo was shocked that Charmander had just learned one of the infamous Dragon moves.

'I mean... wow. Here I thought the debate between classifying Charizard as either a Flying type or a Dragon type was incredibly controversal... good thing to remember, nice one Charmander.'

The creature then had burns all over its body with green static coming out... with cuts as well... before it began to stumble about, Harudo realised that it was now getting weak enough to him to do the purge needed.

"Alright then monster, time to purge that sickness out of you!"

With the sword out ready, Harudo made the movements ready to unleash the coloured beam from deep within the sword as the attack immediately connected but despite with what little strength it had left, it was resisting with all of it's power left... before it broke free of the beam's grip and roared out with fury.

YOUR PRETTY TRICKS WON'T GET ME!

"Will a shield do?"

Before the Deimos could respond, Harudo rushed in with his shield extended before doing a very powerful frontal smash across it's face destroying some dark matter and assuming some facial bones as the creature recoiled back before Harudo quickly unleashed the beam again from the sword but only from close range... as the Deimos struggled before it took fell onto it's knee for the last time as the monster's spirit escaped from the body it chose to possess and it was a dark green coloured looking Scyther... one of Kanto's most feared and strong Bug types.

"I'll deal with you in a minute... first of all, time to send this spirit on a one way trip."

I WOULDN'T BE TOO SURE OF YOURSELF CHOSEN FILTH, YOUR DEATH WILL BE ANTICIPATED BY OUR KIND AND IT WILL BE A GLORIOUS MOMENT FOR US TO DEVOUR THE FOOLISH CHILDREN OF YOUR FOOLISH GODS!

"Enough of this bollocks!"

Harudo swiftly slashed through the spirit with a glowing blade, destroying the ancient threat just as it was made out of butter... then Harudo looked at the seemingly wounded ancient Scyther who looked up at the human that just saved it's life... and upon seeing his sword, he nodded his head as he was weak, Harudo returned the nod before throwing a spare Pokeball at the bug type, catching it in one shake as the bright flickers emit from the capture before the pokeball disappeared into thin air, departing for Harudo's PC box.

"Well done guys, that's the last of the threats in the forest..."

Harudo was interrupted by two flashing lights coming from Metapod and Kakuna as the same similar light that he saw earlier that day as once again the two mid form bug types were about to evolve... again.

"Oh wow."

Metapod's shell and Kakuna's shell both began to crack and open up as two glowing creatures emerge out as the shells disintegrated into nothingness before the first figure immediately resembled a butterfly with a purple body, however it was unique that it had four wings and two body segments, all four legs were coloured light blue with the first two resembling three fingered hands whilst the later two had no-digitless feet.

What was well known about this Pokemon was it's large red eyes that was revealed close up to be a myriad of tiny eyes... this was on top of two black antennae, a light blue snout and two tiny fangs underneath... on closer inspection, Harudo noted that this was actually a female of the species evidented by the two black oval scales on it's lower wings.

The second creature resembled a bipedal yellow wasp however unlike a wasp, it had four legs and lacked the pigment pits in it's large red eyes... it's head was round with a slightly pointed mouth, black antennae with sharp bend in the middle.

It's upper legs are tipped with conical stingers, it also stands on it's lower legs which are long, insect like... finally it has two rounded veined wings on it's upper body with another stinger on it's yellow and black abdomen.

"Wow... Butterfree and Beedrill."

'I didn't think I would reach this far.'

'Me neither, and we have you to thank for that Harudo.'

"It's no problem, what are you two going to do now?"

'I think we ought to come with you Harudo, I feel that if we should fight these monsters with you.'

'Yeah that way... we can repay you back.'

"Well if that is what you two want to do, I could really use fully-evolved Pokemon..."

Harudo noticed that Pikachu was a bit timid that it was realising that this is where they might seperate their ways.

"Thank you for the help and for your company Pikachu, I don't know what you'll do for now but hope you can get some peace now."

'Actually I want to come along too... this forest has nothing for me so I rather help you out defeat those monsters and see if I can help you become a great trainer.'

"Well if you are sure..."

'It'll be fine, you could always use an Electric type.'

"That is true... Electric types ARE useful."

Harudo prepared three spare Pokeballs as he then threw them individually towards Pikachu, Butterfree and Beedril as each of the three creatures were snagged inside, Pikachu's was instantly shut as soon as it shook... sealing itself just as Butterfree and Beedrill took about two shakes each before they took stayed silent before disappearing instantly to go into Harudo's PC as the trainer then picked up Pikachu's pokeball and placed it on it's belt.

He then turned to his other Pokemon who were happy to have new friends coming along.

"Good work guys, you all earnt a long rest.

Returning all of the Pokemon to their pokeballs easily, Harudo then turned towards the exit of Viridian Forest staring at him before the trainer made his way through as on the other side as he saw a large police force preparing itself to go into the Forest as word seemed to reach Pewter City about the attacks... and were all stunned when Harudo walked through.

"Hold on sir, did you just come through the forest?"

"I did."

"Thanks heavens, there were reports of what seemed to be monsters attacking trainers in broad daylight..."

"I did fight off one of these monsters but it ran deep into the forest before I could stop it..."

"Did you see any bodies?"

"Unfortuately yes. I saw at least two to three... I don't really want to figure how many more there could be."

"Well sir you are free to go."

"Thank you..."

Harudo walked out of the Viridian Forest exit building realising that he had told a lie about fighting off the monsters, no-one he figured would of believed him.

'Now then... after all of that bullshit, I can finally reach Pewter City and have a nice long bath.'

It was a LONG day.

(Taro) This was a very long chapter but it had to be done, Viridian Forest is clear... Harudo has three super powerful ancient Bug types in his party and gained three new allies in the process.
